Best tire shop around! They match prices and they are quick to get you at your appointment time. They have always done my tires right the first time and have patched nail holes for free. I have used them for 5 years and have not been disappointed. They will even store your tires when you put on winter tires.
**Highly recommend**. Bell Tire should be grateful to have an employee like Marshall. Someone who takes there job seriously and is passionate about what he does. After all the helpful information was provided to select the right tire Marshall didnt stop after the sale making sure the tire were installed properly An Alignment was needed. I was so happy with my first experience I asked about tires for my truck only to find they were not longer available. I told him I would get back with him. Not an hour later I got a call telling me he was able to score a set!!! Now that is dedication. I thank you for making my tire experience GREAT
I am not very happy, I wouldn’t recommended service here at all, they had promise I could get an oil change sooner ahead of my schedule, when I get to the store they told me that my car would be next up, it’s been over an hour and still waiting in the lobby, spoke to the employee that’s helping me and he doesn’t and didn’t even know what’s currently what’s going on, it’s just a simple oil change, it should have been an in and out job.
Needed a complete set of tires... quoting, comparing, and scheduling was a seamless stress-free process. They were all friendly and helpful. After shopping around, they had the best price on the specific tires I wanted with all the discounts. To top the already pleasant experience, they performed some additional (fairly involved) services at no cost, going way above and beyond. Nice work, thanks!
Made an appointment for Thursday ay 10:30am and ordered two tires for installation on Friday mid morning. I left the vehicle over night so they could put the tires on in the morning. I was told that they were aligning the car on Thursday. I picked up the vehicle at 4:00pm on Friday with no alignment and no tires mounted. Dont leave your vehicle with them and assume they will do the work the next day.
They was great. I went in for check pressure they put air in my tire and told me when I get a chance to bring my car back later to check the tires. They was real busy but they took the time to see me. I bought my tires back in June but they are always willing to take the time to help me. Thanks to the guys at Bell Tire.
This belle tire was great, quick and easy, everyone was nice and easy to talk to and I didn’t know how much I really needed an alignment, another shop told me a slight pull was fine when I first installed new parts but boy was it rough now that belle tire helped me out it drives great
Great customer service with Marshall! Honest about the condition for all four of my tires and when my husband asked for a consult for his tires, Marshall gave him a time frame of when he should get new tires, didn’t rush him to buy right now. He was quick, kind, and honest. Highly recommend!
So this review has been a few months in the works. Despite best judgment, I decided to get new tires at this shop. After returning 3 times due to extreme shaking at normal speeds, they finally replaced 2 tires. And they charged me because I had them over 30 days. After replacing the tires they said the issue remained and that I had a drive train issue. That drive train issue was false. The problem was fixed. Heres a problem I found after each appointment, they filled the rear tires to max PSI of 80! YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL AN UNLOADED TIRE TO MAX PSI! On top of all of that, they damaged one of the hub covers. Make your own decisions but, I will not go back to this shop.
So many stores have lost the gift of good service. When I discovered at 4 in the afternoon my low tire pressure alert was on, I realized there was a nail in my tire and called Marshall at Belle Tire on Clyde Rd.. He said to come on over! I got my tire fixed that day, and as Belle Tire usually does, there was no charge. That’s great service and I really appreciated that. When I need tires I’ll go straight to Belle. Thank you!

Ill never visit a Belle tire again. Got 4 new tires from them and they were supposed to check alignment but didnt. The next day I take it back and told them Id gladly pay if it needed an alignment. Got a call a couple hours later quoting me 3200$ for parts that would need to be replaced to do the alignment. I picked it up and took it to another shop along with the quote I got from bell. That shop called me back and told me I need one part replaced and 95 percent of bells quote is for parts that there is nothing wrong with. Scammers and lie rs. Glad I found a shop I can trust automotive solutions of jenison!
Despite being very busy, they accepted my daughters flat tire repair at 4:15 and not only uh repaired, but also reinstalled the wheel and stowed the spare and reassembled the rear compartment of her car. They did it with a smile and charged my college girl nothing! Thank you for your incredible customer service!
I am always treated quickly and professionally at our local Belle Tire store and (unfortunately for me) our family and our 4 cars have been in there quite a bit in the last few years. The tires and services have always been excellent and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I am always provided with service options and great communication. I highly recommend the Wyoming, MI Belle Tire store!
I asked to have my front brakes checked and if new tires I bought last fall were due rotation to do so. The brake check revealed that they were still in good shape and didnt require any work At this time. It was time to rotate the tires and this was done. I did not have an appointment for this work and told the Service Adviser that if they were too busy I could come at another time.They got me right in and I was out the door in less than an hour. Great service as usual.
Bell Tire is ALWAYS my go to tire store. Very friendly fast service. I am always very satisfied with the service I receive and recommend family and friends to them. I had a damaged tire on 11-30-2018, I called asked if I could drop my car off and told them the problem. They said to go a head and bring it in and they would take care of me. They did!! They found a sharp piece of plastic that had pierced my tire. They fixed it and called me to let me know that it was done. I asked them what the charge was and they said, No charge. I was so very happy as I have had a bad week and this really ended my week on a good note. THANK YOU AGAIN BELL TIRE!!!You guys are the best!!!Sincerely,Karla
Finally had my summer tires put on after way too long. Belle Tire swapped them out for me and road force balanced my wheels. I can tell they were extra careful while working on my car (it’s kept in show room condition almost all the time FYI) and it rides perfectly smooth with absolutely no vibration. It’s hard to find a place to balance my wheels with a very stiff suspension and steering setup but they did a great job. My car still looks great too (no scrapes or other marks) after they worked on it. Thank you!
Mr BRUURSEMA; not only sold me 4 new tires @ a good price, but with a warranty which I think he believes in himself ; (so believe me) with this (USED auto) which is referred to as a NEW to YOU car,I am confident . Ive even been told it is a well made automobile ...8/521 mg
Very bad experience not only at this one but at both on 28th st as well. This one did a alignment for me and never re connected my control arm back up to my truck. My tire was clunking and I couldnt figure out why???? I had to replace that part after that incident.. Then I take my truck to both 28th st store and they would not do my alignment claimed my truck need ball joints that were all ready fixed and I had my receipt for.... Why did I pay for a warranty and they will not do my alignment? Needless to say I will never return to them again!!!!
Brought my car in because it was shaking in the highway. First time they said they balanced the tires and should be fine. Wasn’t fine so brought it back in and they said all my wheels were bent... yeah okay. That’s when I knew they were just trying to get me out of the place because they couldn’t find the issue. Brought it to discount tire and they fixed the issue entirely by balancing the tires. Weird, thought Belle Tire already did that?? So I paid $30 instead of the $400+ they were going to have me spend. Not going back, need to train their staff.
Windshield was not installed properly. Upon getting on the road after installation, I instantly called Belle Tire with concern of hearing a wind noise. I was assured by assistant manager Troy everything was fine. That I was hearing the installation tape blowing around and could remove it in 24 hours. I called back after a few days and asked to make an appointment to have it checked out. The appointment again deemed (after a ride and a glance over) everything was fine. Troy explained in depth that road noise is normal and sent me on my way. After almost loosing control on the highway due to heavy pulling in stearing I visited another business. They charged to do an actual test on the windshield and found that the windshield was not in contact with the pinch shield at all on the passenger side. A very dangerous situation. Belle tire apologized and said they will refund my money. Long story short, don’t trust those that do not seem to care about safety. In my opinion they should have listed to my initial concern and took it more seriously.
So my new tires from another bad experience beforehand purchase had one go randomly flat about 6-7k miles down the road! I decided to be the better person and give them another chance by bringing it in and have them look at it. They did and said it’s done and needs to be picked up! I hesitated and waited for him to tell me what they did and then I had to ask so it was plugged or what was in the tire? He responded: “yup just needed a plug!”. Grateful thinking the problem was solved I came in, picked up the tire, couldn’t find where they would had plugged it! But its holding air, so thought all was well and after about a few days I noticed while driving the tire was flat again and leaking air. When brought back in I was told the rims cracked bad and you can’t fix it, needs a new one. I never knew it was cracked from the beginning, I thought it was a plug in the tire?! Not just sealer on the rim and cracked? I was told to go to a junkyard to get a new one, that was it. I had to ask if I could buy a new rim. Which is strange you wouldn’t try to sell one first before suggesting junkyard but appreciate him trying to save me money. When he found a rim, he told me they were out of stock of everything and the cheapest rim would take a week to get there. Then I was being asked what size is my tire? 17”? When employee and staff has my tire with them @ BT! I mean idk cars or anything like that! That’s your job! I said idk, it looks like about 17”, didn’t know for sure. He told me he would call me to let me know the rim was in, then call me when it was ready to be picked up. After a week goes by there’s no call, 10 days still no call. I called in myself to be told “yup it’s here! come pick it up”! So when I got there they had no idea what kind of tire I had and what rim I brought with the tire before. I was then told “we will have the tire on the rim in 15-20 min”. Shortly followed by that to being told actually the employee who took your order quit and didn’t leave any notes so that’s why it was hard to find, and also he ordered you a 17” rim not an 18” that you need. So how does a staff member get that info wrong? Why wouldn’t they double check and make sure it’s correct! Especially when a customer says hes not sure! That info has to be available to them! And I still didn’t get mad at their mistake and said okay let’s order a new, more expensive rim. It was gonna be only 3 days this time for shipping. I was told after that, I’ll call you when it’s done! What do you know? 3 days pass and I still hadn’t got a call. When I called in myself, I was told “yup your rims here”! and I still wasn’t mad and said great how long does it take to put it on and balance? Knowing a few days before when it was even busier @ BT, and that day it was only gonna take 15-20 mins. This day was a polar vortex snowstorm so I knew it wouldn’t be busy at all! I was told, I’ll get it on right now and give you a call as soon as it’s done. I said great! What do you think happened? After an hour and half still NO CALL!!! To drive in there myself and find out it was done and ready to be picked up. I’ve been without my car for two weeks because of belle tires mistakes but do you think I get even the smallest bit of respect with a phone call and updating me? Nope! The best part of it all is that I got home to have the tire 90% of the way put on to find out they gave me one size too small of lug nuts!!! Like seriously??? I’ve had to go too BT in total of 6 times from start to finish to take care of this problem. If they just would have said from the first time it’s your rim that’s cracked I probably would have said let’s buy new ones right away because sealer isn’t gonna do the trick and most likely would have been resolved with 2 trips. One to drop off, one to pick up. Also do you think I ever got an apology at all during these trips? NONE WHATSOVER! Not one time did anybody go out of their way to say sorry for the inconvenience! May I add I made a point of being over the top respectful every time being there! How little of respect do you have for paying customers?
Woke up to a completely flat tire and brought it on to Belle to see about a repair. The employees were incredibly kind to us - they took the tire and repaired the puncture, then put it back on my van and did the work of putting the spare back in it’s hard-to-reach location, and didn’t charge me anything. Thank you so much, gentlemen! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it.
Came in to this place for an alignment after getting new tires from another company. Before this, I inspected the ball joints on my truck with my regular mechanic and found no issues at all with them.I was denied an alignment service from these guys because all four ball joints are loose and needed to be replaced.. A $85.00 service then turned into a $992.00 estimate.I got my alignment done by a different mechanic today while inspecting the supposed loose ball joints and got extra validation from not just one, but THREE mechanics saying nothing is wrong with them and Belle Tire was trying to pull a fast one.These guys are shady and WILL try to sell you repairs for stuff that doesnt need to be fixed. They should atleast get to know their customers first before trying to screw them.Will never recommend or step into this place to anyone whatsoever for any kind of service. Its sad to see that there are still companies out there that try to take advantage of consumers who they think lack vehicle knowledge. If you cant trust them with a simple service, you shouldnt trust them for any service.
I needed two new tires and a wheel! My tire popped from an accident, needed a replacement ASAP! I called and was able to get in the same day. There was a mix up with my lugs so I ended up having to come back the next day, no biggie. I came in the next day for my appt. they got me in and out within an hour. I got a great deal and am completely satisfied! MARSHALL Bruursema helped me through the whole process. He was very kind, patient, informative, and so helpful! Im so grateful to him and the guys that got it all done for me for an awesome deal! THANK YOU!!!
I was originally greeted by a cashier that didnt feel like coming to work that day. I stepped away to gather my thoughts only to be greeted by the next available cashier, his customer service is great! I spoke with Sylvester on the phone who was very quick and professional as well as courteous in getting me an appointment. Was told my tires would be delivered 2 days later so then he actually called saying they came in same day and was able to get me scheduled for the following day. Upon coming in, I was immediately informed that they were short staffed so it was taking longer (I appreciate being upfront about it right off the bat) which was fine with me. During my wait, I was informed that the previous tire center put the wrong tires on my car and essentially they were ruined. The tires I ordered werent able to go on my car but they offered me a tire that was a little more money but took off some of it for the hassle and long wait. They were very informative and even sent an estimate on other repairs I will need down the road. Very happy with my experience and will be returning for my rotations and other work needed. Thank you!
This is not my normal Belle Tire, so I do not have a relationship with this location.I had a tire emergency and searched for the closest location. There were 4 Belle Tires in a 4 mile range of where I was (we have one location in my home town).They took great care of me and my car as if I was back home.Thank you!
Top notch!!! Sylvester really was fantastic. I had to replace the wheels on my Navigator. He was so helpful in my search for the new wheels, and get them installed very quickly. I would highly recommend Belle Tire. I used the Wyoming, Mi store, and if you do, look for Sylvester. He will treat you well, and get you what you need.
I wrote a review about 2 weeks ago was happy with what they did and customer service. They didnt finish the job do to someone took parts out of the kit they were putting on my truck. And it was last kit they had. This was Saturday they would have parts on Monday and they would call me when in. Now its 2 weeks later I came in on Monday they didnt have anyone who could do the work needed certain person to do it. So came back on day they are working got here before doors open and Ive been sitting for an hour. They took in all the others who came in after me and worked on their cars. Telling me they were here first thats bull Ive been wait over 2 weeks for them to finish mine I think I was here first. Not happy with their follow thru.
Did some research and they were the cheapest out of the rest. My back left tire showed signs of dry rotting that progressed over the years. Finally decided to replaced all fours since I had different brands for each wheels. They also align my tires and steering wheel. A year later, my tires were due for rotation at 6,400 miles at no cost since I got the lifetime package. Great service and it took only 15 minutes at most.
I took my car in due to a slow leak in one of my tires and my car was shaking whenever I would reach a certain speed. The nice gentleman that assisted me was very pleasant and didnt try to sell me anything. He genuinely was there to help me. Come to find out after driving on a dirt road for a year and a half, mud builds up which was causing the imbalance. My car feels like brand new and only cost me $40!!!!
I used to go to discount tire for years. NEVER Again. Peter was especially competent and helpful. Certified techs did an awesome job. I like how they check alignment for free. I used to have to pay just to check it out. Cost for actual alignment is less than I have paid before at alignment shops. Customer for life.
I have always had great experiences at Belle Tire. Today I went to the Wyoming location for tires and over the last 2 days I have spoken to Duane and Pete. Both wonderful to work with and service was what I expected and more. With my experience, everyone has always been honest and any work I have had done has always been done right the first time. I have a handful of people I trust to work on my vehicles and Belle Tire has always been one of them. Thank you for everything!!
Best auto care experience Ive ever had. I usually stick to Honda dealer service centers but this place came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. Not only was the service cheaper than I expected, but the staff was some of the friendliest in the business and I was out of there in less time than I was quoted. If you are looking for a tire place - this is the place.
Horrible experience and will NEVER go back! They did not inflate the tires to the vehicles specifications (7+ pounds low on all tires & tire pressure light was still on) and the tire weight was almost falling off after driving 10 miles down the road. When we called Troy (assistant manager) about the tire weight he told us we had to high of expectations of a prompt repair and would have to wait a hour or so for the 5 minute repair. We called customer service they assured us they would get it in to be repaired that day-within the hour-so we went back to the store. When we arrived at the store we were told it would be 3-4 days for the repair. That was unacceptable to us after we were told by 1-888-Go-Belle customer service that they would call the store and have them get it in a quick as possible. No one in the store knew we had talked to customer service or that customer service had called the store. We started to get agitated and were forcefully told to leave the store! Upon leaving the store we called customer service for the second time and we were informed that he had called the store and talked to them but would call them again. Customer service asked us to stay in the parking lot and that they would call us back with a resolution. 10 min later Troy came out and told us if we left the vehicle there they would get to it in the next 3 hours. With a toddler and no ability to leave the store due to not having another vehicle there we declined this. I ask Troy to just give us back the 20 dollars for the mounting and balancing on that tire and we would go to are tire shop that knew how to properly inflate and balance tires. Its sad that a store thats main business is installing tires cant properly inflate and balance tires!
I have used this Belle many times for simple services and I am typically pleased with the experiance. The last time I went there I purchased 2 tires. When I went to pick up my vehicle they had an estamate for all the other repairs they could find at pretty high rates and with expensive parts. This didnt bother me much, except they did a better job looking for work then they did completing the task at hand. After I had paid and went out to the vehicle I saw that one tire is low on air pressure and they had broken the window crank off the door. I had to go back in and ask the salesman what had happened. He did apologize and offer to buy a replacement. I felt it was dishonest to try to get more repair work out of me but not to disclose the damage they had done. This should have been documented and disclosed at the point of sale. Very unprofessional and a disgrace to the trade.
Couldnt be happier with the service I received from Casey. He did an exceptional job taking care of me and my car. This is an honest tire shop who truly believes in taking care of their customers. The next time that my car needs tires, I know where to go and who to see ! Thank you again

This didnt happen super recently, but recent enough. I stopped by here one day to simply have my brakes inspected. As I was waiting, the man that helped me at the counter did in fact tell me that I needed new brakes, but what he also did was hand me a paper saying that their inspection found over $1000 worth of repairs on my car, and he was very quick to try and get me to sign up for a Belle Tire credit card. Suspension work, wheel assembly, ball joints and control arms, etc. I was very distraught but I was not convinced. So, I told them Id think about it. I then proceeded to go to not 1, not 2, but 3 different mechanics, all from different shops and different skill sets, and 1 of them told me they found not a thing wrong with my car(lies), while the other 2 said the same thing. I needed A tie rod. Thats it. Cost me roughly 40 dollars. This is only my personal experience, but I dont think Ill be returning.
I ran over something metallic while pulling into McDonalds not to far from Belle Tire and my tire pressure light came on. Worried, I was going to have a flat soon, I went to Belle Tire and explained what had happened. They took my keys and about 45 minutes later they gave me back my keys, told me I had a piece of metal lodged in my tire and they plugged it and fixed it for free. Now thats awesome service! When it comes time for new tires, I know where Ill be going. Thank you!
Brought my truck in for a brake line repair, was shocked by the estimate of $550. Took the truck to another shop locally and they did it same day for $288. Belle Tire did get my truck in right away which is why I gave three stars, but the expensive nature of a big corporation was a bit excessive.
Very VERY pleased!! Not only was alignment check FREE, Black Beauty passed with flying colors!! They gently convinced me to switch from a tire dealer that my parents favored; I did too, since 2000!!! Belle Tire also has mechanics on-site, unlike the other place!!! Cant get much better than that!! 😀💕
Amazing service! I stopped in for air in my tire and Luis noticed a nail embedded in my tire. Cooper at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and efficient. After a short 30 minute wait, Luis had patched my tire and I was on my way. Thumbs up for the staff at the Clyde Park location!!
Stopped by on Monday 10/29 looking for tires for my Mini, and they had to get them in for me, set up appointment for 1:30PM for the next day, 10/30 checked in at 1:29PM and they took me in right then, when across street to have a coffee at Panera and walked back in an hour, WOW my car was ready on time and done just perfect.Thanks Belle Tire, I plan on using you foreverGreat Job
Made an appointment online for 5pm only to find out they close at 5. They called and graciously asked me to come in early which I did. Great service, clean waiting area and garage. I thought I was going to have to scan a receipt in order to get a rebate but by the time I got home, a PDF receipt had already been emailed to me for my convenience. Nice!
After stalling out had car towed to the shop. They could not fix the problem but still charged $750 and then estimated 2 to 3 grand to possibly fix an unknown problem. They also cleared out all the codes that could have saved the dealership hours of trying to figure out the problem. Will never go there again.
Dont get fooled if they price Match they void their warrantee. I brought brand new cooper tires for my son, who lives 1.5 hours away. The local dealer $10 cheaper per tire. Since Ive been a customer since they opened I try to be loyal. While picking up car I was told that if they price match they would not warrantee the work. I was very disappointed and gave them every opportunity to solve the issue, after all it was only $40 less then their original price. I asked why wasnt I told this when I made appointment or when I dropped off car, no explanation. Told them I would not come back and I checked around, other Bell tires said they dont have this policy.
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!Came in close to closing time looking for just a quick estimate on my tire and why it keeps going low. Everyone I met with, which was several gentlemen, they were all very kind, informative and helpful! They found a screw in my tire, fixed it, and I was on my way! I will return for tires.
Ww bought two new tires. My fiancee talked to the guy said to get decent tires. We were on a budget. Get home $250 spent. $50 in extra warranties that i guess they never spoke about. All my tire sensors dont work. Will have to go back and wait to have them figure it out. Not excited to go back and sit with a baby.
LAZY! Stopped in Saturday at 10min till 5pm and doors were locked! Hoping to pick out some tires for the wifes truck and get prices for tires on my work trucks for the winter. I understand they close at 5pm, that means 5pm not 4:50pm! I had a good experience with them about 6months ago and thought I found a good business that went the extra mile. Well I was wrong just another business falling victim to the sad new American way! Back to the good ol mom and pop shops!
Staff was excellent, price was great, and very willing to work with all requests I had. Explained all services that were being completed and recommended future service plan. Would highly recommend going here, especially during sales events like buy 3 tires get one free. Duane was my service person and was great!
Absolute horrible experience. I brought my car there for an oil change. They did it then when I went back for another one, they informed me their guys messed up my oil pan. They said we will take care of it and get you a rental car on us, you just have to schedule a day. So I try and try to schedule a day, every day that works for me, didnt work for them. So we finally get a day, I get my car in and when I get it back, my car is making a noise when it did not before. I go back to tell them. They do nothing. I just brought my car back, THE BOSS HAS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK. IM SORRY YOU GUYS MESSED UP MY CAR AND ARE TOO LAZY NOW TO FIX IT. MY DAD IS A MECHANIC AND COULD FIX IT FOR ME BUT IT IS YOUR MISTAKE.If youre going to be a mechanic and run a business, you need to learn youre gonna make mistakes and you have to suck up your pride and fix it. Cars are expensive.ALL in all, bad bad experience. I would be a bit more understanding if there was some good customer service but its been nothing but crap.
They had to rebalance my new tires that the Lansing shop put on. They still vibrated but not as bad, if my work schedule allowed me to get back during normal business hours to have the correct it, I would have. They were 1 to 2 weeks out to swap summer to winter tires so I went up the street for same day service.
Never had an issue with any repair or estimate from this Belle Tire. Great service work, customer service is top notch as well. Occasionally I pass on some of the repairs and do them myself or with a handy friend; they don’t bat an eye and just thank me for coming in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tires, oil changes, brakes, shocks; really most any repairs. To top it off this location has Panera, Meijer & Chili’s in the same parking lot. Target and Menard’s are across the street, Spectrum Bowling and Craig’s Cruisers are 300yds away too.
I brought them a wheel and asked them to put an R235 tire on it. The person at the store asked me twice while I was there that I needed a 235 so I thought it was pretty clear. They called me later that day (10 minutes until they closed) when it was done and I again asked if they put a 235 on and they said yes. Picked the tire up and they put a 225 on and was closed Sunday so I had to wait until Monday to have them put the right tire on my wheel and didnt have a car all weekend. Pretty inconvenient.
Had a customer come in and order a set of rims because belle tire does not carry them. We do not mount our own tires so instead, he went to Belle Tire to have them mounted and they scuffed 3 out of the 4 $500 SOTA rims. Now they refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Ruining multiple of our customers rims. Will never be a customer or suggest anyone to come here.
Needed new set of tires. Troy Petersen helped me find the perfect match for my car an installed them without me having to be there. Dropped the car and came back afterwork and all was complete and ready to go! Nice job and great price! Thanks Troy and tream Belle tire!
The only reason they got one is because it wouldnt let me do 0 we to have work done on my car and called them yesterday and said bring it in today for work done. When we got here today they said sorry cant take or even look at it until Thursday or Friday next week...
My husband went to the Clyde Park location with an appointment to get his tires rotated. Well his appointment was at 6:30pm today so how can he get this done when they close at 6:00. Going to another place. Either the person was joking or didn’t know store hours. A waste of time.
I have only been to Belle Tire a few times and every time I have experienced rude and cocky attitudes. This time I had to go to the Wyoming location for a vehicle inspection as it was where I was directed to be a Lyft driver. Again the sales associate Joshua was a cocky, rude jerk. I will definitely not be back to a Belle Tire.
Will not take responsibility for their own mistakes, have a business that focuses on performance however a customer wanted a brand of wheel I can get and belle doesnt carry them, my customer took it to belle to have them mounted since it was close to his work. They scuffed all 4 (originally thought 3 of the 4 but we found a scuff on the last one) at $500 each my customer was pissed. Belle opened 3 of the 4 boxes. My customer opened one to look at them prior. Belle declined they had done it to get out of it. Now I have to deal with it for an issue I did not cause. I have looked at them when the customer could drive to me. It appears the scuffs are from carelessness, on either the mounting, balancing machine or the air gun zipping off the nut while putting them on. All the scuffs are around the lugs and bore of the wheel.
Visited this location recently because my car was stalling. They claimed the reason was because of my catalytic converter. I got a second opinion from a shop in Hudsonville and Im glad I did because the stalling was caused by a faulty MAP sensor. While my converter was bad it was not causing me to stall like they claimed.
Horrible customer service, they act like they are doing you a favor or like the service is free. The dude I dealt with was outright condescending, I am asking him questions and hes giving me 2 word answers and asking for my keys. They dont try to earn your business, they are very rude!
Stopped in at 5:30pm today (Thursday) to get an uber inspection and was told they would get it right in. A guy came up to me at 7:39pm and told me they couldnt get it done even though they close at 8:00pm. I stopped by yesterday at 5:30 and was told to bring in the next day since they close at 6:00pm on Wednesday. What a waste of time! Wished they wouldnt have told me they would take it right in.
Break parts on my car while trying to fix my car and tell me its my fault and refuse to fix it without me paying them for what they broke. Then have Troy tell me its save to drive even know we broke it so either pay us or come get your car. Will never do business here again.
Horrible experience with multiple bell tires but this one is the worst i paid for a alignment warranty so i could replace parts as i go n get it re aligned but every time i take the truck in there is a excuse y they cant do the alignment at one point i replaced every part for the front suspension and they tried to tell me i still had loose parts even tho i just had the parts brand new installed had a second opinion on the loose parts and was told everything is brand new n tight they should have warrantied the alignment they left my hood open once and it flew open on my way home they told me i was lying everything is a hassle at this place there alignment techs need more training

2022-03-30I needed a pair of new tires (they were honest that I didnt need all four), an alignment and a new alternator. Was able to have the car towed and dropped off, then pick it up next day. I was kept apprised of progress promptly. Im handicapped, so the service representative drove the car up into handicapped parking to save me some walking. Time will tell about quality of parts and labor, but if customer service is any indication I believe Ill return next time I need service.

2022-03-02Employees here have a bit of an attitude problem. Avery is horrible at customer service. This young man should find another career. Where he does not have to interact with the public. His ability to resolve a concern is below subpar. Even when his co-workers have made a mistake he will not take ownership of the issue and puts the work and blame on the customer. This interaction will have me seek tire service at another business moving forward.Update. I received a call from a customer service representative. He took my complaint and seemed genuinely willing to help. After providing all my information he reassured me a call back that day with a resolve.... still nothing. I will follow up after 72hrs and update this review.

2022-03-31I’ve always brought all my Jeeps to this location. Today I went in thinking I needed new breaks, they checked them for free (and same day!…because I procrastinated) and were very honest that I didn’t actually need breaks just yet. I’ve worked in customer service for 15+ years and my experience was great and has been great every time. I’ll be back again!

2022-04-09We have been a Belle Tire customer for more than a decade, dealing with two stores in Grand Rapids, Plainfield and Clyde Park. The Plainfield manager, Kevin, was first to welcome and serve us at Plainfield, and did so with friendliness, courtesy, timeliness and excellent pricing and service. When we moved south we switched to the Clyde Park store. New faces, a new welcome, and continued great, timely service. We have only one vehicle, so quick turnaround is important to us. The staff at Clyde Park has always been sensitive to that need. In this latest service call, a slow leak in the front right tire, staff member Sylvester listened carefully as I explained the problem and told him about a planned 4,000 mile trip. My wife and I had a breakfast at Panera Bread across the street and Sylvester called us just as we were finishing our meal. Our car was ready - and he fully explained the problem and the fix. YES, we highly recommend Belle Tire to anyone.

2022-04-11My husband got a front end alignment and asked them to peak at a tire as well told him it was not fixable and it was shot. Took it to another place and they said it was fixable that it wasnt in the side wall as we were told. A list of other things wrong as well and my mechanic sId all was sound

2022-05-14My dad came in because he needed to have an inspection for ride share. The worker just copied and pasted previous vehicle even through he has a different vehicle. Worker was disrespectful and didn’t even apologize for being lazy and not doing their job. Won’t be recommending Belle Tire to anyone because clearly they don’t care about customers.

2018-09-23Great place. Sales staff are knowledgeable on many different questions and very friendly people. Originally chose this location due to the store being close to work. Always fast and professional service. When I have questions I not only get an answer to the question but they explain why with great detail. They will even store your seasonal tires for you. When finished my truck is always clean. The store as well is always neatly organized and clean. Bought rims & winter tires. Thanks guys!
