All of the drivers I have encountered have been extremely courteous. I travel with my bicycle a lot. My first time traveling with my bicycle, the bus operator took the time to show me how to attach the bike to the bike carrying system on the front. Very nice operators, great form of transport.

Visited April 13, 2021 and all doors were locked.Think there was a sign saying Covid.Dont remember any other signs.Assume individuals traveling on Bay Metro, Greyhound, Indian Trails, etc. wait outside in the weather and buy tickets elsewhere. (web, phone, mail)Bay Metro Transit needs to update their website.http://www.baymetro.com/Bay Metro Transit should consider having a Apple/Google apps like Greyhound and Indian Trails to help their customers.A Bus Tracker app would be helpful for customers and could possibly be written by a college/high school student.Plus its a nice line item for the student on their resume.

FINALLY July 6 2021 Fixed routes resume. Route 1 & 4 return Monday August 31 2021. 50% capacity and passengers deboard at CBS for bus disinfection. Fare begin in August. Face masks on public transportation

Not all. .but there are a few bus drivers who are just so rude and jerks. ..They talk to some passengers like they are dogs. .not kidding. There is a way to treat and talk to people. If I didnt have to I would never ride these busses. Without people like us out here. .they would not have a job! !!

Terrible service busses are always late drivers talk to passengers more than pay attention to the road. Even tho there route is already behind they will stop and do paper work or turn around to talk instead of using opportunity to make up time. Guess it dont matter to them that were trying to get to work cause there already at there job .

Yesterday was the first time I used the fixed route service. It was a very nice experience everyone from dispatch to the drivers we’re extremely! Courteous and helpful as I am elderly and no longer drive, this was all new to me they we’re all very patient and helpful..... Thanks to all at bay metro!!
