I come to this location often, and I get great service every visit. The cakes are delicious, the ice cream is delicious, and the service is friendly. Kris (who I assume is the manager) is so friendly and quick to help customers.

Baskin Robbins is our got place for ice cream. Always great. This place is a little small but its to pick up some good treats.

They are pretty good here. The prices are a bit high, but its baskin robbins delivered as promised, and so dee-lish! Theyre usually SUPER friendly too, so thats a great plus.

2022-06-23I got the Caramel Cappuccino w/ whip cream and a kid size portion or the Mint Chocolate Chip and omg it was soooooooooooooo good. I’m a stickler for customer service and the folks working in there were nice and friendly and the place was clean!

2022-06-14I always enjoy ice cream 🍦 and THIS Baskin Robbins did not let me down. I enjoyed my Strawberry Cheesecake 😋 while there and had no trouble finding a place to park. I suffered a small amount of sticker shock paying almost $7.00 for a two scoop waffle cone but, with gas ⛽ prices being over $4.00 a gallon, I kinda get it. You can purchase a whole quart of your favorite flavor in the back of the store freezer which is to the right of the drinking fountain ⛲. Masks are optional at this time and lots of seating in relation to the size of the store.Rick Zorn

2022-07-10This place is always a pleasure to visit. While its out of the way for us, the service and quality always make it worth the extra drive.Most other BRs on our side of town are poorly run and never have what I want. A case in point, I went to another BR in Canton and they couldnt make a banana split... How can an ice cream place not make a banana split???Anyway, this place is fantastic!

2020-06-13The place has definitely took a turn for the worse walked in the door was not greeted looking at me looking at them I spoke to guy he took his hat off and was scratching his hair and then proceeded to take my order I asked him to wash his hands he was mad about Forced wet hands in gloves wow gave half scoops ran out of flavor ice cream I wanted need say more I know I should’ve just left believe me I will not returning to that locations

2021-08-19Rudest woman answered the phone about my door dash order they put my banana split in a cup with no bananas then when i called the woman started yelling at me telling me shes to busy for my issue telling me she dont know what to tell me.. I have never been so disrespected by a fast food / resturant ever! If you want great customer service do not go here! - Crystal

2019-03-17The ice cream was all great and flavors you cant find anyplace else. I had the lemon custard, my oldest son had lemon custard, my youngest son had mint chocolate chip and my friend had a vanilla cherry. We all tried flavors before picking what we wanted and it was hard they had so many awesome unique flavors and we will definatly be back. The lemon custard is wonderful and I think it has replaces my all time favorite of mint chocolate chip!!

2020-06-06I order from here using Doordash I normally have no issue however the last order I placed I had an issue with. My ice cream containers were not filled which was clearly viasable upon opening but after making one ice cream cone you could see that the bottom was missing icecream as well. The other ice cream was the wrong container. I wouldnt be as irritated but I had just came home for hospital and all I wanted was ice cream .
