Ive purchase my last 4 sets of tires here. They always treat me fair and with respect.
Belle tire has been my go to tire shop for many yrs. They are very professional, they always go above and beyond what they are supposed to for customers, and always good prices, and they wont try to rip you off.
This location was amazing, helped me out so much and went above and beyond anything they needed to do. Jason was absolutely awesome and helped me out so much so that I could get done what I needed to! Would highly recommend
I cannot believe the level of service thats ALWAYS provided at my local Belle Tire. I am the proud father of six daughters, and they have all been terrible on tires. The guys at Belle have always provided fixes at a fair price, and more importantly, a peace of mind that says the service is complete. They seem to care about their safety as much as I do. On my way to visit my daughter in Linden, my low tire light came on. I pulled over and noticed there was a nail in my tire. I first Belle tire could not accommodate me. So my daughter called the one on Fenton. They fixed it and didnt charge me for the repair. Thank you so much
I went in for balancing & rotation of tires and they were so nice and welcoming. They took care of my needs and I was out of there in 45 minutes and very happy with everything! The guys are Great!
I have brought my car to this Belle Tire for years now and couldnt be happier. They dont try to sell you on things you dont need or services that arent necessary. I have an older car and they have fixed issues for me no charge many times. Great staff and manager! They do get busy so sometimes there is a wait but they let you know and they have driven me down the road to work before so I wasnt late.
I needed brakes for my Volvo and did not want to drive 35 miles to the closest dealership. I went up to belle Tire and my Service Manager, Anthony, was able to order Volvo parts to get the job done. It was great.

I’ve been going to this Belle Tire for years, have bought 2 sets of tires and 1 set of wheels from them. Every time I get my tires swapped out, it’s a hassle. They try to charge me tons for a free service unless a man explains it to them (I am a young woman). They also never top off the air and I have to put some air in them myself when I leave.Not one to leave negative reviews but dealing with this belle tire specifically is like pulling teeth. At times, they are super busy, so you’re better off getting someone to pick you up, otherwise you’re stranded for hours. That being said, the tires and wheels have been fine and when my car got knocked out of alignment and my tires wore unevenly, they were more helpful than another business.
Had a great experience here, although I typically do. I havent needed tires in a while due to leasing vehicles but needed new ones on a car. Great sale that nobody else could beat. Got in within a day, dropped it off the night before and was done by 9 am the next day. I had been hearing that Belle tire was getting people to spend more by trying to either upsell or say other things were wrong with the vehicle, but that wasnt our experience at all. If there was something that didnt look right, theyd say. But its definitely appreciated.
A good day went to a bad day after I got off work and noticed my tire was flat and I had a screw in in the tire. I called the guys at belle tire and was told if I brought my truck in right now they could have it done by close. Picked my truck up and found out not only I had a screw in the tire but also a rim leak. I was surprised when I picked it up to find out I was not going to be charged for the repair. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. Great customer service. You made my day turn around and I will send anyone I know needing anything tire related your way. I will also be headed back when I need new tires down the road. Thanks again guys.

Normally in the last couple of years I wouldnt even touch this place in Fenton.. after a lot of the guys left, but with it being the closest to my family. I decided to try there first.. come to find out Tim came back and the other new manager not so bad ( didnt get to talk much) .. with Tim around Ill be going back to that one again.. thank you Tim for your kindness!
I was told had to wait 4 hrs to be out of there, I had to wait in the store due to no car. They are so busy even not on weekend. Wondered since the tire store get so busy all the time, why we don’t have more stores open in this area? I even went to discount tire, was told couple of hrs waiting also. Belle tire no appointment could be made, long hrs waiting really not convenient for the people has to wait in the store. Wish they could take appointment.
Very friendly but pricey. Ill get my front end alignment done here only when I get a coupon. Other than that, getting quotes on things they are very high on parts and labor, there are a few local mom and pa shops for very reasonable prices around the area.
These guys fixed a whole lot on my car in one day. They were fast, provided explanations, and as a woman walking in with no car knowledge...I felt at ease with them. Thank you for what you do! I feel like a 50lb weight has been lifted off my chest.
I dont expect Ill have this place do anymore work for me. They install JUNK parts! My new calipers froze up. They also knocked the mirror off my windshield and just left it on the seat instead of glueing it back in place. Thank god Im moving up north. The mechanic in my little town lets me provide my own parts. Done with these chain repair shops!
Awesome experience - I received excellent service from Stan and the Fenton team. I had (4) High Gloss Black rims with tires mounted, I was worried about scratches. After all was said and done, not a single scratch on the rims. I’m very particular I checked every inch over – I could not find a single scratch on any of the rims. They did an excellent job, I couldnt be happier with the service I was in and out the door in about 20min.
These guys were very helpful., curtious and friendly. My daughter had a bad leak in her tire, went to the grand blanc store 6 times but they wouldnt fit her in without leaving her car there for days. We finally called and went to the fenton store they had her car tire fixed and back on the road within 40 mins.i had the same thing happen to me as well 3 months ago. Going to the fenton store for now on.
I had a 10:00 appointment for new tires for my 2012 Silverado. Within 5 minutes of my arrival my truck was taken back. about an hour later I was told the left front hub was loose, and handed an estimate for the work. The price was fair, so I decided to have the work done, and waited another hour for the repair to be completed!Everyone at Belle Tire had a professional attitude, and I am very happy to be back on the road safely with a set of BFGOODRICH ALL TERRAIN T/A tires, and a new hub.
I have only gone here twice but both times they were very kind and helped me. The last time I was there I had to get a new tire. They tried to get me the best price possible.
Wow, great service and customer care. In the past 2 weeks my wife and I both had leaks in our tires. Both times they patched them and said it was on the house. NO CHARGE. Assistant Manager Matt and tire technician Matt were great. All they said was keep us in mind for your future tire needs.
I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima from Lafontaine here in Fenton in August of this year. Shortly after owing the car, my back tire popped and I was told by the dealership I needed a brand new tire for $170.00. I have NEVER popped a tire in my life, but I thought alright... its just one of those fluke accidents... Guess Ill purchase a new tire from the dealership.. assuming theyd know what they were doing and take care of me. Right? No, wrong. Two months later, I pop the other tire as im driving to my parents house (5 minute drive) As Im sitting in the car crying because I do not have the time to deal with my car sitting at the dealership for days on end again, I call Belle Tire the next day. I spoke with a gentleman named Dominic, and he completely changed my outlook on the entire situation. He told me the tread on my tires were under 3, closer to 2. How DANGEROUS that would have been for me going into winter?!? The dealership never mentioned this to me, mind you. I purchased 4 brand new tires at Belle Tire through Dominic and even got a warranty on the tires. My experience was absolutely amazing and they got everything done within 1 hour of me frantically walking into that building looking for new tires. I RECOMMEND 110%!!!!!!!!!
These guys were awesome today. My mom and I got a flat on the highway and found ourselves without a spare. We limped the car to the nearest exit and luckily Belle was only a mile away from us. We took off the tire and got a ride there. They mounted a new tire on our rim and had one of their employees give us a ride back to our car and put on the new tire free of charge. The employee even went back to the store to get a floor jack because my old jack no longer functions properly. Kudos to these guys and the role they played in saving us today!
Thank you Belle Tire for helping me with a flat! I was lucky to be in the area when your store was open late, as I was an hour away from home. The tire place next door is the company I bought my tires and coverage from but they werent able to help me as they were closed, although there were still a number of people there working that came out to talk to me. You were glad to help me and fixed my flat with no charge. The next time I buy tires it will be from Belle!
Took our truck to get fixed. It needed a new battery and the gas line fixed. Came to about $2000 worth of work. We had it towed there at about 1030 AM on Monday. Wednesday around 1pm the truck was still sitting outside and hadn’t even been looked at. Aaron the manager had informed people to not bring the truck in until it was slower because he didn’t want to smell gas. We waited for an update and no one could tell us when they were going to look at our truck. We were going out of town and needed it badly which they knew. We had to have it towed to Tuffy 2 doors down at about 4pm that day, at that time it hadn’t even been looked at. It was done in 1 day by Tuffy. We will never bring any other vehicles to this shop! Horrible customer service by management!
Have had 3 bad experiences, went in for a rotation and was told the wires were poking out of my tires, that was a lie, took them over 5 hours to put the tires on my truck when I went to get new ones months later, then when they did my new tires they never reset the sensors so I had to go and get that reset waited over 30 minutes after calling twice and they said they forgot that i was in the lot waiting after they told me they would be right out. Never using this belle tire ever again lazy, money grubbing and always pushing for sales even if nothing is wrong.
We have used Belle Tire for several years and have been very happy with the service. We’ve purchased new tires for 2 vehicles there and had other services done as well. They are straightforward about pricing, always provide a good estimate, call to discuss anything else they find and get the work done promptly.
The assistant manager John Rice is great. He personally has taken care of me the last few times Ive been there to get new tires. John called me while the car was being serviced to let me know of a couple issues he had found and gave me the option to address it then. He focuses on the customer, not commission. I WAS loyal to Discount Tire for over a decade. However, since my past experiences of great service at Belle Tire I wont be going back to Discount.
Had a flat tire and came in on a flat bed! They were very timely and courteous! When it came time to pay the bill I was told no charge! They saved my tire and no charge now that’s how you treat customers!
I went in at like 5:15, desperate for new tires cause I had a trip the next day, and even though it was like 40 min, before they close, they fit me in and replaced two tires in like 15 min. Great people, great service, and a great store. 10/10 would recommend to anybody that needs good new tires, at a reasonable price.
Waited 2 hours for someone to look at a leaking tire 8 guys in the shop 2 working 6 sitting around on their phones. I understand that different jobs for different people but it sets a really bad example for customer service. So bad that I just will not support a company who wastes resources to give bad service.
Terrible customer service along with no ability to fix a tire. Tried to get a patch, I guess it wasn’t possible due to time as four guys stand looking at one car. Tried to buy a new tire and was told they could do that either! I guess they don’t like money or work! Their loss!!

The staff today was polite and courteous, the location is undergoing a complete renovation but was pretty clean anyways. The service was fast as I went for an oil change, tire rotation and other things and was out in less than an hour. Everybody in the back was working. The store front rep notified me of some potential issues with my car and had a no pressure approach to telling me a free estimate. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody needing tires or routine car work.
Just wanted to give a heartfelt Thank You to the team at the Fenton Mi store, especially Cameron, Jack, Matt and Aaron. We dropped off a flat tire for repair around 9:30 a.m. on Friday after Thanksgiving and wow, they werent kidding when they said it was the busiest day of the year! They could give no promises on when they could get to it, but sure enough, by 2 p.m. it was ready for pickup. Cameron and Jack were very funny, friendly and helpful, even putting the tire in a tire bag before loading in my vehicle. As busy as they were, they still had time to be awesome. Thanks Belle Tire - weve been coming to you for years and will do so for years to come, youve got a customer for life.
Friendly Knowledgeable Service.I use the Fenton Belle Tire location for tires on my personal vehicles and several Belle Tire locations for most maintenance & repairs on my company vehicles. They always do great work at reasonable prices. Stan at the Fenton location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ive purchased tires at other stores who do not offer alignment service and they would fail to stand behind their tire warranty by stating my cars alignment is off when they had no way to prove it. Pay for a Belle Tire alignment when you purchase tires and they will stand behind their tire warranty should you ever need them to.Belle Tire in Fenton, MI replaced a set of Michelin LTX M/S tires on 12/29/2020 that had 97,000 miles on them. Great tires and another great customer experience. I scheduled my appointment ahead of time and was back on the road with my new tires and alignment in less than two hours. Thanks again Belle Tire of Fenton!
Belle Tire removed and patched a nail in my tire and also removed valve caps that had seized and were impossible to remove, all for free. Thank you for the great customer service and providing service within a few short hours so I was not without a vehicle.

Great service. I gave them the wrong size tire when I made the appointment and they were still able to accommodate me the morning of my appointment with cheaper tires. They opened at 8am and I was out the door at 8:35am. Also nice that they have computer stations with outlets and free wifi.
I use Belle Tire in Fenton whenever possible. They are very Courteous and Willing to help in any way possible. You do not have to convince them to help you. I like their Honesty about timeframe for work to be completed and I find there pricing to be fair at every turn!!
Super aggressive and will try to up sell you on everything.told me my shocks were leaking and it would cost 1100$!! took my car home.jacked it up and inspected all four shocks and struts.no leaks at all!be careful when they say you need this and that. I saved myself a lot of money just because I know a decent amount about cars.when someone is being super pushy about selling you something.always pass and get a second opinion.
Be very careful having them work on your car. They try to “recommend” work that doesn’t need to be done. I went to Vek’s after and they fixed my real problems for half the price. I would recommend Veks guaranteed work with a warrantee
I have had several GREAT experiences here. I have bought New tires, Coolant flush Service, New rear Brakes, New Axle seals ..etc I have given them my Business here at Belle Tire because they do such a Professional Job ! I also had a leaky tire that they fixed at NO charge. They also installed NEW Rear Differential cover bolts when getting the Axle seals replaced !!! I would like to thank the mechanic for taking such pride in their work !!!! Went the extra mile !!! So far I have had the pleasure of doing business with Gil and Frank !! Thanks Guys VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

Great customer service! Repaired a nail puncture at no cost. Remounted a small tire for my riding mower at no cost. Also religiously maintained all safety protocols for sanitation, PPE and social distancing to maintain a safe environment for customers. Service tech wiped down steering wheel, and door handles inside and out with sanitizer as the last thing he did.
Went into this location at 5:30 PM with a flat tire. I was turned away even though they didnt close until 6PM. I drove down the street to Discount Tire , where my tire was fixed. I will always go to Discount Tire from here on out. They were professional, courteous and took care of my flat tire regardless of the fact that they closing in 20 minutes.

I normally love belle tire, but this branch was disappointing. Bought 2 new tires, had a front end alignment and an oil change that took 2 hours, then had to take car back in to get it re-aligned a week later because they didnt do it correctly the first time. Then, took car someplace else to get it looked at since it was shaking. Found out they had put weights on backwards when they balanced my new tires. I wont be back.
I try to give shops the benefit of the doubt, being in the industry and working for a major car manufacturer. I went in for a routine alignment on my 2010 vehicle, they said it would be an hour so after an hour I got a call saying they couldn’t touch the alignment because the front tires were too warn, I went back in to look for myself and agreed that the tires were indeed worn beyond being safe and needed to be changed. Later in the day after they called and i went back in and picked up the vehicle. After driving it home I realized it had a fairly hard pull to the left, due to it being close to closing time I called and the manager and he reassured me that it could be a issue due to the older tires that were moved to the front, he happily said bring it back in when convienient and they would resolve the issue. A few days later my wife and I decided to drop it off before closing so it could be worked on first thing in the morning. The next morning I called almost two hours after they opened and inquired about my vehicle and they stated it had not been pulled in yet. I picked up the vehicle after work and took it for a test drive to see the results of a new alignment and the new tires that were put on being moved to the front. To my surprise the vehicle now had a hard pull to the right. Knowing it could not be a tire issue as they were both new up front I returned displeased. The manager was standing in front of me looking at a paper, looked at me then left the area as if I wasn’t there, After reviewing the alignment print out sheet the person I was dealing with basically told there was nothing they could do and that I was “hostile”. I did not think I was being outrageous, I just wanted my vehicle to drive straight down the road as intended. After I questioned it again the employee told me that my 2010 was old and in turn told me it didnt matter. I demanded a refund for just the alignment and the manager told me no. After being told again I was being “hostile” and that they could try to get the vehicle in for a third try i refused and I finally got a refund for my alignment. I have never been treated like that and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. I will never bring my business or recommend there business again. I believe the gentlemen I was dealing with did not even have a name tag. His jacket said “I’m the guy” but the card in front of him said Jon. Unacceptable

Great customer service. I am in MIchigan for business with a rental vehicle. The vehicle I have was losing air in one of the tires. Since I really like the rental vehicle and didnt want to exchange it plus the tire service center the rental company has tire contracts with were closed by the time I was off work. I looked for a local tire company that was still open. They quickly fixed my tire even though it was close to closing time.
We had just finished a camping vacation in upper Michigan and were returning to Alabama, when one of the tires blew on our camper. Called Belle Tire and talked to Noel he said to bring it on in and he would fix us up. They replaced all three tires and we were on our way in about a half an hour. Excellent service Thank you Belle tire and Noel and Kevin the tech.
I grew up in Fenton and always did all of my car business at Belle Tire. I moved out of state a few years ago and no longer live in the area but still drive through on my way to Canada from time to time. I was doing just that Memorial day weekend. When getting off the express way I noticed my car making a strange noise. I headed over to Belle Tire to see if they could take a look at it. Granted, it was 4:45-5pm by the time I got to the area and everyone was going to be closing soon (6pm) for the holiday weekend but I needed to know I was going to be safe driving for the rest of my trip. I went in and explained my situation to the gentleman at the front counter. Told him Im no longer from the area and still have a ways to go before I get to my destination and asked if they could simply take a look at my car and see if they could tell if anything was wrong. He said no, we are too busy. So I rephrased my question slightly and asked if he could just come outside really quick to see if there was anything noticable that he could see without getting too much into it. Again he said no, we are too busy and then suggested I try going to Tuffy. And ya know what, Im glad he did. Chad and his team at Tuffy gave me the best car service Ive ever had. He told me her would NEVER turn down someone that was in my situation and he even stayed late that day to make sure I was going to be safe for the rest of my trip. Thats not even mentioning the fact that my car was at Belle Tire (not this location) quite literally the weekend before getting my winter tires taken off and NOTHING was said to me then about needing new breaks. Makes me wish I hadnt giving Belle Tire so much of my business all these years. My suggestion would be to take your car needs to Tuffy and let Chad and his team take better care of you. I will never do business with Belle Tire again after this experience.
During the bitter cold snap, I had a low tire pressure alarm on my car while traveling for work. I stopped at a gas station and tried to add air with their pay compressor but it wouldnt work. I was told there was a Belle Tire down the street. Went there and asked for help. Max took care of me. He filled all my tires to proper pressure and wouldnt charge me. He was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I will certainly use Belle Tire for my tire needs in the future.
Poor quality service. The guy seemed agitated. He told me it would cost $20 and a half hour to fix my flat. Im noticing others on here saying the flat was a free fix. Why do I have to pay? My tire was off and I carried it in.It took them an hour to tell me that the tire wasnt able to be repaired. He sold me a new tire. Its been almost an hour and Im still waiting for my one tire to be put on. This is all after the guy told me really slow day, should be quick. I used to work at a bell tire. As dead as they were they shouldnt have kept me waiting any longer that 45 minutes.On another note. He refused to fix my flat and said the wires on the inside were showing. Im not an idiot. They were not. Like I said Ive worked at a bell tire. The tire was fine. He refused to fix it. I had to buy a new tire. I dont appreciate you making frivolous repairs to turn a profit. A lot of my friends refuse to go here for that reason.This was my first and last time at this storeP.s. They didnt use seat or floor covers so now my car has a strong chemical smell. Im driving with my window down in winter because its making me sick. If I have to reapolster guess who Im sending the bill to?

Came in for a tire indicator light on, possible leaky front left tire. Was not overly busy, was led to believe they would get to it soon. 75 mins later, car was still unmoved. Finally found someone to complain to, was told I was next in.I DON’T MIND WAITING 2-3 HOURS, BUT LET ME KNOW!Been doing business with you since you opened the store, will now shop around

Recently had an unusual problem with my F150, called Belle Tire and they said bring it in right now, we will take a look at it and get it fixed for you! Two hours later they had resolved the issue with a unique solution. The cost to fix was shockingly low! These guys get the job done, quickly and efficiently at a low price. The place to go for Tires or Auto repair!

The Belle Tire on Owen Rd in Fenton has the friendliest people! We trust them for all our tire needs.
Rental car agent directed me to Belle Tire in Fenton for tire repair. I called to set up appointment and man said bring it on in we have an open bay. I was there within ten minutes and was told there no bay open and the wait was about two hours as others had showed during my drive. I left and informed Enterprise about my experience. Several months later I saw a deal on Michelins and went back to Belle for four new tires. When I looked in after an hour I saw tires were off and hood was up (checking what?). Another hour later I paid $580 and liked the improved handling on the drive home. Couple days later I hear sound coming from power steering and find fluid level way over so I check oil and trans and find they are way over. Cost me $40 to get fluid levels down but I still hear noise from pump. I also noticed the trac off light is on and SRV light has come on.The van was checked two weeks prior when I had the brakes repaired. They said the fluids were fine and I needed belts and tires. I trust them as they have all five star ratings. If you have ever expressed your displeasure to Fenton Belle Tire management then dont go back.
Want to give a shout out to Stan who went above & beyond when after a tire rotation, one of our hubs was either not replaced or not secured & missing. He found another & made sure it was replaced & secured, he put it on himself. Hes been super helpful in the past as well! Thank you Stan!
Went in to have front brakes done. Pads, rotors, caps, and a flush. Quoted me almost $800. I called around and ended up calling the belle tire in burton on center rd. They quoted me $584 out the door. Same company two every different prices. Safe to say I drove into burton.
I visited this Belle Tire last week to put some air in my tires. There was already someone airing up their tires in front of me, so I was just sitting there waiting. Stay away from this location. I usually do all my own mechanic work and care about what I am working on. It is clear these guys do not. Between hearing my wheels hit the concrete floor several times, to forgetting to give me my old wheels back which is the minor thing here. They put a directional tire on wrong. so 3 of my wheels are going the correct way, and one is not. This is a safety hazard
My wife brought in my sons older Escape with some slow leaks on passsengers side of his car. They informed her she needed all 4 new tires. they quoted her over $600. She said we were selling the car and was hoping not to put that much money into it. I took the car to Kan Rock in Fenton and they changed out the valve stems which had noticeable cracks in them which fixed the problem for only $20. The sales people at Belle Tire must work on a commission basis because they didnt want to fix the problem, they wanted to take of advantage of a women!!!
Had a tire go flat and they were able to help me out with 15 minutes to closing. Great customer service here. Gil and the guys are exceptional people. I highly recommend this facility.

They gave me a quote that was 4 times more than a locally owned shop in fenton, did not seem interested in helping me just the money. Also they once quoted me 300 dollars higher for tires than another belle tire in the area. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
If they serviced wheels that have wheel spacers a 5 star would fit, however they do not, even if you are willing to sign a waiver... Oh well, guess I will take my truck up to Mr. Front End for an alignment...

Drop Tire off at 940 a.m. Called back at 12 noon,was told that wont be fixed for another 2 hours which means rate around 2 oclock p.m. not very good customer relations on the phone and poor service was never told it would be a 5 hour wait to fix z tire.
Dont go there for oil changes. They put my oil filter on too tight, ruined the seal on it causing a slow leak. Their business practices are awful when it comes to oil changes. Better Business Bureau complaint now filed.
They had three salesmen working when I was in there. At different times every one of them asked if they could help me as I stepped in and out a few times while having some work done. Very pleased with the work done and friendly helpful staff.

Had tires installed on my truck in winter at a very pretty penny for a large truck.. Now after they removed all 6 rims and installed new tires they wont service them because i have spacers in between my rims which were there when i purchased the tires.. Didnt matter when they sold them to me.. Gets better - they installed them to where i couldnt reach the inner valve stems on rear to check pressure or fill. Had less than 100 miles on them and was parked all winter and noticed driver front went completely flat... Jacked it up rolled tire over and new tire is leaking at the rim. Started checking all the tires air pressure at that point except inner rears i couldnt and found 4 tires with totally different pressures. One had 82, another had 74, another had 69 .... They are all 65 psi max tires.. Go figure... Took truck up back to them to have issue fixed and low and behold got to reataurant after picking up and went flat again.... Even faster now... Bought valve stem extensions because they didnt carry them for inner rears they said they would install and i go to pick up and they put one on and told me they couldnt install the other cause of spacers.. Didnt even have to remove spacer to install...Very displeased and disgusted with customer service and quality of work!
And again.. It didnt go well.. They did not call and get aproval for the repairs.. Not alot of money but $40 i couldve put towards new tire..it hasnt went smoothly there in quite awhile. Howell does a great job.. Fenton not so much
Wo dervul service. I was on my way down to dr appts in ann arbor when we hit a curb and needed a new tire. I have mobolity issues and wouldhave been hard pressed to get out of the vehicle for them to put it up in the air and put a new one on.they had us pull inyo tybee bay and they proveeded to put the new tire on without puttong it in fixed sir. That is going above and beyond. Thank tou abelle tore.

Long wait, but courteous staff. I had my tires changed without an appointment during a busy time and waited almost 4 hours, but they did a good job.

Terrible service. Rude. Poor mechanics. I only go to discount. They matched my company discount, a discount that Belle Tire said I didnt have, which I called another store and they would honor.This is the worst branch.
Will not be going back here. Had to get work done and had no place to go and had to sign up for the good year credit card and have been waiting for the bill to come, now all the sudden my credit score went down and missed a payment but never got a bill. Now I gotta call to take care of something that should never have been messed up because I never even got a bill or the card even. Very dissatisfied.
Faster than was quoted it would take to rotate tires, but all tires were set at 33 when, as indicated inside drivers door, clearly states 32 for the rear tires. Its an easy correction though.
Went and got an alignment on my 09 ford escape drove it home and noticed the alignment was still off. I called and told them and the guy I spoke with coped an attitude and said I had to of hit a pothole. I guess I hit one on US23 I told him. He told me to bring it back in and I did but this time the alignment was back to square one with the steering wheel turned to the right and the pull to the left more noticeable. I will NEVER go there again.

Not happy with the service I have received needed a break booster replaced was advised that I had possible bad caliper well have a vacuum leak so hubby took it back there and he told my husband my caliper is siezed and he had advised me of that which he said possible it is not siezed but my breaks are still hard like the were before I had the booster replaced manager said there is nothing they can do I have spent about 3500 hundred dollars there will not be going back very dissatisfied with the treatment we have received
Bought brand new tires from these guys, been back twice and still having to fill them up once a week because they don’t hold air. Worst tires I have ever bought, don’t ever come here.

Came in to get a tire patched, never having had engine issues, the tech had my car for 5 minutes and suddenly in having major engine and transmission issues? Come on, flick that sensor back where it was cuz Im not buying anything
Got me right in. Wheeled my rims because of an air leak told me it last awhile. I expected more than just a week before they started leaking air again! 🙁

2022-06-27Great service. We purchased a new to us vehicle and got a flat. We didnt receive a lug nut key with the car. Belle Tire took our locking lugs off, and took care of us in less than 45 minutes. 2 tires were purchased and an alignment.

2022-06-18Very disappointed. My family and I have taken our cars there for years. We have always been happy with the service until recently. I have noticed a decline in the quality of care and an increase in customer compliants this past year. I took my car in a month ago for oil change, tire rotation, and I asked them to look at my brakes. The brakes had a burning smell and were making a grinding sound. My husband said the pads looked thin and could smell the burning also. When I picked my car up I asked about brakes and was astonished to be told they were fine! I wasnt given a percentage of wear like other places either. I asked front desk staff if he was sure and he said yes, brakes are fine. Well I was more then a little skeptical. My brakes continued to grind and smell on occasion. We went on a trip to Tennessee and could not risk taking my car because we didnt trust the brakes going up and down mountains. I took my car back in yesterday because the brakes were grinding every stop.I was told now that I needed new rotors and brakes pads to both back tires!!! Really after 3 weeks they had gotten that bad?!!! We talked to assistant manager voicing our concerns that they either didnt get looked at or that someone was incompetent. He agreed to both scenarios and apologized. I was given 5% off for my military discount and not offered anything more. I have noticed with other compliants on here the same response from the owner, sorry and thanks for the comment basically the owner has gotten cheap not offering any compensation and the military discount use to be 10%. I like to support local and will be looking for another business in the area from now on.

2022-07-20My Toyota Sienna’s alternator needed to be replaced. The dealer in Grand Blanc couldn’t schedule me until September. Belle tire in Fenton gave me a quote at 1:00, checked to be sure of the problem, got the part and had it installed before 5:00 the same day. I was very impressed with their efficient and reasonable service. Highly recommend!

2022-05-18I buy my tires there they offer free tire repair. However to get your free repair I often have to wait 2- 3 hours after they service NEW paying customers!! Time to find a new tire place !!This has been their deal for 32 yrs Ive lived here !!

2022-05-13We have an account here at Belle Tire and they replace all of our tires. They always fix our tires for free if there is a screw in them. And believe me, we take them in quite often. Love Belle Tire and the fact that they are Michigan based company.

2022-06-02My Dad recently bought tires from there, they are bad tires he can’t go over 60 MPH without his car shaking. Belle Tire said they wouldn’t stand behind them even tho he JUST got them!! Don’t waste your time there they give you bad tires and don’t care !!!!

2021-12-21I will NEVER do business with Belle tire again after my experience at the Fenton location today. This place is a joke. Theyre so helpful when you want to buy new tires, but after that they put you at the back of the line for service. Had a screw in my tire and the sales guy told me its our busy season and couldnt squeeze me in. Got there at 4:45. They close at 8. Offered to make me an appointment after Jan.3 (its Dec. 20). I have a SCREW in my tire! I went to Graff Durand oil change from there and they plugged my tire for free and changed my oil + tire rotate in 15 minutes. Ill buy my tires from the dealer before going back to Belle no matter what the price is. Service is what keeps customers.

2021-12-04(Follow-up Post) My tire was completely flat, so I brought it to Belle Tire for repair. They were visibly, extremely busy, and the customer rep told me to just leave the tire with them, and it would be 2-3 business days before he would be able to get the tire looked at. On the morning of the 2nd business day, I received a call, stating that the tire is repaired and ready. I brought my vehicle back to Belle Tire so that they could install the repaired tire (and remove my spare tire). Only a $20 charge. Amazing! Belle Tire continues to win my loyalty!(Original Post) My tire was experiencing a slow leak, so I brought my vehicle to Belle Tire. After a short time, the issue was found, and the tire was repaired. No charge! Thanks Belle Tire for your fast and friendly service!
