It was very clean facility. Lots of chairs and well distanced from each other. Reception area was covered from visitors by a plexi glass. There were two pen holders marked as Fresh and Dirty. One for clean and one for used pens. Registration is done on phone via text which is a good idea. The insurance card is uploaded via a text link which does not always work and then you have to give your drivers license to the staff member. Text link needs to be fixed to work seamlessly. Visitors also have to fill out a small chit with name so not sure if that is a good idea. Inside the place is well equipped with medical supplies and machines. Staff is courteous and nice. Result for PCR comes back in less than 24 hour. The staff will call for follow up as well. Overall a good facility.
I have come to this urgent care twice ever.Front desk staff are friendly and kindly spoke to me ,who is non English native, slowly and clearly. That relived me a lot.Waiting time is not long. Even if it is crowded, how many person is waiting before you is displayed on monitor so waiting time is predictable.Doctor were also nice, gave me clear explanation about my symptom and recommendation letter to see orthopedics because I requested it. I really thank her.
The bad thing. The testing result docs for my kids it was cumbersome to get in the app. You need to call the office to get results.The great things. Maria the one taking the vitals signals is great. Excellent customer support and make us feel confortable as she speaks Spanish and Portuguese . The doctor was carefully reviewing the signals and explain us what to expect after getting the results.
Staff was nice enough but I waited about 1.5 hr before being seen even though I had an appointment scheduled. I dont know if they decide your urgency level or what..This wasnt the first time Ive had to wait hours before being seen. Ill be going to a different office going forward.
Care was quick on a walk in, professional and they seemed very knowledgeable and caring. Loved the staff. Would recommend. Gave me multiple options and did not try to push unnecessary treatments. Very happy.
All the office staff were very helpful. Everything ran smoothly. Racquel the nursing assistant was very professional and pleasant to me. I would recommend the Novi Urgent Care to anyone.
Terrible, had to wait 3 hours to be seen and the doctor looked at my boyfriend for two minutes. He barley asked any questions, didn’t go over what he was prescribing, just handed us a piece of paper to filled at whatever pharmacy. He literally wrote a script for ibuprofen for his severe back pain like we haven’t already been giving him 800 milligrams of the things at home. They do not take your pain seriously at this location. We’re lucky the pharmacy told us we can get what you prescribed over the counter for less than $10 or we’d been paying over $50 out of pocket. Thanks for making us pay $150 up front for literally nothing. Won’t return.
Worst urgent care visit I have ever had. Doctor did not ask any questions or read anything I had written when I scheduled the appointment. I asked simple questions, i.e. negatives of paxlovid and how long I should keep the ankle brace on. Answers: I do not know much about paxlovid and I told you to see your orthopedic doctor. Will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone the same! And, they better be right that my visit is totally covered by my insurance (which I submitted prior to appointment), because I certainly do not want to pay for such a terrible experience.
My situation (case) was triaged as urgent and the staff responded accordingly! I was treated by friendly, courteous, respectful and very professional staff. I will definitely go there again if I ever find myself in a situation requiring urgent (but not emergent) treatment!Thank you, Beaumont Urgent Care, Novi!
Very organized. Not a long wait I was expecting. RN Dan Pickett took great care to see that wound was fully and properly treated and provided excellent aftercare advice.
I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time for a pcr covid test with 2 hour results . I was not told until I was in the exam room that 2 hour turnaround would not be possible … probably mid morning tomorrow! I also had to see the physician as it’s a full visit and not a simple covid test!
This is an overdue review. Visited this location end of Dec 2021. Long wait, but it was to be expected. No a big deal. The lady at the front desk was pleasant. I didn’t feel well and they offered me a bottle of water, very kind. The nurse who took my vitals, A+. The doctor not so much. He was in a good mood, but not a good listener at all. Told him I had a ridiculous pain in my back, without looking at my back he said “you probably pulled a muscle” and gave me meds for a sinus infection. The meds helped with my sinuses. However, the pain got worse. Few days later I saw my Obgyn & mentioned it to her. She said it was Shingles & if I was put on meds a few days ago I would have felt better by now. Beaumont Novi is a solid No because of this doctor. I suffered for 2 months.
Very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Very efficient.If you check in on their site, you need to go in and identify yourself, in person. I sat in my car 15-20 minutes before I realized this. I called their number and was told to come in.
Was seen in a appropriate amount of time around my scheduled appointment. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I will be going back for any needs going forward.
I had setup an appointment online and was still made to wait for an hour. When I raised a concern and raised my voice they gave me the attention I was supposed to get an hour before and that too just for a COVID test which most place will give as a drive-thru.
Went in with a broken hand. I saw PA Kathryn and I cant remember the MAs name but she did an awesome job taking my xrays and splinting my hand. The team was very professional, caring, and gentle handling my hand. I would highly recommend these wonderful people for any urgent care visits.
We made an appointment online beforehand and were seen within 10 mins of the appt time. Everything was clean, staff was friendly (especially the nurse and doctor we saw), and they did a thorough review of the issue we came in for.
The staff at this location if very professional , kind and highly organized. The facility is clean and neat. I would not hesitate to go back to WellStreet in the future or to recommend it to friends or family.
Service was fine. Paid for the 2 hour PCR test but the app did not load for the result out of the country. Make sure you bring a printed result or else you’re wasting time if you’re traveling out of country.
The clerical and professional staff are very friendly and helpful. I was treated in a respectful and professional manner. All of my concerns were addressed.
NP Lisa was courteous and had a good beside manner. She helped me understand what was going on. I am on the next day after seeing her an already feel 90% better.
I went to this urgent care because it was associated with Beaumont. This is the worse urgent care around and gives Beaumont a bad name.The appt process and check-in process is very inefficient. The staff is unprofessional. Terrible experience for anyone who needs to be seen.
Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of the reason I came in to Beaumont Urgent Care. Also, I have Excellent Doctors that I go to, that are shown on my records, that are practicing at Beaumont and that is the main reason I went in to the Beaumont Urgent Care in Novi because I trust my Beaumont Doctor Care.

The process of getting a PCR was quick and efficient.Everyone there was friendly and helpful.The results came back very quickly, Im very impressed!
The care was great. However, I have received 11 automated messages in one week, begging for me to leave a review. Dont be so invasive, good lord.
Although the wait time was almost 2 hours to be seen by a Dr the professionalism of everyone there made up for the wait. It was very busy and they did the best they could.
Visiting from out of town and was skeptical of going to an Urgent Care for my toddler. The place was SO clean and everyone on the staff was super friendly.
12 pm appt, came 15 minutes early but not seen until 12:30 pm with sick toddler. Clean facility and nice personnel, but surprised given symptoms that childs ears, nose and throat werent at least examined.
My experience during my last visit was very satisfying. I received a very professional and cordial treatment by everyone who saw me.
Long wait time for a urgent care facility. Was guaranteed that covid PCR results will be available in 24 hrs. Called the next day and they say the 24 hrs is actually from the time the sample is picked up by the Lab. No consistent response.

It was my first time going to an urgent care. The staff and the attention was excellent.
I contacted this urgent care center in order to get a COVID test. I had a virtual appointment with Melissa (NP) that was convenient, easy and extremely informative. She provided a lot of useful information in a way that was easy to understand. Shortly after my virtual appointment, I was scheduled to physically come in to receive the test. The entire process went very smoothly.
Made appointment online for PCR test, easy in and easy out, had my results before I even got home.
The first time my family went here in October 2021 we had a TERRIBLE experience. The front desk staff were extremely nasty, not helpful at all, very clearly didn’t want to help us.We just went back in Jan 2022 and even with them being swamped. (We waited outside prior to opening to be able to be seen) they were so much kinder. The PA. Was very quick and kind did a once over on everyone went over the current stand of covid and what to expect. And went over best and worst case waiting period for results. I do feel bad I know they are so busy and get the wrath of all the angry patients. I hope things look up for everyone soon and we can get past this.
Overall the experience was really good. The only reason for the 4 star rating is due to other locations allowing only 5 ppl in at a time and having a system that allowed patients to wait in their car vs inside. It got pretty crowded and made it hard to space out.The staff was wonderful, very helpful and I would go back if I needed additional care.
I was able to see a Dr within an hour of arriving. the waiting area was clean and spaced apart well. the walk-in covid appointments were managed extremely well. coming to this urgent care may have saved my life!
Waited over an hour for covid and flu testing (to be expected) and some people who arrived after me were seen first, so I’m not sure how they triage, but they should give you an idea of wait time or how many people are ahead of you. I did get my results in under an hour which was excellent.
I had a great experience with this urgent care. They were able to accommodate my 4 year old daughter and myself for our COVID tests making her feel very comfortable and at ease. Every staff person I encountered was super nice and friendly. If I have to go back to an urgent care it would definitely be this one!
Super friendly staff, minimal wait time, awesome spot to get your PCR if you’re travelling back home to the socialist republic of Canada. :) 10/10 will take advantage of their services again.
Due to high volume of patients I was given an appointment time. When I arrived I had very little to get into a room and be evaluated. Since this took place during a workday I appreciated this pace very much. Everyone wore a smile on their face too!
On veterans day, I went to this urgent care sick as heck. I could barely swallow. I was served by a very competent Army veteran, and we thanked each other for our service to this great nation. She knew I was a veteran by the 6 USMC letters running across my chest.The entire staff was calm, courteous, and professional.I hope not to get sick, but if I need an urgent care, this fellow veteran and staff have my vote of confidence. No serious Covid protocols in place. No face mask enforcement. I was asked to hand my phone to desk person to enter photos of my insurance cards. The person was ungloved and the phone was not wiped before or after. This while I have a raging case of Covid.I was being discouraged from getting a pcr even though I had a positive antigen test. How can the health department understand community spread without a pcr? The numbers are clearly underreported by orders of magnitude.
This is by far the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. From the front desk, to the girl who took my vitals, and the doctor who saw me, everyone was friendly, patient and kind!
This has to be the most minimum serving capacity I’ve ever seen. Not to mention with rude staff who shows no empathy or compassion to help/offer other solutions unless you put up a fight for answers. I had my first bee stint this summer, they turned me away because they were at capacity. I work as a nurse and went in twice for a COVID test, on different occasions and they were at capacity. Working in the ER, we complain that people are filling up the waiting room with urgent care matters, risking themselves to COVID exposure and it’s because urgent care won’t take on their responsibilities!!! We at the hospitals are working harder and creating ways to become more available, it’s time urgent care and other medical facilities do too!!!
I went there to get a pcr test yesterday they said to call back for my results after refusing to give me a rapid. (which life is crazy right now so i feel like that’s reasonable) i’m 16 years old so they wouldn’t let me have a mychart account as well as refused to let it be under my mother or my 20 year old brother, so i call back the next day and no answer the first 10 times so i go up there, call in the parking lot and they didn’t have anyone in line…no answer. i quickly realized it looked like the phone was OFF. they then told me to call another place and they refused to give me my results as well and told me i have to go through another 2 day process. my brothers process of getting these results was quick and easy so long story short if you’re under the age of 18 it’s almost impossible to get your results. stay safe everyone :)
I came here for a wellness exam for work. The staff were very friendly and I was in an out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this urgent care over the smaller name clinics (especially in the Commerce area).
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office. I was very happy with the entire experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Also very short waiting time.
Lobby area was very clean, and large enough to spread out the chairs every 6, which was good due to the fact 98% of us were there for covid 19 testing. Check in was smooth. Staff was very friendly. The staff that called us back were also very friendly, and clean, believe me thats a thing. I was very impressed with their empathetic with the patients. An older gentleman came into the lobby because he didnt feel good, he had not made an appointment and they asked if he could come back in the morning, the look on his face, the lady at check in saw as well and asked him to wait a minute. She went to the back to ask if they could see him, and they did, I was very impressed, and relieved, as was everyone else in the lobby. Thank you to the girls at this Beaumont location.

There was a waiting time for me. I waited for an hour. Staff and providers were extremely friendly, comfortable and listened for all what i have to say.
Always friendly staff but youre scheduling system could use much to be improved and desired. Save my spot for 12:00 noon, showed up and checked in at 11:55, my appointment was mysteriously cancelled ( with no notification email) and was not able to see anyone till over an hour later.
Raquel was incredibly professional and caring. They processed me quickly and with urgency when I felt like I was having a cardiac event.
Good care on initial visit but no one answers my calls. I still haven’t received my daughters test results from yet visit 4 days ago! I’ve called at least 20 times for 3 days. You have to call the billing line to get ahold of anyone, go figure they answer…

Excellent service! We arrived with a few people ahead of us. We were quickly called into a room. Very clean facility. Everyone was very professional, very efficient and very friendly. We were seen, examined, x-rayed and discharged in such a short amount of time. Such a pleasant experience for an urgent care visit. Especially great to note was the extreme consideration shown when examining the swollen joint. We left with paperwork, an ice pack, an ace bandage and no additional pain from the examination. A+. Highly recommend!

Needed a Covid test in a hurry so I could return to work. This facility could not do the Antigen 20 minute test so I went to CVS where the fast test is done. Great news 20 minutes. But - wait 3 DAYS for an appointment.Back to Beaumont. got test 2.5 hours later I had my negative result. Fast and efficient. Well done!!

Both me and my husband had our Covid-19 test done in this center. We had no symptoms however. One of us went to have the test done for office use, the other one had it for our mental satisfaction.The staffs were cordial, efficient in handling patients and answered our questions well. They handled us with caution, care and they are trained. We were happy to have it done here in this center.The time of the day we went in the afternoon or evening on a weekday and weekend, were quiet with no one but us. So, quite safe and we both had our peace of mind while there.
Disorganized front desk, appointments could be handled different than waiting along with walk ins and info at front desk for help is not great. Appreciate all front line workers during this tough time. Ice Arena Hockey center was very well planned for Covid testing.

I went in to Beaumont Urgent Care to be tested for Covid! The staff was pleasant, prompt and professional! They were very thorough and informative! I felt very comfortable and well cared for! They told me I would receive my results in the late afternoon, but received a call with my results less than two hours later! Very pleased with my experience!
This is the best facility in the area. Nowhere have I been treated so well and so quickly with top of the line service. The level of respect they have shown me my wife and my father id refreshing.If you’re in need of medical attention I recommend the Beaumont Urgent Care over any facility in the area. Love the staff here.
It was our first time here, and by far one of the best experiences at an urgent care/doctors office. I called ahead and was greeted by a very nice and informative receptionist. When we arrived, we were greeted and only waited less than 10 minutes to be taken back to see a nurse/doctor. Everyone there was very kind, friendly and professional. My 5 year old needed an X-ray, and that was done right in the office then we got the results read by a radiologist at Beaumont within 20 minutes. We had a great experience and would highly recommended. I wish every office was like this!

Made an appointment for a test, had to wait a little after the appointment time, but given current circumstances, very efficient. Actual appointment was fast and professional. Test results were super quick!
I was thankful that I showed up at 8:05 and I was one of the last people to get an appointment for the day for a Covid test. However I turned around and came back eight hours later. The women that help me inside the room were very pleasant and accommodating. The Doctor Who is probably very tired a velong day was respectful. However I don’t understand why Close to two hours to get a Covid test. I don’t understand why I had to see a doctor for a Covid test. It was late in the day and they were not busy. Maybe I just don’t understand because I don’t work there to know but either way that’s a long time to wait to get a Covid test. I’m grateful that I have my results back much quicker than when I go to CVS. Bottom line is I’m glad that I got my test results back but I sure wish that it wouldn’t have taken a total of 3 1/2 hours of my time for a Covid test. If I could’ve made my appointment online that would’ve freed up a lot of my time

Brought my toddler here and the staff was amazing with her. She is very cautious and scared of new people and places, so naturally she cried and screamed. The staff made me feel really comfortable and glad I brought her in to them. When they found out what was going on they got her in quickly even though they were at full capacity on a Sunday evening. Would definitely bring her here again if necessary.
Only because the wait is long.... not their fault. The staff is very friendly, patient and kind. They take alot of grief from people who are either having a difficult time waiting so long, myself included! OR patients dont follow direction given so are clueless... cant applaud this staff enough. Why the long wait? Short of staff. Lets get back to work America!
Update: Ive went there because of shortness of breath. No other symptoms. I had no appointment and they got me in right away. They took very well care of me and calmed me down. Gave me asthma spray and took x-rays. Very careful and friendly doctors and nurses. I felt in very good hands and great care. They helped me.Thanks a lot.We made an appointment for a covid-19 rapid test. When we came in weve got greeted nicely. They took all our information and explained everything detailed.Waiting time before and after the test was good. Not really long. I highly recommend them. Friendly employees and very helpful.
I visited this clinic when my ear started ringing & had a lot of pressure where i couldnt hear very well. They diagnosed me with a mild ear infection. They prescribed me an antibiotic which they were supposed to submit to the pharmacy of my choosing. When i went to pick up the medicine about a wk later there was no prescription, THEY NEVER SUBMITTED IT.I called them to inquire as to why it was never submitted & they informed me that since it had been a wk since my visit they needed to re-evaluate me in order to submit the prescription. I shouldnt have to go get re-evaluated for something THEY didnt do the first time around. My medicine should have been there waiting for me even if it took me a month to pick it up. I am not paying again for a re-evaluation when they failed to do their job the first time. It is very irresponsible & quite honestly a bit scammy of them trying to double charge me for THEIR irresponsibility.Def not going here ever again & best believe i will not be recommending this clinic to anyone!
My 13 month old needed a rapid covid test I order to have a procedure find the next day. I was worried because it was such last notice. Took him to the urgent care as soon as it opened, and there were only 2 people ahead of us. We waited about 45 minutes to be seen and the lobby/waiting room area was very spacious and clean. It was nice because there was plenty of room to socially distance from other people. About 5 mins before we were called to go back, at least 10 other people showed up for various reasons. The line was almost out the door. The waiting room got extremely crowded and many people had to stand against the wall because there were not enough seats. I would definitely recommend going early in yhr day. The biggest issue was the one tiny window they did all the “check in” procedures with. You had to sign forms, return clip boards, pay, and go up to this window several times during the registration process. Everyone was crowding around each other, there was no line, and it seemed very chaotic and disorganized. There was only one employee to help all 20 of the patients with the paperwork in the lobby. Having a second window with someone to assist would greatly speed up the process.The staff was friendly. The nurse and LPN who saw my son were great and got us out of their quickly. Would most likely go back if we needed to, but would definitely get there when it opens.
I drove out of my way to this facility because they are quick and very personable. When they give you an estimate of how long it will take it is always accurate or early by 15 to 20 minutes. Do you know what to expect and can work around it. Despite the workload the staff is very personable.

This is one of the best places to go when you are in need of urgent evaluating & want good thorough care. Theyre Excellent !!!!! Just so you know, I am very picky about health care providers as I am a Registered Nurse. So Please Trust me when I say these people are the Best!!! I was treated quickly & thoroughly. Every part of the process was being explained to me & what was to come next was also explained as well. The NP I had was the best in the world. I want to see if I can see her regularly. She connected all the dots as to why I was having the variety of very scary symptoms. She told me what to do who to follow up with & wrote everything down so I wouldnt forget. They are Awesome! Thank You.

Friendly, efficient, great with kiddos and putting kids and mamas fears at ease. I accidently made the appoint for the wrong day and when I showed up they said no problem, and squeezed my son in. We waited no more than 5min to get called back and were being evaluated and seen by a doctor instantly. Total time including wait and testing was 40min. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly as well. Was well worth the half hour drive.
The moment I walked to the window I felt welcomed. From the first PA to the second they were so warm and friendlyI was pleasantly surprised. I thanked God this morning that despite the conditions they have to work in there were smiles all over, even when I was leaving.
We sat at urgent care for hours while the staff called other patients in front of us. The staff realized they skipped over us however never apologized. Also when we got to the back my son was never checked for a temperature even though he was there for covid concern. The staff was to also told me, my son chart would be linked with mine with the my chart app however I was not given full access to my chart even though the provider informed me I would receive his text results that night. I sat up all night worried & awaiting results in which I never received. I had to drive back up to urgent care the next day. Horrible experience!!!
They kept messing up the pharmacy, it took like 3 hours to finally get my kids prescription to the right pharmacy.Also I was there at 8am, and I had a 9am appointment as well. We were #5 in line, but we were #14 to be seen. If you are going for a covid test you will be prioritized. So if you are sick, you will not be seen soon. Sadly a bad experience for us.Will probably not go back.
I was seen quickly, even though there were several people ahead of me. The staff was very accommodating and my stiches were removed by a very polite and efficient nurse. I was in and out quickly.
The front desk staff was courteous and efficiently prioritized patients according to severity of illness and gave appointment times to return to avoid creating long wait times and heavy crowding in the waiting room. They explained the process for returning and handed out paperwork to complete at home. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and took time to listen as well as counsel. Very disappointed with the level of treatment from the doctor.I indicated when I made the online appointment that I was coming for possible bronchitis.Upon arrival, the lobby was clean and chairs were well spaced out. The lady doing intake was friendly and efficient. When I filled out my arrival paperwork I again indicated that I was there for possible bronchitis. I didnt have to wait long after my appointment time to be called back to an exam room.The nurse was kind and took my vitals without issue. Once I indicated my symptoms, she immediately went to me having COVID. I didnt have the symptoms of COVID, I had the symptoms of bronchitis, which I have a history of.When the doctor (physicians assistant PA-C) came in she was all about me having COVID, not the fact that I was telling her about my bronchitis symptoms, and the person I was with for the past week and a half having it as well. That was almost dismissed by her. They did perform a COVID test and that was negative.In the end I received a rx for my cough and nothing else. I now need to make another appointment with my primary care to get the actual issue addressed because this location was all about COVID no matter what I was telling them.Upon leaving my after care summary indicated contact with and (suspected) exposure to covid-19. Again, I never indicated that I was there for covid. It was for bronchitis.
Great experience for an Urgent Care! The wait was very shot and the front seat was polite and helpful. The Doctor that saw me was professional and funny and got my COVID test done quickly. Was in and out of the test in less than 30 minutes.
Very Nice and Clean, a Large check in/ waiting room. Patients can be spread out without my feeling colostrobic and overwhelmed by worrying about the closeness to other patients ailments.The wait time to be seen was also very fast, less than 15 minutes.The staff was very friendly as well as the attending nurse.The Dr. asked why I was there and wanted to know why I came there. I told my Dr. suggested I go to a Beaumont facility. Reason being they had no opening, all appointment times were full. She did a quick exam and I was free to leave. Said if I had any problems to come back.I must say everyone was friendly, the Dr. wasnt as friendly as the others. She still did her job so thats what counts.Would I go there again if needed ? We needed PCR tests done ASAP and are not from the area. The UC office in Novi squeezed all 3 of us in and got the tests done! The staff was friendly, personable, not rude at all, understanding and down to earth. I like this off way better than the office better than any other we go too!

I visited the Novi Beaumont Urgent Care Center on June 11 for a shoulder injury. I waited only a very short time before I was seen by the NP. X-rays were taken and I was given the results in about 15 minutes, and a prescription was ordered. The staff was very helpful and attentive! I highly recommend this center for urgent care needs!
First I had a virtual appointment (for my son suspect with Covid) where they told me this office would call me. They never did. I called them and they didn’t answer. Called again and left a message but they never returned it. Then I visit and they started seeing people that came in after me before they called my name. Only until I said something did my son finally get to see someone. Then they said the results would be on MyChart but they never were and I never got a call. I waited till the next day and left two messages and no one returned any of them. I had to call another place and have them call this office to finally get my results even though they were actually finished the day before.
I came in for a broken nose. The staff was very compassionate, efficient and competent.
The staff is AMAZING! Made me feel so comfortable. My visit was a bit overwhelming for me but they were so patient and kind. I left feeling better than I walked in! They really went above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful for them. Would recommend to EVERYONE!
Front desk was reasonably friendly. One staff more than another. Saw a PA, not a physician. No blood work is done at this facility, so a big part of my visit was was not able to be handled. Was not given any suggestions as to help with my symptoms, no prescription given. Just for me to follow up in the ER if needed. Blood work should always be offered at an urgent care. Huge disappointment

I brought my son for a same-day Covid test (PCR rapid). He was assessed well by the PA, no complaints there, and was tested for both strep and Covid. I was told I’d receive the results that night. No results by the morning, so I called several times over 4 hours and left messages but no response. I finally got the bright idea to “press 5 if you are a physician or pharmacy calling” rather than “press 6 for test results or speak with a nurse.” Funny, they picked up right away and I got the negative results in 30 seconds, after snapping at me that “we’re busy!”. Very frustrating, as I chose this site to get the results quicker and would be been able to send my son to school if I had! Still waiting to actually be emailed the result…
The staff here was so amazing with my 90 year old mothers last minute needs. They actually came outside so she could remain safe (and warm) to attend to her. I was so overwhelmed by their efficiency and kindness, I cried. We live 20 minutes away but I will not go anywhere else for urgent care. Thank you Dominique, Lillian, and doctor!
Needed a rapid Covid test to have surgery. It was incredibly easy to set up an appointment. When I arrived, they took my info quickly as an employee was cleaning the waiting room. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out as quick as possible. Despite it only being a Covid test, the doc listened to my heart and lungs to check them out, too. Very impressed and will use them in the future.
This Urgent Care is set up perfectly for social distancing while youre waiting for your appointment. The wait was about normal for an Urgent Care, but the people that work there are super efficient and friendly. I would choose this Urgent Care over any in the area. Highly recommend.
Needed a pcr-rt test to travel to canada.The attendant at the Novi, MI location sais if I want the test now,I have to wait 2h because I need to get visited..Visited for what?? And why?..not sure.I ask why 2h?. There is no one here...She says theyre in the parking lot waiting ..(One car in the parking lot that arrived after me),if I dont want to wait I need to make the visit online.....and maybe get an appointment the next day ( as per notes on the online reservation page).My flight is next day so no way. I say I want to wait.So weird experience. 5 workers n the office all on their phones.The only one running without breath is the one doctor..Please add waiting line numbering system as soon as possible for people without appointment.At the end it only took 30min..Not sure why they say 2h waiting as standard answer to everyone....
Fast, efficient, staff. Would visit again if I needed to. Test results same day before 1 pm for my Covid PCR. I had results on OneChart 4 hours later. I was given a very explanatory handout on how to setup my OneChart to later see my results upon my departure.
Went early at 7:45 to wait in line and was the first person to be seen and was out of the urgent care by 8:40 AM. I was there for a Covid test and it went very smoothly . There were lots of people behind me so I recommend going early as possible !!!Facility was nice and staff were great I recommend
We were lucky to have gone during a sweet time, there was hardly any one in front of us. My daughter was treated with kindness and patience. Staff was amazing! They even made the appt with the specialist for me.
The staff was incredible under the crazy circumstances with Omicron lines around the building. They got us in as quick as possible and called with test results.
I have visited this location a few times in the last year. Twice for COVID testing and once for an injury. It is simple to schedule an appointment online. Im always in and out! The entire staff is professional and the office is clean. Definitely superior to other urgent cares in the area! I highly recommend this location!
We got there first thing for a COVID screening. The staff was thorough and professional.Be aware they use their own website to distribute results. It requires a zip code, so non-US customers should use a local address. They were nice enough to print out the results for us when we explained the issue.
I took my son in to assess his sprained ankle. I wanted to be sure it wasnt broken. This urgent care has xray available and the xray is read by a physician within 30-60 minutes. We left with piece of mind knowing it was not fractured.
Very little interaction/ acknowledgment. I think I was virtually the only person there. Was made to wait the customary 15 minutes anyway. Then there was a wait to check out. Everything was fine. I got Covid test as required by Beaumont.Speaking of Beaumont, it is obvious they are will to sacrifice the convenience of their patients for the almighty buck.The fact that I was required to be tested, is a useless demand. So I-proved to be negative. How do you know the people are not infected during the interim time of the surgery. You don’t. Looks like an opportunity to mine taxpayer dollars to me.Bottom line. Have a customer service meeting with the girls behind the glass.
As a Minnesota resident I been in this clinic, it was accepted but compared with Minnesota hospitals it was only 2 star.
My child is sick. They tested only for Covid and nothing else. This place came highly recommended and they failed. I was told they would test for the flu, strep, etc. besides Covid and they didn’t. I live 25 minutes away and they wanted me to come back in an hour for the results or add her to MyChart. There was no place to do that , so the front desk said they would. They did not. Here we are almost 24 hours later and I have no answers. They don’t answer their phones and the website and MyChart are a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

On the good side, they saw me quickly and I got test results quickly. Thats why Im giving 2 stars not 1.However, they didnt do the main thing I asked for. I came in with symptoms matching the flu to a T and said I suspected flu but wanted to get tested for the flu, strep, and covid. When I got results back later, I saw that they didnt test for flu, but only covid and strep. Since both tests they did take were negative then I can be fairly sure I have the flu, but its annoying that they didnt do what I asked. And they put on my report suspected covid exposure when I had only said Id been around plenty of people, and wasnt aware of exposure to any sickness in particular. There was no reason for me or them to suspect covid exposure more than exposure to any other sickness.
After a very long wait for Rapid Covid test, the time was worth it after having Nurse Practitioner Melissa come into the room and explain my results. She was very assuring and professional. It was immediately obvious that she cared. She didnt know it but I have a long background in medical sales. She is top notch and gave me smart helpful tips for fast recovery. I recommend this Urgent Care very highly.
If this is an urgent care facility, why is their first question “Did you make an appt?” Well no, I did not.With HIPPA, why are they asking me aloud for symptoms in a lobby full of people? That could be highly personal, depending on the situation.
I took my kid to the urgent care for cold related issues. My kid was more worried about what kind of treatment she’ll get and she almost cried before visiting there but she came back smiling after the visit. The doctor made her so comfortable to diagnose her symptoms.I would go back there again in future if needed.

Scheduled an appointment for a rapid covid test. NP Melissa Bedner was phenomenal. She had great bedside manners, was attentive, informative and supportive. She didn’t make you feel rushed and ensured any questions were answered. The rest of the staff was professional and very friendly as well!
We visited here for Covid test for travel. I went early since I heard there would be max 2-hour waiting time. They allowed us to check in earlier and we come back later so that we could take test within 72 hours before international departure. Lab result showed check-in time as collection time. And there was no advanced explanation for this. We ended up to take another test and they said we would bill from lab. But we appreciate they guarantee same day or next day results.
They are currently severly short staffed. They say they offer walkin covid tests, that is a lie. They will give you an appointment time 3-4 hours after you walkin. And when you arrive for your walkin, you have to wait another hour. Call them to make an appointment, and then call again at your appointment time to see if they are even ready for you.
I drove 2+ hours across the state to receive a rapid covid test as we do not have a single rapid test site in the county & waiting several days just to schedule a covid test & several more days for results.The facility here was excellent! The staff was superb! From reception to nurses to PA that saw me, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, & efficient. I waited about 45 mins in the car & they called my cellphone to enter the facility. I was blown away that I could receive results in 15 minutes. Everyone was gracious, appreciative, thorough. I am so thankful I selected this facility & this healthcare system for my medical needs. THANK YOU for top notch access & service!
If you are one of the many people who work in the LEGAL cannabis industry DO NOT go here, they will treat you differently if they smell any cannabis on you, even if you dont even smoke. I will never go back here ever again.
Quick and efficient service. Nice to see such great customer service in lieu of the recent negativity around the leadership of Beaumont Health. It’s the employees and doctors that are the heart and backbone of this institution. Nice to see that they still keep patients first regardless of what’s thrown at them .
It was a nightmare. A simple PCR swab test (required to enter Canada and to be within 72hours) that takes a few seconds, took three hours of trying to get a virtual doctor that we were told we needed and which was a major hasdle of emailing and texting of forms first, even though we have been patients in Beaumont system for 27 years), then waiting for an hour to get swabbed. Far from a walk-in test, we were so stressed, especially since this was a scheduled move to another country and needed this result, we will never, ever go back. Dont go to Novi Urgent Care!!
Excellent visit! I was able to get in to see the doctor fairly quickly. My medication was at Walgreens before I left the clinic.
By far the most incompetent staff we have ever dealt with! Go elsewhere. My daughter went in at 11:30 a.m. with a uti. They sent her script to the wrong pharmacy multiple times. We couldn’t get her her medication until 7:45 p.m. after we had to repeatedly call the pharmacy and office to get it released so the insurance would pay for it. Absolute joke. I’m pretty sure it’s not very hard to select a pharmacy from a list. Rite aid in Novi and Cvs in Redford should be fairly simple to decipher.
I took my daughter for COVID testing for sports on Sunday. There was a line outside the building. A nurse came out with clipboards and forms. She told people in-line to fill it out while waiting. It was finally my turn to turn the form in to checkin. The receptionist didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She didn’t say anything to me even though she was ready to take my paper work. She kept ignoring me and let other people cut in front of me!!
The facility is clean and welcoming. There are plenty of protocols in place to keep people socially distanced and protected. The NP and the other health care worker were so nice and reassuring.

Ill preface this review by noting that the staff members at Beaumont Urgent Care were professional and gracious during my visit, and the facilities were modern and clean. However, my time there represents everything thats wrong with the American healthcare system. I needed a Covid PCR test 48hrs before a flight to Europe (I currently live overseas), and the Beaumont Urgent Care was the only facility I could find in the Detroit area that could guarantee my results back within the time window. (Walgreens and CVS can only promise a 5-day turnaround.) But in order to administer a Covid test, they curiously also require a full exam -- blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temperature, heart/lungs, lymph nodes, the works. All completely unnecessary and unwanted, a waste of my time and theirs. And why does Beaumont do this? Because they can bill insurance for the procedures and make a few extra bucks. Or in my case, charge me $155 out-of-pocket because I dont have an American insurance plan. While I was waiting to be seen, 3 other individuals came in for Covid tests and got the same runaround. This is why your insurance premiums are so expensive, people! So executives at WellStreet can line their pockets with the margins they made off my 30-second blood pressure reading.
Despite the circumstances, I had a very pleasant experience with Beaumont Urgent Care Novi. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Not to mention calming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if youre ever in need of an Urgent Care facility.
The person answering the phone couldnt give me directions to the location, however, the nurse assistance and the doctor were very knowledgeable, listened to our description of the issue and contributing factors and discussed a plan with us. We were very pleased with the service here.Five stars if the person answering the phone could tell me where they were located or how to get there from the landmarks in Novi (i.e. The Novi Town Center, ATT store) that I was referring to.

So I went to this place for my covid testing, specifically because i needed PCR testing done due to some paper work needed for my move. But these guys were so rude, the lady at the reception was so rude she didnt let us stand there for a minute as well. And then another lady who came to do our test, was so rude, she spoke as if we owe her 1000$ For an year or more.Horrible customer service, but they stood by their word of giving us test results by the time they committed, that was less than 24 hours

I made an appointment even though I knew they offered walk-in testing, since I wanted to save time😭😭😭 but then🥲🥲 they made me wait🥲🥲 for two🥲🥲 hours🥲🥲 i know that me getting a pcr test isnt an emergency🥲🥲 but also🥲🥲 i had to wait for two hours to be seen for one minute🥲🥲 and still pay 155 dollars😤😫🤒🥴🤯 unimpressed😫😫 i know its not any of the workers fault and of course there were people who needed to be seen immediately, but whats the point😔😤 of making an appointment then😫🤯🥴their system is not effective at all
The staff were very pleasant. I waited in car until I was called to enter the building. I had to wait inside for at least 1/2 hour. I think they should have called me when it was time to be tested.
Staff is friendly.wanted to get rapid test done. They gave a time slot mad asked to wait in vehicle, when its time we were again asked to wait in the vehicle until they call us again. Other than the waiting time, everything went well.
My sister got a PCR for travel requirements done at 10 am which is advertised as ‘same day guaranteed’. She didn’t get the results that same day and nobody answered the phone until we contacted the lab directly at 9 am, picked up and sent the test results. So amistad 24hs turnaround. I contacted the PR office several times to address this and received no reply whatsoever. So no real ‘guarantee’

My entire family came here for Covid testing. Husband tested on Monday, positive. Me on Tuesday, positive. Kids appointment on Wednesday (still waiting for results). I called ahead knowing I was Covid positive and they came out and did the test in the parking lot so I didn’t have to take my 3 and 5 year old inside. All of our appointments were in and out in less than an hour. Results less than 24 hours for the pcr test. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this facility.
Waited in waiting room one hour and then when brought back to patient room - was there another hour and 15 minutes! No one came to my patient room to update nor communicate on status. I popped my head out after 30 minutes to confirm I hadn’t been forgotten and was informed would only be a ‘few more minutes’ . They were not taking patients in order as could hear through walls, the patients both sides to me had arrived after me. Seemed to be very understaffed and disorganized.Also, I was a new patient and the nurse didn’t take down any of my current medications.Would not go to this location again nor likely any Beaumont clinic.I understand it’s cold & flu season, but please do a better job of communicating with patient to advise realistic status and set expectations.

Arrived at 5:45pm for a rapid covid test. I have a fiance thats 40 weeks pregnant, Ive had a 102 fever for 2 days, whole body aches, sore throat and loss of taste. Also had a coworker that I share a cubicle test positive today. The staff at the front door has let at least 8 people that arrived after me go in first because they came with family. This is literally inexcusable. Do not for any reason come to this facility (unless you come as a family and intend on skipping over everyone).Edit: its now 7:40 and closing in 20 minutes. Staff came out and sprayed/disinfected the lobby with me waiting in it. Everyone getting ready to leave.
I called Beaumont Billing Dept. And they said $250 per visit is administration fee. Every time you go Beaumont, they charge you $250 administration fee.I do not recommend visiting Beaumont urgent care for Covid testing. You will be charged $250 for physician visit. Just go to CVS or Walgreen for Covid test.Beaumont charged total $1,000 for covid test for me and my kids. End up I paid $600. Worst thing was I had to signed up for auto payment and they took my money already. Do not go this Beaumont care.I visited and had discussion with a manager and she said $1,000 for a provider who ordered Covid test for me and my kids and it is our policyDoes anyone agree to this and does it make sense?Do not go this beaumont urgent care!!!
This place is most certainly running an insurance scam. Do not go here for a COVID test. They’ll waste hours of your valuable time and perform unneeded examinations.

Phone repeatedly states rapid test is available, had to call 5 times since the automated system hangs up after 2 minutes on hold. Finally told that they dont do rapid testing. Website for scheduling is broken.
Great experience. I went to do a blood test, extremely friendly and professional staff, especially the MA Wisam. Although I knew my results online, I received a call from her following up with me and informing me the test result. I highly recommend them.

Very discouraged. Billed $250.00 to be told to go the hospital, we cant help you here. Person in billing would not offer any concession on fees. She said you came in, you were assessed; we bill. Provided an analogy of going to the dentist. If you need medical help ... go to another urgent care in the area or to the hospital.. not this one on Grand River. While the staff was very nice and cordial... this fee for little help is disappointing. No call back or follow up after they directed us to the hospital. :(

2022-01-12The staff at the Novi office are amazing. Although this is a difficult time for everyone, they were so kind and knowledgeable. I would like to personally thank Kim the Nurse Practitioner that saw me. She was so personable and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I know I was 1 of many many patients today but she did not make me feel like it. Her genuine care and concern speaks volumes about her passion for her career. Truly a team of angels! :)

2022-06-04My first experience at an urgent care. Novi Beaumont was great. Easy to set up appointment online and fill out registration. I was taken on time, the nurse Maria put me at ease. She was kind, funny and genuine as was the PA that saw me. The front desk staff were great. I would definitely recommend this place. In and out within 30 minutes.

2022-03-10The wait was very long, but that’s to be expected and I don’t hold it against them. The staff was nice, particularly the woman who took my vitals. She was amazing. The doctor only saw me for a few minutes and seemed eager to get me out of there even though I waited for at least 2 hours to see him. He didn’t listen well, nor let me finish speaking. I genuinely didn’t mind the wait, but to only be seen for a couple of minutes and for the doctor to not practice good listening skills was very disheartening. He did prescribe me helpful medication, so I’m thankful for that. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a long day. Just remember that making patients feel heard is part of treating them.

2022-05-07There nurse and PA Spencer K. I saw were excellent. Both knowledgeable and thorough. The PA was also very practical in his approach in selecting which diagnostics to run and did not order tests that might be insightful but wouldnt change patient care. I would trust them for my urgent need medical care again.There was a long wait even past my appointment time. While that is not ideal, I attribute it to the staff being as thorough as they were and providing helpful explanation.Five Stars were easily earned.

Not only was there practically zero wait time, but the staff was beyond pleasant, engaging and helpful during my visit. I have never had such a positive experience at any other urgent care. I will absolutely drive out of my way to go to this location from now on.

2022-06-30The visit was great, but needed COVID test results in 12 hours for a flight. Beaumont Urgent Care by WellStreet - Novi said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I didnt receive it and was tested again at the airport for boarding. The visit was great, office staff and receptionist were amazing. I was just disappointed in the results not be ready when promised and needing to pay twice for the same test so I could get the results and board the plane.

2022-03-03Nice clean facility. The staff was friendly and processed me quickly. Lisa, the PA was really good. Very knowledgeable and she answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly. She later called me at home to give me additional info from my visit ---this is above and beyond the norm and I really appreciate it. This is my place for future visits.

2022-02-28I came in about half an hour before close with a busted up hand from a fall while walking my dog. Within an hour, I had been examined, had my hand treated, wrapped, and x-rayed, and was able to head home with some peace of mind after a scary injury! Everyone from checking in to taking me back to being treated was very kind and personable and helped me feel a lot calmer. In particular, Bridget was super sweet and made me feel well taken care of! I’d like to hope I never have to come back but if I do need an urgent care in the future, I will happily return here for treatment. :)

2022-04-08Wait times are kind of nuts but service is good. Scheduled an appointment and did all paperwork ahead of time but still waiting 40 minutes to see someone when I was the only person in the lobby. Staff is nice and treatments always seem to work well.

2022-05-20Waited over an hour after being told to make an appointment to avoid my wait time. Just wanted a Covid test but they do a full blown exam instead. Go somewhere else.Previously my wife had come here and they laughed at her condition amongst the staff. Super professional. They laughed at her condition and then lost the test they took. By the time it mattered she was better.Truthfully I should get my head examined for coming back here.
