I have to say this is one of the best urgent care centers I have been to or of many. The entire staff was so kind and full of care that I had to write this. R. (for anonymity sake) was especially wonderful and we had a great conversation. Thank you for your wonderful service :)
Good visit. However made an appointment for 2:20 and was not seen until 3:15. Was also told I should have gone to my PCP instead but mentioned they had no availability so this was my next best option. That didn’t make much sense to me because the job is to serve patients who come in no matter what. However I received a diagnosis and overall was not a bad visit.
I will never go back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. One of the 2 receptionists was super unhelpful and unfriendly about getting my cards uploaded before I could complete check in (the other receptionist was very nice). The nurse was excellent. However once I was put in a room I was told the computers froze and that it would be just a few more minutes. The whole time Im waiting in a room I can hear a zoom meeting happening outside my room. I ended up waiting in a room 20-25 minutes to be seen. As soon as I hear the zoom meeting wrapping up, the PA comes running into my room, talks to me for about a minute, checks me over and then sends me on my way. Absolutely no help for what I was actually there for. It was almost like they got behind because of this zoom meeting/computer problems and she had decided what was wrong with me before even seeing me and just had to get that out of the way. Complete waste of time and money, and Im no better off than when I went in there.This is actually the 2nd time Ive tried this place. The first time was for my son. I was able to make him an appointment online (which asks for your DOB) only to be told when we showed up that he was too young and the doctors wouldnt see him.
The check in nurses were sweet and took me seriously. They were able to give me my flu test results before I left the office (within twenty minutes) and I had my COVID test by the time I got home(half an hour later). Jim, the nurse practicer, was extremely kind and respectful. He gave me specific recommendations. I always have a good experience coming to this urgent care. Their care is quick and effective and their staff is always kind. The fancy keurig with hot chocolate, tea, and coffee is definitely a plus :)
This place needs professional staff. I am a nurse and I took my toddler in because he needed antibiotic otherwise I dont usually come to urgent cares. The minute I walked in there was no acknowledgement the receptionist literally slammed the mask box sn faced it towards me. Then she asked why I was there and as I was explaining she interrupted me and started to talk to the staff in the back. Then she said my toddler needed to where a mask, I told her I will try but he will not keep it on. So while we are waiting a nurse from the back came out with a mask an came in my face telling me he needs a mask. As I was explaining that he will not keep a mask then the nurse said you as a MOTHER cant make him wear a mask. These nurses/ma whatever they are and the receptionists are very rude. The provider was nice did his part. But to experience all that non sense was in called for and unprofessional.
So funny story I got a ring stuck on my thumb and had to go to get it removed, every single staff member was SO sweet and understanding, very empathetic to me. Yernell, Sabrina, Rosaline and Dr. James were amazing!!! Thank you all so much for helping me and giving me such a friendly experience. I will always come back to this location for any treatment I need in the future :)
My wife and I went there for a Covid test after showing symptoms. Everyone we came in contact with, including Joy at the front desk was extremely nice and couldn’t have been more helpful. Joy took our information, then we went into an examination room where they checked our vitals the swabbed our noses and then we were done. We got the results within a few minutes after we left. The only negative thing I can say is our tests came out positive! Oh well…

I recently visited your Beaumont Urgent Care center on Canton Center Road in Canton Michigan and I wanted to praise how wonderful everyone on the staff was.I dont like to be blunt, but in this case, I feel there is no better way to express how happy I was with the care rendered by James Woods (RN), the medical assistant, and the receptionists. Please do yourself a favor and give them a hefty raise. Your Sunday Staff is what makes your Canton Center location the best place Ive ever been.Once again, thank you so much for providing me such a great environment in my time of need. Used this location on 6/27/22 after injuring my foot. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to reserve a time slot online. The NP was excellent. They have on-site radiology services and i had my xray read within 15 minutes. Would recommend to all and would consider using again if I needed urgent care services.
We went for my daughters ankle sprain. There was no wait time, paper work was on app received via text. The nurse and Dr. both were very good, paid keen attention to details of the injury. They have the x-ray/radiology facility and about 30 mins of wait for x-ray report, which is simply part of process. But overall, our purpose of visit was v much served. They gave us ankle support, the dr. herself came to ensure the ankle support fits and sits well. Also, gave us one of diff. size to ensure my daughter was comfortable with it.We absolutely has no issues and a sigh of relief as right test and diagnose was done.
Had an appointment and was taken in on time. Very courteous reception. Tech that administered the test was awesome. The PA that saw me explained everything to me and old me what to watch out for and what to do. Very pleasant experience even though I tested positive for Covid.
HORRIBLE! Please do not go here! I came for a ear infection! The wait is horrible even when I scheduled a appointment! The nurse was nice! However, the DOCTOR was so rude! I asked for some ice as I was waiting to smooth my pain. After that, she seemed irritated and said we dont use ice for that! She seemed like she didnt want to Give the patient whatever needed to relieve their PAIN!!!!!!! I was in so much pain to the point I was in tears! She was rude and rushing! But, she was spending time telling stories to the nurse and not doing her job!! She even got mad because when I had to fill out the paper. It mentioned did we treat your needs. I circled no. The doctor got mad and said so we didnt treat your needs. I said no, you did not because you cant provide a clear diagnosis of whats wrong. She mentioned to go see a specialist which I have a appointment set up tomorrow. They dont have the equipment to do a ear test. Please dont waste time. The staff were laughing and playing instead of treating patients. One girl came in with her little baby daughter with puffy eyes to the point her eye was closing! She had to leave and go somewhere else because the wait was too long. Thats a emergency and should never have to wait for that!This was my first and last time coming here!! The first thing you supposed to do is even if you CANT treat someone but they have a appointment, make sure they leave with NO PAIN!!!! HealthCARE! Ive never been treated like this is a healthcare setting!! Super distasteful and rude!
Front staff was no help, it took me 45 minutes to get checked in and I have been to this location 3 times in the past.I ended up paying cash because the front desk personnel couldnt get my insurance information processed correctly.What started as a 15 minute visit upon my arrival, turned into 1 hour 20 minutes, all for a simple Covid test.
This place is full of scam. I brought my kids to see them and just because I didnt put the visit as covid visit, they charged me a copay. The first desk is extremely rude and they do not care about how you are feeling. It is strictly a money business for them. Even for a covid visit, they will charge you a copay!!! Very very disappointing. This lady named Kiki was at the front desk and she did not know what she was doing. She told me that I could not be seen even when I had an appointment just because my visit did not mention covid visit. I even made a new appointment and then she told me that I cant be seen at that time because they do not have an availability. Why would you let me make an appointment through the website if there was no availability? It is extremely frustrating because in a need of medical emergency, general public like us count on urgent care. When the urgent care of any medical staff is very rude and do not care about you especially when children are involved, it is very very disappointing and heartbreaking. I really wanted my daughter to be seen because she was in so much pain so I just paid the copay. Then the front desk tried to tell me that the next appointment will be here soon so I have to wait longer. I would not recommend this place to anyone in my family or friends. They have no empathy and lack professionalism. Front desk staff should be empathetic towards patients because these are the first people we see when we walk into a facility. In no scenario medical help should be denied just because there is a glitch in the system or simply a problem with entering information in the computer. This goes against everything I know as a medical professional myself. VERY disappointed and sad about how our health system has just become a money game.
We received excellent care for my teenaged sons illness (which I was afraid was COVID, but thankfully turned out to be influenza). We used the online slot-booking system (see their website), so we had *no* paperwork to complete after arriving at the office. All of the staff were very kind and friendly, and the NP did not attempt to over-prescribe expensive drugs (much appreciated). With our slot booked, it only took an hour out of our day to get care, advice and an instant influenza screen. The COVID-19 test (PCR) only took two hours to receive the results. Beaumont (like U of M) uses the MyChart patient portal, which made it a breeze to access test results (download/print) to send the school nurse. I would definitely visit this clinic again.
This was a very bad experience for both myself and my son. The office was not particularly busy, but we still had to wait 90 minutes to be seen. We also were there simply to get a covid test but we ended up having to get a bunch of other things done (weight, blood pressure, etc) all before having the test completed. My son who is a 1 year old was obviously upset about the test, which is to be expected, but then we were told we had to sit in the room and wait until the doctor came in which was another 15 minutes... all just for her to put the stethoscope on my chest and say we were good to go. If that is all that was left, why force a dad and his screaming child to sit and wait for 15 minutes in an environment he is uncomfortable in? Why did we need any of this when we simply wanted a covid test? I will not go back to this facility and instead will do my tests at Plymouth Urgent Care where they hold true to your appointment time and do only the necessary test as one would expect.
Terrific team. Was redirected here by another testing center who were unfortunately unable to do a same-day PCR test. I was essentially a walk-in, but after a smart-phone-driven sign-up, was seen quickly and professionally. The attending nurse practitioner actually apologized for being so quick!
I highly recommend Beaumont Urgent Care. I saw James Wood, RN NP-C for a shoulder injury. He was thorough in his exam and ordered x-rays that were done then and there, as I had hoped for to rule out a fracture or break. He took the time to provide a thorough explanation of the likely issue(s), a prescription to get the inflammation down, and showed me some therapeutic exercises I can do at home, along with recommending follow up with my PCP.
The receptionist was very friendly. The nurse who took vitals and did my strep test was aggressive. Once the dr heard I was refusing a Covid test (no symptoms) he basically said he would do nothing for me. But to come back in 4 days if I didn’t feel better. I went to another clinic the next day and was told I had acute tonsillitis. She prescribed meds and I am already feeling better. It disgusts me that a clinic is more worried about forcing Covid tests and vaccines on people than helping. They get paid extra per test and vaccine by the way…
My daughter is still not feeling well. I specifically informed the provider that her symptoms were suspicious of either an ear infection or strep throat. The ONLY test that she did was for Covid which was negative. She did not test her for strep or influenza as I had requested. My daughters ear became even more painful & she does have an ear infection. What a complete waste of time & money at this urgent care. The provider said “we wouldn’t treat with antibiotics unless she was sick for 7 days or more”. Since when is that a standard of care? Providers should LISTEN to parents. I would not have brought her in, if there was not good reason to. She should have tested her for influenza & strep & should have been able to see the ear infection. Very disappointing. There are many other illnesses aside from Covid. I did not even ask for her to be swabbed for Covid since she just had Covid less than 3 months ago so I knew it wasn’t Covid. I also know my kid.. very well.. and know when she is sick & what “it” might be. Also, the registration clerk was extremely rude to every one of us that were in the waiting room. Disappointing visit. This is NOT Beaumont standards.
Staff was very short about telling me how to sign up for a Covid test. The staff was moving very slow regarding putting information within the system. I will probably never return to this office ever again. The fact that I work in the healthcare field also. I was trying to be understanding but when some one is being blatantly rude to me for just wanting to get a Covid test. It was different for sure. Maybe customer service & skills training as a suggestion.
I went Beaumont Urgent care on April 30, 2022 12 pm to 3:00 pm . I understand there was long wait and I don’t complain about that. What I complain about serious discrimination against Autism. My son is Autistic and he is 6. I saw Christina A. The nurse said I don’t want to check any autistic kid because once on autistic kid kicked me.They didn’t even check him properly. Not even checked his lungs.I am going to complain in Wayne county health department as well.Not sure if you can relate to this but if you have any special need stay away from this place .
I usually have no complaints, i make my appointments and i get seen within 15 minutes of arrival and i get the treatment i came for, however i made an appointment yesterday and i waited an hour and a half to be seen. all for them to not do anything to help with what i came in for. very disappointed.
We Called before going to this urgent care. Talked to Yernell who was extremely helpful, sweet and answered all of my questions. Upon arrival the rest of the team including Dr. James also greeted us with a cheerful, helpful attitude. They resolved our issue. We will continue to use this urgent care as needed.
I went to Beaumont Urgent Care in Canton on a Saturday. The night before I experienced a sudden loss of hearing in my left ear. I was seen by James W.He confirmed that there was no infection but put me on a steroid to help the healing.Monday, I saw an Ear Nose throat specialist. They explained that if I had not been put on a steroid 48 hours after the sudden hear loss, the loss might be permanent. James saved my hearing.I strongly recommend this Urgent Care and will never hesitate to visit them again if needed.
Got me in online appt ahead , right on time, had me taken care of very quicky, ongoing infection and breathing issues. Everyone very friendly and understanding . Such a difference how treated from understaffed over worked taking out job on patients at Canton ER. across the street over years. Every visit . Was refreshing being helped when not feeling well, not talked down too at Canton Newer Beaumont Urgent Care . Love Beaumont ! Go to Urgent Care much better service !!
This was a great/clean facility with amazing staff!! I was greeted by Yarnell at registration who was extremely friendly & just pleasant! Riham took care of me in the room & was wonderful & Dr Wood was very caring & friendly. I was extremely pleased with my care & would definitely go back &/or recommend them to anyone!
Service was good. Competent nurse and PA. All very friendly. I really appreciated being told when I called the wait time was 2 hrs and I could reserve a spot onine and wait at home . Waitung room was not crowded at all. Had an xray machine and films were sent to be read. Found out result with little wait time.
The service at the Urgent Care was very good. There was some confusion with the intake information. Accordingly we were advised that it was a new system and unfortunately it crashed through no fault of the staff. Hopefully the new system will work out it’s kinks soon.
It took me begging my husband to finally go to the Dr historically we had such great experiences at this office. This is why he agreed to even go. The one star is for PA Adibe was she extremely judegemental and all she wanted to do was rush my husband out-of the office. She declared my husband fine (he was able to run 3 miles he is fine) with out doing the basics checks (she did listened to his chest) but no ear mouth nose check. This was a complete waste of time and money.
Nowhere on the website does it explain that “walk-in” doesn’t really mean “walk-in”. I went to get a PCR test and was told I had to make an appointment for over an hour later. On top of that’s, the registration system is totally ludicrous. You need to use your smart phone to upload photos of your drivers license and insurance card, answer a thousand questions, and then be told you didn’t do it correctly when you show up for your appointment. All this even though all my information was already in the Beaumont system!Then I had to wait for quite a while beyond my “appointment “ time.I will avoid this place if at all possible in the future.
I was very well cared, and the staff gave me their full attention. I arrived there with a broken foot suspect, and the team was very respectful with my situation.They did an XRay to evaluate and after confirming my injury, they scheduled an orthopedist themselves for me, so I left the urgent care with my foot properly immobilized, a copy of the XRay, the initial evaluation and the orthopedist schedule for the next day.I could not be more happy and pleased with the service provided.It is good to mention however, that I book my visit online a couple hours before heading to the clinic. If I had just walked in, i would most likely had to wait around 1:30h, since my case was not critical. However, booking in advance and submitting all the information in advance definitely made the check in faster, and 15 minutes after I arrived I was already being evaluated.
The staff were amazing and so was the NP that our daughter saw. My daughter was nervous about being in a doctors office. The receptionist and medical staff did everything to make her feel comfortable. From making her laugh to giving her snacks. It was amazing while she got check for an ear infection. Thanks team for knowing what to do with a 2 year old.
I did not make an appointment. Didnt know you had to make one. ( Im not from Canton) The front desk said they would send me a link to fill out paperwork but Im computer illiterate. 🙂 She then gave me the paperwork to fill out and I was seen within 5 minutes of handing it in. Everyone is very pleasant. Thank you for the great service.
Drs and NPs and PAs are awesome. Answer questions and keep updated on what is going to happen next in the visit. Front desk is a little less in the customer service department, especially since most people coming in are not feeling good. But staff moves quickly to get you in and out.
I was very pleased with the service I received I was cared for and was treated with compassion and they listened to my concerns patiently They also offer Covid tests with same day results I had my results in less than an hour I was seen by both a MA and a NP I will definitely use them again if needed they went above and beyond.Update April 19 2022: A special thanks to the ladies in reception,My MA and Jim my NP who took care of me just recently being sick I went back to this location after having such a pleasant experience last time I was cared for and treated with respect and kindness. Thank you all again at Beaumont Urgent Care, You are all very much appreciated!
I went in for a PCR Covid test. I waited 1:30 hours in a waiting room and was told I would have the results in 2 hours. I checked the website over 10 times over the next 16 hours with no response. I called 4 times and was placed on hold and the phone call was disconnected all 4 times. I then Drove in, waited in line for 20 minutes to be told my results were “inconclusive” and needed to be retested!
Despite the pandemic and the demand and need for COVID testing, the staff maintained their professionalism. I just wish people would remember that they are human too. They (the staff) are also on the receiving end of customer service at some point, and knows what it is like to seek service. My only suggestion would be to pass out numbers and direct people stay in their cars, as waiting out in the cold does not a help person when they are seeking medical treatment. I thanked the staff for showing up for work and for actually doing the work of a health care professional. They were very busy and focused. 🙏🏼
Avoid!!!!! I set an 8 AM appt., first person here, and completely checked in online before my arrival. I was here for PCR test. A 2 minute test turns into a gimick Dr. visit that isnt advertised as apart of scheduling a PCR test. They do not care about your time and making you late for work. If you dont go through with the gimmick so called Dr. visit they cancel your test and dont tell you. Then you come back within 2 minutes and they start you completely over. Gimmick!!!!!!
I arrived Saturday Jan 8, 2022 at 7:30am stood in the cold for hours before I got into the foyer door. Finally filled paperwork out around 10am. Waited in the foyer for a couple more hrs. Finally get called to the back about noon. One of the staff members was very rude. She kept changing up every time she came and said something to us waiting. She said they wasn’t taking anymore walk ins around 8am. She turned people away, then she started taking more people. Families of 4 and under after she said they couldn’t take families. Then she said that we couldn’t get the test with same day results to a few of us that was waiting since before they opened. But the people that came after us, was able to get same day results test. So basically if you said you was going out of town or paid out of pocket you could get it. That’s unfair to people that are experiencing symptoms and have jobs to report to. I’m still waiting on results and it’s Tuesday Jan 12. I was seen Saturday Jan 8. I was tested at this facility in November and had no problem, that was why I came back. After this incident this facility will be my last option.
I really like this urgent care! The staff are friendly yet stern with regard to COVID protocols. They, like many health care professionals are being pulled in many directions!! They do their best to be caring and accommodating! The multiple positive experiences I have had there, makes this my go-to facility outside of my PCP.GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!
I am not giving the facility a one star review, this is for Tara W. the PA who I was seen by today. She lectured me about COVID and let me know by me coming there I was putting her and her family at risk. I was there for a re-test which I was advised to do by someone who I spoke to in the office there. She was rude , insensitive and talked down to me. She miss quoted CDC quarantine guild lines to fit her agenda. Maybe she shouldnt be in this field if she has such a poor bedside manor. I hope that the next time I have to use this facility I do not have to make contact with her. Other then her, I love this place and have always had outstanding service in the past.
I needed a PCR covid test to return to work. They provided same-day results. Great turnaround time. Everyone was very professional. I was very happy. The test was covered by insurance, so no cost to me - or was it?At the time of the test, I didnt think anything of it when they wanted to take my vitals. Were they being thorough? Were they putting this into a database so they could help cure Covid? I didnt care....until I got a bill.By taking my vitals, they made it into an Urgent Care visit instead of just a visit to get the Covid test that my insurance covers. So while the person was sticking that giant wooden Q-Tip way up my nose, Beaumont was sticking their hand in my wallet.So if you need a covid test, make sure you only get a covid test.
I just left this location looking for the lab as canton center pediatrics doctor ordered lab work for my son. I stood in line where the older lady at the counter helped everyone in line immediately. Once I got to the front she looked around me about three times calling seated patients to ask them question. She heard my autistic son making noises so she looked around me then finally acknowledged me with a is he with you. I said yes he is my son. Then she goes may I help with a rude tone. Now I may be overly sensitive as this is my second experience with commercial health care as I am a 10year active duty navy vet and customer service in military clinics is something they have greatly cleaned up over the years. I felt overlooked and not welcomed . Do better. Please . Anywho I told her what I was looking for and she said the lab is up the road . No more. I’m new to Michigan as I recently seperated from the military and trying to get my son enrolled in school. Luckily I found up the road.
I went in for a sprained ankle when they were busy doing PCR tests but the sweetest ladies at the front desk immediately brought out a wheel chair and brought me the forms to fill up. They made me wait for a reasonable amount of time but Dr. Stevens answered all my questions and reviewed my x-ray quickly and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the clinic.
I went for a PCR test on January 19th at approximately 8:30 am. The front desk staff was great.The young lady who gave me the test in room #2 was unprofessional. She had an attitude and was terrible at given instructions. Truly sad.I called the front desk on Jan 20th to check on the results. Again, those ladies were amazing. True professionals and eager to help.A++ for the front desk staff.
I will not go here again. I waited in the lobby alone for a COVID PCR test (made by appointment). An hour goes by & a man came inside to wait for a PCR as well. A nurse from the back was talking to the front desk lady, complaining about patients and their Bit*****. Then the nurse comes out to the lobby 45min later & calls out the man’s name and begins to take him to the back to get tested even though my appt was first. I asked the lady at the front desk why he got called back before me and the same nurse came back out, interrupted me, stating: “Is there another person trying to tell me how to do my job?” I began to laugh slightly, thinking she was joking but she was very serious and gave me attitude.
My husband and I needed Covid testing for travel. From the 1st phone call to get details to our virtual appointments to the clinic visit for the tests the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The staff in the clinic were exceptional and the facility was very clean. Highly recommend!!
Amazing service, this place is unbelievable. I didnt have an appointment, and got my PCR test result back in less than 2 hours during peak Thanksgiving testing season. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The front desk kept me updated with my place in line and the nurses (Nichole and Rosalyn) were super helpful, quick, and addressed all my concerns before and after the test. I cant recommend this place enough!
I went And got tested on Tuesday for Covid. I tested positive. My whole world came crashing down because I have an immunocompromised son. The staff was nice but I’m upset with the doctor, Nichole Patrick who treated me. I am out of work for 10+ days and now I won’t be getting paid because Ms.Patrick who treated me will not fill out the necessary paperwork for my short term disability. Paperwork regarding my visit with her. She directed me to my pcp who directed me back to Ms.Patrick because I was seen by her and treated by her. She can write me a script, give me a notice but can’t fill out paperwork about the interaction I had in her office so that I can get some of my pay while on leave? This is frustrating enough. Especially around the holidays. Only because she plans to quit working at the urgent care doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be thorough as a medical professional.
I went in for a CPR test and they seemed so overwhelmed with patients who were not being kind to them but they maintained amazing professionalism and were extremely kind and patient. First time here and will never go anywhere else again! This staff is absolutely outstanding and helpful!

Not the place to go for a quick COVID test. Walked in at 11am and was told I had to make an appointment. The next appointment was at 3:20 pm. I was told to be there at 3:10. Got there at 3:10 and wait until almost 5pm. I started noticing people that came after I did were being called back before I was. Talked to the lady at the front desk and she started acting confused asking if I had checked in with her. Yes, I did, she even made a copy of my driver license and ID. Then, when I get to the back I start getting my blood pressure checked and this and that. Im like I just need a COVID test but then they tell me its an urgent care and they had to do all this extra unecessary stuff. At least the people at the front desk should tell you what to expect. There should also be a sign out front indicating tests are by appointment only. All in all this wasted allot of my time. In dont recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get a quick COVID test.
Hands down worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should have known when I walked in because the lady at the counter was already being extremely rude to the customer she had in front of her. I had called ahead & asked if they accepted walk ins & was told yes but if it was severe they would send me to the ER. As it wasn’t severe I came in. I stood in line and watched her be rude to every single person in front of me. Raising her voice to talk over them and never letting anyone say what they needed to say. When I got to the counter I said I had called about a walk in appointment & before I even got done saying that she raised her voice to talk over me saying “I’m too busy to see you go to the ER.” I will never come back here. There is no reason to treat people the way that this woman was treating everyone.
Service was excellant. Resolution of the issue was efficient, Would recommend to anyone.From the time I walked in the door the efficiency and a real personal touch was pervasive. Angie, at reception, Rosalyn as medical assistant and Meghan as NP were outstanding in terms of competence, and expertise. Immediately put me at ease and got me in and out in a very short period of time. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STAFF AT THIS URGENT CARE TO ANYONE. Couple that with some great humor it was an A+ experience.
Urgent care has to be urgent but we had to wait for about an hour just to hear that the doctor can not handle my 2 and half year old daughter that she had a deep cut in her forehead right above the eyebrow ....... That was upsetting and the women of the front desk was kinda rude like I said my daughter is in pain and then she started talking to her co worker about oh my god the mother is saying this and that like girl I can hear you, you are talking about me !!!
Was seen here on January 9th for a COVID-19 test, I was showing signs of being sick and they were not addressed. I was told my test was going to take 72 hrs to process, 72+ hours later and still no results. I tried for an hour and a half to call them and kept getting disconnected so I drove back here just to be told sorry no results yet. They may have Beaumont in their name but are far from being anything remotely close to how a Beaumont facility operates.
Went in for a CoVid test after showing symptoms and not feeling well. The exam was insufficient and none of my symptoms were addressed or even checked. They sent me on my way without a single wellness recommendation other than don’t go to work if you’re sick. After receiving my results I called back and asked if the physician could prescribe something to help with my cough and tight chest, since it was disregarded on the office visit. The receptionist said “there’s no cure for CoVid and if the symptoms get worse just head to the hospital”. Just a heads up here… there’s no cure for a common cold either, but when I’ve gone to a doctor with a cough they will prescribe something to make you comfortable while it runs it’s course. This place is a money grab and clearly doesn’t care about their patients health. Luckily I was able to get a video conference appointment with my primary Dr and things were taken care of appropriately. Won’t be going back.
From the time I called before later going in I had a good experience. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and gave me the information for walking-in and making an appointment online. When I was finally able to get to the Urgent Care I was warmly greeted. The lobby was clean and no more than two people could occupy it at the same time. I was called back within 10 mins of getting there. The medical assistant was gentle, warm and thorough. Dr. Parrish was very friendly and thorough as well. She took the time to listen to me. She spoke and even laughed with me. The back and front staff were also polite and warm. I had my results on the “My Chart” app before they brought them to me (which I liked because it mean they were updating the chart real-time.) I think I have found an Urgent Care I can trust.
I walked into the Canton Beaumont urgent care only to find 20 people standing in the waiting room like sardines coughing all over each other. I was appalled by the lack of precautions taken. Everyone should have been waiting in the car and called in when ready. I plan on reporting this to the state of michigan as they are contributing to the spread as opposed to stopping it. To add to that, I completed a virtual visit and they refused to swab my daughter for anything but Covid-19. The response was that you can get a Covid swab now and you have to wait 3 hours for a flu and rsv swab. This isn’t patient care, this is a means to make money to double bill me for both visits. I’m glad I know my daughter doesn’t have Covid- but because of their lack of true patient care I’m not aware of what she actually has. Absolutely ridiculous- and clearly a business with a means to make money and not care for patients. This will be the last time I visit any Beaumont facility.
Very professional staff. Greeted with friendly approach. It appeared there was only one other patient in at the clinic when I went in, Parking Lot was pretty much empty. They were prompt to take me back into a room and a Nurse took my vitals ( she was nice) ; however, I Sat in the room waiting for over and hour and I could here the staff talking. In my opinion, they were not too busy but it took a long time to get the NP to come in. Other than the timing, I think they did a great job!!
The staff was horribly rude to me and my sister I will never come here again. Right as soon as we got there we experienced attitude and hostility from all the workers. I came to check if my test was a false positive and tried to explain my situation but the lady continued to be so rude and horrible to me and claimed they aren’t going to retest me. She could’ve easily explained this to me in a calm tone without being so rude but she continued to act in a horrible manner. It was not professional at all.
Being a Canadian who was traveling in the US for more then 72 hours recently I was looking for somewhere to get a PCR tales to done. Unfortunately my country forces us to have a PCR test done in order to be admitted back without quarantine.I was in Ann Arbor for the weekend with my girlfriend also from Canada and this location was the closest facility with the quickest turnaround for me to get a PCR test before I headed home.The ladies that were running this clinic couldn’t have been any kinder and friendlier to a stranger.They went above and beyond to help not only expedite my test and the results but help me get them in a quick and efficient manner.Highly recommend this location in Canton. My only regret is not getting their names so that I could personally thank them here in this review.You ladies at the front desk check in Know who you are and Robert from Canada thanks you greatly!!
Over the past year, I have sought out the services of urgent care throughout South East Michigan. The experience, engagement, and service received in obtaining Covid Test exceeded all expectations.It all started with how Yarnell greated everyone who came early before the Canton, MI location opened. Her positive attitude, the care for her patients and joy for what has to be an awful job these days was infectious. Further more, although she may have been the nicest person I have met since the beginning of the pandemic, everyone there from Roslyn (sp) and Nicole was excellent. They all had me smiling even though I had been at an urgent care...I will drive and past several Urgent Care locations to come to this location. You expect professional service but to receive it from people who appear to love their jobs is so appreciated these days...Oh, I got my result needed to travel and see my Immune sufficient family in literally within hour...amazing!
We needed to get a Covid test for my daughter (who had a cold) to return to school. I called from work to check if my husband could just come up there because the website says no appointments needed. She said if he could come right then would be good, they fill up quickly. He got there shortly after I called, around 10:30, after packing up my 2 and 9 year old who had colds, only to get there and be told to come back for an appointment at 12:10. He brought them back up there for the appointment at 12:10, and waited until 12:50, they then told him it would be a bit. So he ran home to grab them a snack and medicine. When he went back up they said he could wait in the car and it was another 25 min. My daughter finally got in around 1:30. It was all just very frustrating because I had called ahead and asked how it would go, and this is not what was explained to me, or else we would have gone a different route with 2 sick girls. They were able to get results back fast though, within the next few hours. My husband said they were friendly. It was just a really rough day with the girls.
We stopped here couple of weeks ago to get the Covid testing for a family emergency international travel. They accommodated us and expedited the process to provide the COVID results in few hours. The staffs are very very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who needs any urgent care .
Wonderful Wonderful Staff!!! My nurse was Rosalyn and NP was Nichole. Both were very professional, super sweet and nice. We shared a good laugh. I would definitely recommend others to go to this urgent care. Thank you so much Nichole, Rosalyn and rest of the staff for the great experience!
I would give zero stars if a could. I dont know if its because they are short staffed, or because of covid. My 8 year old daughter woke up with her left eye swollen shut. It was a Saturday and the ped was closed, went to urgent care because it was non emergent. Was told it would be 1.5 hours to be seen and once on the list i had to stay close by because they only gave a 2-3 minute window to be seen and people might not show up before me. So my 3 year old, 8 year old and i had to picnic out front of the facility for a wait that ended up being 2 hours long m two hours to realize my daughter had a mosquito bite near her eye. In t. The wait took so long she missed her best friends birthday party. When she could have gone. Not contagious, but i had to be sure. What am absolute joke. Two hours is absolutely ridiculous. Well never return.
Same Day COVID testingHelpful tip: Get there early! If you can, bring a laptop and hotspot on your phone while you wait. Or a good book.What a fabulous experience! Great place to go for a same day PCR COVID testing. Janell at the front desk was kind, considerate, and clear with her directions to sign up and get in the queue. Got there around 8:30am and waited for about 3 hours in my car in the parking lot before getting tested but to be fair thats because it was two days before Thanksgiving so a ton of people were coming in to get tested. You could tell the staff was working SO hard to work through all of the covid testing patients that were walking in like a revolving door. It was definitely worth the wait to be able to get results the same day! Rosalyn was a gem! She brought me back into a room and got me prepped so I could get swabbed. She was so professional and sweet. At the end the head nurse Nichole came in to make sure I had all the information I needed and sent me on my way with a few laughs and a smile! Had my results within an hour of leaving the facility. It was a long morning but the staff at this Canton location made it such an easy and seamless experience. I still cant believe how quick the turn around was. Will definitely go again next time I need a fast COVID test!Thank you to the Canton team for all of your hard work and keeping us safe! 😄
Unbearable waiting for good service.Nurse and doctor appeared professional and they were very friendly.But it is unacceptable to give an appointment for a Covid test and then let you wait for 1:20h.I had just 2 persons ahead of me!!!A few days earlier my wife had also a Covid test done and she had to wait for 2h!Spare the health screening and they could save a lot of time. I just wanted a Covid test!!!
On Saturday October 9th my wife and I arrived at Beaumont Canton Urgent care for a test and another issue. After being taken to a examination room a nurse entered, checked vitals and proceeded to have a conversation that appeared to be pleasant. I mentioned to her that I had just found out that a family member whom is a antivaxxer had just contracted covid. She immediately stated that believe it or not, we get more vaccinated people in here infected with covid than the unvaccinated. I found that very hard to believe because I had just had a conversation with a Beaumont administrator a couple of weeks prior whom stated the complete opposite. I did not share that information with said nurse.The nurse proceeded to swab my nose which tickled me so I smiled and held back a sneeze, Out of the blue the Nurse said to me with my wife sitting next to me “If you cough on me I will slap you and dare your wife to do something. I was lost for words, I tried to make lite of the situation and stated well my wife is a blackbelt and she said well I am not worried about it. On my way out I noticed signs in the lobby stating something close to this, we have Zero Tolerance in this facility to bad behavior. I did not know at the time my wife was actually bothered more than I was until the two of us got home and had a conversation. Although for some strange reason the Nurse might have felt it was ok to say, we took it as a threat after we both evaluated the whole experience from two different perspectives. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be allowed in a facility patients come for help.
They didn’t treat any of my symptoms. Took a covid test which came out negative and I still had the ear pain and sinus congestion. Went to a different urgent care the following day where I was given antibiotics for a sinus infection and ear infection. I was told by Beaumont PA that my ear “looked great!”
This place is worse than the Wayne location. While my wait and covid test were done quickly, I had to wait over 40 minutes to get my discharge papers. At 30 minutes, I popped out of the room and mentioned it and the woman acted liked I attacked her personally and gave me one hell of an attitude. I still apologized, but when I closed the door she and other women at the desk started talking amongst themselves on how I hadnt been waiting 30 minutes. I had time stamps in the app! I could prove it! Then she comes in and now, magically, theres a policy that I need to be back in a week to see her specifically as a provider. I asked what she meant as Id never heard that before at the other location and she just repeated the statement. I had no idea what provider meant. When going home I looked at the paperwork and it said PCP. If she had said that, I wouldve understood. I will not be back to this location. If I do need to see someone as a PCP, Ill do it at the Wayne location. Theres no way I want to see her again. Id change doctors immediately if she was my PCP.
DO NOT SCHEDULE FOR COVID TESTING. Our appointment was canceled last minute, I called to confirm and they said to show up anyways and disregard the email. I drove 1 hour and was told I wouldnt not be serviced because out appointments were canceled. The employee was extremely extremely rude and had no clients but refused to see us. Told us to get out of her office because she had nothing more to say.
First time going to this Urgent Care, receptionist was very helpful. Assistant friendly and listened to your concerns. Dr. was very knowledgeable and listened til you were done! (Not running out of the room!) my scripts were called in and ready to be picked up on my way home! Great experience!
We went there twice and they sent us ER without any treatment and without looking us and ER just sent us home without any treatment and said that why Urgent care didn’t treat you. I don’t understand what is the purpose of this urgent care, the staff is not eligible or they just want ER to make money. This urgent care should be closed.
Terrible service. Called one day before to ask if I need to schedule an appointment for a COVID PCR test. They told me I don’t need an appointment (as advertised) but rather there might be a wait time of maybe 4 hours. Next day went knowing that I might need to wait 4 hours and planned my day accordingly, then the receptionist tells me that they are not doing any testing because they are all booked!The waiting lobby was empty and no car were parked in front of their building so I am not really sure with they are all booked.Anyways after this encounter, I went directly to somewhere else where they really make COVID PCR tests with no appointment as I had a next day flight to catch. And I only had to wait for 20 minutes to do my test!
In all honesty, we were very hesitant to go to a Beaumont Facility as we have had a few negative experiences with Beaumont in general, and on multiple occasions. We had just left another Urgent Care at the end of our street, because after walking in and waiting for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged we were outta there.As soon as we walked into Beaumont Urgent care, my husband was promptly addressed from a very friendly receptionist (Im sorry I dont remember her name). As soon as the paperwork was completed he was taken back and another very friendly staff member (Rosalyn) took his vitals and reason for visit. Rosalyn made us feel very at ease, in fact lots of jokes were exchanged between us. DeeDee, NP was just as professional, addressing our concerns and made us feel at ease. Throughout the entire visit, we felt at ease and lots of communication and jokes were made. Were hoping we dont need another Urgent matter attended to but in the event something does come up again, we will gladly ome back and would also recommend this Beaumont Urgent Care to others. Thank you for such a positive experience. Great work!!
Long wait becsuse it was very busy. Was worth the wait. I was seen by a PA who was superior. I learnef several things that no doctor ever explained about my life long sinus problems. Constant post nasal drip, reacuring sinus infections and ear infections. Evrn though I ha e seen an ENT she recommend a seco d or even a third opinion.
The whole staff was very attentive to what I deemed an emergency. I was assigned a room before I could even complete the paperwork. Without any hesitation they immediately hooked me up to the EKG machine, took my pressure and even gave me my 1st COVID test. I was in and out within the hour. I will most definitely return to this location if I have another urgent medical need!
Good experience. Had a possible eye infection and got an appointment at 8AM very easily on line. The staff was kind, professional and informative.I will go there again if needed.My only complaint is that as the first patient of the day I came 15 minutes early as stated on the website to a locked door. I guess I should have thought that one through better :-)
The front desk lady was pretty horrible. She took our phone number then after an hour of waiting for her to call, we go back in. The people who came after us were filling out paperwork. We had to ask for paperwork. The lady then informed me my insurance wasnt covered there. Over an hour wait and now she tells me? Why didnt she ask for that first?! I ask her how much itll be.... She asked how much will what be? Seriously??! The Covid rapid test - the reason were here. She was just awful. The nurse and doctor were nice and professional but that lady ruined my day with her poor, sour attitude. Unacceptable.
The two staff at reception were arguing quite loud that I could hear the entire disagreement in the lobby. The doctor, patient tech/nursing staff were phenomenal and my test results were inputted very quickly. Despite the unpleasant unprofessional arguing, the medical care here is excellent!
My son was recently seen there on Saturday. He had severe abdominal pain . The nurse practitioner diagnosed it as appendicitis and wasn’t sure if it had burst . She was very calm about the situation and told me she was gonna call an ambulance because she wanted him to get there fast and safe . She also saw the fear in my eyes and knew I couldn’t drive . The ambulance arrived a few minutes later and took us to Motts in Ann Arbor. The Dr there diagnosed him with appendicitis and he had surgery right away.. I’m very grateful to the nurse practitioner for being so kind to me and my son and taking the necessary steps to get my son there safely. His surgery went well and he’s home resting peacefully ❤️
No respect from front lady at desk. Another customer came in and she didn’t say anything when she sat in main floor but when we did, she told us to sit in foyer. Very unfortunate experience! Go to the other urgent care located nearby. They smile, give great service and give you a choice in coming in alone or not.
The nurse was fantastic in knowledge, her care to detail for me to make sure to follow, and made sure I understood every detail, she said she worked out of Dearborn Beaumont, I think she deserves a raise for her great care for her patients!!! And the staff as a whole was very receptive, and the facility is very clean!! Thanks
Reception was rude. Called her out and she was just defending herself. Read another comment that the doctor inside is rude as well. Simply walked out as there are plenty more around with good reviews. The other lady by the receptionist who heard the conversation was apologetic though.
Staff was great to accommodate my small group of 7 Travelers, and fit us all in for Covid-19 Testing at 6:30 PM. All of the Staff were Very Professional, and thorough in their Assessment Sample Collection. Lab Test results were performed overnight, and results were Sent in ~ 13 hours.The Only minor issue I encountered was the Change in email Address for myBeaumont Chart. I used a different email that was on File, and I received an update from my Beaumont that they had updated my email. Evidently, that did not connect with the Lab Testing Provider. Results were sent to the former email address on File, my Work email.
Knowledgable, courteous, fast, and professional staff!! Great hours and close to home! The drs, nurses, and especially the receptionist, are all very sweet and calm, both times weve been there! I feel they dont always get the respect they deserve! They are exposed to all of our illnesses and attitudes, every day, ALL throughout their day! I would like to thank the doctors, nurses and the staff at Beaumont urgent care for taking care of my daughters as she needed urgent care. They right away took her in as she was having breathing difficulties. They gave her oxygen, took her vitals and called 911 for her to be transported over to Motts children’s hospital. I am glad I took her in as I wouldn’t know what to do.
Worst place to be in, very Inefficient and slow. Always have to wait for hours for a pct test and front desk is very rude. They don’t let you walk-in if you have party of more than 2. What difference does it make if you are 2 people or 4 people came for testing. Very disappointed.
My experience here was very good, the only issue I had was that when I was told to go to Beaumont ER due to my illness, they were unable to find my Covid test that I had just did like an hour prior. I dont know whos fault this is but it did make the process take a lot longer than it needed to be.
This was our 1st time going to Beaumont Urgent Care. The staff was really friendly, especially the tech and the NP we saw. The NP took time to answer any and all questions. Most Dr offices and UC centers herd people through like they are sheep. Not this place. Also very clean and modern facility. I will definitely return to this location if we need an urgent care visit in the future.Side note; for COVID-19 testing, PCR results came back the same day. Impressive!!
The receptionist needs to be trained better we went for a Covid pcr test we called a few days earlier to see if we needed an appointment we were told No just walk in No appointment needed, we were there 10 minutes before they opened, The receptionist SAID WE NEED TO DO A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT 1st then come in for the test, after getting upset the doctor said no they can get it now no apt needed, then the receptionist said our insurance doesn’t cover the test we have to pay cash, we did and when we got home I called the insurance co. They said it is covered so now we’re out of pocket $330.00 and have to figure out how to get our money back. IF SOME PEOPLE DON’T LIKE WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING THEY NEED TO QUIT AND EMPLOYERS NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB SCREENING THERE EMPLOYEES, on a positive note the Doctor and her assistant were GREAT! If you don’t want to stress out find a different place for urgent care.

1. I made an appointment for 11am. In the notes it said to show up 15 mins early. I showed up at 10:40. Let me say, the receptionist lady was rude. Unkind and inconsiderate of all the sick people in her facility. I went to school for hospitality management. If working with patients makes you unhappy, don’t work directly with people. She said she wouldn’t be able to get me in until way after 11 because there were so many people in front of me. There were about 5 people in the lobby and 2 people in the waiting area by the doors. The receptionist asked me to wait in my car and told me she would call me when I’m next. Since I would have been waiting for another 30 mins (to be way past 11), I went home. I live 5 mins from the facility. They called at 10:53 to come back up there. So I showed up just before 11am, and then again told me I needed to go wait in my car because there were people in front of me. Now only 2 people in the waiting room total and she still asked me to wait in my car (when there was 7 in the room before).2. When they finally called me back in for my Covid test, they said it was too soon to be tested. I live with someone who tested positive for Covid the day prior and I was showing symptoms all weekend, but it was still too soon to be tested. Yet the person I know showed symptoms Friday and got tested Saturday and it came back positive.So I left and went down the road to a drive up clinic, and in fact got my results the following day and was positive.Needless to say, I will never walk into this facility again.
Took my nephew to your facility as he had a rash with bumps on several areas of his body. The office girls were very pleasant as was the doctor, very good with my nephew to make sure he was OK. We were pretty concerned, especially with various symptoms of the Covid pandemic. Luckily, the rash was already starting to fade by the time we left. Thank you for your care and kindness!
As a Canadian visitor to the US, I required a PCR Covid test to return home. It was a short visit and I was happy to learn the Beaumont Urgent Care by Wellness would be able to provide me with same day test results. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was turned away although I arrived hours before the clinic closed for the day. I had to return the next day from Ann Arbor early, so I could be in and out so as not to disrupt our schedule. My son and I were here for school purposes. The ladies were accommodating and very nice. It would have been perfect to receive a little quicker service, but that is because I was on a huge time crunch needing to return to Ann Arbor from Canton. Unfortunately, our test results did not return as advertised. Our border crossing was delayed as our results did not arrive until hours after midnight. I hope this last piece of information can benefit the clinic and the lab. There will sometimes be situations where a rush request may have to be accommodated while we are in this pandemic situation. It would be lovely to be able to have that assistance provided.I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THE COMMUNITY THAT A MONTH AFTER THIS VISIT, WE WERE REQUIRED TO RETURN TO ANN ARBOR, AGAIN, FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES. I PREPARED OUR VISIT SO AS NOT TO BE FACED WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED HURDLES FOR A SECOND TIME. I BOOKED APPOINTMENTS ONLINE FOR OUR ARRIVAL TIME IN MICHIGAN. TO MY SURPRISE AND DELIGHT, WE WERE TAKEN ALMOST RIGHT AWAY, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE EARLY AND WE RECEIVED OUR RESULTS IN ABOUT AN HOURS TIME. THE POOR SERVICE BEAUMONT URGENT CARE WAS RECEIVING FROM THE LAB THEY DEALT WITH WAS CAUSING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY RECTIFIED THE SITUATION WITHIN THE MONTH OF OUR VERY FIRST VISIT THERE. THEY WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPLIED TO THEIR PATIENTS AND FIXED IT. COMMENDABLE BEAUMONT URGENT CARE BY WELLSTREET-CANTON!
I was totally afraid of getting a covid-19 test the staff made me feel comfortable made me feel like I was a part of the family we had good conversation they never made me feel uncomfortable in no kind of way. They really helped me relax and before I knew it was over and it actually tickled to the point I laughed. Im still kind of iffy on the shot but once I decide to take the vaccine thats where Im going to go. I highly recommend Beaumont urgent care in Canton Michigan
Everyone was so nice!! Rosalyn was so kind, and made my stress calm down by talking to me and saying everything would be okay. The place was super professional, clean, neat, and they had a great waiting room. This is the place to go for great care and a great staff! Thank you all for that you do!

2022-06-06I was very appreciative of my experience at this urgent care on a weekend afternoon in June when my son needed care that could not wait until Monday. The front desk staff person was kind and helpful. She got us in right away. The nursing staff who completed vitals and tests were caring and made testing with my toddler a pleasant experience by having fun with him. The nurse practitioner took time and care to answer my questions thoroughly. He offered helpful suggestions and follow up care recommendations. I was very grateful for this experience. It made an otherwise stressful illness experience very manageable. Thank you so much for your time and care with our family!

They scheduled me for a Covid test within an hour , and I had my results within 1.5 hours after that. The Canton location was great. I went there for my test. Quick, friendly and so clean. 2022-05-11Excellent service. Receptionist was thorough, attentive and really went above and beyond. It took about 45 minutes before I was called. Nurse was great. Quick, took my vitals, and out the door. Doctor immediately came in and she was fantastic! Immediately noticed I had an ear infection in both ears, prescribed medication and I was on my way. Professionalism is sorely lacking in our society, as prices goes up quality is going down almost everywhere I turn. This place was a refreshing reminder that professionalism is still happening in the work place.

2022-03-03The first time visit Beaumont Urgent Care in Canton Center location because I am having a symptom like mixing up with ful and sinus pressure for about 5 days and struggled to get out. Their facility is very clean and all staff member I saw there was very friendly and professional manner. they gave me answer what I asked.It is a urgent care clinic, so no necessary make an appointment, but you will make a checkin in advance through their website. I did checked in advance before going, so checkin process was very smooth and easier than traditional way I think... it will be helped to reduce a waiting time at the lobby.

2022-05-22I had a great experience. I made an appointment and filled out the forms online. I had to wait about 30 minutes for a room, but they let me wait in my car and kept in touch by text. The facility was very clean and in good shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would return and would recommend to others.

2022-07-04I had to schedule an appointment instead of seeing someone on the spot, but it was worth the wait. The facility is clean and modern. They were quick and accurate in diagnosing my issue. I went to another urgent care prior and they misdiagnosed my problem causing me to continue to suffer for a few more days. Beaumont knew what the issue was immediately, and I started to feel better the next day. I dont plan on going anywhere else in the future, thanks to the great staff here!

2022-02-23Everyone was absolutely fantastic! Very caring, thorough, and overall made me feel at ease. I had severe ear pain with hearing loss in my right ear. The staff was understanding and attentive. Also with my visit being towards the end of the night everyone helped me locate a pharmacy open to accommodate my script fill. I recommend this location to anyone, and to be honest with how pleasant my visit was I wont hesitate going in next time!

The nurse and doctor were great, but the lady working the front reception area was just an absolute joy. Exactly the type of kind and attentive people that make health care visits comfortable for the patient.

2022-06-17I felt very welcome. The receptionist was very professional and kind. She greeted everyone as soon as you walked through the door. The waiting time was short. I was in and out within a half hour. The doctor and the assistant didnt waste any time doing what they had to do either. Everyone was so kind.

2022-07-08I was so grateful to find a place to get fast Covid results I needed for a medical procedure! The front desk lady helped my upload my insurance cards and fill out forms. So appreciated that since Im not too computer literate. Also, doctor was extremely understanding and kind. HIGHLY recommend this place!!
