Comment: Mr. Barry, a very good person, so good that his employees do what they want and no one is there to tell them what their role is in their job. He spoke to the office to ask a simple question and you found Cynthia saying that she does not understand Spanish and that Call later when someone is there who speaks Spanish, wouldnt it be more professional to tell the client we will call you back as soon as there is an agent available in Spanish, I have been a client of the office for years and they always have this type of behavior, they talk to you as if You are going to ask them for something for free, nothing professional, you ask them something about the policies and they have no idea about many things. I dont know if they receive training beforehand. Months ago they were charging me for a month that I had already paid. I sent them photos of my account statements. I got angry and Miss Cynthia advised me to close my policy, I only feel sorry for Mr Barry.

Our cars and our home are protected. I had made a payment, and was notified that the amount was too much, and they made an adjustment. How awesome is that. Comment: I’ve been with Allstate since 1982. My experience with them has always been positive. No matter who helps you there they’re always prompt and professional. I have compared quotes with other insurance companies and Allstate is by far more reasonable for the same amount of coverage. I have my home, rental and automobile insurance with them. I feel safe and secured I am covered by Allstate.

Comment: Weve been with Allstate for a long time and have no complaints whatsoever. The staff, especially our agent Jeannette, is always very helpful and able to answer any questions we have. Ive called around for quotes to see if we could save a little by going with another company, and even though some of them offered lower rates, we couldnt leave because of the awesome customer service they provide. Id recommend them to anyone who is looking for new insurance and a great interaction.
