The Store Manager Jonathan L. (most of all) and his assistant manager were a high speed, low drag highly effective team, followed by their fantastic service Technicians. They were able to take my keys earlier than my appt time and were luckily able to start AND FINISH installing my tires BEFORE the originally scheduled appt time. Who does that??? The Crew at Belle Tire in Battle Creek, MI does, that’s who! Friendly, extremely patient and accommodating. Prompt, punctual, professional and courteous paired with great service is what keeps me coming back to this store.Absolutely recommended them and have to multiple coworkers. Can’t thank these guys enough. Top notch crew and store!
I wouldnt recommend going here if you want your repairs done correctly, I have been back to this store 6 times now after buying new tires and valve stems, they have not been put in correctly so the tires do not hold air. Today I was told that the valve stems that I bought because they said they were the best were actually the worst so I have had to have 2 of the brand new valve stems re-replaced already and hope the issue is resolved now. Also while I was there today they moved my car at some point so when they finally went to get it the guy couldnt find it, I had to go look with him and we found it at the end of the shop. I just dont understand why they would move my car if they werent pulling it into the bay but they did and then they lost my car, I am so frustrated with this place and they didnt do anything to make it right. Will never get tires or repairs done there again.
We called to ask if they could check our car, they said yes in two hours, well we were there almost 4 hours, the guy was telling us what was wrong with the car, then we realized it was not our car -we dont have a hybrid- they were very, very slow, because there were not many people there only 4. I must say, it is nice and clean there!
My son got a flat tire. I removed it on the roadside it and took it to these folks an easy patch. They refused said i had to leave it overnight.it was late,half hour until close. next day my friends at Wrights Automotive fixed it in under fifteen minutes for twentyfive bucks.
Usually when I go here its been good but im pretty sure they put the bolts for my tire on backwards and that ended up breaking the screws off when I tried to take the tires off later. They were the last to work on my tires and I even know which way the bolts go back on so I dont know what happened. I ended up having to have professional muffler fix it.
They only get the 1 star cause I had to. I got new tires 4 months ago and my front tires were ready to blow. So I went back there and thought they would do something but I paid full price instead.. they told me that they never gave me an alignment and I know they did cause my wheel pulled to the left and when I left it no longer did that. I will never go there again nor recommend them to anyone. This is what my tires looked like after 4 months.
These guys are great. I originally went there after forgetting to get my tires rotated during an oil change elsewhere. They kindly rotated my tires, free of charge. I then stopped but 10 minutes before they closed to have my tires checked before a cross-country road trip the next day. There were no grumbles about my late arrival and I was able to get in first thing the next morning for new tires. Great service and reasonable prices.
I came to belle tire today to get a vehicle inspection for lyft because this is the place the said I had to go to. I called to try to schedule an appointment they told me it’s first come first serve and they do not schedule appointments for an inspection. I came in and decided to wait. I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours waiting and I’ve seen people come after me come and go. I feel like they are making me wait on purpose because it’s only a 15$ inspection. I would be willing to pay more to get waited on. Will absolutely not be back!!!! Very very frustrating a 10 min vehicle inspection and I’m sitting here two hours and I still have not been called. Belle tire should change their policy and let people schedule appointments.
This is my second time writing a review for Jonathan and the crew and once again I am more than happy with my experience with Belle Tire. I received a set of wheels a couple of days early and stopped in and chatted with Jonathan and he said that if I could get my wheels to the shop he would work me in and within a couple of hours my job was done. The next day he helped me synchronize my tire pressure sensors and sent me home totally satisfied. The crew has always treated me with respect and consideration and Jonathan is a real gentleman to boot. The customer service at Belle Tire Battle Creek is outstanding!!!!Michael Neville
My go-to place! They do a GREAT job, are HONEST and up front with you EVERY time, and provide GREAT service for a FAIR price. I recommend anyone to go to this Belle Tire. I get routine oil changes and tire rotation done here and today they replaced my rear brakes and rotors. I work in the service industry (not auto) and appreciate good customer service, I look for it and expect it. The crew at this Belle Tire store delivers. Thanks guys!
Very poor service this guy name sigh im assuming i spelt it worng but i was just chilling around the store from open time when the first still here at 10 after 3 different cars had the same thing as me and I was here first he took him time on whatever the hole time I was here I seen him do one thing that was move a car from the front to the back not even in the shop plus this is the 3rd time we came for tire and rims
If youre ever in a hurry go to discount tire dont waste your time here. They take their sweet time pissin around. Edit. I stood in line while some dude clicked away at the computer he kept saying someone will be with you shortly. 10 minutes and no one. I called their office from my phone while standing there. It rung and rung and rung and no one blinked an eye to answer i made 5-6 calls. About another 5 minutes and i see a manager walk out of that room right by the desk.. the lights were off in there he was just sitting around.
If I could give belle tire a ZERO I most definitely would. My husband and I took our jaguar in to get new tires they left scratches all over the rims!! They left tires filthy. We complained and they did absolutely nothing! The technician said those scratches were there before! Absolutely worst customer service! Take a picture before you EVER take your vehicle here! We baby our jag and they just ruined the original rims!
As great as it is getting a tire repair for free, I dont think if it is worth waiting 2 hours. I made an appointment over a week prior, and they didnt even take my car back until almost an hour after my appointment time. There were people in there before me that still didnt have their vehicles taken back.
First off get there on Saturday with time to spare and had something in my tire. They said they couldn’t fix it that day so I had to leave my car for Monday morning. So I get up there in the afternoon to pick my car up after they said it’s done. Just to find my tire is flat. They said it’d be the next to come in and they’re sorry. An hour later and a few cars have gone through and my car still has yet to get through. Worst service ever!
These guys fit me in on a Saturday, same day I called. It was a long wait, 4 hours, but when you are riding on the spare donut, in winter, it was worth it.I felt bad for the service guys--one old gal berating them on some issue the day after Christmas and just being a plain harpy--and not the front end of one! I brought a box of chocolates and when my turn came to check in, I handed them they keys and chocolates, smiling, saying that I hope their holidays were going well! 4 new tires, twice as many people as they normally serve on a Saturday, these guys were tired but STILL friendly.I did have to go back the next week and get the alignment and tire pressures adjusted--and I received the same courtesy when I brought it back for the second time--with much faster service, too.The sign should read: No shirt, No shoes, NO COURTESTY? NO SERVICE!
I took both my step sons car and my daughter car in, my step sons got new tires and alignment my daughters car just an alignment. Both cars the alignment was not corrected. I talked to the store about them and they said to bring them back in. My daughter lives in Muskegon and took her car to the store there when she got there they told her that because of the alignment she needed new tires. I looked at the tire I know they are getting wore but close to needing replacement but not so bad that it was dangerous to drive on. The Manager at the Muskegon store tried to take guilt trip her about not getting new tires and took advantage of my daughter he wouldn’t let her leave without paying for another alignment and the additional warranty although I just paid for it one a week earlier.
Set up appointment two weeks ahead of time to get snow tires put on a separate set of rims and the alignment to be checked. My wife arrived and told them the rims were in the back. Over two hours latter they and the alignment was not done and she had to leave. She got home and found that the new snow tires were not put on the new rims but put on the old and the old tires were put on the rims in back of the vehicle. They didnt notice they did something wrong when they put the tires on the rims in the back of the vehicle. Like people carry an extra set of rims around. So either they were real incompetent or lazy cause the reason to have tires on different rims so you can change them for the seasons. I called the manager and asked how long it took to changer tires and he said a hour. So it took twice as long to do it wrong and less work and i had an appointment. My wife took it in today to get the tires put back on and and to get the alignment check. They said they wont charges us to put the tires back on the rims like it wasnt what they were suppose to do in the the first place. My wife has spent now two days at their store trying to get a simple task done and they act like its a favor not to charge us for their mistake
I went in to have new tires mounted on my rims and wanted to keep the old tires too as they were still good, but not as aggressive as the tires I wanted mounted on my Jeep now.I was in and out fairly quickly and about 20 miles down the road when I happen to tilt my rear view mirror to check for my tires I told them I was keeping - no tires. Back to the shop I go and sure enough it was on the order that I was keeping those tires and they were to load them.About two weeks later I’m under the back of my car working on it, when out of the corner of my eye something catches my attention. Grooves had formed in the rotors both front and rear, inside and outside and a blind man could spot them.The techs at Belle Tire swapped out my tires and couldn’t even get the simple order I wanted the old tires back let alone see the rotors were having issues.When I wrote the manager, their fall back position was the tire change person hasn’t been trained to identify problems associated with the rotors. If that’s the case, I don’t want him touching my vehicle or a certified mechanic should sign off on their work.At highway speeds I could have been killed the one rotor was that bad!
Two bad experiences but it hasnt spoiled the whole batch. Took my Corvette there same they cross threaded all the anti theft lugnuts. They fixed it but put on a stud that was not designed for that car. Took another vehicle to rotate tires, come to find out they were never actually rotated. But I go back now and then for misc services. All tire shops seem to be more interested in selling road hazard warranties than the tires themselves. I wonder why.
Jon L and the crew at Belle do an exceptional job! They take care of our company’s needs and go above and beyond. Our needs are time sensitive and this staff never complains and finds a way to say yes. They value our business and put customer service top of mind. Thank you.
In the past we have had good experiences, but today was the complete opposite. We were told it’ll be an hour to an hour and a half wait. At just over two hours, we asked about our vehicle and were informed it was going to be next. At 3 hours of waiting, 50 minutes after being “next” and watching other cars get pulled into the bay instead of ours, we were over it. Definitely a frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. Will likely look into a different place going forward.
I really appreciate the service I received from Manager Mike B. and his Staff. They diagnosed the problem with my car and only charged me for what needed to be done. The cost for the service was very reasonable.They are very respectful, courteous, and offer a discount for Vets.I look forward to future business with Belle Tire.
This morning first thing they took care of my wifes flat tire. We believe when we bought a new set of tires a few months back there was a slow leak. They found damage to the tire and took care of the situation with a new tire. Thank you guys. I know youre busy but doing the best you can.!!!
I stopped in because I needed air in my tires and can no longer physically do it. They very graciously did it for me. I also spoke to them about some work I need done on my car. They no longer make appointments (in fact they told me they never did). Wrong. Anyway they work on a first come - first serve basis. The idea of not being there when they open and having to wait until they can get to my car does not humor me. I am not a morning person. I will see how things go when I go in in the afternoon. I have always been pleased with their service and will take the chance. I should explain that I left Battle Creek in 2015 and just moved back.
Today I had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life at this location. I was told it would take 2.5 hours to plug the tire I bought from them when we replaced all the tires on our truck last year. Then, after 2.5 hours, the adviser said would be another 1-1.5 hours. After 4+ hours, I was told it would take another hour or more to get it in. Took my keys and my truck to Discount Tire, they took me in right away between jobs though their lot and waiting area were full, and in 15 minutes I was on my way home. Ill never go back to Belle. I have a new guy now.
What a joke. Went in for a alignment said it would be 2 hours. I waited almost 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do it they couldn’t find the code in the glovebox. I asked them if called any dealerships he said yes 3 of them and they wouldn’t tell them. The funny thing is I call the dealership and they say yeah you can come get the codes now or I will give them to you over the phone. So I call back to Belle tire and they just say the dealership is trying to get my Business. Then my fiancé tells me like 3 years ago she went in for a Alignment and they try to say all of her Front suspension needed replaced and the funny thing on that is it was just replaced a month before hand. I will never go back there.
Have been going to Belle Tire for years. Will never go again!! We just purchased new tires.Within the past few months. The new tire went flat. Put air in it, flat in a few minutes.Spent two hours sitting at Belle on my Friday. To be told it was just a bead seal. Come home and low and behold . Flat tire. 🤬🤬😡😡 called this morning and of course they can’t be decent and say. We may have missed something. They say I must have hit something on the way home!!!! So my beautiful Saturday back at BELLE TIRE. To say ,there is a hole in the side of the tire and we need a new one!!! Really could not find that yesterday????? So two trips to BelleTire because of their incompetence. And I have to pay for the warranty on the new tire .Was not offered any compensation for my time, trips, gas, just you hit something between here and Athens yesterday. I Don’t trust them.They don’t care if they lose good customers. They will screw you over. Richard Smith
My husband and I were on vacation, driving from Columbus, Ohio to Saugatuck, MI. We had spent a night in Battle Creek, & when we got in the car, my husband noticed that one of our tires were low. When we put air in it, it didnt seem to make a difference. So, we brought our car in to Belle Tires. Within about 40 minutes to an hour, they checked our tire thoroughly. They dipped it & couldnt find any problems. They did whatever they needed to do to fix it & sent us on our way. NO CHARGE! Since we were on vacation & didnt have much cash, we were SO THANKFUL! Thanks you Scott and crew for helping us out. The tire held up the whole trip!
So happy with a great experience at this Belle Tire location. I brought my car in on a spare tire with my flat tire in the trunk. I left the car with them for a few hours, and when I came back, they let me know they removed a screw from my tire, repaired it, and put the tire back on for no charge. Really grateful to be back on four wheels.
I had an unpleasant experience two days prior at a different Belle Tire. I was apprehensive to have service done here. I had some of the best service ever at a car repair facility. John the manager and Royce the assistant did everything in their power to ensure that my car was up and operational within my time frame. While they were not able to get all my parts because of my time constraints, they went out of their way to try and locate them. They helped me arrange service at a different location closer to my home.If you are looking for honest, hard working people--come here.
Arrived without an appointment. No problem they said. Oil changed and tire rotation 1 hour wait time. Wow, I thought please go ahead I said. Ater 2 1/2 hours I said please get my car down from the lift. Just be honest and up front with the customer Bell Tire let me decide if Ill wait 2.5 hours dont lie just to get my business.
Never again...they charged me 90 dollars to change my battery terminals...no cables or anything just the terminals....a 5 dollar part mind you....90 dollars...fine Ill pay the convenience fee...80 dollars with my work discount...fine...its cold out just do it...3 hours later the car is still in the bay...hood up...with the technicians just standing there hanging out chatting....80 dollars for 3 hours and hadnt so much as touched the car...of course I made sure to point this fact out and its amazing it only took 10 minutes to change...so now it only cost 62 dollars for 10 dollars in parts and less than 10 minutes to change them out. Never ever again....total highway robbery Thats money and time I had to spend to watch belle tire employees hang out with their friends. Worst service ever!
They have given me fair quotes with every car u have brought them. They have given me deals if and when they made small mistakes. Great customer service managers are great. They are honest and straight forward, in a city full of thieves and liers. The mechanics to trust right here
Bought tires here for years for multiple vehicles. Spent thousands. Had a set of tires go bad and they absolutely would not stand behind the tires. First they said it was because I ran them all summer (they are winter tires). When I offered proof that this wasn’t the case they said it must be my car. They cannot explain why the tires failed but they insist it is a problem with my vehicle even though the alignment is in on at least one side. Manager stated these tires shouldn’t be on this car. But they didn’t have a problem selling them to me? Super disappointed.
We bought black rims for our new mustang gt , arrived at 830 am , was told it would be 1 1/2 hours to be completed ... 3 1/2 hours later it was done .When my husband went to check status there was 2 customers in line and 5 guys standing behind the desk .... not one of them addressed us for 15 minutes!Nice rims at a affordable price but they definitely lack in customer service!
Robert helped me order my rims out of CA., and got the perfect tires for my Dodge Ram 1500. This is the 2nd vehicle he helped me with, and Ill always go back! Great and friendly service with a smile.I have to add that I wanted a specific look for my truck and Robert must have gone looking for 12 or more different rims from all sorts of wheel companies and distributors, spending I dont know how much time on the phone...finally getting me the perfect match!Thanks a ton!
They did a good job with the tire patch but scratched my BRAND NEW WHEELS and didnt say a word to me about it. That definitely trumps any positive service they provided. I was skeptical about taking my tire anywhere to begin with because I have a fear of my wheels being curb checked or ruined. OH! and of course I was un-able to notice it until today when I was FINALLY able to get a car wash because they over layered that grease they line to tire with to slip it on the wheel on, like wayyyy too much (probably to hide the scratches), Im sure it was a young kid, unsupervised that did this. Would be a shame if it were an experienced older worker that didnt give a rats to even say anything about even accidentally scratching my wheel. Some people just dont have common decency, pray for them lol.
Dont get me wrong the store gave me excellent service. But the website cost me and extra $250 i wasnt expecting. The web said the tire i order will be there the next day, I put in my info and pick a time to be there. We i arrived the said they were trying to reach me. The number they had wasnt the number i put in and they didnt happen to have the tire i ordered online. Do i was i dispersed need of tires. They just happen to get in a set of tire that someone else ordered and didnt come get. So they sold me them. I was expecting to pay 891 and ended up paying 1126. I give up a 0 fir the online web site need to fix.!!!!
I made an appointment for 5pm today via the website. I arrived about 4:50pm, only to be told they close at 5pm. We discussed the situation, and it was decided they would honor the appointment. At that time, the 6 guys in the shop jumped into gear and got to work!! They had me back on the road in just a short time and they were able to go home!! I will definitely be going back!!
I recently bought new tires off of a friend that I had put on a few months ago. I believe I had run over something with one of them. We had been looking around for 2 weeks for a decent used tire & was not having any luck. So I went to walmart just to buy a cheap tire to get me through until tax time bc I am purchasing a newer car. Walmart told me that I did not have the correct size on my car and can ONLY put that size on( which we all know is not true, due to many people put different size tires on their vehicles)Then he also tells me that i will have to purchase TWO tires bc they need to match which would had cost me $170 for both. He then rudely told me it would be over 2 hours that they were busy.I left.I drove to Belle Tire on Capital Ave Battle Creek & explained the whole story and what Walmart had said. Your employee informed me that if I did find a tire, that they would put in on for about $30. If I had to buy a new one, then it would be more but I CAN buy the size I currently have on my vehicle.I was able to find a tire finally drove back to Belle Tire & in less than 45 minutes drove away all fixed!I can not thank these guys enough for their hard work, getting me back & running quickly. My significant other and I were taking a trip to Ypsilanti to surprise his brother over the Memorial Day holiday. This was our first ever trip to the state of Michigan. We are very fortunate to be alive after this trip. We lost all 5 lug nuts on the rear drivers side wheel. Being stranded for hours on a dark highway in unfamiliar territory is not fun. It was the towing company who referred us to Belle Tire and we booked a local motel while we prayed that a repair could even be done. Hats off to the amazing staff who took care of us! The staff was courteous and worked hard to get us back on the road again. The final bill was not kind, but the staff member did explore all available options to help ease the burden. Thank you immensely for taking care of us!
Brought my vehicle in for a flat repair, they said 15 bucks pick it up in an hour. That sounded amazing so i did just that. They didnt have it done for 3 hours. Okay, so what? I had stuff i had to do anyways. But when i picked it up i realized the brakes were out! I called them and i was told to bring it back in the morning.So the next morning i get in my truck and take it back to belle and the manager was not sorry one bit. He said even though it was in their care, this is michigan and brake lines rust. He proceeded to talk to me like i was stupid, and didnt know anything. And then gave me an estimated bill to fix the damage to my brakes. 350$! Are you kidding me? So of course i said no and left. When leaving the store i noticed my tire that i just paid 15 dollars to patch was still losing air. So basically i paid 15 bucks to have my car back in worse condition.I had to work so my wife called corporate. At first corporate was nice and helpful, and said they would get to the bottom of it. Until the manager at the store called my wife and straight up lied to her about his and my interaction, saying that i was okay with them breaking my lines and the estimated cost. And he was an absolute JERK to her. Telling her she didnt know anything and that my wife shouldnt be handling mans business.She called corporate back and this time they werent nice at all. Claiming that my wifes story didnt match up and that ahe was lying. He then hung up on her.I called belle after work and got no answer. Then corporate. Corporate wouldnt even listen to my case because it was already settled.So im out 365 bucks and have to fix my own break lines, AND miss 2 days of work because Belle Tire doesnt care one bit about theor customers.I was told by 4 different people that they are willing to bet belle tire broke my line on purpose to get me to come back. And it makes complete sense to me.I will NEVER go back to belle tire, and i promise none of my friends and family will either. They are a corrupt company and everyone that works there is very disrespectful.EDIT: although you are aware of this already, i probably wont call to discuss it further because im almost positive that i will be wasting even more of my time.
Wife sat for 4+ hours waiting to get a tire plugged on a set of 4 tires I bought from them last year. Then had go down the road to get it plugged at Discount Tire (15 min). They quoted her 2.5 hours, which she didn’t complain about! I will make sure to spread the news that this business is poorly run and never buy another set of tires from them. I’m guessing there’s been a Management change...
Considering i was the only one in the waiting room at 11 am and all I need was 1 tire change, its 1:40 pm and Im still here waiting for tire change and now the lobby is full of 8 people waiting too now. Slow service, they dont care about your time. Yes I know other vehicles could be in the shop too but most service locations have at least have someone available for basic tire and lube jobs. Just the lack of respect, and time management was very unacceptable.Update:2:15 on The 8 people after me was already taken care of and 3 new people walked in got serviced and left. Update: it is 2:47 pm and finally the car tire is changed.After reading reveiws since I had 4 hours to wait. I notice that this is an issue that been going on as far back as 8 months by multiple customers and the main response from Belle Tires is basic apology and that they will address the issue.So apparently the issues at this store just arent being address.
Always had good experiences with this Belle Tire location. Until now! I had some work done on it and asked them to diagnose an oil leak, they said it was the valve cover leaking and the water pump was leaking too. They needed a couple days to order parts. No problem took it back a week later when the water pump came in, never heard anything all day long about it went to pick it up when I told them I would be there and they said they fixed both of things but they were like sorry there is another oil leak and they recommended I not drive the car leaving me stranded 1 hour away from home on a Friday evening. The next day was Saturday they called said hey we got your car fixed again but there is ANOTHER leak I agreed to have them fix that the following Monday since I had already went all weekend without it, again no one called me ALL DAY to tell me what was going on so I called them oh guess what we fixed that 3rd oil leak but now there is a fourth or a fifth oil leak. I am sorry four shots at it you should be able to figure it out. I am out $600 bucks and my car still has a oil leak...Not very impressed with the lack of communication and the inability to do the job I asked you to doI am going to be furious if that car is not driveable or ready to be driven when I get there, I gave them over 90 minutes to get it ready for me
The absolute worst place to go and get your car fixed, if fixed is what you want to call it. Most of the employees talk out of their ass half the time, telling you that you need things fixed on your car that you dont, and they wont do anything to it until that is fixed. Had a guy tell me they couldnt do an alignment until something on my car was replaced and offered to replace it for me for an extra $100+ dollars. It was really odd because I literally just replaced that specific part on my car a day earlier. They just want money. I will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone.
Extremely slow and do not get your vehicle out and finished like they say. I was there first thing in the morning and they told me it would be 3 hours my vehicle wasnt done until 4:15 that evening. First they lost my truck and then they pulled it into the bay and everyone walked around it for 2 hours. The manager said that it would still be sitting there if I didnt come up and say something to him. as far as Im concerned I will not go back ever to a Belle Tire. They did nothing to compensate me for all my time sitting and waiting.
Took my car in a few months back to get new tires. They tried to tell me several others things were wrong with my truck and that I needed to get it fixed quickly. I didn’t believe them and took my truck in for a second opinion. Come to find out, belle tire had failed to put all the lug nuts back on my brand new tires, lied to me about what was wrong with my truck, and tried to overcharge me. I will never go back to this place.
U couldnt be happier with a tire company. For the second time, they have save my behind. Both the staff at the Gull Rd. In Kalamazoo and the staff at the Capital SW (next to Paneras) in Battle Creek have been wonderful. Ill be going there for new tires soon. They also just went above and beyond for a friend of mine who had wheel trouble. Great people.
Took my car in to get repairs. Waited an hour and forty five minutes just to get my car in. Then I was Told it was going to be an hour and a half. Ive been watching my car for a half an hour and nobody has touched it. Its been sitting there with the tires off and nobody tending to my vehicle. Will never go here again.Update: the whole thing ended up being over 4 hours, thanks for wasting most of my day.
I went in to get an alignment. After waiting for 2 hours for my car to even be seen, I was told that I needed a new part before the alignment could be done. After quoting me a ridiculous price for the part I did it myself. I went back Monday at 8 am and was quoted a 2 hour wait. This time it only took about 30 minutes to get my car into the garage but yet again I was told that I needed a new part (different one) for the alignment to be done. You shouldnt offer alignments if you wont do them. I will NEVER be back seem as how I couldnt get get anything done.
I came to belle tire at 11 a.m. and it was finished at 6:30 p.m., so Ive been waiting ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate their lazy service because the first place they dont listen in the first place!!!! Thats why they had to take my car back in to check on it, then they work on it, which took all damn day!!!! Throughout the whole time I had to watch the damn news, I hate watching the news and the same old redundant commercials, commercials, and more commercials. The television is louder then the clerk who is asking people$ names to check out the service of their vehicle. Each clerk asked my name several times to talk to me about my vehicle every 30 damn minutes from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. when I was there WAITING ALL DAMN DAY!!!!!!!! I felt this day was wasted because of the time I could have been doing something else!!!!!! It would have been nice to know how looooooooong my car was going be DONE!!!!!!! I would not recommend this service in Battle Creek because it was a waste of my money and my time!!!!
Huge shout out to BELLE TIRE Battle Creek (Nate).. I have been going to Belle Tire for years, I swore I would never go to DT again years ago.. Well just got a new car in June and needed 2 new tires, the tires needed are exclusively for DT. Not even a month after they were put on I had to take it back all 4 were way off balance and 10-12 lb pressure low... They rebalanced and I told them they needed to recalibrate the TPMS, they said no it does that automaticly.. Not by my manual... Needless to say my car was still driving horrible... Nate at Belle Tire Battle Creek said yes they would recalibtate, they checked suspension all was good there and wheel alignment was not needed either.. It drives like it is supposed to now!!!! Thank you again Nate and the rest of the team at BELLE TIRE BATTLE CREEK MI!!!! I will never go to that other place again...
Michael Bradley is one of the best customer service reps in the game (since i am a CSR myself in another trade, he cant be #1, since i am). Dale is an amazing mechanic. The whole reason we came to belle tire years ago was because they claimed to have a 5 star mechanic....I guess thats Dale as he has taken care of my familys vehicles for the last few years and never disappoints on his evaluations or repairs, and Michael closes the sales with class and a personal touch. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE I KNOW, to go to belle tire from everything from air in their tires to engine repairs! Make mine Belle Tire....and slide those two guys a few 50$ gift cards from corporate!
Robert is a kind manager. I am living in my van,and had lost heat. So,I called and spoke to Robert. He said I could bring my dogs in,and he did not judge me at all,or treat me bad. Surprising me,he had my vans heat fixed for free! I could not believe it. I was shocked. I have been enjoying my heat ever since. The compassion that Robert and workers there,showed me,changed my worried heart,into a hopeful heart. They inspired me,to understand that there ARE GOOD guys out there.Ability to express Compassion is the measure of a man. Thats all I can say. I am hopeful now. I feel happy now. All because of Roberts act of kindness...
Was told with an appointment having my windshield replaced would take less than an hour... its now 3 hours. And Im still waiting. My advice is to go to a business that does windshields not tires... because they hire the windshield work out so your waiting on them to be on time...
The friendly manager, Michael Bradley, swiftly helped me identify just the right tires for my Dakota. His team of qualified technicians diagnosed an unexpected problem with a sensor and replaced that during the tire installation. With lifetime balance and tire rotation and alignment checks every 6 months I should easily get the 65,000 miles out of the Toyo brand Open Country ATII tires.Driving home on the highway and on secondary roads the ride was smooth and quiet. Nice job, Michael and company!
I have been here over an hour after getting here they told me I was the only one in for a wheel alignment and I’d be in very quickly, the alignment itself would only take 30-50 mins to do so there’s no reason for my car to still be sitting there waiting for an alignment. Will not be coming back.
My car isnt the same as when I first brought it in. I bought 4 new tires. Later that same day the tire icon came on. Went back to Belle. They said 1 tire had low pressure and that I must have run over something. Two days later the icon comes on again. Back to Belle for more air. The third time I went back I told them it had to be repaired or replaced. They told me it was the sensor and they were unable to fix it because they didnt have the correct tool. My car is a foreign and has no dealerships in MI. They called around to 3 other repair shops to no avail. It is my belief they damaged the sensor, as prior to this, I have had no problems. So, I now have an icon that is constantly on, therefore I dont know when my pressure is low, and its up to me to find someone to fix this problem.
Was at shell gas station next to bell tire and broke a valve stem on my tire and im disabled with a disabled child in car and stranded and they wont take time out to help me and my son. Even tho they post curb side service and everything else they a lie on that i will never come back for service here eber again in my conpany van or personal van.
Ive been here many times for work and personal vehicles, not just for tires, but for service as well. I can depend on this place to get things done right in a timely manner. The service staff is professional and friendly, and they are not pushy. Prices are reasonable too.
The service is always reliable but they are seemingly always busy. Make sure you either call ahead of clear your schedule for the day. If you are trapped carless, there is a Panera next door with decent food and wifi.The fight for the best prices usually do all them to show you comparisons.They also have a free air pump ready to use 24hours outside their bays for anyone to use.
**EDITED**My car sustained body damage during a windshield replacement job. My wife and I have trusted several cars over the years with Belle Tire, and have been loyal customers with this garage in particular, as we had always received good service and quality work completed at a fair price. I went in with confidence that my car was in good hands, having no qualms or hesitations about doing business here.After contacting the store the same day of service to raise this issue with management, and discussing at length the damages with the store manager, Michael, I received a very cold and calloused email to the effect of we didnt work on that part of your car, so we couldnt possibly have damaged it. This was long after it was admitted in writing that a thorough inspection and documentation of any pre-existing blemishes and dings had not been done. Amazement and incredulity was expressed at each turn when that tidbit was shared with other industry professionals in the area.In corresponding with Michael and Johnnie, the assistant manager, I presented all facts to counter their assertions that there was no room to do any work back there, among other such claims and attempts to sidestep my problem. I stated several times that I didnt want something-for-nothing, only that the wrong be made right. Instead, a shoulder shrug coupled with I dont think we did that is all I received.I am thorughly appalled at the cavalier dismissal I received when trying to have a problem resolved.---Upon escalation to the corporate level, BTs director of customer service thought it to be proper to shout and curse at me, accuse me of fabricating the whole incident, and threaten me with legal action - all because I understand my rights as a consumer and made no bones about asserting them. Companies get all twisted up when people refuse to be cowed by mealy mouthed apologies and attempts to sweep corporate malfeasance under the rug.My issue was eventually escalated to a vice-presidential level, where the excuses continued to be doled out hand-over-fist. After numerous ham-fistedly insufficient deals were floated my way, I came to the understanding that some companies have simply abandoned the spirit of true accountability and customer service in pursuit of the almighty dollar. I was all too happy to hand this over to my insurance company for their attorneys to handle on my behalf.
My experience at the capitol ave Belle Tire was awsome. I went in and talked ti Michael Derhammer about buying a set of wheels and tires for my truck. He walked out to my truck and we discussed my options as far as size and offset. He assured me they would fit. When they came in i was very happy with the wheels. They fit perfect and i will never shop for tires anywhere else. Everyone in the store was awsome. Thanks again Michael!
Ive never personally gone here but my husband worked there for a short time but only left because he caught one of the employees under his vehicle and when he confronted him about it he had no explanation so my husband went to Michael which is the manager which I found out is also this guys father in-law, so when my husband went to him in confidence Michael told him thats a very serious accusation and didnt do anything about it so my husband left. Horrible leadership and the place is a mess, no organization!
There was an issue with my 86 Lincoln. We all laughed about it but all of these guys tried to make it right by me. We had a good laugh about it.They are a great bunch of guys who work for a great company. I will be back to get my snow tires...86 Lincolns dont have front wheel drive. I need all of the help I can get. Love you guys
Patched my Wifes Tire for Free - These guys are heroes. She had gotten a rental car and was taking my daughter to tour a university - my wife drove over some large staple thingy on 94 and the tire pressure warning light came on. She searched Google and found Belle Tire - but she knew she was screwed, there was no way they would make it to Ann Arbor in time. WRONG! The guys at Belle Tire immediately patched the tire and sent her on her way...free of charge!Thanks so much, guys - I owe all of you a beer.
Showed up here right as they were closing and their 24/7 free air machine wasnt working. So I knocked on a bay door as there were about 5 workers in the shop. 2 of them opened the bay door and said they didnt have any air as the just shut off their air compressor. Please dont treat me like an idiot. I know you still had enough air even after shutting off the compressor. Next time, help your customer out.
This place is seriously the worst place to get any work done. They are terrible. And not cheap. Not belle tire in general, just this one. Oh, and theyll break your stuff trying to fix other things, and than try to put it on you. Hah. This place will never get any work from me!
I arrived at 530 PM with a single tire that needed to be mounted on a rim I was told that my wait would be a little bit but not long I sat and sat and sat and waited for my car to be done for over two hours for one tire I ended up being the last individual to leave before they closed and several people who had came in after me had left before me and they had multiple things done very unsatisfied with belle tire for one making someone wait for two hours on a single tire change but also for having employees who think its funny to flip of customers when they think they arent looking I will go to discount from now on

2022-02-25Good for the price. But not good if you want it done within a reasonable time. Literally took them 6 hours to do an alignment and fix my tie rods. And I had an appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment if they’re not going to start it when you get there?

2022-06-20I called store at 805a to see if I needed an appointment to have a nail repair in a tire. Employee stated “just bring it in and we can take a look”. Arrived at the store 20 minutes later and was told it would be 4 hours before they could look at it. This was my first time there and a test to see if the service was decent because I need to buy 4 new tires soon. Needless to say, won’t be going back there for the purchase.

2022-06-30In mid May I got a flat, brought it out here and they ordered me one and had me come back the next day. A couple of weeks later the tire will not hold the proper pressure and I have to fillIt numerous times a day. Brought in back in because I wasn’t sure if it was the tire, rim, valve, or my sensor and I have been here two hours and all I have seen is them ordering food, drinking Red Bulls, and texting on their phones. I have also seen cars in the bay for an hour and no one has touched them. I wasn’t expecting immediate service, but a large chunk of the day should not be wasted.

2022-07-03They made a bad day so much better!We were in town for my in-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary surprise party. Our tire developed a slow leak and was down to 10psi. This with a 90 minutes to get to set up the party this was not good for us.Most places were closed in Marshall. Walmart in BC had over a 2 and 1/2 and was not friendly.However, we when we arrived at Belle Tire the team was amazing!! They quickly took our car back and fixed the tire. This location cares about people.

2022-03-13I needed my alternator and battery replaced. It cost about $500. 2 months later the battery isnt functional again. I took it back and they replaced the battery. No charge. 3 months later I had to pay my insurance company to jump start my car and it cost me 100 out of pocket. Clearly after getting my alternator and battery replaced didnt solve the issue. I took it back for the third time. The person on staff didnt charge me and had a mechanic look it over but all he told me was to unplug my battery or run my car an hour every other day. They took advantage of me. Im a young looking female and they treated me poorly.

2022-06-08Terrible, I had two vehicles in there for simple work, both turned out to be more or of my pocket on each due to lack of communication and care for others property. Brand new rims chipped, scratched, sensors messed up, on both cars. Broken center cap on new rims, centers not put on correctly on the other, no valve stem caps..... Then treated me like I was at fault. No respect for the crew. Dont take your kids there, the music in the garage is very profane.

We were a bit desperate, because it’s a holiday weekend, most places were closed, or slammed, and we had to be at our parents 50th anniversary surprise party! 2022-01-21I had my car in for repairs on a leaky oil coolant line (I think thats what it was called) and it was running poorly. I took the car in this morning and got it back tonight. They started the repair when the part came in and I got it back tonight. The car is 100% better. I would recommend this man that did the repairs and I wish I could remember his name. All the people I dealt with were very friendly. I would be glad to have them work on it again if I should need another repair.
