Rosa gave me a call about 1 year ago and continued giving me greeting calls to invite me to their office, but I never had time to go on weekdays. One time I wanted to get another vehicle and thought of her perseverance and friendliness. I decided to call her for quotes. She was very patient, careful and quick, never rush me. On 12/26/2023, I finally had time to visit her. It proved that she earned my trust. Her coworkers were also very nice to give my son a Christmas gift. During that time, I also met the owner, Ben, and had a bit conversation. From him, I see why his team earns my satisfaction because he is also a very nice guy. I would highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone who needs StateFarm insurance.

I usually work directly with Caroline, and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She is super friendly, easy to work with, and is always looking out for my best interest. Whenever I need a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for a venue that I am operating my business at, she gets it done and gets it over to me usually within 24 to 48 hours. Ive worked with other insurance agents, and I can tell that sometimes they dont like getting these COI Requests from me, and dont enjoy furnishing these COIs. Sometimes I have to bug them and remind them to help me furnish the COI, which can sometimes take days or even a week. But with Caroline, shes so easy to work with--she takes care of it happily for me, with a smile--she gets it done!When I work with Ben, Caroline, and his team--its as like I am working with my friends. They are people that I trust and know have my best interest at heart, and are there for me. You can bet that I will be working with them for a long, long time. Thank you guys--appreciate all of you!

Comment: This is going to be a slightly longer review, but will be well worth it. Our family have been long time statefarm insurance users. We were with our first agent for better part of a decade and when he retired we were auto transferred to our second agent without any notice of such transfers. We were slightly concerned with what was happening to our accounts and needless to say it wasnt as seamless of a transition as the automated systems messed up a lot of our policies and such. None of this was our second agents fault as it was an issue with corporate trying to cut corners and automate the process. Everything soon was ok. Unfortunately our second agent passed away and this is where Ben Tran comes in. He and his team contacted immediately informing me of what happened and was on top of the transfer immediately. My younger brother who is also on my policy had a minor insurance claim that he had notified statefarm about and before I even knew what had happened, Ben reached out immediately asking if we needed assistance with anything. Incredibly professional team and I highly recommend them if you are within the statefarm family.

I reached out to the company for an auto insurance quote and Judy was kind enough to take the time to educate me on all my options from auto, renters, and life insurance polices.. Throughout the call Judy and Bethany ensured me that they would rather teach me about the coverages than sell me something I might not need. The conversation felt as if I was being treated as a friend rather than another customer and I truly appreciate their compassion. Its obvious they value education and connections rather than trying to make a sale, and that was very reassuring. I purchased a life insurance policy and Bethany has kept me up to date throughout the entire process! Bens agency is top tier and I highly recommend to everyone!

Comment: I stopped by Bens office today to discuss some life insurance options based on my current situation. Ben took the time to explain the differences between termed, universal, and whole life. In addition, he went through different coverage options and potential monthly/annual premiums with me.I truly appreciate Ben for his time and patience in thoroughly explaining the various products and options with me. In the end, I cancelled my coverage with Liberty Mutual and went with Ben at State Farm. Bens honesty and integrity is something you do not see often from insurance agents.
