Best Buy in other cities:
Good products but over priced. Found the laptop I wanted on their website for 309.99 found the same laptop on Amazon for 260.00. the sales associates were very nice. Not a fan of some of the geek squad members. Very uppity. Great selection and if they dont have what you are looking for they will find it for you at another store. Deals are hit or miss. Some sales arent really sales at all. I would suggest price checking and seeing if they will match. I doubt I buy anything from them.on account I can find it cheaper elsewhere almost every time. I believe when you buy their products you also pay for their name. Not a bad store by any means but would not recommend of you are on a budget.
Marc the Assistant Manager was wonderful today! I had bought a used TV listed in Excellent Condition and it turned out it didn’t have a power cord. I went back to the store in a poor mood looking for a new tv and to return the used one, and Marc went above and beyond to find another cord and make sure it worked. I left all smiles! Thank you, Marc!
My husband and I recently purchased a computer and printer from Best Buy in Benton Harbor. Customer service was outstanding. Josh was our salesman. He listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the computers available. Best Buy was able to transfer information from our old computer to the new one and we picked it up four days later. After we set it up at home we needed tech help so scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad. The next day Robert from the Geek Squad came on time and was so helpful in giving us the information we needed. Best Buy is very fortunate to have him as an employee. I highly recommend Best Buy in Benton Harbor.
Theres a check in table at the front to steer the customer in the right direction and answer questions. If you want a sales rep they will send one to you. Pierre spent a lot of time with us answering questions on refrigerators. I told him I was going through the paces to check on other deals and I asked him why I should but from them. He said the company name is BEST BUY. 😆 I had to laugh but after I spent most of my afternoon checking the other bug box stores, blue and orange, I went back and got an even better deal. It was delivered by the geek squad very professionally and as promised. Then Pierre sold us new phones which we needed but werent there to do. Great job BEST BUY.
It was okay. Got there when they first opened up. Was looking for a tablet for sketching but guy in that department didnt seem too interested in helping me figure out differences. Wasnt in the store for much longer because I figured I could get the same amount of help online but probably a wider selection. Went home and ordered what I needed from Amazon.
Was greeted at the door asking what I needed. I told the person and they took my name and said to go wait the the Department and someone would be with me. After 30 minutes, I was browsing so it wasnt a horrible wait, no one came to ask what I wanted or needed. They were not busy. Attendants were wandering. So sad. This will make me think before going back for help!
They do not have enough personnel sometimes I have gone in there it looks like theres only two people running the whole store. I was in there today I got waited on immediately and the guy did a really good job. I just wish I didnt have to wait till 10 to get in the store.
I normally dont like giving bad reviews, but if this store could get a 0-star, it would... :)I purchased a laptop for my wife in 2014. Best Buy, Benton Harbor, MI had a deal (I dont remember the details, but for a Dell Inspiron 3135 for ~$350 with a free upgrade of RAM 4GB->8GB, it seemed to be good.). The machine was sold to us as new, and performed quite well for the 3 years we have owned it thus far. When we decided that the spinning platter hard drive was too slow to run well, we purchased an SSD drive to replace it with. Then, 3 years after purchase, with the machine having never been internally opened, and the warranty long gone, I performed the upgrade. I unscrewed the screws to the back cover (something that voids warranties if you do), and noticed immediately that 2 screws were not in their proper place. They were lodged between the motherboard and the Li-Po battery pack, when they should have been holding down the right side bracket holding the hard drive to the laptop. Either the threads were completely stripped, or the screws used were too small. Not so great, but not the end of the world. I upgraded the drive, and then commenced to replace the back cover when I noticed something VERY WRONG.Examining the Ethernet controller integrated circuit, I noticed about 1/8th of the ICs cover had been ripped off. The laptop had never had any form of exterior damage, or drops from high surfaces, nor had it ever been opened since it was upgraded by Best Buys team at Benton Harbor, MI.I initially contacted Dell, and filed a complaint against them with the BBB. But, Dell worked with me (I like Dell), and we were able to fairly well determine that Best Buy of Benton Harbor, MI damaged the laptop in their upgrade (probably not intentional, they just did).Im an IT professional of 20 years. I have been a network administrator at two large organizations, developed fundamental software language support for a Southeast Asian language, and even at the age of 13 was working in hex editors. Im familiar with computers, big and small. Ive been responsible for hundreds and hundreds of machines (~350 at one job alone). Ive seen many things... But, I have never seen this. This speaks of poor quality control processes (think buddy check), poor understanding of hardware physical interfacing (think proper screw driver use), poor training (friends dont let friends work drunk), and sloppiness (unless you think a window into your circuits guts is somehow a feature).Thats pretty bad, but when I called Best Buys Benton Harbor staff - the lady there wasnt quite understanding the issue here...If you open a new laptop you buy - you void the warranty. If you wait until after the warranty to do upgrades, thats when you get to see the internals. If you see a problem that the manufacturer or after-market technician created inside the machine, you either void your warranty, or your warranty has already expired. So... Best Buy really should be resolving this with some form of reconciliation (replacement Ethernet controller board from Dell, a free item, or a partial refund). Thats good business, and is trustworthy. Sadly, Best Buy Benton Harbor isnt willing to help. So, I encourage you: Dont buy upgraded items there, dont use their repair services, and generally stay away from Best Buy Benton Harbor. Or else your machine might come to you pre-gutted!
Probably the worst experiences I have had with the geek squad here. They are supposed to be authorized apple repair facilities. I took my iPhone to them to replace the battery because it was bulging. I was told that they cannot replace the battery and I should take it to an Apple store. I’m not sure why other retailers recommend them.I would not waste your time going here. Other locations may be different but this one is the worst of the lot
Our best buy is much what you would come to expect from any other of the chains. decent amount of variety to choose from in-store when you want something right now and not waiting to get it online. Their order online and pick up and store service seems to be very well done. Ive used that multiple times and not had an issue. Very thorough about checking identification to make sure you are the only one picking up what you ordered. The store is clean and seems to be staffed appropriately.
Did not take long to help me. Liked stylo 6, and thought it was better than my stylo 5. Lady clerk said no. I thought it had better sound. Again no. I left listening to review. That Phone had 2 speakers, and would have sounded like surround sound. Guess you missed a sale.
Ordered an iPad through Best Buy through Best Buy customer line. During the night I received an email from UPS and Best Buy that my order was being returned and a refund is being processed without reason. Since Best Buy refused to contact me about this, I called and made several complaints about this to finally get an answer. Best incorrectly did the shipping label so it was returned back to them. Best Buy refused to correct the problem so instead they just issue a refund without any reason. It took them several days for them to reach out to me about this issue and will not work with me on correcting the problem by just putting it back on the shelf. The manager stated she thinks it’s still here if I want to come in and get it. I advised them I went to a reliable store and already received my iPad. The customer service is very poor and they obviously do not care about online customer orders. This was the Best Buy in Lansing, MI.
Awful customer service experience!!!2 managers asked us to call customer service about a restocking fee of $45 and when we called, over the phone they said that problem is solved only in the store, by the manager...no professionalism and lack of training at this store. We bought a phone that wasnt working properly and they wrote in the note for the returning reason changed mind, and when we questioned the restocking fee they just handed the phone over to us saying take it back then and dismissed us. And this is how Best Buy is losing another old customer...
Brought computer laptop in to be repaired... told me had to send to another state..3 to 5 weeks....80$ then most likely 200 or more i should think about a new computer since they only last 4 to 5 years and this one was 4 years old. Took home... opened back... ordered 2 new parts for 35$ was fixed in 3 days
Staff were incredibly helpful as soon as I walked in. They instantly asked me if I needed help finding what I was looking for. Then they brang me to it and showed me all the options (well i told them my budget for it as well.) They got me the item in and out fast. This is the nicest best buy in Michigan in my opinion
Typical high pressure Best buy sales tactics. Geek squad people were helpful in setting up a open box watch/samsungfit. Customer service girl was snide and not that helpful. One of the roaming sales people was walking near me and I heard her other coworkers talking snidely about people asking for help and going to too many sales people for that. I did talk to the store manager who was helpful but distant. I dont think Ill be back to the Benton harbor Best buy ever. Even if I have to drive 50 miles to Mishawaka. Its not too hard to figure out why Best buy is suffering as a company in general.seems to me they would just be better off closing the doors and doing everything online. At least they would eliminate the labor cost with the snippy sales people. I gave the store three stars because they were a little bit helpful but all in all it was a bad experience.
This is one of the better Best Buy stores Ive been to. I dont know if its because the town is small or if its just that they have good employees, but anytime I go there there is always someone available to help. Ive been to other stores and have had to wait for a good length of time for someone to be able to help. All the employees at this store that I have encountered are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.
I placed an order for a new phone through Verizon online at best buy. When I paid everything went as it should and there seemed to be no problems with my order. I was supposed to go pick it up same day. I never got the email to go pick it up, so after waiting for 6 hours I went to the store to see if they had my order. They said that for some reason my order processed as a deliever to home and they said that it would be to my house that night by 7pm. It never came so I called at 8pm and after waiting 1.5 hours on hold someone finally answered and said it would be the next day. Still the order never came. Finally three days after I placed my order I got an email telling me to go pick it up. I went and got the phone then spent 2 days on the phone with people trying to get the phone activated because I already paid for a plan and it was supposed to be pre activated. Finally after 2 days they magically said that the order account through Verizon was invalid and that the sim card in the phone was deactivated and couldnt be activated. So I had to return the phone and redo the order. Wouldnt recommend ordering phones online through them.
Second time Ive been there waited over a half an hour to get waited on. Only to find out they were out of the product I wanted or needed. Asked about ordering was told 3-5 days. Went home ordered it from Amazon. Got it next afternoon. Then merchants why brick and mortar stores have no customers.
Best Buy has gotten good again! Used to shop best buy a lot, then for years the store just wasnt worth going to anymore. I was pleasantly surprised by our shopping visit. Nice variety, very neat and helpful friendly staff. (No employees wearing earbud like a lot of places now either) 👍
I will never buy anything from the Benton harbor Best Buy again as long as it’s manage by a rude man named HANS .... I went to pick up my order and they not find it. Instead of him being kind and sympathetic about it... he was so rude and told me Dont come back until I get an email cause it won’t be there or I can get a refund. I was so shock for store that’s already low on business their customer service IS VERY POOR & I give customer service for a living. Do better Best Buy corporate hiring employees.
We just purchased a laptop from your store in Benton Harbor. Because it wasnt available at the store it had to be shipped to us. We recently moved to Benton Harbor and my husband confirmed our new address to your associate and he confirmed it on the screen. The associate confirmed that the laptop would be here in 24 hours. We received a text from the new owners of our former house in Naperville that the laptop had arrived there. My husband went to the store and spoke to a manager who told him she was too sick to speak to him and offered him $50 for his troubles. Now he has to drive 2 hours to and from our old home to pick up the laptop and is missing a day of work. He tried to drive tonight but the storm turned him around.I dont think $50 is an acceptable amount. During the entire interaction my husband was on hold with your corporate number and the employees at the store laughed at said yeah...they will never answer. I think this is terrible customer service. I also think you have a manager working, sick, during covid.
My husband and I went to Best Buy to see if we could find games for our grandsons for Christmas and to get jacks for our stereo. We also ended up getting some other electronics. We found everything we were looking for except one of the games, which we got at Best Buy on line, with free shipping! Itll be here tomorrow! I just bought it tonight!!! I love it!
This particular location is one of the worst Best Buys I have ever been in across this country. I travel frequently and have visited many stores but this one looked like they threw in some shelving with leftovers from other stores. There were a lot of missing displays, product in complete disarray, it was dirty and the employees seemed as if they could care less to help anyone out.
Great place to get all your electronic needs. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Also their Geek Squad are able to fix the majority of issues you may have. I always shop at best buy for any electronic, and if I find it cheaper elsewhere they are always willing to price match.
Was in the area for a wedding that my wife was standing in and had an entire morning and afternoon to myself. Decided to waltz into this store with my wifes cousin and her boyfriend (who spontaneously just buys a laptop while we were there). Nothing necessarily attention-grabbing, but a nice and clean store nonetheless.
I went to the store with a purpose: to buy a computer monitor and speakers. I went straight to the computer department and began perusing monitors in plain view of the sales agent for the area. For nearly 10 minutes this agent didn’t even so much as acknowledge my presence. This was on a clear trajectory for a 1-star review, except there was Brianna. She saw me from a distance and determined I might need assistance. She closed the distance from the other side of the store and extended her hand, introduced herself and asked if there was anything she could help with. I told her about my experience and what I was looking for. She apologized and wasted no time researching the products I was looking for and getting me to a check-out counter posthaste. Friendly, attentive. In the age where online sales are fast and easy, often something as simple as an outstretched hand can bridge the gap between an in-store sale and an online loss. Brianna not only saved the sale but she salvaged a lifelong customer from the clutches of a sure fail. 5-Star service that made the difference.
Use caution. They sell appliances that don’t work. Not even 2 days old and a 500 dollar microwave already doesn’t work. Best Buy customer service is absolutely horrific. Thankfully Samsung customer service is decent and they will send a technician out. I wouldn’t buy anything from Best Buy ever again.
Kinda hit and miss here. The last three times Ive went Ive had some sort of issue. Most recently I was straight up ignored for a half hour while waiting for help at the cellular service desk. The time before that I purchased a laptop and wanted RAM to upgrade it (it has an extra slot) and I was sold the completely wrong type of RAM (PC instead of laptop, but that was partially my bad as I didnt bother to check I just took the sales guy at his word that it was compatible). The third time I came in I was with my kids and was literally bum rushed with associates asking if I needed anything. I mean I know a good retailer needs to greet their customers but 25+ times in 10-20mins is just excessive and in this instance aggravating as I was trying to shop and keep an eye on my children. All that being said, I have had several positive interactions with various sales reps at the store and they never give me any grief about taking the time to really check out various displays to ensure Im getting what I want.
Its like any other best buy. Service here is good - I bought a new phone a few days ago and was helped within 2 minutes of looking. Checkout is fast and easy. Good staff, clean store, easy parking. FYI during the winter, return policies are extended until january 15.. kind of awesome. You also dont need a receipt to return, just a phone number.
What has happened to Best Buy stores? They used to be the best place for all electronics. They just isnt the case for car stereos anymore. This store has more selection than two other stores that Ive been to but I still couldnt listen to anything because their displays dont work. This is a great way for the stores to go the way of other box stores and head toward greater sales losses.
Marc (I believe asst store manager) in Benton Harbor was especially helpful when picking out a new sound bar. We love our new Bose! He spent time with us explaining the difference and helped us pick something out based on our needs. He wasnt pushy like some sales people. Also, as we shopped, people were happy to stop and ask if we needed help. Always with a smile. A definite improvement from past visits.
This is my go to for most things electronic and video games. Great service as always in this location and with the Gamers Club I habe I get 20% off of all new video games which I constantly take advantage of. Also the reward points program gets me hundreds of dollars of products free every year as well. The return policy is also great and not a hassle, and they also sell convenient service plans to protect your purchases so that if there is a problem they give you a new one versus trying to mess with the manufacturer, which is never fun.
When you call this Store, Mishawaka answers and they dont tell you that its The Hub store in Mishawaka, so then, when they tell you that theres something in stock and you drive an hour to Benton Harbor and its not there. And then when you ask customer service how to give feedback so that nobody else has to waste a two-hour Drive, they just say its not here. Best Buy definitely needs to invest in some customer service compassion training. Im sorry for the inconvenience...our system sucks and we will try to do something about it ...we love your feedback. But no, both of the ladies just thought it was no big deal that their mistake caused me such a hassle.
Bad corporate policy ruined an otherwise fantastic experience purchasing a new big screen. Friendly, curteous, and helpful staff were handcuffed from helping us load our new TV. Because our TV had to go on an angle into our SUV, they are forbidden from helping you. They claim excessive returns from TVs breaking in transport. Unless you have a vehicle big enough for a big screen television to stand upright, you must load yourself and risk voiding your warranty on the screen. The other option is to wait for the availability to have your TV delivered; this was a week in our case. I was only home for few days to help my wife install the TV and avoid the charge. If corporate policy demanded better packaging from the TV makers, this would not happen. Rather, they place the burden and risk of voiding the warranty on the customer. Pity
Used to love this store. I have all my tvs and electronics purchased thru this store and under warranty with the geek squad. I recently purchased 6in kicked speakers for my vehicle and then my vehicle was sabotaged by Lavalley Chevrolet and so I tried to return the speakers. They have only a 14 day return period(shortest ive ever heard of was 30) and I was 1 day passed the date with the receipt and the product unopened. They wouldnt return it but two weeks later started an extended return period for the holidays. I will not be shopping here again
Best buy take advantage of people with mental problems. my grandson is at a 7yr old learning level dont know how to pay bills. He works 4 hrs a week, with a job coach!!! What the h___ do he need with a credit card? Thats worst than preying on high school kids, mentally 7 yrs old!!!!!!
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Drove to a Best Buy to purchase a dryer. Our current one broke. Was told the Benton harbor store had one. I called and got a customer service representative who was very short with me. Took her 40 mins to confirm. Told me I was out of luck if someone purchased before I got there. Drove another hour. I was told it was sold. Called and spoke to representative and she said oh I meant it’s in another state. Told me well we saved it for you. Driving 2 hours back home. Thanks Best Buy Benton harbor.
I recently visited this location and experienced very poor guest service. An employee named Tim claiming to be the general manager was very rude. I had come in looking to make some purchases and Tim interrupted the staff member assisting me. He was short and rude and didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. I ended up purchasing what I was looking for on Amazon.
Lack of selection in many areas compared to other best buy stores I have been to. Used to be a good store to go to when it first opened up but seems they are going the way Wal-Mart did across the street. Its more of a cellphone service store now. If you can find an employee to help, its luck of the draw if you get someone who actually wants to help. I will stick with Amazon unless its something I absolutely cannot wait 2 days for.
Did a buy online pick up in store for a dehumidifier. When I arrived I could see the dehumidifier behind the pick up counter and I was the only person in the service line. It took 5 minutes for one of the 2 employees to recognize I was standing there and help. The individual who ended up helping was unable to lift the dehumidifier. I went to grab a flatbed cart from the entry way(10 feet from the counter. I went to push it back to the dehumidifier and the employee stated I could not go back there. I then pushed the cart closer to the dehumidifier without going behind the counter and waited again for someone who could lift it to come load it on the cart. It would have been faster for me to go through the normal checkout process. I would not recommend using this service through this store.
I usually dont have any problems...until today. I went to the Geek squad to have my iPad reset. Brandon was the employee there, I was the first one in line, there were 2 other people who had came in behind me, then he stopped helping me, an asked the girl if ahe had an appointment 🤔she said no i dont, so he proceed to make her one( ignoring me). Then he asked the gentleman behind her if he could help him, an he said do you have an appointment an the gentleman said yes. An went to the back to retrieve the mans computer which wasnt in yet ( that man left upset also) Then he finally came back to me an said ok like I was saying it will cost $40 dollars to rest it..when he FINALLY came back he said my ipad was to old to reset it there. Brandon was very disrespectful and needs to be trained more.
The staff here are well informed about everything and if the person you are asking doesnt know what it is they always have someone on hand that knows how to help you. I ordered a new Graphics card here a it was there in two days and there know right were it was and did not haft to wate in line.
Very rude and disrespectful the entire time. I am a college student(freshman) looking for a laptop. I decided that the best place to look would be Best Buy because of the papers they send out in the weekly newspaper ads. I planned on purchasing a laptop but wasnt quite sure about all of the specs and details. My grandfather was helping me pick one out and he also didnt know much about laptops. We go into the store and a salesperson named Ronnie begins to help us. The entire conversation consists of him interrupting us when we have questions, becoming very irritated when we asked about details, and him getting offended when we asked about specific features that we didnt feel were necessary telling us there is no such thing as a laptop like that which isnt true because I owned one last year that I returned to the school for future students use. When it was time to check out our purchases, he proceeded to tell us a price and didnt tell us there was an extra fee that would take place because of out of state tax. Another employee came over to explain the fee and when I asked a question she became very defensive about the situation. At the end of all of this, my grandfather got my laptop, and I left. Only to find out that the lady that helped with the fee made a rude comment about me to my grandfather... you must have patience of steel to deal with her. Im sorry that I am a concerned student that wants to get her moneys worth and know where its going. Is that a problem Best Buy?? Because if so, then the name of your business is misleading.
Its Best Buy, your standard big box store. But, everytime I go in there, they are friendly and courteous. I had a problem with a purchase where my product did not work the way it was supposed to and they took it back and ordered another one. So, kuddos to them for that. Unfortunately, I have to wait longer than Id like to pick it up from the store, but beggers cant be choosers. Regardless, they got my business in a world where normally Id just order on Amazon. Sometimes its nice to see the product before you buy it.
I wish I could rate it less than 1. This was the 6th time in a row that I went in that store and left empty handed. The other times I went they didnt have what I went in to buy, but this time they want me to spend $40 on a hdmi cord that was $8 on Amazon. You want my advice? Buy off Amazon, itll save you a lot more money. Im never coming here again
Very poor customer service during my last visit. Associates standing around talking to each other as Im standing at service desk waiting to be helped. As Im walking out on lady said have a nice day, I ignored her cause I was pissed and she got snotty as she kept saying have a nice day.
They will not answer the phone. You have to come up to the store to get answers. Over 25-50 employees and not 1 can answer the phone. If they do answer theyre just gonna switch to the department that you want and they wont answer the phone. For a business as big as Bestbuy I think thats not good at all.
First of all I love Best Buys all of them is good anything you want anything you need you can find in this place and all the workers employees in this facility man so nice so gentle with customers every 2 5 minutes someones going to approach you and ask you if you need help hes there for you isnt that nice man I love that kind of service man and I want to be one of the best customer of Best Buy
Store 376 has just became the biggest disappointment, and waste of time when it comes down to their vehicle installations in store. Bought a remote start on black friday and after 2 weeks noticed I was charged an install fee when no install was requested...nor did the cashier mention a word regarding setting up an appointment. Called into the store to investigate and the supervisor (Justin) explained they should have mentioned this as its part of the purchase. Ok, he sets us up with an appointment for the next week. Came in on the date of service (Dec4?) and the tech informed me that Justin double booked him for that time. Fine, note time lost at work. Next we set an appointment for the following week. Fastforwad, as I arrive at the store to get the starter installed im informed that the tech had an unseen family emergency and wasnt going to be in the next couple of days....So why wasnt I contacted!? I gave my condolences and I fully understand the situation but where was the follow up on customer service? This is the second time Ive lost time at work. Im frustrated and not wanting to lose any more time I decide to return my purchase entirely, but the GM steps in (Tim) and says hell get me in at 4 p.m. on 12/19/2017 even though its a three hour job theyll take care of me...wonderful!? Sadly again no, here I am today, walked into the store reported to the tech and he states there is no way he can install that today, Its a three hour job which wont be done until 7 p.m. and Im out at 6p.m. Fine, I said, Im done with this none sense. I returned everything and now I warn everybody not to buy any remote starters or have any installations done at Best Buy 376. Buy them on Amazon so 1) Youre not getting charged a mandatory install fee they dont tell you about and2) You have the freedom of choice over your mechanic/store that can actually balance a schedule and communicate with their customers.
Went to BB to buy a new color laser printer for the office. Asked the salesman to set me up with a good quality color laser all in one. Bought it, and after getting back to the office with it, discovered it was a inkjet printer....Ughh! Took it back, girl at return counter was rude & unapologetic....
Just spent 3.5 hrs. there to replace my daughters phone....still no phone and have to go back again...hows that for service.SAUL,the manager was very rude and wrong about the replacement policy when I had all the information from the geek squad and conf.# to replace limited edition phone...now Im on the phone with them, they wont give me the verizon contact # and Kate in the Michawaka Store just hung-up on me.....thanks for using best buy...we will see about that in the future..CHRISTMAS right around the corner....on a good note, a young man there in Benton Harbor (JOE) is trying his best to help me...thanks Joe..see you tomarrow.....K.P.
Its an ok store. Kind of lacking in the technology department, considering this IS a store focused around technology and electronics. Watch out for dodgy sales associates; I was looking for a Wifi adapter and one guy started asking me overly-complicated questions that arent even that important and tried to persuade me into buying something thats much more expensive.
Special odered a refrigerator for a under construction house that I was redoing and couldnt live in for the summer and when i did get in the house my refrigerator didnt cool called best buy and they told me they cant do anything because my 17 days are way over due 17 days really i didnt have electric for 2 months and bought a bran new refrigerator but i had to get someone else out to drill holes and repipe it because it was layed on its back and pugged my pipes in it Ill never special order a refrigerator from best buy again this was ridiculousvery unsatisfied with the service
You can find anything you want here for electronics. My beef is that the farm out some installation which isnt very convenient. In addition to that, they know all there is to know about Samsung phones but almost nothing about the Google Pixel. I was warned about this (as they get a good bonus for selling Samsung products), but was very disappointed to find out it was actually true. I left hearing tons about a phone that, after I had previously researched it, I wasnt interested in. But I knew nothing more than when I walked in about the Google Pixel. Very discouraging experience.

2021-09-27This doesnt feel like the best of buys Ive visited. Low lighting. Decent computers and video games. Appliances sure. But barely a photography and camera section. Older gear and missing stock. So yeah...... Staff was friendly at least and did check in me while I walked around. My biggest concern is how I came in and drove right into this massive pot hole in the entry way of the lot. This needs a cone at least, or some kind of filler in it (theres a home depot across the street a couple bags of dirt till something permanent come on?). Im hoping for no long term damage. But thats just not good to have in you main entryway.

2022-03-06We purchased new phones & changed mobile service at your this store. We were helped by Josh. He took the time to not only explain the differences between each carriers plans but also assisted with setting up the new phones. He was not only helpful but extremely pleasant and professional.

2022-05-10Come to this Best Buy on Monday May 9th to buy 2 Fire Stick. No Hello no help at all. So I left and a young at the door says thanks for shopping. I said thanks for not helping a customer that wanted to buy something and I left.

2022-06-02May not be the liveliest location but everyone is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I have purchased several items since moving to the area ranging from a cell phone to a fridge with a smart hub.

2022-01-16I ordered a new phone case online, and they sent the wrong case. So when I got there to pickit up, and it did not fit it was a lil upset, but the nice lady behind the counter said no worries, I will assist you. She pulled up every case they had to fit my phone, asked me to wait at the counter and she brought them all over to the counter for me to try😊. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and with a SMILE

2022-04-27Pur hased a Lenovo Yoga 6 13.3 2 in 1 it was atleast $139 cheaper than anywhere else and has a sufficient amount of ram for what I do with it. And it even has a Ryzen 5 5500u and can game its little butt off. We also purchased an iPad for my wife and she loves it! The staff at this location is very knowledgeable and I love how they are like the only retailer left where the associates approach you and can answer all your questions

2022-06-06I stood in the checkout line for 20 minutes because customer service desk was the checkout line and there was one person working. When I finally got to the checkout I was going to purchase a boost Mobile card to put minutes on my phone but I couldnt use my gift card for Best buy to purchase it. I walked out with nothing. I still have a $30 gift card that I cant use because I cant find anything that I want to buy, but they still have my money.
