I was driving on 96 when my car notified me that I had a psi of 23 on one of my tires, and it was decreasing rapidly. I pulled off at the next exit (155) and luckily there was a belle tire right there - I barely rolled in with 5 psi. they were closing within the hour and very busy. the staff was so nice though and said they would make sure to get me a new tire so I wouldn’t be stranded. I was back on the road in 30 mins!
These guys are honestly the best! They have done our oil changes, tires, and repairs. They are always straight up with us and are fast and reliable! Highly recommend them for not only there work but also there customer service is A+ too. Thanks for always being a business we can depend on in these uncertain times!!
I realized one day that I desperately needed two new tires on my car. I have been to many different Belle Tire locations in the past for various tire services, with mixed reviews across the board. I had not previously been to the New Hudson location despite the fact it’s the closest to my house. From the comfort of my home and using my phone I was able to compare tires and prices, pick out two in my price range and make an appointment to get them installed at the available time of my choice, all at the last minute late on a Monday night. They had availability starting on Wednesday morning.I showed up at the time of my appointment and my car was immediately taken back and tires changed, maybe 25 mins at the most. I was given a free alignment check which indicated I needed an alignment desperately as well. They were able to do that immediately too. I paid the exact price I’d been quoted online (not including the added alignment) and was out the door in around an hour. Everyone was pleasant and I’ll be back when I need two more tires. Great experience and I’d recommend New Hudson Belle Tire for sure 👍
Horrible service. They just kept me waiting for HOURS and didn’t take care of my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this location.Edit to add more info: on my initial visit to the store I was asked to come next day in the morning by 8 AM to quickly fix it and when I’ve been there the next day morning they just let me sit for hours doing nothing. They should’ve told me that it will take 2-3 hours to looking into my vehicle then I would have planned something else
I called around to multiple tire stores for pricing and availability for BF Goodrich KO2 AT for my F150 Raptor. I spoke with Stan, the Store Manager and he could not be more courteous on the phone. Stan explained that although he did not have them in the store, he could have them for me the next day. I came the following morning for a 9:00 am appointment and introduced myself to Stan. Stan was very calm and reviewed what would be done and recommended having a 4 wheel alignment done. My truck was on the lift just minutes later. Two techs worked on the Raptor and all four tires with bead lockers were changed, rotated, and balanced in less than an hour. Bob then took the Raptor for a 4 wheel alignment and a test drive. I was in and out in about an hour and 45 minutes. My truck feels brand new. Great workmanship and customer service all the way around.March 2022 - I hit a pothole the size of a grave site. Thanks Gov Whitmer for Fixing the Damn Roads. Immediately, my front wheel alignment was off. The center of the steering wheel was at 11 oclock. Bob realigned my truck within 30 minutes. He took it out for a test drive and when I got it back, my truck felt perfect again. Bob gave me a computer printout of the OEM specifications and tolerances. Bob was right on the money. Thanks Bob, I really appreciate your work.
Fast and friendly service. I clipped a curb and needed a new tire and an alignment. They squeezed my car in that day, but the type of tire I needed had to be ordered. They got my tire in the next day and made sure it was all done before close (even though I could tell they were very busy). I appreciated the team and they didnt push me to have anything extra done. I will be back! The alignment and tire look good. Im very satisfied and happy I chose this location.
I’ve been buying tires here for years. On my last purchase, over $2k in tires for my Jeep Wrangler, I ordered an alignment. When I picked it up, they said the toe-in was out of spec and fixed. A couple days after completion, I was underneath changing my oil and noticed there was no evidence that the tierod was touched. Normally there would be clean spots on the tierod, and the steering stabilizer clamp (which would need to be loosened to make tierod adjustments).I went in and spoke to the tech. He maintained he made the toe adjustment. Ok, fine.I just got it in from another shop for done brake work. I asked this shop to check the alignment, not mentioning it had been recently in for sn alignment at Belle Tire. Turns out the toe was still out of spec. It certainly appears Belle Tire charged me for an alignment that was never done.I’ll be getting my tires elsewhere from now on.
The experience was really good, I haven’t seen customer service like these guys in a long time. I’ve talked to Todd on the phone and went there to replace 04 tires and they were courteous, quick and professional. Kudos to Jacob and special kudos to Todd so I can say that Bell Tire has a new customer.
They treated me with the utmost respect and importance. They matched a competitors price...wait, actually they beat it!Also checked out my alignment...3 tires were way off...they realigned all my tires...I ended up buying a 1 year unlimited alignment...and with MI roads...lol...Ill use it!Another visit:My Mini Cooper...They did an alignment And Replaced my Synthetic oil...Again an extremely Excellent job! 😊 ty you again!!@
Went here for YEARS and bought tires for all 4 of my vehicles many times over. So i walked in the door and told the guy at the counter just that! Ive bought a lot over the years as you can see (history on PC) so please give me the best deal for a set of tires cuz i dont want to price compare I dont think i should have too. So i get the price and I say is this the best and he says yes. Seemed high so I went directly to Discount and the tires were just under $60 cheaper!? I received a call a few days later from Belle asking when i was coming in? The guy tells me he could give me the tires for the same price.. I said why didnt you give me that price when i asked the first time!? I give you my business, Im a loyal customer and yet YOU STILL WANT TO PLAY GAMES! Wonder how much I wasted there over the years...? Ridiculous!
I received great customer service from the counter personnel. My truck rides so smooth now. I drove over an hour, passed two Belle Tires just to go this particular location. Marv was very fast replacing my tires and they are balanced perfectly. I would highly recommend stopping by the New Hudson Belle Tire.
Jacob and his team did an excellent jobI ordered 24 rims and tires from California and asked Belle if they could install them and they agreed. Soon after, we find out the lugbolts were missing from the shipment so Jacob found me a pair and installed. Soon after that we found put the 24 rims were too big and rubbing against wheel well. It was because car was lowered so Jacob figured out the auto lowering and raising controls in my Mercedes and was able to raise it up so they fit. They did all of this and when I went to pay they said we dont charge to put wheels and tires on. I tipped them as the service was amazing. I highly recommend Belle Tire in New Hudson!Jordan Wells
Usually deal with Discount Tire but spoke to someone last week at Belle and he was kind and helpful. Called SAME number a week later and reached Todd. He was rude, condescending and definitely will not gain my business!!! Insisted that I didnt know what I was talking about.
Visited this Belle Tire yesterday, and had a great experience with the sales staff. They were friendly, non-pushy salesmen who walked me quickly through the process once the initial wait was over. Why not 5 stars? Simply because the line for service was out the door, and the wait to speak with someone was about 20 minutes. I get that first-come-first-served Saturdays can be busy, but proactive management staff should anticipate this, and staff the desk accordingly. You’re putting the sales staff in the unfortunate position of dealing with customers who may have become annoyed at the extended waits that aren’t the fault of the sales staff. You’ve got three registers at your front desk - if it were me I’d be making sure they were all manned on Saturdays. Despite this small snag, my experience was quite nice. My car was done in about 90 minutes, and everyone was friendly and respectful. I’ll definitely be back, but during the week. The wait is just too long on Saturdays. If you visit, ask for Robert - he was really friendly and knowledgeable.
My friend Had her tire pressure sensors replaced at a different location and 2 days later her dash lit up like a Christmas tree! Came here because they said theyd fix it for her, thought that was great! Brought the car here because of the proximity to her work and freeway access being an hour away and all, and a younger fellow proceeded to tell her that she has a tire that HAS to be replaced because there is a hole in the side wall and she wont be able to make it home and hes surprised that she actually made it there considering the size of the hole. I understand that theyre in the business of upselling and making money, however considering that he was using fear to get the sale is deplorable. Customer service isnt supposed to take advantage of the customers knowledge.
We took our car there three times to have them fix the back two leaking tires. The first time they did the brakes and where supposed to check the back tires. We got the car back and the tires where still leaking. The second time they replaced the valve stems. When we got it back the tpms light was on. We then took it back for them to fix their error and they told us it wasnt their fault. Seems like a big coincidence. To put the cherry on top, the manager was super rude about the whole situation.There is nothing like taking your car in to get fixed and getting it back broken.
I have been a loyal Belle Tire customer for over 15 years. Always highly recommended them not only for their great prices but also excellent service. Unfortunately this story will not be a glowing one. I finally had time to bring my car in last Thursday because my low tire light had been on for about a week and I had been constantly filling it. I told them I was fairly certain there was a nail or some kind of leak. After a 45 minute wait, keep in mind I was the first customer in the door at 8am, I was told there was nothing wrong with my tire. They claimed they dunked it and saw no bubbles and they couldn’t see anything visually. They said instead that my tires were getting pretty low on tread and had a quote for new tires in hand as they came to give me my keys. I left and within a few hours the low tire light came on again. This time I took my car to the dealer to have them look at my tire. Within a half hour they found that I had a nail in my tire!!!! Its amazing in less time than belle tire had my car, the dealer found and fixed the nail that was in my tire. I wanted to not be upset about this but honestly, not finding the problem and then trying pawn new tires on me is about the grimiest thing possible. I will not be giving any future business to belle tire.
3 hours 45 minutes for 4 tires & an alignment...&I had an appointment! I went up and asked where my car was after 3 hours and was told it was on the alignment rack. I walked around the building and the alignment rack was empty! I asked and was told they were waiting for a technician. There was absolutely no communication from the front desk without me asking. I have owned 2 full service auto shops and understand delays - communication is key!!!
Extremely happy with the service I received at your new Hudson location. Mike went above and beyond to explain everything that needed to be done and then made sure I had transportation to and from while my vehicle was in your hands. Very impressed with the customer service.
Im VERY IMPRESSED with the service I received. I had an issue with changing out my winter tires/wheels. Even though they were extremely busy, they still managed to fit me in to switch out my wheels. It only took about 20 minutes but they got me in right before they closed. I really appreciate it.
Went in for a tire rotation at this location they told me it would take until the end of the day due to lack of help this was at 9o’clock in the morning my co-worker. ( who was there to pick me up )went in after I came out and asked How long it would take to get brake pads put on amazingly it was only a couple hours
I brought my Jeep in for an alignment after I had replaced a bunch of parts and expected it to be out a little. It turned out to put a lot and Brock, And the whole crew there went above and beyond to get my Jeep driving straight again and for a reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about the team at the New Hudson store. God bless.
I have always gone to their biggest competitor, so when I went with Belle, I was uncertain as to what to expect. In my first experience, the tech was honest and forthright ..... he told me to check around on my dented rim, and he was right - they were the best deal. And later, they were the best deal on tires. When my tire got a low warning light, I took it in right away, and they patched the nail hole within a half hour! The service here is exemplary ! I wish all business were like Belle Tire.
4 to 5 hour for a tire change absolutely a joke. When I went in and questioned it was told they were very busy and every bay is full as I can see only 3 mechanics in the shop and all were talking to one another for an extended period of time. This place has no since of urgency there should be no need to keep my vehicle ALL DAY to get 2 tires changed.
I really like this place. The person I interacted with was awesome from the first phone call, through the work, and when I picked up my car. I unfortunately had an issue with my new tires leaking right after getting them put on. I called up and they fixed them right away.This same gentleman also professionally handled an irate customer with such ease...I was a little jealous. I work retail and that was something else. He deserved a medal after that.The online service schedule is really nifty. I definitely suggest making an appointment. They were really busy both times I was there.
Went in for an alignment. They took the vehicle back to the service area. Counter guy calls me and says. Cant do the alignment, right side need a ball joint, inner tie rod. $500 estimate. Parts, labor and alignment. Passed on it. I took my vehicle to another shop, they tell me the ball joint was fine, even showed me that there was no play. Tie rod was good as well. What a shame belle tire.
I went in for a couple of tires losing air, and figured I might as well get an oil change and rotate tires while it was there. On the plus side, they got the work done quickly and charged a fair price for the tire repairs. However, when I got the invoice, I discovered that they had charged me $90 for an oil change. Neither on the phone when I made the appointment, nor when I dropped the car off did they ask me whether I wanted a high mileage or standard oil change - they just did it. Then after I completed a somewhat negative survey, they contacted me by email, heard my complaint, and did nothing to address the situation. I wont go back and Im telling this story often - to encourage them not to take advantage of their customers.
Worst belle tire I’ve ever been to, service was truly horrendous.Need new tires for my car, asked how long it would take, 3 hours.Decided to schedule an appointment later in the week since I wouldn’t be able to leave my car over night.Show up early to my appointment a few days later and still had to wait nearly 3 hours for new tires. What’s the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait nearly 3 hours?On top of that, when I got home later that day I notices my rims were completely scratched up and even had chips in spotsFirst and last time I’ll ever go to this place.Longest I’ve ever had to wait at the Hartland belle tire was a solid hourWhat a joke
I have a variety of issues with this place. First off, while the customer service might seem pleasant on the front end, it is merely a facade. They like to sweet talk you into paying for more and more stuff. I had come in to have my windshield wipers looked at towards the end of October in 2016. They were rather hesitant in determining whether it was the transmission or the motor that needed to be replaced, but the technician believed the transmission alone would solve all the problems and would save me the money. I agreed at the time and paid the $250 and was on my way later that afternoon. I didnt need to use them for a short while with the weather being nice, but not even two weeks later I had to come back for the same issue. Wipers were either not moving at all, or when they did when I tried to turn them off they would be stuck in the on position. They supposedly fixed the issue because it was just something that needed to be tightened and they didnt charge me. Again the weather had another nice break so I went another week or so before I needed to use them again. It worked the first day, but by the second day I was again having similar issues. So I brought my car back again to be properly diagnosed. Its now mid-November and the cold is really starting to set in and snow is coming. I want to get this handled. They take another look and upon inspecting it further, low and behold IT WAS the motor that they were hesitant would solve the issue last time. Now seeing as how I am questioning their work now, they allowed me to see the part in the car and explain what was wrong. The motor had been completely worn smooth so it had no way to grip the wipers to move them. Something that should have been noticed the first time as I highly doubt less than a months use would completely wear down the motor. So I paid them another $270 to fix the motor and was on my way. It worked for awhile, but I am now again having issues and this time they tried to sell me a multi-function switch without even looking at the car for diagnosis and tried to charge me $300. My suspicions at an all time high, I decided to check elsewhere. I have a connection at the Sellers dealership in Farmington, the technician diagnosed the issue OVER THE PHONE! I just brought it in today and he ended up being correct. They had put the transmission in wrong and so far my wipers have been working great. Dealership didnt even charge me. I called here shortly after the work had been completed and tried to get the manager to give some sort of apology and/or refund. All I got was Im sorry, I hope youll consider us again. Didnt even acknowledge that his technicians put a part in wrong and he charged me for faulty labor. I will NEVER, EVER use this place again and I recommend everyone stay away from this place.
I was the second customer arriving at opening time. The service requested was a tire repair on a slow leaking tire. I was told it would be an hour for the warranty repair. Numerous techs on site but there must have been a team meeting as vehicle wasn’t moved into the repair bay until 8:58 am. Then it remain on the floor for another 15 minutes. Then the staff reported there were too many patches on the tire and a new tire was needed. The staff further reported the tire was bald and the tread depth measured 4/32. No explanation if that was 4/32 from the wearbars or a total. I purposely measured the tread depth before at 6/32. Then the staff reported the vehicle needed front struts and that is why the tires were worn. The irony is the tread depth is the same on all the tires. After checking the reviews, I didn’t trust my my first instinct. a complaint will be made to the State of Michigan. The salesmen was very short in his comments and when asked about a pro-rated charge his comment is you have 50K miles on the tires. These tires are rated at 820. That is only 60% worn. I understand each location is specifically rated by the personnel staffing the location but this group is clearly burned out and regional management needs to help them. The staff struggles with customer service and proper demeanor. I would welcome a chance to speak to the regional manager as this is the first time at this location and will try to return to the prior location for better service. Disappointed in the price received for the tire. Final comment re-measured all the tires still at 6/32 and the new tire tread depth is 12/32. The problem is I am an educated consumer.
I have gone to this store a few times for tires.1st visit, I purchased 4 new tires for my Explorer. While driving away, I heard a weird noise as though a sticker or something else was smacking. After checking I saw nothing and went back to the store. To my surprise the manager there told me that I would have to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. Minutes after driving away. When I questioned him about it, he began yelling at me about how he didnt have people available. I went to a different Belle Tire store where they told me that my bearings were off and wanted to begin work. I left there also... now my new tires are wearing weird...2nd visit, the old manager is no longer there. I take my wifes car in to have a tire replaced - Honda HRV 2WD. I was told that they always check the alignment when changing tires, I said OK. After replacing the tire, I was shown a printout of the alignment and was told that her car could use a rear end alignment. $80+ later, I drove off. When I got home I looked at the before and after alignment printout and realized that the numbers were worse. So... I called the store and asked about this. The manager was a bit taken aback about the problem. When I asked why, he told me that a 2WD HRV has no way of adjusting the rear end alignment and that I was billed for a front end alignment - that wasnt needed. When I asked how someone could sell a rear end alignment when there was no adjustments possible, the manager immediately offered a refund of my money. For this, he stated that he didnt believe that his people intentionally did anything wrong. Clearly that is not the case. Selling a rear end alignment on a car that can not be adjusted is fraud.Im never going back to another Belle Tire again. Im replacing my poorly aligned tires at Walmart.Please BEWARE, ask questions, dont believe everything they say.
Came in to get 2 tires replaced because 1 of mine was cut and losing air. Sent me home with the same cut tire. Was flat after getting home.Update: Have talked with corporate, they are in process of handling issue and will update rating based on actionsUPDATED 10/3/2018moved up to 2 stars only because they called and apologized. However an apology only after a complaint was made is just not good enough. My entire day was wasted that day having to drop my truck off in the morning, drive back up there to pick up my truck, drive home, drive back up there before they closed and sit in the waiting room while they fix their mistake. Sorry just isnt enough, especially when its an empty apology. I highly suggest going somewhere else, where your business is important to them. Also, making a complaint with belle tires customer service line only refers the problem back to the manager who doesnt care anyway. A stores employees only act a certain way if they are allowed to act that way. Manager doesnt care so employees dont care.
Made an appointment for 6pm, brought the truck in at 5:30pm. Sales guy (Trey) tried to upsell me a warranty. Declined warranty, and discount was lessened. Truck was aligned 3 weeks before. They told me truck was out of alignment (its not). Then they told me I would have to leave the truck over night. I asked why, since I had an appointment. They told me it wasnt an appointment, even though it was listed on the online receipt. I protested, and they finished the truck. I did not receive this type of treatment at other nearby Tire store two weeks prior with a different vehicle. 2.5 hours to do 30 minutes work, at an appointed time. At least the beer was 1/2 price across the street!
Horrible time management and dishonest about wait times. An estimated 2 hour wait time left me sitting the the waiting room for over 6 hours.. all to get new tires. Would have been fine if they told me the wait was gonna be all day.. as a side note: they must have sold about 20 alignments while i sat there for 6 hours. And since i too got an alignment, my alignment is off. Great job guys.
My battery was giving me trouble and today I thought for sure it was going to die when I went to start my car. I had about 1.5 hours before I had to pick up my kids and they got me in, did an analysis on the battery and then replaced it in an hour! They are always very friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend and I will be going back for future services!
I first came to this store to get some winter tires for my ride. I was not pressured in any way. I was given honest information and clear price options. I have since gone back for more tires, but also an oil change and brake work. Every time I have gone here, I have left with a smile on my face. Its nice to have a place you can trust!
This bell tire is awesome! The staff is super friendly and professional and they truly want you to have a good experience with them. I worked mainly with Nick and he was great, worked with me on pricing and was very informative with other questions i had about my car. You can tell that the staff here knows what they are talking about.
As busy as the shop was, they were able to get new tires on my truck fast and at a price lower than I was expecting, make sure you maje an appointment! They didnt try to sell me anything on top of the tires and alignment, which I requested before they sold me the tires. Keep up the good work!
A little hustle would be nice. This happens every time I go here. Twice per year I have my seasonal tires swapped out. I arrive at 8am, am the 3rd or 4th person through the door, and after 2 hours of standing around my car is still in the lot. The bay is already full when they open at 8am. Do people drop cars off the day before and they dont work on them until the next morning? I dont get it. Then, when my car was on the hoist, guys are just standing around. The kid with the air gun was literally standing right next to my car talking with this buddy, not taking my wheels off. Do they forget there is a giant window where the customers can see them doing nothing? I know they get paid hourly, and they dont really care how long the customers have to wait. I bought my winter tires there, so they put them on for free, which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. I wish there was more competition in the tire game so these guys would have to focus more on service. My tires were already on rims, so they literally had to just swap them out; 15 minutes, tops. 2.5 hours later, I was on my way. I cringe every time I have to go there. What a waste of a morning.
Poor customer service on 2 different days. Watched with 4 other customers as one guy, dressed more like a manager, takes his anger out on a customer in front of us. He addressed the customer very hostile but the customer took the high road. Even his coworker tried to lighten it up and let the rest of us know that he would with us and chatted up the original customer very nicely. Should have left immediately but after seeing that more thoughtful employee decided to stay. Simple repair on my end. Still angry when I finished with my repair request. Picked up next day and waited patiently while being ignored for a good 3 minutes. Needless to say will be reconsidering taking cars there. Wanted to chalk it up as a rough day but know not so sure.
I called first thing in the morning regarding a horrible sound coming from my tires/tire wheel within a few days of having brand new tires put on and an alignment done. Zym suggested I come in right away to get it checked out. After roughly 30 minutes, Belle Tire believed they fixed the problem but immediately after driving away, I could still hear the horrible sound coming somewhere from my tires. I drove right back and Zym requested to take my Jeep for a test drive. He came back to the shop within 10 minutes and said he had fixed the problem. Turns out, he did. He was willing to work at the problem until it was fixed. Thanks!
We got a lot tire pressure warning on the interstate and hopped off at the next exit. We just happened to find Belle Tire down the road and pulled in. Their free air machine was broken, but we went inside to see if they could help us out. It turns out they had been closed for 30 minutes (oops), but they pulled us around to the side and filled the tires for free. Super helpful and friendly people even though they seemed pretty swamped trying to close up for the night. Thank you so much for your help in getting is back on the road!
Bought tires at Belle new Hudson. Got a nail in my tire. They were unable to schedule an appointment for a week for repair, but come in we will fit you in. Car is still stitting untouched two hours later. Should have bought my tires somewhere that could actually service them.3.5 hrs total 🤦🏼♀️
This by far the coolest belle tire.. I been too this gentleman kris.. had helped me out on Saturday.. and looked at a tire I had purchased some another tire shop. And I was having problems . Then the same problem had happened.. come up to see what we could do. Option A was buy a tire. An then I was smack in the face of an act of kindness. Kris thank you so much. I am at lose for words .when use to the routine of bumps in the road at hard times. Thank u again
Amazing Manager Brick made my stressful situation so much better!!! He helped me afford to get ask issues fixed and tired replaced without going over my budget so my family was safe!!!! I even received a courtesy ride back to work so I wasnt late while they fixed my vehicle!!! Great customer service and caring staff!!!
As usual, Belle Tire New Hudson takes good care of my tire needs. Today it was to patch a hole from an errant screw. But, my air pressure sensors were reading the wrong side. I happened to mention that to Jason as I was preparing to leave and he offered to reprogram those sensors to read the correct tires. In no time at all he had that done and I was on my way. He didnt need to do that except that he wanted to go above and beyond the minimum required. (It seems that he was the tech that repaired my tire and rotated the tires.) Now that is what I call great service and why I keep coming back to Belle Tire New Hudson for new tires for my car, my wifes car and my daughters car. I had originally used the Belle Tire in Traverse City. The ordered the wrong tires, lost my sensors, kept my fill sized spare. They argued when me about it all when I took it back. They didnt secure my Audi symbols and lost multiple lug nuts.Over the next year, 3 of those tires blew. I was frustrated beyond belief.Now to Chuck...the manager at this location. He got me 3 new tires so that my AWD was safe n all my tires would be the same. I cried so hard with joy. He made sure I felt like they care and I will continue doing business with him when possible. Great customer service. So thank you.
These guys are the absolute best in the business, when it comes to your car AND your wallet. Friendly, knowledgeable, and never a worry that youre getting taken advantage of; in fact, I would say that they will save you more money that they will cost you. Dealership repair shops are for suckers. Belle Tire is where I go.
All of a sudden on the road I had a tire pressure warning come up. I drove it in to this location at 4:59pm when they close at 5:00pm. The guys told me theyd take a look at it and see if they could fix it. Sure enough, they stayed an extra half hour to make sure my tire was fixed and I was on my way. No charge. Cant thank them enough!
Do not be fooled by the manager if you are looking for a job there. The work place there is very unprofessional, not to mention they bad mouth customers and make fun of them. There is also the fact the tire technicians wait around until the last minute to take care of a car. I worked there for only 6 weeks and had to quit because of how rude the manager was to me. 18 years old and he was cussing at me like a Drill Sargent. Save yourself some time and go to discount tire.
I loved my experience at Belle Tire in New Hudson! I thought I had a bad tire pressure sensor because my Traverse gave me a warning light saying my Rt Front tire was low but a quick check with a tire gauge said it wasnt. I took my car to the local Chevy dealer for service and they told me that when the dealer rotated my tires last month they must have forgotten to reset the sensors to the new tire locations. The warning light said rt front but it was actually the rt rear tire that was leaking. I was not happy that I wasted my time going to a dealer for a tire problem since they are notoriously expensive compared to Belle Tire. The dealer told me they could fix my problem but when I inquired if they could repair the leak for free like Belle Tire would the dealer pointed to the nail and said This tire cannot be repaired due to the location of the nail - it must be replace! My car has 12k miles on it and I was not eager to buy a new SET of tires for my AWD vehicle from the dealer so I left and went to Belle Tire across the street. They were quick, friendly and repaired the leak for free! If I had stayed at the dealer I would have been out several hundred dollars. Belle Tire has absolutely earned my trust and ,my business. Thank you!!
Manager Zym & his staff here at New Hudson Belle tire are friendly & professional! I brought my vehicle here for an inspection as part of my Uber application process. I was in and out within the hour with vehicle inspection report in hand. I will definitely come back for tires and service. Thanks guys 🤗
Called just simply to get prices for mounting and balancing. Guy on the phone was very rude, quoted $39 per tire which is outrageous and then hung up on me when i asked if he was serious. Prices are insane and obviously not very friendly, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Discount tire was a better price and a better experience just go there.
Great customer service from everyone and to Nick my sales representative you went out of your way to make a great experience. I had my 3 month old daughter and you guys didnt rush me when you needed me at the counter gave me a sec to get her into the stroller and over to you. Felt like a family orientated place. Love the new tires and suspension
Every time I come here they are slower than molasses and have a horrible attitude. At 3:30 they said that it would be up to 3 or 3 and a half hours to get one tire replaced. Its now 7 o clock, and other customers who showed up after me have been serviced and left already (just like last time) and my car is still where I parked it at 3:30. This will probably be my last time coming here, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone who doesnt want to wait all day long for a singular tire to be replaced while other customers who show up after you get serviced and leave while you wait and wait and wait and wait because they pick whatever car they feel like attending to whenever they want instead of going in numerical order of who showed up first, second, etc. Go pay the extra 12$ at Wal Mart and save yourself hours upon hours of wasted time because of their negligence and horrible work ethics. Shame on you, Belle Tire of New Hudson!
Ive been taking all my cars here for years. They are always thorough and honest. They are also fair and work with me on pricing if more is found while working on a vehicle. Im not a mechanic, but I am a car guy and they have never tried to b.s. me. Friendly effecient service
Decant price , service a little slow and a little bit in training employees to be more appreciative of customers would go a long way. I usually avoid them because of their employees and attitude but had flat tire and no choice. Not terrible but for their size they need to spend more time in training their customer reps for repeat service, this is coming from a business owner of 25 years that understands the importance of customer appreciation.
Had them mount and balance 4 new tires. I supplied the tires and gave them 4 new OEM tire pressure sensors and stems to install. They charged me $100.00. When they were done I noticed that the stems were not replaced. They said that they dont need replacing and it is their policy to only replace the sensors. They asked me why I wanted the stems replaced. I told them because they are made of rubber and they are 10 years old. Plus, l supplied new ones. After they looked at them they said that one of four was replaced. All four looked the same to me and they had road dirt on them. They said that all of their new stems on the shelf are dirty. I supplied new ones in a sealed bag. No apologies. No accountability. They just cut corners where they can. I give up on belle tire. Over the years they have tried to sell me things I didnt need. They sold my daughter a new tpms sensor for her g6 for $85. $65 for the sensor plus $20 to install it. They sold her a $10.00 Chinese knockoff that lasted less than one year. When I mentioned my daughters sensor issue to the tire mechanic he told me he wasnt a salesman. i supplied them with everything and they couldnt do a simple tire mount and balance with a tpms/stem swap.
I replaced my upper and lower ball joints, so I brought my car into Belle Tire for an alignment. The car was driving fine, but I wanted to double check that the alignment was alright... When I got my car back I drove off to find it was pulling really hard to the right. I headed back to Belle Tire to see if they could figure out what went wrong. They checked it out and concluded that it came back in out of alignment so they aligned it again. They blamed the issue on my tires (similar models, two are 6-8 months old, the other two less than a month old.) When I left it pulled to the right just as badly as after their first adjustment..... Total waste of time and money without any kind of satisfactory explanation.
Wheel literally fell off my Jeep. So wheel and studs, that were now stripped, needed. Called, had it towed and they accommodated us perfectly! Let the Jeep come off tow right into bay. Within 20 minutes had estimate. One problem, the wheel was hard to find. They persisted, knowing I drive for work. Found a replacement and back on the road am I!Pleasant staff. Comfortable waiting room and free Wi-Fi
They’ll do anything to get you in the door, after you commit to a set of tires they will spend the rest of their efforts trying to upsell you shocks and struts, alignment, brake pads, etc.They will tell you how your vehicle is unsafe and insinuate that you can’t leave without having additional work done.All scare tactics for anyone not mechanically inclined, their unethical business practices will prevent me from returning in the future.
Long waits if you are there after 2:30PM - 2+ hours. I went there on 3 different occasions with the same wait time. Plan ahead, make an appointment and be prepared to leave your vehicle overnight.Estimate to rotate my tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee was 1.5 hours once they got it in the shop.
My mother went to New Hudson belle tire on a saturday to have her tires inspected and have her leaking tire patched if possible. They told her an hour wait. after an hour she got her vehicle back, they never told her she needed new tires even though the old ones have significant dry rot on the side walls and over 90,000 miles on them. they supposidly patched her tire. 8 a.m this morning i go out and the tire is COMPLETLY FLAT. It used to leak slowly over a week or so. not even 24 hours later its completly flat. Bead sealer stuck all over here thousand dollar wheels, and a leak thats way worse than before it was in. Purchased many tires from here, extemely dissapointed and will be purchasing any new tires from the dealership, walmart, or discount tire since they are all less than a mile from this poor excuse for a one stop tire shop
I ordered a set of Michelin Premier LTX tires at the service desk. When I got home I found that they had installed a slightly more expensive Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Neither the service person nor myself ever mentioned the name Defender in our conversation. When I called this AM, he apologized that he misunderstood me.I was never informed by the store of the $70.00 rebate by Michelin. I found out about it when I went to the Michelin website to compare the Premier with the Defender. Turns out the Defender is overall an inferior tire to the Premier.I went out of my way to this location because it had the highest customer rating of the 5 Belle Tire stores near me - so much for the rating system.^6/30/17 - in fairness to the store, the manager called today and said that he would attempt to get a set of Premier tires in for me. I told him that it would not be necessary because I do not care to go thru the 3 hour process of new tires again. This is my wifes car that requires unusual activity to make the car available to me. At this point, It is what it is.
Came in to do a simple TPMS relearn that usually takes 5 mins and involves one of the service guys to do it in the parking lot. The guy complained that it was too cold to do, so I should leave the car there for about an hour OR to bring the car back when it was over 32°. I left and went to discount tire and they took care of me with no fuss.
We have tried extremely hard to give this store the benefit of the doubt. Everytime we have gotten our car fixed, there has been a new issue. 3 times they fixed our tires and 3 times we had additional problems that required bringing the car back. The service has also been rude and argumentative. We will never go back to this store.
Very rude, condescending and holier than thou attitude of the counter employees. No smiles unless you have a newer vehicle and are purchasing premium tires. The employees constantly park customer cars in front of the air pump, blocking other customers. When you go in and ask someone to move it, they glare at you or do not respond in any way. (and have never once moved a blocking vehicle.) Please flush this crew out and start over! I have given these guys several chances to just, be nice, and its not going to happen. I have been nothing but polite to them and they are completely nasty in return.
I came in yesterday for service, the shop was busy therefor we made an appointment for 9:00am today. At 9:20am i approached Nick Julet to ask for understanding of his process for scheduling due to drive ups being bayed before my vehicle. Nick was on the verge of condensending with his explanation that those cars are here for service. What is my car here for?? Never the less i questioned his scheduling process with sincere respectable confusing, I am more confused now that I asked. I have an older vehicle 2009 fusion. The previous review submitted by Jesse Zufelt basicly describes my experience today. I chose your business because of your cool tire air pump outside available to all: ) I dont yet know the outcome of my visit today as i am waiting. Ok, i am pleased with the outcome of the service.
Highly rude customer service. My low tire light was on so I went to belle tire to put air in after filling up the tires and driving around awhile the light was still on. I went back to belle tire for help at first I was outright ignored then I was yelled at for walking up and knocking on the door. I felt like the employee was going to murder me right there for asking for help so I left. When I called back 2 days later to explain what happened an make an appointment I was scolded and berated about employees not going out in 5 degree weather. More than one bay door was open and I saw employees going in and out. All i want is my tires checked but Im not going to a place where I feel unsafe. Ill tell belle tire what I tell everyone who hates the cold, if you dont like the cold move to Florida. Yelling and berating your customers because its cold outside is an awful way to do business.
Dude they said theyd vacuum the broken glass from when my rear passenger window got smashed, they left a ton, scratxhed up thus black strip paralell with the window, broke a small speaker cover on same door, on top of that they didnt even screw the door panel on all the way...wtf. to top it off i got interrogated about the debit card i was using by the allegeg manager, Nick. Very rude. If he was that concerned he should havecalled the bank or her (since they had time to do that after my car was ready). Yeah great job guys. The glass is prob from a junkyard, hence why they took so long only to halfway finish the job.
Originally gave a 1-Star rating, after 3 episodes of StorageWars for just 2 nails in a tire. If I knew it was gonna be that long Id have done it myself in WalMarts parking lot. Salesman was very apologetic and ended up not charging me, FREE is good. Solid rebuttle although a more honest time frame would be much appreciated.

2022-02-15Very helpful!!!I went in to get info on wheels that I was buying from a friend for winter tires.Kevin took time to explain lots of stuff to me about what doze wheels would fit my car....I was very surprised how much time he was willing to spend with me.I will go back here when I am going to purchase tires or wheels.Kevin made me feel like I could trust him and this location.

2022-05-15I am from out of town visiting family here in the area. We developed a bad vibration in the vehicle just before we were going to leave on a two-day trip. The folks at Belle tire were extremely professional. I was at their store at 8:00 a.m. and my problem was resolved by 8:35 a.m. . I was extremely impressed by the service and professionalism of the staff. Thank you Belle tire.

2022-05-13We showed up at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon with a nail in our tire and a crack in another. We have an all-wheel drive vehicle, and would need all 4 tires replaced. Kevin was helpful and not at all put out by us arriving with a major need so close to closing time. He, and his team replaced all of our tired and gave us tire toys for our 2 girls. We were our of there in less than 30 minutes with 4 new tires. I am so appreciative!

2021-03-22Came in to have tires inspected and had a tire that had a slow leak. They fixed the leaking tire but failed to inspect the other 3.I had just washed my car the day before and when yall were done, you left the tire and the rim looking nasty. Just know I will NOT ever use this site again.

2021-12-17The only thing inconvenient about the location is that you have to make appointment to get anything done and usually next available appointment is 2 weeks out. But from one perspective it is a good thing, perspective is that a lot of people want their vehicles worked on by this location.I had wheel balancing done and felt that there was residual shake even after the job so I took the vehicle back without an appointment and Kevin escalated my job and had the vehicle inspected within half hour. The inspection itself was free of cost.I will definitely go there for any future work.
