We contacted Belanger’s to have our septic pumped, normal septic in a normal sized residential home. The morning they came out the drivers, who were awesome , Larry and his coworker, informed me that 1 of our Septic tank lids was partially covered by our deck. At the time I was 8 months pregnant and wasn’t able to to remove the deck my self. Larry informed me that if we got the deck off he would come back out and pump out the reminder from that side of the tank. Belanger’s finished pumping what they could and charged my card on file $475, almost as soon as they pulled out of my driveway. My husband came home work early, removed the small portion of decking, exposed the lids and gave Belanger’s a call. Belanger’s said absolutely we will come out and pump out the remainder of the tank. For the hearty sum of $475. After reiterating the conversation that was had with the drivers the office receptionist told us tough luck. If we wanted them to come out again we would pay another $475, $950 in total. That left us quite disappointed, we are local people that live 4 miles away from Belanger’s, sometimes local supporting local isn’t in your best interest.

I had Belanger come out to pump my septic, as I have for years. Always helpful and on time. The driver helped me locate the lids, and even spent time chatting afterwards. Was in and out in a 1/2 HR - 45 mins.

I called Belanger needing to have my septic tank pumped. They came out the very next day, got the work done promptly and professionally and even suggested a couple of ideas to keep our system healthier. I chose to have them install some risers above the tank accesses so the tank would be more accessible in the future. This work was done promptly and at what I thought was a fair price. I plan on having them back the next time my system needs service and would recommend using Belanger Septic Service to my friends.

We hired Belanger’s for our Septic and the appointment setup and the service were great. The tech who came out to our home was wonderful. He took time with me and explained things very well. He was honest and I planned on hiring them back and telling friends and family about their service. A day or two after the service my husbands credit card was hacked and the card company automatically discontinued the card and sent them another one. This resulted in a declined card with Belangers. The two ladies in the office proceeded to hound my husband with multiple threatening messages despite my husband explaining the situation. This was days after the service was provided. The bill was paid approximately 10 business days after the service. Disgusted with how these ladies treated us and will never use this service or refer anyone to them

I called Belanger to get my septic tank pumped and was quoted $391 for my size tank. They were very efficient setting up an appointment, the driver showed up on time and everything seemed to be going very well. Then a couple days later I got the invoice for the charge they put on my credit card. It was $40 more than what I was quoted. I was told it was because my tank had heavy solids in the tank. During the pumping I asked the driver how it looked and he said, not horrible so I thought everything was OK. No one EVER said there could be an extra charge and the driver didnt seem to think it was out of line. I have had septic systems for many years and have never had an extra charge added after the fact. It bears a strong resemblance to a bait and switch. I tried talking to them about it and all I got was a bunch of lip service from the lady in the office. I am not a happy customer and I would never recommend this business to other people.

I had a good experience with them. They were very good about telling me what I could expect to pay, what I needed to do, and since this is my first house with a septic system the driver was great and answered all of my questions. In the end there were no surprises and everything went smooth. I would use their service again.

Did a fine job. In and out in about 25 minutes. Had everything ready to go for them which made it easier. Plan on paying the high end of whatever you are quoted. Wouldnt be surprised if everyone got hit with their heavy solids charge which seems to be completely at the company/drivers opinion. Even with a tank that was evaluated and normal by a county health department, while pumping you pay the premium.

Belangers is the WORST. Dont waist your money. There are several other septic companies in the area that are more reasonably priced who provide better service with REAL septic expertise.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They made it out to our house quickly and the job was done within a half an hour. Very happy with their service.
