Drove an hour here to get a Xbox One X HDMI port fixed. I waited in the parking lot took him only 2 hours to repair and be on my way back home. It’s working great again

Absolutely excellent repair work and great customer service. Will never go to anyone different when I need something fixed. I took my PS4 in for repairs. It had the blue light of death and would not power up. I brought it in he said hed call me tomorrow and he held his word. He gave me more than a reasonable price on a hard drive and HD chip fix. I had my PS4 back in less than 24. Highly recommend Anas hes the man thanks sir for the upgrade as well.
I got my PS4s HDMI port replaced here. Dropped it off around 12 and it was ready to pick up around 4. Super quick turn around and my PS4 has been working great ever since!This place rules.

Was told due to recent IOS update and wait til next update to see if fixes. Will see what happens then. Was informed that there is a year warranty on battery
I found this shop on google while looking for a place to have my PS4s HDMI port repaired. Most places wanted over $100 or to have me mail them my console. I was able to take the PS4 to Batteries Shack and they had it fixed and returned to me in the same day, and it cost me just under $100 out the door. I got it home last night, everything works perfectly. Take your devices here, they do great work.
I had went to get my PS4 HDMI port fixed for $117 which is way to high for an HDMI port fix! 1 month later my PS4 still has problems because, the guy that smolders didn’t go a great job at all! My ps4 still has that problem till today. Don’t repair anything here unless you need it quick
Fast, efficient, and competitively priced. Great customer service. I had a broken iPhone screen and they fixed it within half an hour at a competitive rate. They are always willing to help, they seem honest and try to do their best by the client. I have an old mac book pro that is lagging a lot and am going to bring it to them to see if increasing the RAM is going to help it out at all.
Went in to get my PS4 pro cleaned cause it was overheating and sounded like a jet engine they took care of it and now my system runs super quiet and smooth. The guy who helped me was nice and professional.

I had my iPhone screen replaced here. Service was quick and great but the new screen doesn’t work well. When typing or scrolling buttons either don’t work or are super sensitive, and my headphone/charger port has been working on and off. I’ll be coming back in because it’s within 30 days and hopefully there’s something that can be done.
I came in to get my iPhone 5 screen repaired and couldnt be happier with the price, wait time, and service. $90 for less than a 20 minute wait, and the service was great. Definitely a relief to have my phone fixed, I recommend coming here!!

The people working here are awesome!! I drove almost an hour to have my PlayStation fixed by them and not only did they accomadate me 110% but they also were very helpful and friendly. I wont go anywhere else again for my tech troubles!!!
I am very disappointed in this store. I was quoted 80$ to fix my ZTE blade. The screen had shattered, so I was looking to get it replaced. They were one of the cheapest places. I go Thursday to was told that it would be 94$ instead and bring it back Saturday. I was annoyed at the difference in prices, but figured I would pay it anyway. I paid in full and was told to bring it back Saturday.Saturday, I was told that it was going to take a couple hours and it would be done. I went back up three hours later, and they said that there was no service so they would have to figure out why and said that it would be another 15 minutes. My patience were running out at this point, but I figure Ill wait a little while later. I finally pick my phone up at about 330. I had dropped it off earlier in the day at about 1130. I immediately bought a screen protector so it wouldnt shatter again.On Sunday, I had my phone sitting in the car for a few hours, and when I went back to the car, the screen had a two cracks on it. I had the new screen on less then 24 hours at this point. My annoyance level was a little higher at this point, but I figured since its Sunday Ill wait until Monday and give them a call. I leave my phone in the car again and come out to see a few more cracks in the screen.I check the screen protector and there are no cracks or scratches at all on it. All the cracks are underneath the protector.Now it is Monday, and I call them to inform them that my screen had been cracked from just sitting there. It hadnt been used the whole time I was in the car. So make the phone call and was told that they werent going to do anything about it. They said that I had cracked the screen intentionally. They said that the only thing they can do is give me a discount to get it repaired again.Im very unhappy with the service and how I was treated. I was told a totally different amount and the screen cracked in less then 24 hours. I will not be coming back due to this whole thing that transpired the last 48 hours.
Ive used this place twice now for my iPhone repair and i will not go anywhere else. The pricing is awesome, the customer service is unbeatable! The first time i dropped my phone and cracked the screen. After getting quotes and reading reviews i gave these guys a call and they fixed me up within 20 minutes. Then i had a seperate issue that came up with my phone and they fixed that as well for no charge. Such good people and good business. I highly recommend this place!
I was sent here by another business for some help. Even though it was out of my way, I was willing to try. These guys were awesome. They were able to help me charge an old cellphone battery so that I could retrieve my information. They also replaced the charging port of my old phone so that I can still use or sell it. This was honestly the worst customer service I have ever had if I could give it zero stars I would. I brought my PS4 knowing the problem was the power supply. I didn’t get a call for 2 weeks about anything. So I gave them a call he said they haven’t even ran a diagnostic, which shouldn’t take that long. Than I got a call 2 hours later saying it was the power supply which is what I told him from day one, he said a couple days and the part would be in it would be a 180 dollar repair. So another 2 weeks went by I gave him a call he said the part still hasn’t been shipped. So I told him this is ridiculous . I had the part shipped to my house in two days. He called the next business day and it magically made it from California to Michigan. He said they did all the could it wasn’t working.I got it home fixed it myself using a video from YouTube. It has worked for 2 months straight now.
I recently brought my xbox one X here for a harddrive replacment repair, it was up and running again by the end of the day! Great people here. They fixed my phone screen for my galaxy s7. Used official Samsung glass and two weeks after the repair I had an issue with it they fixed it with no problems or questions asked. Couldnt be happier with their service
Dropped my ps4 off yesterday waiting to hear back hopefully a cheap price. Waiting a couple hours for a diagnosis which is FREE! Cant beat that other places want 25 bucks. Moneys tight so that helps. Very nice guys in there cant wait to hear back!

I thought my console was done for after my roomate getting pop or juice spilled inside. Anas was descriptive about the situation and was able to repair and save my playstation. Im so happy. First of all, I went to Batteries Shack because of all the positive reviews, and the claimed quick service. I dropped off my PS3 for repair, and was greeted in a friendly manner, and was promised a no fee, no obligation quote and diagnosis by that same evening or first thing the next morning. After explaining what my PS3 was doing, I was told the worst case scenario would be a $90 charge, which seemed reasonable, so I left the unit with him. Well, by the second day with no phone call, I called and was told that the technician was not in, and to call back later. Wait a minute.... I had just been told that someone would promptly CALL ME and give the quote and diagnosis. So I waited, and ended up calling the following day. AGAIN I was told that they would have to call me back (yes I was feeling like a sucker). I finally got a call back, and was told that it was a burned out power something or other and would be $90 (big surprise!!!!) and was told that it would be completed by that evening or the next morning. THREE DAYS LATER I called, and was told that they left a message but had the wrong phone number (keep in mind that they verified my phone number every time I called, and had even called me once at that correct phone number). I was told that they could not fix the problem and had no idea what the problem was. I promptly picked up the PS3 and left. Out of curiosity, I opened the case and inspected the power unit module, and found that they did not replace a screw to the case of the power module, and hacked the hell out of the plastic case when they opened it. I wish I could say that I was making this up, but I am not!!!!!! Please consider going elsewhere if you need anything repaired, this does not seem like the place that I would ever trust, unless you like being lied to, and your equipment damaged instead of repaired!!!!!! I am guessing that them made their own reviews. I will NEVER go there again for ANYTHING!!!
I was skeptical of a battery store that replaces iPhone 6 screens. They promised a 30 min repair and offered a Military discount. I returned exactly 30 mins later just for fun and of course it was finished. Best price that found in the area too.
Staff was very friendly and did repair my phone fast at a good price. However the quality of screen replacement they used is extremely low. It displays poor color quality and is very laggy with touch sensitivity. Plus the sensor for dimming the front screen when you put the phone to your ear is now inactive.
So my hdmi port was completely broke, so I took my ps4 in and the I got top notch service and top notch work. I brought my ps4 in at around 12:00. I got it back completly fixed and at a good price. If any of my systems brake or I need a phone repair, Batteries Shack will be the first place I go no doubt about it.
Customer service was good. Turn around was quick. However I wouldn’t recommend taking your IPad for a screen repair. The guy put on my screen protector and case for me (did a perfect job on protector) however my screen cracked the very next day!!! I still can use the iPad but the screen isn’t as sensitive as an original IPad screen so it’s very hard to type and maneuver around the IPad. I don’t think the new screen is very good.The guy wanted to make it right by giving me a discount on the screen to replace it (again) but I wasn’t willing to dump more money into it.
These guys are great. Brought in my take for a broken part button. When and updated the thing and it crashed. Took it to Microsoft store and they told me my hardware was friend. And that I needed to buy a new device. Took it back to Anas and he got it in recovery mode and got the thing rebooted and running. I will always recommend these guys for an tech and batteries needs. I was visiting from way out of town for a funeral, never a fun journey. My vintage iPhone 4S screen shattered and was mostly unresponsive; bad timing as family streamed in for the gathering, wanting to connect with me. I called several places; only Batteries Shack had the replacement screen in stock and could do the work that afternoon, no sweat. Everyone else wanted a 3-day turnaround on the replacement part; by that time I would be several states away. Anas and Sam did a truly making job of easing me through a very stressful situation. They were fast, friendly, very reasonable -- and the phone looks brand new! My heroes!

Key fob stopped working after I tried many batteries at home I thought it was really broke. Walked in and was good to go in 3 minutes. All my batteries were dead lol. Was able to get a new one for $5.00!
The LCD of the wii control pad was cracked. We thought this was a complete loss and had resigned ourselves to the loss of electronic equipment. Then our son found this place by doing a google search. They advertised that they do most repairs in 24 hours. True! In LESS than 24 hours they replaced the cracked screen and the wii control pad is as good as new. They DIDNT charge a HUGE amount to repair the screen. UNDER $100 for this repair. VERY happy with this first experience and WILL consider this place again if I ever need any electronic repairs. They repair a variety of electronic things so CALL THEM & ask if they can repair whats wrong. The store is a bit of a distance from home. WELL worth the travel.
I can not rave enough about these guys. I had just gone shopping at the grocery store and loaded up all my groceries in my car and then when I got in I tried to start my car. It did not even try to turn over. I turned it off and tried again and still nothing. I had a nice gentlemen try to jump my car off but even then it still made no noise. Once I realized it was the battery, I started wondering what I could do to get a new one to my current location when I could not drive.I did some quick research online and found Batteries Shack, I gave them a call and explained my current situation. The gentlemen on the phone was extremely nice and told me that they could actually deliver the right battery, for my car, and they would deliver it for free and install the new one for free! Best of all it also came with a 4 year warranty. They did an amazing job and I would give them my business again.

I paid the store to repair my iPhone and they didn’t install the screen correctly. Avoid this store at all costs for phone screen repair because they do not perform quality work.Not only did they not complete it on the same day, but once they told me it was ready for me to pick it up, the top portion of the screen by the volume buttons wasn’t flat like the rest of the screen.

Great guy excellent place, I had a kinda strange request I had bought a battery and wanted it in my iPhone because I was to scared to break something, wow lemme tell you worth it, for one I walked in while the owner was talking to someone he then had her phone for all of 15 minutes and it was done, she was amazed as amazed as l was, anyways I asked him if he could place this battery in my phone and let me use it for a couple minutes he had no problems with it, battery replaced all is good thank you so so much for all of your help, btw it was a 3,500 mAh battery thank you so so much😁 I recommend to anyone who needs phone repairs great person

I had a very positive experience getting a battery replaced it was very cold they had me stay in the building they took the old one out put the new one in and I was good to go, there was no charge for installation and got a usa-made battery for less money than the other Auto parts places were charging

I needed a hard to find marine battery. Anas at Batteries Shack worked with me from out of town a month in advance of splashing the boat. When I arrived to purchase the battery it was charged and ready to go. The following week he found additional batteries of the same brand when most battery supply shops in the Detroit area couldn’t. Take your business to this Batteries Shack, they work hard to earn it.

Well i was lied 2 they said they would be able to fix my sons playstation but when i got there they had items before his which was not stated during initial phone conversation i left work early to drive 25 minutes out my way only to go across the street to buy a new one bcuz they couldnt get it done that day which they said they could
I went to cpr in Atlanta and they were great and quoted me $50 to fix my phone...but I had to come back to Michigan...so I went into a cpr here and told the guy what I was quoted...he went on and on upping the price as he spoke...all the way to over $260!!!! I kept skating him why the difference...he came up alot of baloney....Anyway moral of the story is I went to battery shack WOW AMAZINGLY GOOD SERVICE AND GREAT PRICE!!!DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DRIVE ALITTLE THE FURTHER IF NEED BE AND COME HERE!!!! My ps4 recently took a dump on me and i called disc replay originaly and they told me to come here and it was totaly worth it great service and communication always giving you updates on your product and the repair they originaly told me 3-4 weeks but they got in done in 1 and its like i was booting it up for the first time again i had an amazing experiance with these guys ill definately be stopping by again

I always drive by Batteries Shack on my way to and from work and never quite understood why these stores are springing up everywhere - that is until I visited this one when I had a DC jack problem on my laptop. I called on a Sunday, dropped it off in the AM, the store Managers name is Anas, and he diagnosed it quck - we talked well past their closing hours and said it would be fixed by tomorrow and would cost $70 (way less than computer repair places were estimating - and I couldnt even get some of those places to call me back. These guys are VERY Customer friendly, fast, reliable and affordable. Cell phones, ipads, video game consoles - theyll fix it. Not honest in terms of fixing phone. You talk to your technician in your own dialect about the pricing. In short not good service for phone repairs. Not recommending this place. Thank you!

2022-04-17If you have repairs done on your Playstation 4 make sure to do an inventory of screws. Got mine back and yes, The HDMI port was repaired and the system worked again. But upon taking the machine apart myself, I noticed several internal screws were missing. As well as some external.

2020-07-28The first thing I did was message the store through Google, asking how much an internal battery supply fix would cost. They responded saying to give their store a call.A few days later I call, asking how much the repair would cost. The person responded telling me How do you know its the power supply? I told him Well I know its not the power cable, because it works with my ps3, and there is no blue light, no beep. He responds Well we can diagnose it for free, do you know where our store is. I did as I used Google to call, but I was a work so I told him I would have to stop by another day.I visited the shop on Wednesday 07/22/2020 around 4pm. (This is during COVID) Masks are required in store. I filled out my name, phone number, and address on a sheet he gave me, and handed him my ps4, again telling him I believed it was the power supply. He told me it would be at least a couple of days.Saturday evening I get a call saying the issue was the power supply and apparently the HDMI was broken. He said it would be ready in a couple of hours, but I told him Id pick it up Monday afternoon. He told me it would be $120 for the repair, and normally it would be more expensive, but they are being more lax because of COVID. Now knowing the HDMI ports cost around $10 and the power supplies costing around $50-60, I was a bit hesitant to say okay, but I thought it would have been better than me messing it up.Monday 07/27/2020, I pick up my ps4 at 4pm, paying $120 + $7 tax for the repair and drive home. I plug in my ps4 and it doesnt turn on. I call after I find this out and he told me to bring it back in when I can and this time with the power cord. As I stated earlier, I already know thats not the issue, as I checked it again yesteeday to make sure it still works.Upon closer inspection I noticed they also broke off my power button (as shown in photo). Make sure to get the receipt, because it says refunds are invalid without them. They do offer free repairs within the month of fixing it if it ever breaks or fails.I went in today and they said the power button was the issue. He was very polite in trying to help me and show me that it now works. He tried this best job at fixing a bad first impression. Not sure what happened to the power button, but glad they fixed it fast and right there.As with anything else, I always suggest to check if it works when you get it back

2020-12-09Great value and quick service.I gotta say, I wasn’t a fan at first. I brought in my iPhone X for screen repair and they fixed it relatively fast. It was all good until hours later when the touch screen stopped working. This happened twice. Fortunately, the customer service was surprisingly good and they helped me every step of the way. No extra charges. It’s been a month or so now and my phone is still working good.I’d go back!

2020-03-18Was super happy with the reasonable price to replace my cracked iPhone screen and how super quick it was. But a few days later and something about it is just off.Since then they have reached out to me and said I could bring it back in. They replaced the screen while I stood there and now it works great. I am very happy with the service.

2020-08-18I took my sons ps4 in to get the hdmi port fixed on Saturday for $90 (which seemed kind of pricey) and the man at the counter told us hed contact us on Monday or Tuesday. Well today is Tuesday and I tried calling and got no response and now theyre closed. I understand things happen, but communication would have been appreciated and the lack of it just makes your business look unprofessional.
