Comment: Renter beware. If you are looking around and have lots of options, dont apply to Bella Vista unless you want that to be your final destination. They will not give you back your holding deposit if you are past the 72 hrs from the application date. I was not made aware of that and am out $500 dollars. The staff was not very responsive to my emails when I decided to go elsewhere.

Comment: I’ve been here about Six months..three weeks in my apartment flooded. They left these big machines in my apartment for about three weeks and it ran my PG&E bill up to $450. I was stuck paying A high PG&E bill I’ve addressed multiple issues with these people in the leasing office and it takes them forever to complete a maintenance request nonstop running back-and-forth in the apartments stomping. That issue never gets resolved …Me and my child have been almost ran over more than three times in the parking lot.. It’s not worth it here at all I will be breaking my lease Humongous spiders crawling all over the apartment cockroaches Coming out of the sockets of the apartment.People throw trash all over the apartment buildings neighbors, and outside people are very disrespectful. This is not a place to have your children at.

Comment: Move out felt like a rip off. I had $400 security deposit and was only given $8.16 back. I gave them 30 days notice and I never got any clear directions around what the move out process was even though I asked for it. They charged me $50 to replace a parking sticker (it’s a sticker!) and then charged me for an extra set of keys they never gave me. They told me on the day of my move out that I could have gotten my own cleaning service instead of using theirs (they charged $160 for cleaning. On top of that the apartment had black mold while I was living there and they never addressed it even though I let them know I was pregnant. Don’t rent from this place.

Comment: Transferred to another unit because they didnt want to fix my wall or over three months now that Im in the new unit my dryer is not working sometimes it doesnt turn on. They should have checked that before they gave me the apartment Ive been requesting for them to fix this hole on the wall that the plumber left that should have been done the same day, they left the water closed on a Sunday without notice. I couldnt shower. They should have at least left a notice. The maintenance guy always goes in and say that the dryer works, but its not working sometimes it doesnt turn on. Hes not checking the vent I dont think these people are checking the checklist. They just give the apartment how it is. I think they had a dog there before me. The smell of urine is all over dog urine or some type of pet. They need to be held accountable for actions because I will keep giving them bad reviews until they get it right.

Comment: The guest bathroom had a clogged toilet. I called the Office & spoke to Yaqui re this. She transferred me to another person who said we have a shortage of Maintenance Techs. We can have someone come today if not, tomorrow. No, that is not an option. It has to be today. Within 10 - 15 min, Roland, Maintenance Tech arrived. He brought a tool which he used to unclog the toilet. Roland flushed the toilet twice to be sure the clog was cleared.We want to thank Roland for his experience in clearing the clog in about 15 min.

Comment: There is no mercy in order to raise rent. even add alarm fee on top of rent value to get higher percentage for every possible penny out of tenant. Rent has only one-way of movement which is increasing. I have been living here 7 years and March 2024, I received email about referral for up to $500 so I checked the Bella Vista apartments website then discovered My rent is about $200 to $300 more than new residents excluding sigh on bonus etc. There were about 20, one bedroom apartments much cheaper than my rent price. I stopped by leasing office to get new lease but in order to get new lease I have to move out and move in to available apartments. Im senior citizen do not like moving and bad back cant lift anything. Moving out from my unit to new unit is cost me and apartment complex. They should check out that rule for new lease for existing tenants

Comment: We had a very bad experience with Bellavista at Hilltop. Our dishwasher broke. It took almost a year to get one that worked. In that time we were given another broken dishwasher that melted, and another machine with leaves and twigs in it. After three machines and a year of waiting we finally got one that worked. When we asked for a rent reduction we were told to use the sink. The office was constantly getting new employees and some of them were EXTREMELY rude. I was hung up on by a few of the employees. It is not safe and cars are constantly getting broken into. There was also CONSTANT construction on our building which was a huge inconvenience. It seemed like staff was annoyed with any problems. I would never recommend anyone to live there. It is extremely expensive and the customer service is a 0/10. Also, there is black mold in a lot of the apartments. I highly suggest looking anywhere else.

People move here for washing machines but if it’s broke it will take atleast 6 months to fix while that time their is no compensation you have to do your laundry outside in paid laundry and if you have any leakage then they open that area to get dry and will take atleast 1-2 years to fix that till that no any compensation or nothing and staff is extremely rude they don’t care whatever is going and they don’t even answer the call . If your main security your door lock break down wait atleast one month and compromise with your self security

Comment: DO NOT LIVE HERE EVEN FOR FREE! I have to say, our experience at [Apartment Name] was nothing short of a nightmare. Within just a couple of months of moving in, we started having issues with the windows—condensation, water leaks, you name it. Not only were we wasting a fortune on utilities trying to combat these issues, but the real kicker was the mold that started creeping in everywhere. Every time we brought it up to management, they brushed it off as discoloration and did nothing to address the problem. As a result, my family and I began experiencing health issues and allergies due to the mold infestation. Eventually, we had no choice but to move out, leaving behind all of our belongings and furniture, as advised by our mold inspector. Suffice it to say, it was the worst living situation weve ever encountered.

Comment: Its hard to write a positive review about the complex itself since I am currently having issues with my unit, but Gale (Leasing Manager) is absolutely AMAZING! She made moving in here smooth & easy! She is professional & I appreciate her so much!My alarm has been broken since before I moved in (in Nov.) & ADT has missed 2 of the 4 appointments to fix it which is RIDICULOUS! I have literally had to contact the office a few times a month just to figure out when or if ADT is ever coming which is super annoying & seems like my part time job at this point. The apartments charge you monthly for the alarm, but Gale waived 2 months of charges for me because why should I pay for something that doesnt work? So thank you Gale! YOU deserve 5 stars!I had to pay and install my own security system for protection and the manager of resident service has decided that I still have to pay for the alarm moving forward even though it is still broken, which makes NO SENSE & IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL!! Its broken & it has been before I got there, so if it doesnt work -why would I be paying for it?To top that off the porch lights went out for both me & my neighbors unit, so it was pitch black outside! My neighbor reported his 3 weeks ago & no one ever came, so when I called I was told that maintenance wouldnt be able to get up there because they were understaffed at the moment.Karen from resident services was SO THOUGHTFUL & understanding about my safety concerns that she actually took the time to walk the lightbulbs to my unit HERSELF which was not her job. Karen went above & beyond to make sure my safety issues were actually addressed & I truly appreciate that! She is professional and actually seems to care about the people that pay to live here. Karen you deserve 5 stars!I see there are a lot of apologies written to respond to these reviews, but empty apologies are worthless. Try addressing the issues like Karen & Gale! Comment: Bella Vista at hilltop is a nice community to live in. There are many living amenities that I appreciate. There is a gym, tennis court, basketball, multiple swimming pools including one indoor, in unit Landry, etc. The application process is straightforward but it does required to stay active. Once approved, the move in process was simple process of keys, stickers, key fobs, ADT code, and dropping the first payment. There was some issues discovered in the unit and Litzy was able to us resolve the issues overtime. Staying active will help to make sure everyone was on the same page and getting things done. Litzy has been super friendly and easy to reach out for help. Glad to make the choice and enjoying our time here.

Comment: Keep your Money and Go down the Street.Quality of Life:- Roaches are a constant no mater how hard you clean and request a treatment (4x, and they still got in the fridge and on a plate I was eating)- Pools are regularly dirty to the point of being unusable (some of which are murky and smell horrible)- The Security Gate has been broken 80% of the time.- I made a maintenance request over a week ago. They said theyd send me an email confirmation. They never did. I call- NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. This would explain why the DAY we signed our lease we had 4 people rush in, interrupt our signing, and frustratedly talk about an issue theyve had for x amount of time and how they can never get a hold of the office.- Our Brand new unit was infested from day one and there were holes in the wall, random residue streaks coming from the ceiling, the tub was scuffed so badly it was grey (but they covered it with something white for moving day until it washed away after one shower), all our bathroom water fixtures werent caulked and loosely dangle off the counter, floor and wall... our ethernet cable port in the wall was disconnected behind the plate...Quality of Service:- Management NEVER answers the phone during work hours. I leave VM and only once have I had one returned.- Ive seen their office there is at least 8 desks and Ive seen them almost all full on a regular basis... This is the first time Ive seen an office regularly email that their workers leave/close early. And keep in mind I have worked at a leasing office myself before.- They rarely keep a promise to address a quality of life complaint...This is the 5th apartment Ive lived in as an adult. We are leaving the second our lease is up.

I have complained to management and the parent company but yet they are still here. The tenant leaves trash outside the door causing my apartment to have to be fumigated for roaches. They are loud late at night. They bang on the door for hours and even took the door off in order to get in. They park cars in other tenant’s stall that have missing or flat tires and are not drivable. The police have been called several times (including this morning). Sadly I could go on listing the problems they are causing. Overall this place is nice but way too expensive, and to have to deal daily with issues from one tenant that is not being dealt with.

My stove is still not properly working after 5 months of living here. It needs to be replaced. My cabinets still have not been replaced. I like living here and these apartments would really be nice if they were to update them. I pay a lot of money to live here and should not be living with cabinets that are water damaged. They will be hearing from me again and hopefully these minor flaws will be corrected. If they fix up the apartments I would recommend folks to come live here.

Well I forgot to mention I was accompanied by my one year old son who was well over due for his nap. As soon as I realized I left my phone I immediately tried to retrace my steps but had no luck. Eventually, I logged into my laptop and opened the app Find My IPhone. That is when I saw my phone was in the same location as earlier. I have 2 IPhones so I was able to call my other phone repeatedly. That’s when Anna & Yacky answered, then instructed me to come to the front office to pick it up. I was so relieved. Shout out to that amazing resident who found my iPhone and turned it into the office. Comment: This is the worst apartment complex you can sign a lease with. The residential services office where our mailboxes are ; are ALWAYS on lunch. My roommate went in @ 12PM they had a sign up saying they won’t return from lunch until 1:20PM….. who has an hour & 20min lunch??? I’d like to sign up for that job!! When my roommate returned @ 1:20PM there was a whole new sign up saying the office was closed & to contact a # for any questions or help……. She can overhear to females gossiping about their personal lives… (she has it on video.) This is not the first, second or third time me or my roommate has went in trying to speak to someone in office. Aside from that, our utility charges are INSANE! All charges are broken up in pieces… for ex: there was a $400 charge.. followed by a $63 charge, then a $20 charge, $4 charge etc etc…To be paying over 3,000 in rent for the bare minimum is crazy. I’d rather pay my OWN PG&E utility bilL if this is the case! So I can see what & why I’m being charged the way I am. On move in day, the cabinets were yellowish w what felt like oil grease on it. The vent in the bathroom was filled with lint. The carpet in one of the rooms had a crazy stain on it. The hallway light goes on & off only @ night. The water pressure for the shower is simply not enjoyable. Not to mention security lacks in actualLy protecting & securing the property. Majority of the complex went through a bipping tragedy where someone went down the line shattering everyone’s windows.over 50 car windows had to be repaired that day. Nothing was done about that. The Gate @ the front is broken so non residents can drive in here like they own the place at any given time. Non residents like to dump their trash here. Teens that are not in apartment complex come & swim there. Non residents take up our soccer field, basketbalL court, playgrounds etc etc. I’m basically paying for their occupancy as welL if that’s the case! Anyway, I said alL that to say If you are thinking about moving in here LET MY REVIEW BE YOUR SIGN TO SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS & THE TROUBLE! They have better apartments elsewhere! Please do yourself the favor!

Comment: The homeless problem is getting worse in the neighborhood. Several times I have had to tell folks to get out of the dumpsters. And as to the dumpers, people do not have etiquette. They throw stuff on the ground, leave furniture, boxes, etc everywhere. The dumpster area is for trash not a landfill for folks to make companies haul their large items away, it costs the complex a lot of money and increases our garbage fees.The security does a very poor job of roaming the areas. Most of the time the car sits at the office and doesnt move anywhere. People need to feel safe. One neighbor of mine just had his license plates stolen. Its pitiful and people are paying a ton of money to live here. I feel safe but I know others dont. I sincerely hope the apartment complex takes into consideration the heath, safety and welfare of its residence.I have had a wonderful experience and do enjoy living here. If you value your patio stuff dont bother leaving anything out or else ignorant and inconsiderate neighbors will dump used chemicals that they cleaned with, including clorine and fabuloso, down the decks. We have tried speaking to the tenants which they already made aware they dont care wether your stuff gets ruined. Spoke and emailed to management for a year about the same issue and still unresolved. My 1st week I parked in an open stall, they towed my car over night, they said it was because it was in a red zone,I took a picture prior to leaving for the night and my car was gone the next morning. There was no sign that I couldnt park. Welp there goes 875$ down the drain AND when I went to look there was no sign saying tow away zone 2 days later they painted the red zone THEN put a sign up.We had a parking sticker, on our car, they claimed on the towing agency that it did not have a sticker. Then when they called the towing the front person lied YET AGAIN saying that it was because it wasnt registered... so what was it? No sticker or not registered?when we asked for a copy THEY DENIED A COPY, why? Our resident sticker was active so why didnt they atleast try to communicate just like when someone else is parked in your stall they ask to give grace period to find out who it belongs to? Its really unfortunate because they were wrong, they didnt even issue a warning or warning sticker like their rules suggest. Ive been living here for 5+ years... unfortunately nothing will change.

Comment: My experience with Bella Vista Hilltop Apartments has left much to be desired. While the staff at Bella Vista Hilltop is undoubtedly pleasant and willing to assist, I found their actual help with my leasing to be lacking. After residing in this apartment for a month, I feel compelled to share my less-than-ideal experience regarding both management and the living environment.Upon my initial move-in day, it became evident that the apartment was far from ready for occupancy. The cleanliness was seriously lacking, with copious amounts of dust and grime covering the floors, and unsightly stains adorning the bedroom ceiling. The pervasive urine odor permeated every room, necessitating extensive cleaning efforts and the use of numerous air purifiers in an attempt to mask or eliminate the unpleasant scent.To compound matters, I was unable to open the door to the family room due to the absence of a screen. This allowed a horde of flies to swarm in whenever the door was ajar. Furthermore, the kitchen cabinets were disappointingly greasy, adorned with yellow stains that resembled water damage on their interior surfaces. The under-cabinet filters were saturated with oil and coated in grime. The most disheartening discovery was the state of the dishwashers interior, which was marred by stubborn stains and a layer of black, oily residue on the basket. Despite my request for a replacement dishwasher basket and under-cabinet vacuum filters, the staff only took the basket, and almost three weeks later, the replacement is still pending.On a separate note, the absence of a porch door screen, while promised, remains unresolved, with assurances from staff that they are working on it. Additionally, the presence of an ADT security system in each apartment may sound promising, but it becomes exasperating when a neighbor consistently leaves their security alarm blaring during their absence.Lastly, its worth noting that residents should consider installing security cameras in front of their doors, as package theft is a concern. I experienced a package disappearance shortly after delivery, despite being at home but failing to notice the delivery notification promptly. Within an hour, the package had vanished. For those looking to make purchases, using Amazon, which offers a locker conveniently located near the housing office, may be the safest option.In addition to the aforementioned concerns, my experience with parking allocation at Bella Vista Hilltop Apartments has been far from satisfactory. Despite ample parking spaces available right in front of my apartment, I was assigned a spot nearly two buildings away. This distance has proven to be a significant inconvenience, particularly given my ongoing battle with severe back pain. Walking with this pain has been a daily struggle, and I am currently undergoing physical therapy, with a minor surgery scheduled for the coming weeks. In an attempt to rectify this situation, I promptly submitted an amendment request to the housing management, accompanied by a doctors message outlining my condition. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any feedback, as the staff informed me that they are awaiting a response from the apartment management. This lack of responsiveness has only added to my growing frustration with this living situation.In sum, while the staffs amiability is commendable, my overall experience at Bella Vista Hilltop Apartments has been marred by cleanliness issues, unresolved maintenance requests, security concerns, and a parking allocation that exacerbates my existing health challenges.

Comment: If you could read only one review of this place, please let this be the one. Do NOT stay here. There is a reason why they are always leasing units.My husband and I were supposed to stay here for a year, but we moved out after four long months of having to deal with ATROCIOUS management and maintenance. Please listen to the reviews that mention how terrible maintenance is - because they’re all true. If you put in a work order, expect someone to show up and look at what needs to be done, but don’t expect it to be worked on. Our several work orders have been marked as “complete” when not a single issue has been fixed.If you do decide to move to Bella Vista (which you should not put yourself through), quickly get used to tenants allowing their untrained/aggressive dogs to roam free and chase you. Don’t be surprised if someone parks in your reserved spot. Management won’t do anything about that, either! (Note to all disabled folks: they will not assist you with finding a closer parking spot if it’s too much work for them. I put in a disability request and they gave me spots that had cars parked in them. When I contacted them numerous times, they never picked up.)Their mail room “requires” a fob to get into, but someone broke the door and they have not fixed it in months, so anyone is able to enter. Attached is proof of this. They wrapped a bit of tape around it and called it a day. Their drive-in entry gate has been broken ever since we moved in, and is still broken as of writing this review. Recently they’ve had 20+ car break ins, and eggs thrown on cars.If you do hate yourself and sign a binding lease with them, and when you decide you hate it here, they will give you fees on top of fees to end your lease early. We had to pay FOUR TIMES our rent (approx. $8k) to end our lease early. They charge you $160 for a cleaner (no, it doesn’t matter if you clean the unit yourself), and another fee to get the drip pans on the stoves replaced. In all my years of renting, I have NEVER heard of such a ridiculous fee. On top of this, if you accidentally rip the parking pass stickers, they charge you $50 for that, too. They will try to milk you of all your money while they still can.Please, for your sanity and peace of mind, stay away from Bella Vista Apartments.

Comment: I requested for my toilet to get fixed. I guess they thought it was stopped up. Use some type of machine which card and gas the bottom of my toilet makes it looks like a gas station toilet now. Looks really nasty looking at the bottom and the problem is still not saw the toilet still doesn’t flow Fluently when you flush it you have to wait and ask amount of minutes for the tub to fill back up with water so you can flush it again and there is feces and urine. That’s left there sometime in the morning because we have to go and leave out the house and the toilets not able to flush. I have to come home and adjust it every day to get it to flush and for the tub to fill up with water so we can flush The bodily fluids down. This is ridiculous. I’ve called residence several times left messages. No one has came back out to even address the issue again and if they do, I would like to be here when the maintenance is done.

Comment: Through the years, I have come to change my view/opinion of this place, especially after I took my kids to the pool recently and saw that someone had thrown all the furniture into it and then there is the constant trash around the pool and building areas. So disrespectful from the other residents. Not to mention the residents that play their loud music from their cars all hours of the night. Utterly rude to others that live there. I forgot to mention the constant insects that like to inhabit my apartment or the loud, obnoxious humming of an old refrigerator. To top if off, after living here for three years, always paying my rent, the one time I am a day late, I get charged a late fee. Oh and lets not forgot the front gate barrier that is now non-existent, most likely due to the fact the people keep destroying it, so management probably just gave up. Was told that they do not take care of the damages when it happened in our parking slot the one that we paid for monthly. JUST HORRIBLE. Residents always smoking in the building and nothing is done by managers/ landlords who are lazy themselves. I was told that 80% of the apartments here are filled with mold by a mold expert who was hired by Bella vista apts. Yet they still have nerve to want to raise rent and leave eviction notices on doors when these are not living conditions. Coming from a resident with serious health problems already and they are aware. Save your selves the trouble and keep looking elsewhere.

I went to the office to ask her why she did this to me, she told me to leave, and go to Resident Services. The gate to Resident Services has always been locked and I have never once seen it open. I talked to Amalia again and she said I need to take my complaints to a person named Anayareli and handed me this card (see photos). She told me she was instructed by Anayareli to move me into the apartment, even though it had major problems, told me it wasn’t her fault, and said she was just following the rules. Im not sure how often the management team check on the health and safeness of those huge tree within the property, but TWO GIANT TREES IN FORNT of my apartment fell down couple weeks ago. Within the same month, another Giant Tree branch fell and slammed on top of my apartment roof. My bedroom is literally below it. I called the Urgent maintenance/after hour service multiple times with no one answer the call. Fire department also tried to get a hold of the property management with no response. Also, there is no one in the security office to assist. Now I have to spend my own money to book nights at the hotel since no one able to remove the huge tree branch on weekend and tried not to get myself killed during sleep!

Comment: We have lived here for going on 4 years. The apartment is just the right size for my family and if you have a work order they are prompt and courteous. The maintenance man came to fix our dryer and also fixed our door without asking. My one HUGE complaint is parking. For 1 my mother is handicap and there is not a close spot available that is anywhere near our apartment. However that is not the main issue. Free parking spots. We are a 2 car family and finding a free parking spot is next to impossible. We are told multiple times that we could not park in a free space for more than 72 hours. We did so because my mom was on vacation and I was currently working so I had to park in our spot that came with the apartment. HOWEVER!!! There has been a car parked in a free spot for over a month right next to my assigned parking spot that has yet to be moved. Security has already towed our car twice for staying in a free spot more than 72 hours...WTH. Not super happy with the security either. They are pretty much non existent. My mothers car got broken into and no security was found. We also complained about a car parked in a free space to long and security alerted the person of our complaint and that person knocked on our door and threatened us. Not super happy. About that. I would give this a 2 star rating but I am super happy with the apartment and maintenance but parking and security SUCKS

Comment: I thought that it was going to be a good experience, but I was wrong can’t wait to move out I already had one of my cars broken into and they stole my beat my laptop and more. just two days ago someone hit my other car and didn’t bother to leave a note just mind you this all happened inside the apartment complex. About the work orders they take soooooo long and don’t even fix anything but they are quick to charge the rent is really disappointed I think they need new management ASAP.

She has made sure to answer all of our questions and always provides assistance in a timely manner. We hope that our experience here at Bellavista will continue to be a positive one.

Comment: I recently Moved in this is my very first apartment & my truck was broken into barely day 5 of being here . so much for having a gate code !! anyone can drive in this is absolutely ridiculous the security is non existent & when you call the office they dont answer so you can make a report . an their views on renovation is painting over everything an calling it “New & Beautiful” . there are alot of bad reviews an i didnt think i would personally experience it but i am an its not comforting . && as well to add to my vehicle being broken into i can not have it towed because my ignition is so damaged i cant put it in neutral to take to have it inconviently fixed . an to hear that 20 plus cars were broken into in this area is beyond the word ridiculous .

Comment: On Sat 4/16/22 Roland our maintenance man installed a new stainless steel dishwasher.This request has been outstanding for months due to several issues. Initially, COVID-19, then the dishwasher needed to be ordered. Maintenance came and looked at the dishwasher because the water would not drain and they replaced a part but dishwasher still did not operate properly and a new order as placed. Once the dishwasher was in an appointment was scheduled for 4/11/22 but I was still asleep when maintenance came and asked them to come back in 15 minutes, they returned on 4/16/22.I called Resident services and left messages. Initially I was told this was not a priority because the sink still works. Once COVID-19 was no longer an issue one of the maintenance staff wanted to install the white dishwasher and we declined. The correct dishwasher was eventually installed by Roland on 4/16/22. I confirmed that another maintenance member came on 4/11/22.Yaqui scheduled the installation and followed up with me to make sure it has been taken care of.We are glad that the maintenance request has finally been completed. Dishwasher is running very good.

Comment: Our leasing agent Gale made our move in super quick and simple! She was very attentive to our moving needs and was easily accessible by phone or email. The apartments are great and offer a variety of amenities such as a pool, basketball courts, gym, etc.

Comment: This is my second time living here and I have never had any issues, everything is spelled out in the contract so there are no surprises. Its a very clean location and yes, they are strict about parking, but I personally appreciate that otherwise we would have people just parking everywhere and not respecting each others space. The ladies in the front office are very helpful and professional. Thank you, Gale and Amalia, I appreciate your help and everything you do.

Comment: My move in here at Bella Vista Hilltop was fantastic. Gayle Johnson was my leasing agent and she was very pleasant and easy to work with. I have been here one week so far with my children and we are enjoying it very much if you are looking for a place to live this is it absolutely.

Comment: I not too long ago moved in to the Bella Vista Apts and unfortunately I have had a few issues that came up that I was not knowledgeable about and letting my frustrations get the best of me. But when I called resident services here and spoke to Ms. Yaquelin Reyes and the new manager Ms. Camila Rico they have went over and beyond to help me and resolve my issues. I am one of those tenants that Calls about everything and somethings Im not as polite as I should be. They still take the time to explain it all until I understand it. There are a few more ladies in the Resident services that are also awesome like and forgive me if I spell their names wrong, but I would aslo like to acknowledge a young lady by the name of Ms. Carrieal, and Ms. Cynthia, you guys are awesome and I really appreciate all you do. Keep up the good work and thanks for being there

Comment: Moving into this community was an easy and accommodating experience for me, it’ll be a year so far staying here and I’ve been having a ball. I appreciate how attentive and supportive Camila Rico was to my needs and concerns during this pandemic. It feels good to know that the property managers and staff have my best interest at heart. I really do love my apartment and my neighbor Claudette, she’s always looking out for me too that’s my girl. All in all I really appreciate the Bella Vista Apartments and the community of neighbors I’ve built here.

Comment: I lived here for little more than 2 years, never had any problems. My 1 bedroom apartment was nice and specious. The maintenance and office staff were really helpful, and moving out process was very smooth. I had the pleasant experience living here.

Comment: All they care about is taking your money time to time and modify their leasing office. Maintenance requests made online will be terminated automatically after few weeks without attending. My car even with a parking tag got towed away. They made a lame excuse that my license plate is expired, when I had a sticker from dealer on the windshield that stated it was valid for next 90 days. I had to pay $400 to get my car back on a fine Monday early morning. To make my experience worse, the mail boxes got broken into and was never repaired. For the last 8 months all the residents were asked to go to usps office and stand in a line for about 30-40 mins on an average to collect your mails which is downright ridiculous. The gate will be broken every now and then and anyone could get access to your apartments and cars. The resident service staffs are very rude and they never find you a favourable solution for any of your concerns. I can guarantee that those poor reviews in here are 100% true.I gravely regret moving in here but hey I’m pretty sure they will make you fall for it with their friendly approach and luscious surroundings in the beginning. That’s a bait too hard to resist !
