Do they actually staff people to work at this building or are the security guards the only ones working during business hours ? I try not to go here by all means possible. Very time consuming

They sent court papers to my house for unpaid city taxes, so I called the number to mediate a payment plan. The city worker had me agree to a payment plan, and I gave him my word Id be in on pay day. He said I wouldnt have to go to court now. So I went and made my first payment, went into the office and made sure everything was straight. I just got a letter in the mail saying I missed my court appearance and I cant make payments now. They are going to garnish my husbands checks! With added court costs! This place IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! THEY ARE GREEDY LIARS!
