Provided good service. Tried to clean out charging port to save me money but was unsuccessful. Did a good and quick replacement of the port and had my phone back is 3-4 hours.
I had the battery of my iPhone replaced. I scheduled an online appointment and it was a available same day. Randy did a great job explaining What had to be done, check in was fast and replacement was sone quickly within 15 minutes. Battery is great and phone now last much longer !! Great service and price
Batteries Plus was so convenient. We called and ordered they told us when it was ready for pickup. We drove up to the store parking lot and let them know we were there and they brought our purchases right to the car. Clean and simple!
I had a buy online pick up in store order; the order was ready for pick up within an hour and when I got there the employees were very helpful with the questions I had regarding the battery I ordered - and also offered me tips to prolong the life of the battery. This was my first time shopping there and would definitely go there again!
Everyone here is so exceptionally friendly,efficient, and goss above and beyond to help! When we had even a shadow of a doubt about a new battery we had bought a few months ago for my car, they went out of their way to make sure we had a perfectly functioning battery for my car that would last. Definitely recommend going here!

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a Galaxy S9 screen replaced and new battery installed. Services were completed in a timely manner and my device was ready for pickup at the time they estimated. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing phone or tablet repairs.
I was waited on promptly & politely. Very nice young man. Did not walk around the store but it appeared to be fully stocked with a lot of different kinds of batteries. Also. Very clean & tidy. Parking right outside the door which is nice for as I am older & have issues with having to walk long distances.
Theyre helpful, up to a point. If its an oddball battery, they have only limited resources to cross reference. I needed a battery for a portable backup generator. After giving them the part number, which anserinus was Private labeled by the generator manufacturer and give you some of the voltage and the amperage so, when I got to the store they tried to sell me a battery that was 4 amps bigger and physically too large to fit into the space. I ended up ordering the battery from the generator manufacturer.
Service was great. I was greated when I walked in. Friendly staff. All seemed to be enjoying there work.
Staff was very friendly and helped me with the battery replacement. Also ended up buying a replacement car battery while fixing my phone battery. Good customer service is the reason for the rating.
The battery + installation was cheaper here than the battery by itself everywhere else I looked so it was a great deal.
Placed order online. Received email notification 5 minutes later that my rv battery was ready for pickup. Stopped in at the store an hour later and it was at the counter ready for me. Store was busy but i was quickly in and out.This is the 2nd experience with B+B and it was excellent again.

Great batteries but cheap screens used for phone repairs. My iPhone 8 plus screen cracked after I dropped it one afternoon so I decided to get it repaired real quick locally instead of going to the mall and having Apple do it. The repair went well and looked fine besides the colors not being as bright or vibrant but it was a cheaper install then apple so I didnt care too much. Unfortunately two weeks later I left my phone in my cup holder of my vehicle for a couple hours while I went into the store and came back to finding two cracks starting from the phones ear speaker to the side of the phone. I figured it must just be a defective screen to just break under heat in the car maybe. But I wasnt too worried since I was told at repair that there was a six month warranty. When I went to take it in for a warranty repair I was informed that it only covers discoloration or screen function and not random cracks.I was told by the manager that the screens they use are Just as good as what Apple uses............ apparently not since my screen never cracked during the year that I had the phone up until I dropped it.As far as batteries Im sure they are a great place, but as far as screen repair, just spend the extra $40 and get it fixed properly with certified parts at Apple or other certified repair store.
Not great. Second time here, first was very good. This time, I ordered battery on line, got an email, ready for pick up, got there couldnt fine it, went to back and got battery. I ordered a black case battery......got a gray case......didnt check before I left......shame on me. Did not think the service was good. Young guy seemed not too knowledgeable. Will think twice before I go back. Jim

The service has been top notch for me. Ive been able to find some obscure batteries that I couldnt find anywhere else. Recently, they have gotten into cell phone repairs and replacement key fobs. This has been very helpful for me. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered car battery online, picked up in store and dropped off old battery for core refund. Would never have thought of them for car batteries but saw online they had Duracell car batteries which are well rated. Transaction was quick and painless.

I needed a new battery for 2003 In. I purchased it on line and was notified within an hour it was ready to pick up. They even tested my old battery to insure it was bad.My previous visit I went in to get a motorcycle battery, the test showed it was still good so they wouldnt sell me a new one. Turned out to be a contract issue on the starter. They saved me a hundred bucks.
Came in looking for some batteries, found the batteries but they were way to over priced. I found the same battery, different brand for much less somewhere else. That being said, the staff was friendly and helpful in helping find what I needed.

Dont fall for knock off ebay batteries when you can support a local business that stands behind their products!Update: Have been using replacement battery for my Galaxy Note 4 for a couple of weeks and it is way better than the OEM battery the phone came with. Dropped my phone off for repair, was told the part would be in overnight and the phone done by noon the next day. I stayed out of the field in the morning and worked from their parking lot waiting for my phone to get done. My job revolves, in large part, around my phone and my employees being able to get in touch with me quickly. I just went back in to find out they dont know when the part will be here, let alone when it will be done. I have now committed to wasting an entire day of work because I believed their manager about when it would be fixed and will have to come back tomorrow.This place is ridiculous and I will never use them again. Why tell me a time if you cant stick to it? When I was in the second time I brought up the fact that I didnt like how they lied to me, the guy at the desk just refered me to their manager and wouldnt talk to me about it...why would I want to talk to the manager when hes the one that lied to me in the beginning. Pathetic employees and a pathetic manager. I strongly advise using a different location than plymouth.
Every other vendor wanted to sell me a battery without acid, and go charge it yourself. Batteries & Bulbs had them in stock, with acid, charged and ready to drop into my mower. They were about a 40 minute drive away, but having it prepared for me saved me a ton of time. The mower turned over immediately.
This place was so helpful. Had the batteries I needed help them over the phone and when I got there they carried them out to the car took the old exchange and put new ones in the trunk.
The staff here is incredible, Ken comes out to the car and is as helpful as possible, including free diagnostic testing. Prices better than any other store, great selection, would give 6 stars if I could.

Repair wasnt as quick as I had hoped. He had the part in stock, but it was bad and had to get a replacement part from another store. Replacement battery isnt performing quite as good as the original OEM battery did when new, but still an improvement.
Verizon sent me here to replace my phone battery. EXCELLENT suggestion !! The employees were very helpful . Found the right battery , installed it AND saved my phone!! If you need help with battery issues this is the place to go.

Batteries Plus is the only place I will buy my batteries from. I own several vehicles which all need new batteries from time to time. My experience with everyone at Batteries Plus was top rate!! They take the extra time to determine if your battery needs replacing and which is the best product/type to recommend.
Went here for a battery for my VHS camera. Made an order from there for it, it was supposed to come in 4-7 business days. Waited 10 and eventually had to ask for a refund. Also the staff were very rude. Would not recommend AT ALL.

Do I have to give a star? They replaced my iPhone screen with the cheapest screen they could find. Of course I didnt know this until I got it fixed properly. Ive spent $300 in screens at this place. Either they arent trained on how to properly fix the phones or they are negligent. With this being a chain, I expected more. Awful.
Mine was an unusual battery request. i tried every place you could think of and no one could help me, not even the company that had sold me the item that I needed the battery for. Battery Plus had the battery, I ordered on line, drove out to a local Battery Plus store and picked up my battery and I am back in busness, Thank you Battery Plus.

Dont ever go to Batteries Plus Bulbs for an Apple Phone repair. They damaged my phone and I needed to get a replacement. Go to the Apple store only -- do not trust Batteries Plus with your Apple phone.

2022-05-23I want to thank Kenneth the Manager at the Plymouth location for getting me situated with the exact battery I ordered. A few days prior the store installed a similar battery with a brand I wasnt very familiar with. But Kenneth emailed and asked if I wanted to get the exact brand I wanted, so I did. Randy the technician also did a great job. He installed my battery before the store closed for the day. I will definitely return if necessary. The prices are better and customer service is superb compared to the competition.

2022-03-07Called ahead for a phone repair. They had the parts for my phone, were friendly and repair was done within a couple of hours. First time in one of these stores and was impressed with their selection. Will be returning for more business.

2022-05-27This place saved the day by ordering a Camera Battery for me that the Camera stores no longer carry. I got it in a week just as Levi & Ben told me I would. I picked it up and checked out the store and made sure to add them to my Contacts for future use. Plenty of parking and masks are optional at this time. Great job guys.Rick Zorn

2021-06-02The ONLY reason Batteries Plus Bulbs received a 1 star was due to the discount I received when ordered online. Otherwise, after arriving in the parking lot, I called and was told the store was busy...where he had a couple of customers to service. After waiting an additional 12 minutes, I went in to get my paid for item. The item was still on the wall not ready for pickup. He then asked if I wanted a bag to carry it out...YES! (????????) I consider this was a not-so-good pickup order experience.

2021-01-20Brought my phone in for a cracked screen covered by a phone insurance claim. Had checked 2 other stores that didnt have my screen. They were very nice on the phone and set one aside for me until I could make it in a few days later. Repairs were completed same day in the time frame they gave me and I am a happy customer. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. Hopefully wont need a phone repair again but if I do I will call them.
