The best auto shop in the area that won’t screw you over. I went in for a loud noise in the front. Thought it was breaks or rotters but ended up being nothing. They were honest and professional at all times. If no repairs are needed they will be honest and tell you that.
6 weeks ago I bought a replacement tire from another Belle Tire location to replace a blowout. I developed a slow leak and called the Dearborn store to get it fixed. They told me that repairs were handled on a “first come, first served” basis and encouraged me to be there when the store opens at 8 am. It would have been nice to be able to schedule an appointment, but they only do that for mechanical service or new tire replacement. At any rate, my schedule allowed me to be there two days later. I was taken in quickly and back on the road in 30 minutes after they found a screw in the tire. They plugged it, remounted it and balanced it for free. Great service and ten waiting area is nice also!
Free air machine was down. Watched 2 separate employees try and fix with no luck. They attempted to fill the ladies car that was in front of me but then just walked away without saying anything to the 6 other cars waiting for air. The lady got out of her car, tried to fill a tire and told all of us in line what the issue was. Poor customer service. She was very upset
Beware! I am a new resident to detroit-dearborn. The belle tire rep tried to send us away from the moment we stepped in... we decided to wait anyway. Waiting 5 hours now for a battery check up. The rep wanted to charge me $200 for a new battery because they didnt have one in stock and needed to special order one, why would u charge me more for something you should already have in stock and why would you make me wait to just to tell me u dont have batteries.!!!.. ... very steep for a battery. Opted for oil change only...Now we are the last customers to leave, we are being ignored. 2 women came in after they were closed and they attended them right away, something is defintely up here and should be investigated internally.. **** the manager Marcel called me after a couple of days of submitting a bad survey to belle tire, he apologized but also defended his employees actions.
Kevin was so professional & kind when I talk with him. Made me feel very comfortable leaving my car there..The techs fixed it with in a respectable amount of time..Kevin called me to let me know it was finished! Another check off my list of things to do! Could not be happier with this Belle tire location, bought four new tires last week, they balanced them, I thought I needed a front end alignment but they said I didn’t need one, my car ran very smoothl, fast forward one week I blew out two tires on a pothole, brought them back here they replaced them in no time at all. They have a customer for life thank you all at Belle tire on Nolan in Dearborn! A+
[20190523 update]Spoke with Jenn from Customer Service and they offered sincere apologies and they are going to issue a refund for the 3 lug nuts (+tax). A major factor in their response was the photographs (yay). I did not speak with Jenn personally (my wife did) but by all accounts Belle Tire takes their reputation and their customers seriously. They promised to follow up with the specific location to ensure that measures are taken to address issues such as we encountered differently in the future.I upgraded my rating from 1-star to 3-stars. I would like to go higher but the memories of the experience at the dealership still linger. If there was a separate rating for Corporate Customer Service I would give them 5-stars.[20190520]I took my 2017 Mustang in to have the winter snows taken off and the summer tread put on. A couple of hours after dropping off the car I got a phone call from service telling me that there were issues with some of the lug nuts (3) and they wanted to know if I wanted them replaced @ $16 each. They said these were special lug nuts and known to have issues. I said to replace them (My mistake).When I went to pick the car up I asked for the lug nuts. They got them for me (see the attached photos). They were scarred but there is no sign of delaminating and there was no thread damage. Again I was told that these lug nuts were special and known to be problematic.I have had this car for 2 years, it has a little over 5000+ miles on it and with the exception of when I bought the snows, Belle Tire on Nowlin has been the only one to take a wrench to these lug nuts. If there is an issue here it is with Belle Tire, not the lug nuts.They had the nerve to tell me that The other 17 were just fine so we know it wasnt the equipment. Yeah, Right. Or maybe the damage was noticed during the removal and the technician exercised proper care when removing the other 17.Given what I know now, I would not recommend Belle Tire on Nowlin for anything.1) They damaged the lug nuts. (incompetent)2) They charged me $16 per lug nut. (gall)3) They fed me a line about how this is a known issue with this kind of lug nut. (gall x 2)
I Called first and I talked to James about what I have. He was Very polite and was able to take me right at that moment.I Went there after 30 minutes and still was able take me. He Was going back and forth informing me about what they found in tires. I do thank you so very much for being very polite and respectful.
I used to hate taking my cars in for service. Since Ive been going to Belle Tire, I almost enjoy it. Marcel, Hussein and Jeremy are friendly and profession. During my latest service, they called me several times to give me updates and almost always finish the work the same day, sometimes earlier than I expect. Best of all, Im happy that my car is running great. Highly recommended!
Very poor service. I came in needing a tire desperately as I had two flat tires happen at once. There were no other customers, but they treated me like they were doing me a favor to find a tire for me to buy. They couldnt find any locally and sent me on my way. Luckily, I called another Belle Tire in Lincoln Park, 15 minutes away, and they had many different tires that fit on hand for me to choose one. The Lincoln Park Belle tire rocked. However Ill never go back to the Belle Tire on Nowlin in Dearborn. I dont need to be treated that way.
I took my audi a7 for oil change because dealership was busy for the whole week, I decided to take to bell tire it was my first time and for sure last time. They charged me $140 which is more than a dealership!! Guess what they didnt bother themselves to check other liquid in the car in case are missing or shorten some. I asked them they didnt not have answer beside we dont Check other stuff beside the oil, which any dealership or oil change shop will typically do!! And check your car liquids and make sure your safe!! These guy definitely are not worth it at all expensive and not professional I dont recommend them at all
If you ever hear negative things about Belle Tire, check them out for yourself. They have been wonderful to me. The prices are the best in town and the service is top notch. I trust them and plan to go there for all my car needs. I am grateful to be part of the Belle Tire family.
I always receive excellent service. The workers are friendly and very helpful. I know that whatever issue I am having will be taken care of in a timely manner. I sincerely appreciate the Nowlin Belle Tire Center and I always recommend your business to my friends and family.
I went in for a tire rotation, balance and alignment and was greeted promptly at the front by Jeremy. He was exceptional in helping me navigate my options and made the process effortless. I appreciate it greatly when staff of any location is knowledgable and eager to help and Jeremy was both of those things. I will certainly be returning when I am due for maintenance.
I had a leaky tire and I came in with intention of buying a new tire they quoted would be $90. They said it would be about an hour and within 30 minutes they came back and told me it was a nail and they patched it and didn’t even charge me. They have great customer service and will be coming back here when I need to replace my tires.
Car was ready after oil change as promised, but they also identified additional shock work that was needed to prevent future failure. I needed car that evening and they got the work done support fast, calling me about 90 minutes before the scheduled time! Great service by this team.
Ordered tires and was told to be there Tues when they open. Got there, tires werent in. I was told they would call when they arrived. They wouldnt check me in until they came in. Why have me there at 8am if they dont have the product AND wont check me in!? Lost a customer. Discount Tire was awesome with instant service.
The first time I went there to get an alignment they said I would have to pay $1,300 to get some under body repairs done first before they could do the alignment. I heard that from another mechanic so I figured it was true. I went there again for an oil change and they said I could do a repair that cost $125 then they could do an alignment for me. I did the repair and got the alignment done and everything is fine with the car but I dont understand how the price went from $1300 to $125. Thats a huge gap so if you ever get a quote by them that seems outrageous it probably is and theyre taking advantage of your ignorance. Be sure to get a second and if possible a third opinion.
Thank you! I was running on spare due to a puncture. I dropped tire off for repair and expected that on a super busy Saturday it would be done end of day. Imagine my surprise when they call me 30min later to tell me that tire is repaired and I’m all set- AMAZING SERVICE and greatly appreciated!!!
I appreciate the representatives at this Belle Tire store greatly for them solving my problem. When left home and drove on to Telegraph Road, I realized I had a totally flat tire. So, since it is a hardship to change a wheel, and I am 80 years old, I decided to drive to my closet Belle Tire store, which turn out to be my best decision.I drove up to the Belle Tire store on Nowlin Street (off of Michigan Ave.). The sales representative greeted me and was happy help. He said they would take care of it, and in 30 minutes the service mechanic had taken the flat off and replaced it with my spare and brought the tire in to show me the puncture hole in the tire. They then put wheel, with the flat tire, into a plastic bag and putting it into the back of my car, and then put my car ready for pickup out front of the store.To my surprise when I asked Sale Rep. what the bill was; he said there was no charge for this service.I would highly recommend having your tires serviced at Belle Tire Stores.Thank you Belle Tire,Karl Isern
Horrible customer service Marcell and his team. Find ways to say no and quote policy. He has created such a disturbance with the tire install on my car that I literally got upset before you have this location do any work on your car take it to a local mechanic have them quote the job also I wanted to do was purchase extended protection on my tires and he would not let me do it. I will never be back to Belle tire. After 30 years And that district manager Joe is a joke
I feel like the staff here isn’t trying to oversell you on things you don’t need. If something they check doesn’t need to be replaced, they won’t try and force a replacement on you to make the extra buck. Service today was performed faster than promised, even though my vehicle didn’t get started for at least an hour after my appointment time.
I seem to need some kind of tire service about once a year, whether its having a flat repaired or having a set of winter tires mounted and balanced. I always come here, and they always do great work for a fair price.Theyre pleasant, courteous and go the extra mile. I stopped by today for my annual visit and they patched my punctured tire for free. Apparently, theyre doing free tire repairs these days to help folks out during this seemingly endless pandemic. (Incidentally, I would give the pandemic zero stars if I could, even if it did indirectly lead to me getting a free flat tire repair.)Also, their employee mask usage and social distancing are among the best of any business Ive patronized during this very weird year. Everyone working there had their mouth and nose covered and were careful to stay six feet from their colleagues and customers. I wish all automotive repair places were this professional in terms of both customer safety and customer service.
Absolute scam Marcel and his team there are.I prepaid for 4 tires to be mounted, balanced and that was it.I told them to call me if anything was needed and was already questioning when they called to confirm my appointment the day before and wanted to tell me the tires I ordered werent very good and they had different. I told them thats what I could afford and that was it.My fiance dropped the car off this morning to get the tires and I told them to call me if anything was needed.Next call i received was my car was good to go.She got there to pick them up and was told to pay 301 dollars for an alignment and lug nuts that we didnt authorize. I called the store and spoke to Marcel who told me he did talk to me which he didnt.The first guy I spoke to said my fiance received the call.Total bs and I will be contacting corporate about the issue.
I had a flat that couldn’t be plugged and was able to get the replacement tire within a day. The crew rotated, balanced and mounted the spare on my rim, as well and doing an oil/filter change in just over an hour. I found all prices to be quite reasonable, and the staff that I worked with to be friendly and professional.
The guys were very friendly. I needed to get a tire possibly fixed. They told me about an hour and I could not wait an hour. I just had back surgery. I give it 2 stars due to the fact that I waited an hour to put air in my tire. I figured the line would fly by. I was wrong. I have gone to Belle Tire for years and never had to wait so long.
I went to this Belle Tire in April of this year (2018) for an $89.99 wheel alignment and left with a $1,642.74 estimate. When I brought my car here after work, I told the salesperson Jamie that I needed an alignment. He asked why I thought I needed it and I said it pulls when I drive on the freeway and there was a loud noise coming from the front passenger wheel. He told me before they could give my car an alignment theyd have to make sure there were no other problems. I mistakenly (didnt know it would be used against me) told him that I never had to replace any major parts on my 2012 car. I waited for about 1 1/2 hours and he said there was a list of parts that needed to be replaced before they could do the alignment. Understand, there was nothing wrong with the parts, they were just original to the car and never needed to be replaced. There were 10 items listed on the estimate he gave me and the only two I really needed was the alignment and the front hub assembly bearing (for the front wheel noise). The quote for the hub assembly was $238.34 for parts and $85 for labor. I purchased the part for $40 online and my brother installed it for free (wouldnt take money from me). Long story short, I wouldnt trust this shop to correctly diagnose a problem with my car or work on it. I went back a couple of days later to get my $50 deposit.
Belle tire is awesome, I have gone to a couple different locations over the years and they are all great!!!Price match guarantee is nice but what I like most is the Belle tire employees they are always so nice and helpful and they dont nickel and dime you to death, it always amazes me all the free continual services you get when you purchase products from them.I will always go to Belle tire!!!
Marcel Beydoun, Belle Tire Store Manager did a fantastic job for me. I went for an oil change on my 2003 Honda Civic. I told him I needed to have it completed before I started my shift at work. He and him team pulled it off and had me out in plenty of time.The customer service of Marcel and the rest of the staff is always great and NEVER disappointing.
This had been my go to place for last 20 years.The service representatives who made me a customer were all sent home. Right now,they do charge you for everything which was previously complimentary. A car inspection now needs upfront fee even if it means during the usual tire rotation when vehicle is on hoist. Even to look at issues on their previous work!!!For everthing, they say it is their new policy. Like customers care.Their first policy should be customer centric. With that mindset they have, i do not even trust the recommendations they give. All their recommendations are for new repairs. I think they have become a big business now and the policies and procedures for them are more important than improving the customer experience. After bringing my cars here for all sorts of repairs, I think it is time to find a new facility. Positive is that they are close to my work place .
I would give my over all experience at this Belle Tire zero stars if I could. My first issue is when I called to see if I needed an appointment to get a tire with a slow leak fixed and was told no to come on in and they could get me right in. Living near by I jumped in my truck and was there in less than 10 mins only to be told that it would be an hour or so before they could get me in. With that I said I would need to come back to drop my truck off when I had a ride. I did drop it off about an hour later and ran some errands. When I returned they said my truck was ready and they would pull it around. When they did instead of parking my truck in any of the 10 open parking spaces (angled spaces due to being a one way drive) it was parked in the handicapped (perpendicular spaces) on the opposite side of the regular spaces. With 1 car parked in the regular spaces right directly behind where my truck was located parked. As I tried to back out I accidentally hit the car parked behind me. When I asked Marcel the manager he said this happens several times a year at his location. It was an accident & I was driving so its on me but had my truck been parked in the regular spaces it could have been avoided. That fact it happens several times a year and his team members still set people up to have these accidents and offer no help after is a joke. Additionally there are no one way signs posted just arrows painted on the ground. Dont go to this Belle Tire unless you want to risk your vehicle getting hit or you hitting another vehicle. Bad vibes.
The best advice with this location (and likely all Belle Tires) is to stick to what theyre known for- tires. With tires you can see the prices online and even price match, plus the newsletter coupon sure helps. I always choose between Belle Tire and Discount Tire when it comes to new treads. I will also say that weve gotten the best price on auto glass at Belle Tire as well.However, other services are completely overpriced here. Not only do they charge $40 for an inspection (waived if you accept their exuberantly priced service), but their prices are way inflated. For new brake pads, rotors, calipers, and a flush, they wanted almost $900!!! The only pro here is that they can get the work done the day you bring be vehicle in, but then again that makes it seem like extortion. My new local mechanic charged me almost half of Belle Tires price for the same parts and service, though I did have to wait a few days (well worth it to save over $400).Its extremely weird that Belle Tire cannot offer the same low prices as an independent mechanic, because Im sure they can source parts for lower. Ill be back for tires, but from now on that will be it.
This Belle Tire refused to service my car because I wanted a regular oil change verses the recommendation of the vehicle maker. I understand that the manufacturer recommends a certain oil but I’m the owner of the vehicle. And not because they refused to service but the lobby associate was very arrogant. I’m don’t think you should be told what you should get if you don’t want it
JEREMY answered the phone and took interest in helping me get 4 tires for my elder parents car. I live in Minnesota and visiting for the Thanksgiving weekend. NOTICED during driving my mothers car terrible vibration at highway speeds. JEREMY got me the price range tires and worked with me. Very patient easy and smooth. Dropped the car off at 930 am. Added oil change and alignment . . Called at 100 pm to say it was done. 5 minutes later got a text too. NICE!!!!!I have my own business and this is the way you treat your customers.Nice job Jeremy!
Only tire store open later, for the conveniences and circumstances, some working people dont oftentimes have. The guys took care of my badly bald, nail n screw riddled tires with all new ones did my alignment and now my truck drives so nice even with my worn out shocks n struts. Big thanks to everyone at Nowlin St. Belle tire ! Keep up the great service
Marcel, Jake and their team are the best. I am an Obstetrician and I have to have reliable transportation at all times. I have had several situations where they have made repairs ASAP to keep me on the road, allowing me to take care of my laboring patients. Can’t praise them enough!
When I came after work to pick up my car after a long day, I was just asked “cash or charge” before reviewing my invoice. After requesting invoice to see price breakdown, I saw that all the protection plans were added on there without being explained to me. If I would have been showed benefits I may have purchased them, but I was skeptical due to this experience and removed them. Rather than reviewing the benefits and asking for my reservations, the staff member condescendingly tried to make me feel regret by saying “roads are bad you know, you’ll be back for sure within a year” and laughed at me. I know you need to make sales quotas, but not the way to do business boys. You gotta show customer benefits of your protection plans and relate them to their needs, not make them feel bad or make fun of their decisions. Other than that, the person I dealt with in the morning, Marcel, was helpful, and the tires installed are great. However, the last interaction with the employee that rung me up left a bad taste in my mouth.
Brought my wifes car in, it was leaking air from 2 tires very fast. It was a busy day but we were able to leave the car with them and they were able to diagnose and repair within 3 hours of dropping it off. The wheels had corroded at the bead and they were able to clean them and remount the tires. Seems ok so far but the wheels will need to be replaced at some point, this was a much cheaper alternative until it doesnt work anymore.One caution is if you have staggered wheels and tires make sure you tell them to pay extra attention and not mix them up. I have had to return to get that fixed in the past, I.e. wide wheel had narrow tire on it.The sales people working at Belle tire are really great. They are professional and helpful.The mounting service has increased in price quite a bit from a year or 2 ago if you dont buy your tires from belle. If you buy tires at belle the mounting is reasonable. So if you buy your tires from mail order and bring them in to have them mounted you will wind up paying quite a bit more than if you ordered them directly from belle.
For the Record I have always received outstanding service from this store that Ive been coming to since late 2007. I also like to Say that Jake has been nothing but top notch in how he has treated me and those that I have watched coming into this Store... I also have family that has been coming her for a very long time who have more then just tire work done on the vehicles. I would gladly give this store more the 5 stars for the way they do service.
Very disappointing. Having been in customer service mgt for years, and I was surprised by the Assistant Managers attitude. I have spent over $1200 in svcs in the last 4 months, and more in the last few years. I live around the corner, and have always been polite in my dealings with them, and in turn the svc and repairs were good. However, i am shocked that the diagnostic fee is not refunded once repairs are completed, especially since i have always gotten my tires there and, as i said, have spent thousands of dollars there. In addition, i am very disappointed that when i dropped my car off for the diagnostic/repair at 830am, i was given no info on how long i could expect it to take for a call back. I therefore assumed it would be a reasonable amount of time...a few hrs perhaps and they would call with an estimate. Over 6 and 1/2 hrs later, I had to callback myself. I was expecting to hear something like thanks for your patience, weve been very busy today, but we tested your car and this is whats wrong/this is the estimate ... or...sorry for the wait you are next up ill call you in the hour, etc. The gentlemen who answered the phone got it right...he said Im sorry you werent given an ETA when you dropped it off, let me get you to XXX (the Asst. Mgr) who is familiar with your vehicle.The Asst Mgr, instead of simply apologizing for the wait, and acknowledging that he understands my time is valuable, or that its frustrating being without a vehicle, instead got kind of loud (not horribly loud, but still) with me...interrupted me...became defensive...made many excuses....talked over me....just kept talking...wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise... it was suprisingly bad. So now I understand that good, repeat customers... who are neighbors...get neither respect, nor understanding; nether accommodation, nor appreciation. Good to know, i will spread the word amonst my Dearborn neighbors and coworkers...so that potential people who have money, and are desperate to get vehicle repairs are not surprised and disappointed, as i was. Someone should really contact me about this, and attempt to retain me as a customer....otherwise, I will sim pl ly assume thatBelle Tire does not want to be my car guy afterall...or even, my tire guys.
I called this place and ask if they reset the Tire sensor he said yes and it cost $40 a tire to reset it. I guess that was his sales pitch but then I called discount tire in Lavonia and talk to Matt he said yes we can reset your tire sensor for absolutely free. I have worked in four different shops that resets and install sensors and every last one I worked at we never charge to reset it. I Guess if your money hungry your money hungry go to discount tire they don’t charge you for half of the stuff these people charge you
To put it simply, I was told I need all new lug nuts and quoted 40 dollars for them, saying they can not do the job with out them. I work for an automotive testing company and can say that I in fact did not need new lug nuts. They called the next day and said they were able to do the job.They tried to milk more money out of an already expensive visit.Do not trust these people. Sadly, these mechanics have joined the untrustworthy and money hungry team.They are good at smiling and the lobby is clean though.
Jamie and the rest of the guys at Belle Tire were awesome! Hobbled in on a spare after getting an unfortunate popped-curb flat tire during rush hour and they had my car ready to go with a new tire in an hour. Very friendly, upfront, and have reasonable prices. Nothing but good things in my opinion.
Had tie rods replaced with overall smooth process. I called the day prior for an appointment and was told tie rods are walk-in so come early. The staff were rapidly processing new arrivals in the morning so I was in the queue quickly and left. Within four hours I had a call to come pick it up, which was also processed rapidly. My only issue is parting with money to make it happen! They told me on a previous visit the tie rods needed service, too bad I waited until I could feel it in the steering wheel. Drives great again after service.
The team members are very friendly and professional. They will explain what is going on with your car, plus there prices are reasonable. I would recommend my family and friends as well as others, if you should need work done on your car please go to Belle Tire in Dearborn at 1211 Bowling Rd. #59. You will never go anywhere else. Excellent staff and work!!!
Worst Belle Tire ever. Hours are posted until 6pm. Needed a patch on a tire or I would have been willing to purchase a new tire. According to the clerk, they dont have time. This was at 4:45. Im pulling my company vans as well from Belle. I would rather pay dealership prices than to count on a part time company. Instead of the corporate office requesting me to contact them, it would be nice if they publicly address why their hours are posted until 6, yet they are unable to patch or replace a single tire prior to 5 pm. This is not the first episode with this store, just my first time ever writing a bad review on anyone.
Just wanted good tires that did not cost an arm and leg for my wifes car which is being sold soon. Looked at Costco, Ford dealer and Discount Tire. Belle Tire was the best for convenience and price. Jake, my sales guy really knew his stuff and steered me in the right direction. These guys are the best at Nowlin Street in Dearborn.Another thing, my wife was so happy that we did it all in less that 1.5 hours and that makes me happy.
Friendly courteous service. Got my Transit Connect into the garage immediately to check why tire was losing air. Discovered it was the cause of the Valve Stem. Analysis was made and repair was completed under an hour. Also, I like your Free Air device outside the garage area, where you can help yourself. Thanks Belle Tire !
Bell tire has got to be the worse place to get your car fixed. They try to charge you for issues that arent there. I came in the store and wanted and asked them to check out my car and see what was wrong with it, cause I heard a rattling sound and he without even checking my car physically he tells me what he might be which was well over $1200 bill and i tell thanks but i’ll go somewhere else. I took my car somewhere else and the issue was only $400 job, i was shocked. Bell tire are crooks there greedy for money and will over charge you if they can , i think they tried to overcharge me cause I was a woman.Brooke
We were visiting from out of town and had a flat tire that couldnt be repaired. At that time we were in Canada and drove around on the donut until we got back to the states. We went to this Belle Tire the following morning and they took care of us right away, and were great to deal with. Would highly recommend for tires.
Omg they did such a wonderful job on my car yesterday, it runs a 💯 pre cent better I was referred by someone to go to them and I was so very much satisfied I will be returning to them soon for more work, so if you want the best performance for your car I will suggest that you go to them they are the best my Dodge charger Runs like a brand new car, thank you guys
Brought my vehicle in at 8am, rim was bent so they had to order a new one for me. Waited until the new rim came in at 1pm today, and they ordered the wrong rim. They tell me it could take the whole day or longer to get the right rim, or I could get a more expensive rim that was available right now. I was left with no choice but to go over my budget and purchase the $120 as opposed to the $80 rim, because I use my car for my job. Im very unhappy with my experience.
Let me down Twice. Once by lazily balancing my tires, took it to a different location because it didnt feel right and they were .5 to .25 off. Second, the front of the shop not knowing what is in the back of the shop. Had me wait 4 business hours before letting me know if my stock ride height car would fit on their lift. What else do they not know about the shop if they dont know lift clearances for stock ride height cars? The front of the house is friendly but they should know about limitations like this before keeping a car for a long period of time. the Lack of knowledge at this location relates to poor work quality and a waste of time. I would not go back even if I had a gift card, a good attitude only goes so far if there is no expertise or knowledge behind it.
They sold us tires saying they had the best price and if I found a better price they would refund the difference. A few weeks later, I brought in a quote from another company ($60.00 less for the set.) and they would not accept it. They required some kind of formal quote signed by the other dealer rather that an e-mail in writing from the dealer. They refused to simply call the other dealer to get a price match - which they could have easily done. They also said that once they had this ideal paperwork id call it, they had to send it up to the corporate office for approval.They are lairs.Dont use them.
I called ahead and was told it was not busy. Arrived only one other customer. Needed 4 tires remounted. Waited well over an hour while new customers continued to come in and get pulled right back. Hear employee state that he will get another customer pulled right in. After complaining I was pulled back after the customer that had just arrived.
Gave me same price i paid with alignment. Mind you. .no alignment was done because of broken spring amd ball joint. Found out spring NOT broken and was charged same price given with alignment. Nonetheless my center hub looks like they took it and scrapes it across cement. Not happy at all.
Very disgusted with the way jake spoke with me.. I asked about my car because I had been waiting two hours and a half and he had told me it was on the lift getting an alignment that is why its taking so long then I waited for another hour and I watched them pull in my car through the small square window so I asked if they just pulled in my car and jake says yes they did and I questioned him whyd he tell me it was on the lift then he said I can have them bring it down if you want with an attitude... and kept ignoring some of my questions. horrible customer service I would never ever enter those doors again do not speak with jake if anyone does he is suppose to be the manager haha very rude and disrespectful hope the owner makes better decisions next time.
Went to the dearborn location for new wheels but nobody wanted to help so i walked out.Good customer service is missing from this location.Ill go elsewhere since you dont wanna provide customer service.I usually buy tires for all my vehicles from belle tire but no more.The nowlin street location is a joke!
I called on the phone to see what kind of a wait I was looking at if I brought in a car. I was told an hour at most. I brought it in and decided to wait for the work. The job was just to put the car on the rack and diagnose a small noise coming from the under carriage. Basically a 10 min. job. An hour and a half later I ask about the progress of my vehicle. It hadnt even been brought in yet. they told me the wait would be another two hours. 3.5 hours for a ten minute job!!!????? This place is a joke. run by 14 yr. old kids who are just goofing off and not paying attention to the customers who have places to be and are waiting on them. Dont go to this place if at all possible!
Long story short I sent 2800 at this place..I bringing my vehicle back because the same thing is happen with it that they was suppose to fix...I have came mutilple days and set for hours to be seen and every white person that came in after me was serviced before me literally I kid you not. I wouldnt recommend this place for any black person.Ive been coming for two weeks to try and have my vehicle look at.. They are still trying to charge me more.
I had a great experience working with Jake of Belle Tire at Nowlin Rd, Dearborn. theyd misplaced my lock-nut key when i had asked them to install it (which they did, for free) at the Middlebelt Road store (Livonia) - i guess this can happen at a busy place. the Dearborn store was nice enough to put on a new set of lock-nuts (again for free), although i did have to provide proof of purchase of the lock-nuts, and the whole thing took a while to resolve. overall, these guys are very professional and helpful.
If you drive for Uber DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION FOR AN INSPECTION. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE A PAID CONTRACT WITH UBER THEY ACTUALLY SOLICIT UBER DRIVERS IN AN ATTEMPT TO EXTORT MONEY. I TOOK MY CAR HERE AND MY HIDDEN CAMERAS SHOW TWO MEN SABOTOGING MY CAR AND THEN ATTEMPTED CHARGING ME FOR THE REPAIRS. THE JOKE ABOUT THE ISSUE IS I HAD HIDDEN CAMERAS INSTALLED THAT RECORDED THE ENTIRETY OF THE SABOTOGING. DONT NOT GO HERE! Because they will break your car in hopes t h at youre so desperate to drive for uber that you will give them money for unnecessary repairs. Do not trust this tire shop! THESE MECHANICS ARE SO HUNGRY FOR A MEAL THEY SABOTAGE AND BREAK CARS FOR MORE LOOT! ESPECIALLY DONT TRUST THE SLICK TALKING MEXICAN LOOKING CROOK! NOR THE MECHANICS IN THE BACK SMOKING DOPE!
Terrible experience for the second and LAST time. Condescending staff that are either incompetent or total liars. It got bad the last couple of years,mis-diagnosis, poor quality work and parts and quotes that turn out a lot higher once their done, so we’ll find somewhere else in the future....don’t need this kind of help or deceit ever again....
Slowest service ever i called to bring my car in for an inspection they told me they arent that busy , so i came in and they told me im next in line been waitimg for 2 hours and went to ask how much longer it would be for the inspection to be done and they replied with oh technicians are extremely backed up right now wich wasnt cool , i would never come here again

2022-01-30I was impressed with Bell Tire on two occasions in the past two weeks. My daughter needed new tires and I had a screw in my tire causing it to continuously lose air. Belle Tire took care of both our needs in a timely and courteous manner. I would refer them to you and will return myself.

2022-05-18Friendly employees and quick service, even amidst all the short staffing these days. They also have a nice lounge area with free coffee and wifi while you wait. This is the only tire store I use!

2022-05-18I have been going to this location for 20 years but never again. They were rude and very unprofessional. I arrived a few mintutes early and their doors were open. I went in and they started yelling we not opened cant have you in here. I have gone in before early with no issue. I went to another Belle Tire 10 minutes away early and they let me in with no problem

2022-06-20Came in here at 7:14 PM June 20, 2022 needed to change tires and get a tire rotation some guy by the name of Hussein. Tells me to come back tomorrow at 8 AM that they’re busy right now.Which is a lie because all the mechanics were sitting down I have pictures improve there were no cars in the bay. Terrible service this is probably the worst Belle tire I have ever been in. The thing that bothers me is I have been to discount tire within one hour of closing and they were way busier no room in the bay and they still got my car in and out within 40 minutes.

2020-09-15Well I got a nail in my tire so I took it up to Belle Tire they looked at it fixed it and didnt charge me I asked them why, because of the pandemic were not charging anybody if we can repair the tire, he said it was hard times for some people right now and hes right.He told me that Belle Tire would not charge anybody during the pandemic if they could just fix the tire. I thanked him profusely thus the five star. I highly recommend Belle Tire stores

2021-12-23Great service if you have deep pockets. Alignments, balances and important maintenance and repair services are done with speed and quality, but get ready to leave with a significantly lighter wallet than when you entered after the surprise upsells. Times are hard enough with the seemingly unending pandemic, but keep in mind that Belle Tire lives up to the saying If you want it good and fast, it wont be cheap..

2022-01-20Had a nail or screw stuck in my tire! Took it to Bell Tire in Dearborn had never been there. They were very nice fixed my tire in a short time. And no charge. Thank you Bell Tire!! and the nice employees that took care of my problem..
