I made a mistake earlier I posted a comment about a competitor of Belle tire. Im a very satisfied client. Ive spent time with this crew all very professional. Once again this is an excellent place my apologies for prior post. I have bought tires and used the mechanic service as well. They really beat up the competition.
This is the best Bell Tire in my opinion. Everyone is nice and very helpful. They get the work done without to long of a wait!
The staff here is not great, they have no interest in actually helping you. Have now come in and had bad experiences twice. First time was looking for something very specific and the sales guy not only told me I was wrong when in fact I was right and proved him wrong by looking at the car he then did not apologize and said I should but snow tires on my sports car that has never seen snow. But that was better then his suggestion of putting thr wrong size tire on I guess. Second time I was trying to get a tire looked at under my warranty, was basically told were busy it will be 4 to 5 hours. Did not offer my an appointment I had to ask him to make one and even then he wanted nothing to do with me.
Needed to replace a tire pressure sensor because of a warning light. I was able to make an appointment. The job was done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. The warning light did not turn off but the next day Belle Tire was able to figure out the problem and fix the warning light.Always satisfied with their work.
Dave, thank you. I was nervous to even call. I hate dealing with rude people. I had been calling around at a few different shops to figure out how much it would cost to get my tire fixed, and everyone that answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. I finally called Belle Tire in sterling heights and talked to Dave. He was by far one of the most professional and genuine people I have ever come across at tire shops. He answered every question I had. Didnt disregard anything I had to say, and most importantly he helped me out. He ordered a tire from their warehouse since my brand wasnt in stock. My plan was to use a warranty through Ford, but it was going to be a hassle. Once Dave looked at my tire, he said we could just patch it FOR FREE.they did the work and I was out in less than 1 hour. Thank you Belle Tire. Thank you Dave. Super clean facility to wait in as well. I will be a return customer when I need service again
Very helpful. Always good service. Was weird this time. Had a flat. Told them I had purchased the extra protection on it. They called a few hours later to question me about it. I think cause 2 different brands Like? (Sorry, lost my job and couldnt afford the Michelin Tires I usually get )Like which tire was it? When did you purchase the tires? Seemed a little strange. No big deal. But I do highly recommend the location
Ask for Bob. He is the reason I keep going back. Is reasonable patience knowledgeable and extremely nice. This is the place I get my oil changed and tires rotated every 6 to 8 months
They patched my tire several times over a year, all for FREE!!!! I went back to finally get new tire. Stopped in to make apt. and they took car in right then and put new tire on!!! Outstanding, personable and informative staff!!!

I am currently sitting in my car at a Discount Tire and reminiscing over the joyful and pleasant memory I had at this Belle Tire not too long ago. I was checked in within a matter of minutes, despite arriving at a very busy time, and a four wheel balance and alignment was done in less than 30 minutes! Completely opposite experience of Discount Tire where I have been sitting here for the past 20 minutes (even though I had scheduled an appointment) and still have not even been checked in yet!Also, I agree 100% with other reviews which state that this Belle Tire is worth the extra drive in comparison to the other Belle Tires in terms of the service you will receive from these guys. Amazing hospitality and customer service. I will make sure I get tires for all my vehicles from here next time (so I wont be stuck at a Discount Tire).
Had a screw in my tire. They fixed it and didnt charge me. They were pretty fast and efficient. Great place to take your vehicle. Friendly and nice.
Went in there to get a tire rotation after I spent $2300 on tires 8 months ago from there was very rude and disrespectful won’t deal with this belle tire again !!!!
The guys there were awesome. I pulled up first just to put air in my low tire, I love this because they have FREE AIR here. But then saw a nail in the tire while it was filling. The front guy totally just took my key, had them pull my vehicle in, hoist it up, plugged/patched my tire & filled it up, and also I formed me of a few other problems I had going on or starting. They did not have to let me know or anything or even look into it. But they were a great help here. Id come back to these guys any day.
Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable had 4 tires installed brakes pads and roters also oil change in good time in at 8am out by 10:30 and sales man Charles was very knowledgeable on all things just listening to him when helping other customers and their needs
Amazing I called 20 minutes before they close I was 3.3 miles away I asked if I could come in to get a nail outThey told me to come in and they took care of me with no problem. I called another Belle tire 1.1 miles away and they told me no!!! This place is awesome the guys were very welcoming thank you for all you do!!!!!! 😊
Overall satisfied. I became not satisfied when a rep called me and stated he forgot to charge me for a service add on that was just done without consent. Frank the manager, saved the reputation of this particular Belle Tire. Had it not been for that, this would be a 5 star rating. That is like getting an oil change and the rep adding the most expensive oil and other services and simply billing you for those services without you knowing. Thank You Frank. I WILL BE BACK!!
Had to get 2 front tires for my truck. Dropped it off early when they opened they had it done by 12. Reasonably priced with warranty, i worked with dave...professional.
Had a tire blow, took it up there and they charged absolutely 0$ to have it fixed and back on the road in 25 mins ..all while short handed, the african american gentleman( didnt catch his name ) who worked on it did a fast and awsome job, keep him around.These guys do this for free , so be kind and tip them, take care of eachother no matter color, creed or political affiliation...✌&❤
This company put 4 new tires on my vehicle, we had to go back three times do to leaky valve stems that were not seated properly. Though they were nice, they dont do there job right.

Found out I had a bolt in one of my tires while filling it up to full pressure at their free air jack. Walked right in, the guy at the desk was super nice and offered to take the car in and patch it up, even though they were closing in around 30 minutes. He said it could take around an hour but I got it back in under 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and extremely satisfied with the experience!
My 2008 Cadillac CTS had a tire pressure sensor that wasnt reporting and I also wanted a rotation and 4 wheel balance; I dropped it off first thing in the AM on a Monday. They promptly looked at it and contacted me with their information they had about my problem. They cleared the issue and even made a recommendation to save me money for my TPMS issue. Rotated and balanced the tires properly as well. Ive been going here for a long time and always get good service, thanks guys 👍🏻
Friendly, Fast , went there last week for a nail in tire, 30 minutes was done with no charge.Went to Discount tire 16 & Van Dyke before going to this Belle tire, waited more than 30 minutes , no one checked me in.
Took my Tahoe here back in March because my brake lights weren’t working. They claimed they couldn’t fix it because it needed new wiring. I took it to Sterling car care the next week and they literally just had to put in a new brake light switch. I wouldn’t take your car here. Incompetent technicians.
They stayed late for me. Found the best tire deal. Able to pull up all my previous information. I personally enter every auto repair building with an automatic chip on my shoulder because I am female and know very little about costs and parts, but Jeff defused my disposition at every question. Im not sure if that is a training course the employees must pass, or if he is just calm naturally, regardless, good job Belle tire and Sterling Heights staff!

I tap my credit card on the desk.Oh, no charge, like I said we just pulled the nail and patched it.Right, wait, what?I figured the least I could do is give them a 5 star review on Google. This branch of Belle Tire was new to me, but Ive been going to Belle Tire for 20 years and have never had a bad experience.
Great service and friendly customer service. Wouldve given 5-stars but I felt I had to wait to long for everything given I had made my appointment in advance and said that I would have to wait at the time I set the appointment.
I have been a customer of this Belle Tire store for 20 or more years and have had nothing but good service from them. They are reliable, professional, courteous and prompt. They also have good prices on their product and services. I keep my cars for many years and I have bought tires, and had about 95% of my auto service performed at this store. Thank you, gentlemen, for many jobs well done.
Was pleasantly surprised when getting tires balanced and the service tech suggested to check front end alignment. He stated no charge to check, alas it was of very little and I declined. To my surprise he had it adjusted at no charge just to eliminate a future problem. Thats how you get repeat customers.
I had a Very bad experience with them, I will never go to that store again.
Got 2 tires and a sensor had to go back 2 times because they didn’t replace the sensor the first time like I asked then had to come back again because the tires weren’t sealed correctly. Also they leave the tire pressure’s all over the place even when I specifically ask them to double check them. Ended up setting correct pressure myself in the parking lot while they watched me. Useless.
Three stars for the free air at this Belle Tire. Lost 2 stars for the difficulty with the air nozzle. You have to push really hard for it to work. On my first tire I was actually losing air for the first minute. At other Belle Tires Ive not had this problem. But you get what you pay for.
My wife and i have 3 vehicles. The only place we trust is this location. The staff does not pressure you to buy something you dont need.They are always friendly and honest. I am in the auto industry, I can tell when someone is feeding you a line of bull $#. These guys get you in and out as quick as they can. There pricesare very competitive with any other Tire store. We have been going to this location for years! And unless something changes, we have no reason to go anywhere else. And they back up there work!Its a shame that people dont understand that if a store is busy, and there are customers ahead of you, naturally you will have to wait a little longer for your vehicle.and if there is a problem they will handle it.They always do for us! As long as you are a level headed practical person, this is the store for you!!If you are impatient and have a negative attitude ,and think your going to get your vehicle repaired like a drive through mcdonalds, than you probably shouldnt own a vehicle in the 1st place. So be patient they will get it done as soon as they can. They dont want to keep your vehicle any longer than you want to wait.
I have been coming to this Sterling Heights location for 20 years. I have personally purchased many sets of tires and have referred many friends and family here. I have never had a bad experience at this location nor others that I have been to. As another person commented above, service after the sale is so important. I as well have tried on several occasions to get a tire rotation but have been unsuccessful. Each time the wait times were excessive. Suggestion to Bell Tire! how about a dedicated 1 technician 1 service bay tire rotation fast lane?. This location is extremely busy ALL THE TIME but service after the sale is critical.

Terrible! Never anywhere to park your car. Back lot is full of cars where it should be for customer parking. In front there are 4, maybe 5 spots to park. Always full. One time I had an oil change and they didnt use paper down on floorboard and they left greasy boot prints. I have photos.No appointments, walk in only.Done with Belle Tire, lost my business!Horrible
Took my husbands Ford Focus here for originally a bubble in the tire. Called ahead and talked to Brandon, when I got there I dealt with Chris the assistant manager. Very polite friendly staff. Was in and our in 45 minutes. They let me keep the old tires due to still having tread. (Hard to believe with the way my husband drives LOL). Definitely will go back when its time again.
They were up front about all prices and were very easy to get what I needed. They even found a way to make it within my budget. Great customer service from Chance.
The guys here have been amazing. We bought a used car in September that had been so much trouble for us. Will is a very knowledgeable mechanic. He was willing to trouble shoot some major repairs before having to party out thousands of dollars. We had O2 sensor replaced, new battery, new starter and they fixed our oil pan trouble without having to replace the whole thing. I cannot recommend them more!
Always have a good experience at Belle Tire. Walk in service was quick, price for oil change was reasonable, they fixed my tire and I was able to work using their free wifi while I waited.

I love this Belle Tire location. I get all my oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and new tires. I recently got new tires for my car. I had flat tire in my other car which had dealer installed tires, Kevin fixed the flat tire for no cost to me. That shows excellent customer service. If you ever go to this location, ask for Kevin.By the way, they also gave me pro-rated discount for my old tires when I got my tire replaced.
I purchased a set of Michelin Premier LTX tires for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in August, 2017. These tires were rated for 60,000 miles and we only got 23,600 out of them. Very nice handling tires but woefully short on delivering the miles they advertised. The internet is full of terrible reviews regarding this tire.Brandon Baubie (my Belle Tire sales rep) immediately declared that these tires were no longer safe as soon as he looked at them. He contacted Michelin and got my next set of Michelins prorated at exactly the figure I expected. While it is a hassle getting new tires Brandon made this transaction easy. It is nice to know that Belle Tire and Brandon value their customers and stand behind their sales.I am hopeful that the Michelin Premier A/S tires that I just got will last the 60,000 miles they are rated for. Thanks Brandon for your help!

Third visit and theyve been slow on the draw every time. On this last visit (and i mean that literally) i had made a 10a appt...they didnt even pull the vehicle into the garage until 10:50. Whats the purpose of taking appointments if u dont adhere to them? The store is poorly run, front end people r pretty garish and the staff is unprofessional...bickering amongst each other. I counted five people just standing around. This isnt the spot to go to.
I wouldnt trust these guys i was told i had to put the same experience tire on a AWD vehicle but i went to Discount Tire and saved $150 dollars on two tire.
My daughter got a blowout (along with previous car issues), on a Friday at midnight and I live 200 miles away. After I talked her off the ledge and told her wed take care of it tomorrow, I got up bright and early on Saturday to find a Belle Tire near Sterling Heights. I had previously dealt with a Belle Tire in White Lake and felt theyd shot square with me. Bingo! There was one and it was open on Saturday. I called and spoke with Zack, who could not have been more professional or helpful. He even gave me the number of a very nice and fair towing service, Gregs Towing. Since my daughter has a young family and nary a dollar to her name for emergencies, mom was footing the bill. Zack was very amenable to that, and even suggested opening a line of Belle Tire credit with 0% interest for 1 year for this situation as well as any future emergencies she might encounter. Zack was very patient with my questions and kind to my daughter and her baby. No one likes spending big bucks on car repairs, but he certainly made it more palatable!
Service was fast. I got my tires changed for a good price, but for some reason ABS popped in my dashboard after changing tires. I should visit them again so see what the problem is.
When it was determined that I needed to replace all four tires on my car, Jeff worked very closely with me to find great tires for a good deal. This was an unexpected expense and I felt like he really sympathized with me!
Had and appointment to get 2 tires changed at 12 oclock. This is a 15 minute job. Waited for over an hour and they had not even gotten to it. Whats the point of appointments if they are not honored? Wasted an hour of my day and made me late for work.
Belle tire has a policy where if you have one bad brake caliper they are required to replace the opposite side that is perfectly fine. I call that selling a service that us not required. GM does not require this. So why should belle tire. And GM makes this vehicle. I think the state of Michigan automotive regulations should know about this.
I got my Jeep pre-purchase inspected here, they gave me peace of mind and quoted me on repairs. I used the quote to negotiate the price and then immediately brought it from the dealership for the negotiated repairs. Even after finding a few unexpected problems, they repaired my jeep under the quote. Be weary though, the Belle Tire free alignment check isnt free if they need to align your vehicle. Regardless, my vehicle did really need an alignment and it was done well. I look forward to returning when I need to buy some winter/all terrain tires.
Yes they try to sell you service, thats how shops make money. Yes tires are expensive, not their fault and always remember you get what you pay for with tires... Went in for a flat repair, came out with a patched tire for free. Fast friendly service even during a busier part of the day. I always recommend Belle tire for tire sales and repair.
Had a bad experience at the Royal Oak location on Woodward and 13 mile. Went there three different times for a wheel alignment and they could not get it done. They even charge me $80 for it went to a different location and they noticed alignment with the way off and they’re going to back charge the Rollo location for the work. Sterling Heights location got a five star for me thank you Kevin
Terribly slow, got here before doors opened ( 8am). Needed one tire replaced, just getting it finished. Rediculous!!! 10:25 got it back.

That experience was needless to say a big disappointment. My car was improperly diagnosed and on top of that the rubber plugs were not put back in my rear drums after inspection. Additionally, a stud was broken off on my right rear wheel. It was not fixed and had to repair it myself, on top of that they charged me for the inspection. Worst experience at a Belle Tire ever.

Came in the morning after I came out to my car with a complete flat. It was a busy morning for them. They took my car in and said I needed 2 tires. I didnt really get much of a choice of what kind of tires I wanted. After he told me the only tires he had for my 2012 chevy cruze, I just said OK and it cost $360 for two tires. Later after I left with my tires, I looked online to see prices and he gave me the most expensive tires. Im not too upset because I at least have some nice tires, but I do feel a bit ripped off.
I dealt with Chris on the phone and Brandon when I got there. Both had excellent service and my alignment was done a hour after I dropped the car off at noon without an appointment.
Went in for new tires - 3 hours ok. But then the new tire went flat, went back to get it fixed they tell me its a bar code sticker that only effects this brand it should be ok now - 1 1/2 hours later. The 3rd day THE TIRE WENT FLAT AGAIN!

Well i went to belle tire on 18 and van dyke today after I was told on the phone that they would be able to get my front end alignment done by 5 pm. I got there and instead of doing what I asked them to do, they instead tried selling me other things I dont need. After rejecting them more than 3 times, they told me that my front end needed to be heated for a few hours?(something that Ive never heard of). After pressing them and asking what that was about, a bald tire tech who seemed like he wanted to go home instead of work told me it would take a few hours to get a front end alignment done. At this point I had wasted about an hour getting told bs and waiting in the waiting area watching fifa 2014. Basically what they were saying is, buy tires, shocks and other stuff from us or we will make stuff up to ruin your day. Moral of the story: avoid belle tire on 18 and van dyke.
Went to Discount Tire on 14, bad selection, poor salesmen, tried to sell me a Performance Tire on my Family Nissan Murano that had 1/2 the expected treadlife. Drove up the street to Belle Tire. 3x the selection, salesmen were knowledgeable, honest, transparent, fast. Had better deals, ended up with a great tire and a great price. I had gone to DT on 14 since I was 16. Loyalty now switched.
I came today because there was a screw in my car tire and I reported it to the manager and he told me you will wait for two hours and actually I waited two hours after that he came to me and told me that the tire was fixed and when I went to my house it became clear to me that the screw is still there and no one touched the car and when I came back and reported it, he did not show any One of the importance to me, including the manager, unfortunately the service is very very bad I did not go there again I and all my relatives and I have a black 2018 impala
Terrible!1. Took off one of my tires and set it on the ground. Refused to put it back on the car. They said the rim was damaged.2. Did not tighten the lugs bolts. I had to tighten them. Very dangerous.3. Broke my tire hoist under the car that holds the spare tire. I had to replace it.4. Didnt snap on my hub cap. I lost it on the way home.This place is bad. STAY AWAY. They dont know what they are doing. They want to up sell you repairs. Go to SAMS club for tires.UPDATE: Ignore the response from them. They post that for all negative reviews.

I have had many experiences with Belle tire and so far they have all been positive. They have been honest,fair and straightforward about pricing and they back their work.
I had the *****WORST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE****. i will not recommend this facility to any one. i called in to check on a part that was ordered earlier and the person over the phone said the part has arrived and asked me to come at 8.30 am the next day. So i show up at 8.30 am the next day and then they say it was a miscommunication over the phone and the part has not arrived yet. i go back to work and then got a call later in the day saying the part has now arrived and asked me to come at 4.30 pm the same day. I show up at 4.30 pm and then they made me wait for 30 mins even though it was a scheduled appointment. i asked the person at front desk the reason for delay and explained my 2 experiences and he doesnt even care to listen and started saying As i said earlier...bla bla i got frustrated and left.
Wanted me to wait for 2.5 hours to get a tire fixed went south to the next Belle tire they made me an appointment and I got my tire fixed no more Warren Michigan Belle tire for me
Dont send your wife there! It will be more expensive! charged her 102. for a tire it says costs 77. on the website and on top of that they charged a 20 dollar warranty fee for something the tire manufacture already covers. ladies beware!!!

Unreal.... Like being stuck in the Twilight Zone.. the black and white version.Question: How many Sterling Heights Belle Tire guys does it take to change oil?Answer: 8 of them.. if you give them 2 hours..For 2 hours I watched 8 people yuck it up, smoke cigarettes, oogle at the ladies coming and going, and totally waste my time. Im not sure if its because I have a national fleet account with them (not for long, emails are flying) and they are already paid or if they flat out could care less.. 2 old guys and myself sat in disbelief.. I was there at 4pm.. At 5pm I asked a worker when will my oil change be finished.. He says 6pm..Ok?? So I wait, and as I wait, I write corporate (my company) and explain to them why this oil change cost them 2 hours of my salary (times how many employees?).. We are a fortune 70 company, 10s of 1000s of employees world wide.. I am doing my best to disconnect us from Belle Tire.Oh and owner.. If you cannot please explain what steps you have taken to resolve this, dont bother to respond.. Its my 3rd time here and it is the same predictable boarish culture.-JM

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Had a huge problem at the 14 & John R location (which I will never go back to). Came into this location and the manager, whose name I believe was Frank was great and helped me fix my problem. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
They wanted $800 for a replaced fuel line and fuel filter. I found someone to do it for about $300. I drove my gas leaking car right off their lot.

They wanted $900.00 dollars to put a rotor and caliper on my sons Ford F150 .... this place is SUCH A RIP OFF !!!!!This marks the 2nd time they have tried to take advantage of my son and they tried to soak me as well ....Im done with them for sure ....and I wo u ld encourage ANYONE have work done at Belltire to get a 2nd option. .. it cant hurt and you just might fimd there ripping you off as well !!!!
Bob G the assistant manager was super friendly and patient. Doesnt pressure you into buying stuff you dont need and he gives you his honest opinion. Very nice!
I had an Enterprise rental car, and needed a new wiper blade. They took care of the wiper blade right away, and were very friendly and accommodating. There is coffee, and a place to wait as well.
These guys did me a small favor by loosening the lug nuts on a couple tires, but it helped a lot. The dealer where I leased the car from wanted me to wait over 2 hours. Next time Im in need of tires, Ill be coming here.

Went there yesterday to get an alignment. Waited there for more than an hour to get my alignment worse then it was. Today I am going there to get it fix again. The worst customer service ever. I want my 50$ back.

Dont go here for an uber inspection. Manager literally sneered at me rolled his eyes and said 2-3 hours this is a service we are FORCED to provide and i only have 3 techs today. I went elsewhere.

My Nephew went there to change his battery then 3 months later battery went dead. Brought back the battery to them and they wont even exchange it. Their reason was we should bring the car to them for them to check and they would not cover the towing cost. 👎 will never go to thisplace anymore

They dont know anything about cars i got my car inspected told me 800$ to fix my suspension and my car was making noise said they couldnt find out why it was making noise i go home and find out its my rotor if i can find out my problem and a 50$ inspection from these mechanics cant they shouldnt be working anywhere near a car im 19 no car experience fixing cars i havent even changed my oil before dont come here.

They tell you that you need a lot of parts that you really dont need. Especially when one guy worked at another place and told you that you need brakes and now hes at Belle Tire and he say you dont need brakes. Hmmm
Had a slow leak... Puncture hole...Patched it up and sent me on my way, free of charge... Looks like I know where I will be buying my tires from in the future...

2022-03-19I’ll have to say anytime I’ve needed assistance this place has already been there in a timely regard. It’s unbelievable how many belle tires won’t make an appointment for an air leak and will take no priority in fixing it and at times want to hold your car 4 to 6 hours, all day, or over night. Which unfortunately makes me not want to boy belle tire tires anymore due to how inconvenient it is to get someone to help you and fix your vehicle in a timely regard. Patching an air leak takes less than an hour, I called 10 different stores and all of them are wanted to hold my car for an entire day or over night. Ridiculous. But this place said an hour maybe two hours. Anytime I need something they’re able to assist me thank god. Otherwise I would be screwed. Appreciate this store and the employees who care about customer satisfaction and run there store properly to obtain customer satisfaction. Best belle tire around!

2022-02-07Something changed finally at Belle tire. I went in there to get a part fixed and they fixed it in record time and got me out the door on a Saturday. I think someone finally is getting that place turned around. I used to have to wait half a day to get an alignment with an appointment. Today it took 2 hours and had ball. Joint fixed and alignment. Great job guys! Definitely recommend this belle tire now for service.

2022-04-30Saturday April 23 I was in the area following a mani-pedi and needed my tire checked due to it losing air. I realized just dropping in without an appointment would mean a wait so I brought a book just in case. I walked in from handicap parking and talked to Sterling who said they could have a look, possibly a nail was in the tire, but it would take a couple of hours. I mentioned I was ok with the wait since I had a book in the car and before I could get up to go get it (I have mobility issues) Sterling offered to go get the book for me. I was amazed at Sterlings’ kindness and high level of customer service. THAT’S why I always take my tire needs to Belle Tire! They care about their customers and it shows in their actions.

2022-01-21I was there today and the person that I talked to he was talking to me with attitude just because I was checking on the progress of my vehicle . I didn’t like that and I took my car back. No one deserves to be treated like that and I can understand any reason if he talked politely. I guess the company standards went down recently and they stop providing good treatment for people. It was a very nice place to fix cars and always my first choice but I guess it is not anymore. I ll start thinking about alternatives.

2021-10-09They are dishonest and thieves , they priority its to cheats as many customers is possible and make as much money is possible.After I ben waiting there 2 hours and 10 minutes for aligment , the manager with name david he said Im ready to go , I paid the amount of $ 94 , he said if you want the warranty for one year you have to pay $129, I said no because I understand he want to rip me more .When he give me the paper I understand right way that they didnt do nothing in my car , because the numbers (angles) were exactly like before I said to the manager he said the numbers doesnt mean anything, now take a look at the numbers (angles ) below

2022-02-21I got here at 8 AM. And all I have is flat tire, 2 hours later I asked the gentleman at the desk (how long) he told me another hour and half (I understand the labor Shortage) but I am sorry this way to long to wait to fix flat tire , so looks like no more any Bell Tire for me .

DANGEROUS!I called to get a quote for 4 tires, after telling me the cheapest were 550 ish I mentiomed online a cheaper option (500) he reponded with I guess I can do that.After I pay and recive my car I notoce a piece of my rim is missing, it honestly is minor, but why would you put a tire on a rim with a piece missing?I called to as to why this happen and was immediately called a liar and just wanted to scam hin for a rim davids words not mineGo there if you wish but I wont and will tell everybody about this nightmare

2022-04-05Even though I purchased 4 tires from Belle ((in Woodhaven) with free flat repair its almost impossible to get in for service without having to leave your car overnight! Impossible with no ride home or back and too far to walk with no sidewalks & 45mph speed. Im 76 and have been putting air in that tire 3x a week for 3 months! Just found out today Discount Tire fixes flats FREE regardless of where you bought your tires! They just got a new customer!
