Excellent customer service. I bought a Shark steam mop and was disappointed in its performance. I lost the receipt but they were able to pull up my receipt no problem and had my money back in minutes! They may be slightly high but I promise they have whatever your looking for and the always have coupons! Great store and service!
First time that I bought something here in years. It was cracked upon delivery. Nick helped with the return and reordered a new one for me. He was personable, knowledgeable, and multitasking without missing a beat. Finally, someone who has great customer service skills! (Very hard to find anymore)
I love this store. My boyfriend broke a plate while we were staying at a friends of ours. I was able to call them and somebody helped me right away to know that they have a replacement plate that I could buy separate from a package. Calling them was a good experience.So I went over there and picked it up which was an easy chore, found something else that I wanted considering that I always get these 20% off coupons in my text message. Stood in line, and when I went to check out found out that I didnt get the normal 20% off coupon. It was some other coupon that was absolutely of no use to me. So I didnt buy the item, and only the plate that I needed.The store is pretty expensive, so I need those 20% off coupons to make it worth my while most of the time.
My how things have changed. It wasnt long ago I could find lots of fancy beers and snacks here, but it seems BBB doesnt carry those items anymore. Still a wonderful store, found just what we needed and even a bit more! The store almost seems too big for the merchandise inside. The front wall is bare and the store feels like an outlet up front. The lines were really long and not fast. Ill be back next time I need a home item quickly.
I picked up an online order last week. I went into the store to save the workers some labor, but the line had to have 20 customers in front of me. I went back to my car, parked in a designated space and clicked through my email for curbside pickup. An employed had it out to me in less than ten minutes. Much easier. They needed more than 2 cashiers up front...
I know it is close to the holidays, but they had two cashiers with a line of around 25 customers. A third person was doing online orders. They were in no hurry, going to get other items when a customer found a flaw in theirs, and waiting instead of asking that person to step aside. They moved slowly and casually chatted with the online order person. I dont know how long it would have taken to be served because we left.
I do love this store because it has a lot of different things. Its clean and organized. The only reason Im not giving it a 5 is because they have a bad habit of not putting the price on some of their merchandise. That drives me nuts! So if they fix that then Id have to say this is the perfect store.
I thought the place looked pretty junky. Lots of empty shelves, things not very organized, boxes of merchandise that was taped shut (not factory taped). Makes me wonder if this is one of the stores that might close. It was not the way Bed, Bath and Beyond always used to be. Disappointing.
They helped me with a wedding registry & once I had it, there was someone else who helped me to find the items easily. I was in & out and love that you can wrap your items right there for free. I love the items they carry & they have the best selection as well as enough people scheduled do I rarely have to wait around for help or a cashier! Much appreciated. Its rare these days.
This is where I buy all my kitchen needs and small appliances from. You cant beat the price and the beyond plus membership, $29 for the year, always a 20% off discount, free shipping totally worth it. You can combine other coupons with it (like the $10 off of $30). I get so many gifts here for others. My husband and I did our wedding registry here and the selection and service was fabulous. Also, i have never seen such an extensive travel size section if you are heading on a trip.
This store has Cost Plus World Market feature items, mostly specialty foods, wine, and other beverages. There is a good selection of trial size items, kitchen appliances, pots and pans, dishware, cleaning supplies, electronics, and beauty supplies. This is one of the best stores to be kept in good order. It is amazing how much this store has in inventory.Update: it is now Early June 2018, and much of the Cost Plus Market Place is gone. Have no fear, I was told, they are remodeling. I trust the employees there, some of them have been working at this location longer than most. It was good before, looking optimistically for better.
God you cant even shop here without a.coupon most items are just way over priced (only Kohls.is.worse.to.shop.at without a.coupon) . They only give.you.one. So its a.complete PIA. Just give me like 8 percent off.whole.order and Ill feel.like.im. not blowing money and would ship.here more. They remodeled.which is good.
Elizabeth at bedbathbeyond on hall rd store was amazing! She helped me with my order over the phone because online was a wait of 1hour. Not only did she save me wait time, she helped me place my order online because it gave me hard time for placing my order. Thank you so much Elizabeth.
Originally I ordered an item from Best Buy they said item was in stock where bb&b said low stock. After waiting over 6 hours to let me know best buy said they were out of stock but would let me know in weeks time it was back in stock. I waited 5 days bb to respond. Nothing. Ordered on bb&b web site got results in 5 minutes ready for pickup. Same price. Moral of story go to bb&b for kitchen appliances not bb. Great job keeping great inventory on products. Thanks bb&b.
RUDE Staff that publicly humiliate customers with medical conditions who can not wear masks. Management is rude as well when brought to their attention that they are breaking ADA protections for customers. Will not waste my money at this disgraceful company. Look into properly training your staff.
Prices were good, but here is what i didnt like: 1. I went to the store for 3 items only to find out they were out of stock of 2 of them and the 3rd one was online only. I wanted to check out the products before I purchased them, also i wanted them today. If I wanted to wait I would of probably order from Amazon. The other thing that i didnt like was the store layout, it appears unorganized and stuff haphazardly in the isle-way. It has been a while since i have been in Bed Bath & Beyond, it just seemed the store was not as up to par as i remembered it.
Everything was in the wrong spot on the shelves... shower liners, rugs, mattress pads... (it would say $9.99 on the shelf then you check the tag and it says $34.99, etc). Staff was overly attentive, asking if we needed something every 90 seconds but I guess thats better than not being able to find someone. Not a huge selection of anything either, store on the smaller side.
Coupon thing is frustrating, you can tell everything is definitely marked up a solid 20 25%, presuming that you have their 20% off single item coupon, but when you forget it theyre not very eager to help you out. Even though you can go online and find everything in the store a lot cheaper. It is good that they have everything available for the touchy-feely person, but they need to be more realistic with their pricing.
Do not come to this location. I had to stand in line two different times which totalled over 32 minutes of wait time no joke...The several things I put in my cart were not priced which I didnt realize that just happen to be a coincidence and one of the items they tried charging me triple digits for obviously I put them back. This store knows nothing about customer service. I will go out of my way to avoid this store.
I have always liked BBB but this new layout is tough to get used to. They have the heaters and other popular items in the queue. I wanted to look at a heater and had to get past all the people in line to do so. It was really awkward because, at first, people thought I was trying to jump the line. Also, the selection has suffered from this open concept layout. They have taken out lots of lower priced items and moved them to The Christmas Tree Shop. That store doesnt accept BBB coupons and the prices on those items has remained the same. As a result of the changes, shopping at BBB has become less convenient and more expensive.
Fanflippintastic! Being from up north; we dont have a BB&B! Visiting my ftiends in Sterling Heights ... I had a chance to go here! Loved the store, but customer service would be why I would come back especially MaryAnn (a cashier)! My friend had 2 coupons, but MaryAnn scanned 3 more @ the resgister! Plus; they had everything (and beyond) that i needed AND wanted AND more! Thanks BB&B!
And people wonder why we shop online? Bought a coffee maker machine. Went up to the cashier after waiting 10 minutes. She was so slow. Walked to the counter and she’s totally silent. Asked my husband if we’re returning. Told her no we are buying? He told her the sign says free cleaner with purchase. She said ummm I don’t know it’s not coming up that way. I said ok? Ask a manager because we read the sign. She wasn’t happy. Walked over to the manager. Her name Angela. Angela yells across the end of the counter, no it’s not free and if you want it you gotta buy it. I’m like no way she just talked to us like that????? Went back to get the sign just to prove her wrong. Re read the sign and it said for the stone color. I went back to explain that it is free for a different color. She talked over me in a very aggressive attitude and she said nothing is free. I was too angry to return the item. But definitely is going back tomorrow and I’m never walking into that store again. That Angela should not be a manager or an employee for anyone. People like that are high risk to businesses.
Everytime I go I feel like the employees don’t really go up “and beyond” to help out. Only rating 5 stars because I had a lovely lady TATYANA who helped me out with getting something I had on hold and helped me cash out she made my experience great! She has a great personality and smiled the whole time I really appreciate her helping me out! You need more employees like her!
I enjoy shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond because the employees are so helpful, I like the merchandise as there is so much to choose from. Always clearance racks as well to browse. The best is the coupons this company mails out regularly. Thanks Bed Bath and Beyond for being such a fun store to shop in.
Went in to this store to get one item. When an employee greeted me, I asked them where this item was and they walked me right to it, even though it was in another area! They are remodeling this store, so some things were moved around, but it still has lots of neat stuff!
I used to like Bed, Bath & Beyond. I used to be able to find what I needed and ask associates when I couldnt. Last evening I was in this store, and the associate couldnt help me find what I needed, the store was overfilled with merchandise that made it hard to look for items, and the bathroom sinks didnt work. Seemed rather ironic for a store with bathroom items to not have the sinks working!
New more open layout is more open, but I find it harder to find things, as sections become less defined. The square floor pattern was part of BBB identity.This particular store has generally had a few products, that wasnt offered at other BBB stores. A little disappointed the food section became more of a snacks oriented. Previously had bought food products as gifts like dried cured meats. Now it is candy and wine.I will adjust review after the holidays, when seasonal stuff is gone, and I can see how it will look normally. For me, the open space makes it look like everyone else, and not BBB
Bought a mirror that was broken but the corner that was broke was covered with cardboard. And now, 20 days out from the purchase of a $130 comforter set, I’m noticing rips, tears, horrible stitching on the accent pillows. This is garbage and I think I’m done shopping here. You guys might be the next ArtVan... watch it!

I was upset because I called first from another Bed Bath & Beyond they stated they had what I needed I gave him the name and exactly what it was and how many the staff person said that they did have it for sure I asked for them to do a physical pool to have it at the front of the store that they said it was not a problem when we got there it was nothing at the front of the store come to find out they didnt have any in the store at all I was very disappointed to have to drive 32 miles to a store and still did not get what I needed that was very discouraging

2019-01-25This store is so much better with the new layout. They have such good deals. I found an item I was looking for for MONTHS here, over half off! The store was pretty much all clean and well organized. The employees were very friendly. I love this location, and I will be back! The checkout lanes moved pretty quickly for how busy it was. Love love this store.

2022-01-29Returns are never easy at this store! Never opened my package, just took it to the store to be returned and there wasn’t a packing slip! I had to find the email and they still couldn’t return to the original form of payment. It’s always difficult, not going back this time!

2021-12-18Judy doesn’t not belong in customer service at all. As a store manager she might be one of the nastiest people I’ve ever encountered shopping. Refused to honor the listed price even with BBB having price matched guaranteed. Contacted the website customer service and they honored it.The fact she tried to say that google offers with bed bath and beyond are not accurate is ridiculous. Her employees were literally scared to approach her.As a corporate employee for another retailer I’d highly recommend you secret shop this store because the customer service is hindering your business.

2021-12-14They didnt have the item I wanted in stock, but they carry it on the online service. The customer service employee helped me order it and have it delivered to my house. They were very helpful finding it and ordering it for me.

2021-04-05I have not been to this location in a while and I have got to say it was extremely clean and organized. My husband and I purchased a few hundred dollars in items and our cashier Laura was extremely friendly and told us about the bed bath and beyond membership that is going on and she showed us step by step in how to sign up. I appreciate so much her patience and kindness. I truly hope she gets recognized for this!!
