The staff at the Novi store referred us to the Westland Best Buy because we were trying to take advantage of an open box deal. Upon arriving, we found an open box deal for a stove that had been red tagged with a sign that says you can also receive up to an additional 40% so we inquired about the price...asking what is the additional off so the clerk says... the sign says Up To 40% as if we couldnt read. I said, I can read but still have questions.😊He says, well the manager Doug is not going to give additional off which my husband and I found strange since the rep didnt leave our presence nor asked anyone about the pricing. With that, we asked to speak to the manager Doug F. He walks over appearing to be rushed...he says, yes I cant do anything on the price. I said, regarding price...according to the label the price was reduced using a rating of satisfactiory he says, yeah it says that but I did fair for this product.With that statement and his disdainful attitude, my concerns were esclated because as a consumer if its rated as satisfactory per the sticker but you did fair in your head how are we to know his assessment/pricing was unbias and therefore, not subject to other factors, such as him simply having a bad day.As I ask more questions, he proceeds to tell me he does ALL open box appliances pricing using fair as the condition.I took pictures of the label that was attached to the stove which clearly proves there is a discrepancy between what we were advised, Best Buy policy and what we paid.What Doug advised isnt consistent with Best Buys policy for open box items that have dents which saysa Satisfactory Product does not include dents, chips, cracks or deep scratches which is clearly what the item we bought was rated.See photos, where clearly there is a huge dent in the back of the stove and sticker that reflect condition as Satisfactory vs. Fair.We are frequent shoppers at Best Buy and I will say this store and the services was not what we are accustom to receiving at Best Buy.I will be sharing my review with their corporate office as well. If nothing else there should be transparency in pricing not left up to disengaged associates.Note, how the appliance was wrapped for transporting... the top is exposed no bubble wrap, no protection. We had to advise them the item would be laying down just get more wrap which no one was in hurry to do.....Ridiculous*Buyer Beware when Buying Open Box Items from Best Buy.*
I stopped in to purchase a Samsung TV. I seen online on the best buy website.The sales associate took care of me, we found the unit I was looking for and he rang me up and out the door I was! Its great to see hard-working employees who know their job and responsibilities and are educated in their position and very knowledgeable of the products they are representing. Because of this I returned a few days later to purchase a Samsung soundbar to go along with the TV purchase I had purchased earlier.
Great staff working this Best Buy, must mention especially Easton, Kelli and Amy, all really great employees with a friendly attitude, which was quite refreshing to see. Store is stocked well and is easy to navigate/find things inside, and staff is very knowledgeable and able to assist with getting just the right thing. High regards for this Westland Best Buy!
I hate having to go to this Best Buy, but my printer broke, and I needed a new one ASAP. Target had a better price, and I asked them to match it. Were talking $20. The manager clearly didnt believe me, so I brought it up on my phone. He thought it was some promotional price, but it wasnt. He thought it was a fake ad. It wasnt. He ended up giving it to me, but honestly...$20! I hate giving my money to this store!
Let me explain why Im giving this a two rating, its because I was not greeted with a smile or a hello the way Best buy used to do years ago when a customer enters the store. In fact the guy at the front door acted as if he really did not want to be bothered by another customer. So I will say I do understand because they were very short-handed like a lot of business establishments. So I walked around the store and looking for a sales associate to assist me in buying a tablet for my Logitech keyboard case. I found the tablets, however they were too expensive for the price that I wanted to pay! So I left the store empty-handed but thats okay, I found the tablet that I want at the price that I want on Amazon and it was delivered within 48 hours so its all good! But I still respect Best buy store, hopefully they will be able to recruit more employees to help out the customers.
Steve, the supervisor there, was super helpful and had a great demeanor when explaining TV’s to me and helping me understand the differences. This BB has always been a great store, and even though there is a staff shortage (as there is everywhere right now) the employees there are courteous and helpful!
I went to Best Buy looking for a TV for my new apartment and Ill be darned if I didnt find me a Samsung 50-inch for under 350 dollars staff was very helpful took the time to show me around best deals and I got what I was looking for I recommend this place to everybody talk to staff theyll help you out
Came here looking for some Blink cameras. Man at the podium who I asked to direct me was dismissive at first but finally showed me where they were. I then went to look and saw they were locked so I had to go back to the man at the podium. Once I told him they were locked up up he rolled his eyes and said he would get someone. The lady who eventually helped me was very friendly and helpful, but I was pretty put off by my initial greeting.
Kinda sucked I was looking on line and said a few 3 d movies in stock but had to order most on line asked an associate and he laughed at me and said thoes are played out aint carried them in years. So 15 mins I looked and yep ther where 6 of them. So you look stupid mister best buy
I find myself shopping on line for hours and more times then not I end up going to Best Buy for all my electronics, I love that if you buy something and the price drops afterwards they will give you the difference! I’ll continue to shop at Best Buy because they always have what I’m looking for in stock
Your location helped my fiance and I determine what tv we would like to purchase. Even though you guys did not have the product in stock your Sony rep and others were very helpful getting it ordered for us and giving good instructions on how to proceed with our purchase. Thanks again for he knowledge and help!!
It was ok I just wish the employees I talked to had more detailed understanding of the technology I purchased but they seemed like they just had the bare minimal knowledge when it came to there products they were trying to sell I would come back here but if u dont know what your looking for honestly just fact check the products u buy on Google because the employees I spoke with had no idea of anything he was talking about but I would definitely recommend this place for technology just good luck finding an employee that knows anything about the product
I went to the Dearborn Best Buy looking for a Epson 3830 Ecotank printer Sunday afternoon. They didnt have this printer, the Westland store did, 13 miles away. The young lady who waited on me, was great she great, she placed the order for me, to be delivered that day free of charge. In and out I less than 10 minutes. 3 hours later I had my printer. Great service, thanks!
Got followed by a young kid the entire time telling us where the checkout was like we was stealing something. If you thought we were stealing something you could have gladly asked.. We clearly had purchases.. just because a mom is tired after work and comes in without makeup and a dad comes in tired doesnt mean we are thieves.. we dont work our butts off to get followed and then judged by staff.. just want to make the kids happy and grab last minute gifts after work.. very ignorant.. everyone else we came into contact to was very nice and helpful that was very appreciated as I dont like leaving the house because of the way people act.
I literally spent all my money in this store every time I get a paycheck I run over to bank grab money and go buy myself a new gadget and honestly Best Buy is the best place to get any gadget youre looking to buy especially considering that they have demos where you could try out pretty much any product before you buy.COVID-19 (coronavirus)Edit:Best Buy is currently offering a curbside pick-up oprion that is both simple and convenient. All you have to do is park in one of several specially designated parking spots which are numbered and check in on your mobile phone by selecting Im outside on your phone and typinh in your parking spots number. A few minutes later an employee will walkout, confirm your pickup, and return with it within a 5 to 10 minute window with your items.
Never spend money on TotalTech. Four last minute reschedules for install to just be told that theyll come back and install later today it if I give the guy $50 bucks. Support has been nothing but I understand your frustration, let me transfer you so its someone elses problemWish I could separate review for the store staff itself, but with no where else to post here it is.
Basically in & out, picking up online order. Browsed store for a bit, & had a Brief interaction with a very polite rep. Noted a fair amount of apparent disorganization, which is probably prep for holiday sales rush. FWIW, have always had good luck with BB, & prefer to buy there if prices are close.
I waited in the electronic section “trying” to purchase a battery for my Ring doorbell. I waited for 10-15 minutes and I finally found a salesperson walking near my area, I asked for help he pointed to 2 salespeople talking off to the side, he pointed at them and I said “can they come over to the electronic section, so we went over to them and they scattered like they had something to do. I’ll NEVER come back to this store as I’ve experienced similar issues at this store only
I recently purchased a TV and wall-mount from here. I received support from 4 different staff members, all of which provided useful insights and advice that greatly assisted me with selecting the right product. Ive had the TV for a week now and couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase!
The service here is fantastic. The sales staff for buying a phone never made us feel rushed. They were knowledgeable, polite and thorough. We really appreciate their help with our phone. The one we wanted wasnt in stock. They ordered it for us and it was at our door the next day. We took it in and they transferred everything from our old phone and got us set up!Just went looking at dishwashers. Iman helped us and was courteous, infomative and helpful.
I sent my AirPods on 11/11 for repair. The geek squad identified the issue and sent my pods to apply care. The guy also told me since the issue is the pods so they will only take pods w/o case. I was told I will get them back on 11/14. During this time, I’ve been calling and checking on status and no one from Best Buy is able to provide actual help.I don’t know where my AirPods are and/or if they are repaired. I am extremely upset with the whole process.
Visited Best Buy to have my AirPods Pro inspected for potential warranty replacement. Made an appointment online and took them in, left them to be sent out to Apple on Monday and received email and texts notifications once they were ready for pickup on Thursday. The whole process took 3 days, the Geek Squad representatives for the drop off and pick up were excellent!
Sam and Ashley in mobile were absolutely awesome. Today was a rough day that started with my phone suddenly not working. I come into bestbuy to get a new phone, and they have exactly what I want. I didnt think I could even get data off of my not working phone, but Sam offered. After struggling for a while to get the phone to cooperate, Sam and Ashley worked together to get it to go. Very awesome experience after a rough day.
Store was organized and clean. Only issue was staff were difficult to locate and organization between staff members was a little difficult it seemed, they didnt know who to ask to answer a question so we ran around the store twice asking other employees who the correct employee was to ask, question still really didnt get answered though. Overall though, the store is fairly decent.
We dealt with Ashley to buy two new Google Pixel 4A phones. She was so pleasant and helpful. She encouraged us to call or come back if we had any problems or questions at all. She seemed interested and excited about her job and this just doesnt seem the norm lately in our world. We left Best But being very pleased with our experience there.
Definitely my favorite Best buy in the Detroit Metro area, I work in IT so Im here several times a month picking up parts that are needed same day, like battery backups, SSDs, and various cables.The associates here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always do their best to make sure that I find what I need, and at the best value.Unlike some electronics stores, Best buy does not have a direct commission system, so in general the advice from associates are just their honest opinion, regardless of sales and other promotions - they really want you to find the best solution for your problem.
Despite running in at the last minute before closing ( I just got off work and race inside), they were very nice and helpful. They all worked as a team to help me find the three items I needed and ask me if I need for them to do it for me (which I declined, knowing they were closing). They didn’t rush me, but still suggested items that would be a better alternative (I greatly appreciated), and still had three minutes spare. Fantastic store to shop in.
We initially bought a fridge that had an accessory attached to it preventing it from fitting in our house. So I went to pick another. I found a floor model and paid cash and expected delivery the following Friday. I took the day off work for the delivery and they never showed. Eventually I called and they said sorry the fridge got sent to the wrong place it will come NEXT Friday. So I take another day off and they again they dont show up. Now they called me at the last second and said I need to go pick a different fridge because the one I bought is it of stock! I SEEN THE FRIDGE! Finally I went into the store to figure this out and when I explained the whole situation to the salesman ( Nick at the Roseville store) he spent every effort he could to rectify the situation. He found my fridge in Westland and I had to go pick it up and forgo delivery but I finally got my fridge! He also said he was going to credit my sale $250 which goes along way when the fridge was only $1500 to begin with. The delivery team really dropped the ball but the sales team handled it as best they could have. I gave 3 stars because the Nick really saved the day. Otherwise it would have been a 1 star.
Its good for quick trips if you need electronics or movies. However, compared to other local Best Buys there selection is minimal at best. Best Buy is known for carrying a fantastic video game selection but if thats your reason for going I strongly suggest visiting the Dearborn location.
Cell phone department takes their job too serious! Walking around like FBI agent’s lol, Always gives a hard time price matching unlocked devices and try’s not to honor actual promotions that Best Buy have going on at the time. Then they wanted to get another store in trouble for looking out for customers! Can’t wait until this dump closes down.
Not the worst best buy Ive stepped foot into. The only person that said anything to us was the greeter, and even when we asked for help it was quickly addressed and then walked away from us. It wasnt until we needed to purchase something online when they actually offered to help. Clean, lots of product out. Not terribly busy, line for check out goes pretty quick.
Aaron, the one back in Samsung, helped me buy a Samsung Sound Bar for my big Samsung TV. He showed me that for just $140 I could get one that sounds almost exactly like the $1000+ models. Thank you Aaron. I will definitely go to Best Buy for all my electronic needs. Hope they dont go out of business like everyone says.
Staff was helpful when I bought my new phone and sold me a screen protector which was expensive but they said if it were to crack I could bring my phone in and they would replace it free of charge. well I came in because the screen protector cracked after about a month of having it and they did not have the screen protector in stock so I was told they would mail one to my house but I had to keep my old screen protector there which I did not want to leave my phone with no screen protection and they were unable to tell me if they had a shipment coming in anytime soon. So I would not recommend buying their overpriced screen protectors when they cannot guarantee they will fix them
Horrible customer service. I came in to buy a 60 inch television waited and waited for someone to assist me. I asked for assistance kept waiting and waiting still no one ever came over to help me. As I walked out the doors they asked me was I satisfied with their service, I told them NO, I came in to buy a television waited for over 30 minutes for assistance no one came over to help me. They asked if they could assist me so I told them NO, Im taking my services to one of their competitors. Best Buy in Wesland is horrible.
Awesome place definitely one of the best ones Ive gone to. Super helpful staff even when they are strained did a early morning curbside pickup everyone was still friendly then. I had a idea on a solution to a problem I had, then manager talked to someone and then implemented said idea. They didnt have to do it but they did. They are always reliable for online purchases and care about the consumer Ive heard the opposite from people but Ive never had a bad experience with Bestbuy.....ever. I cant say that about many other places.
I ordered an item online (on Best Buys website) and a few minutes after I ordered the item online, I got an email saying that the item was ready to be picked up. The next day (today) I parked in one of the curbside pickup parking spots, and I then notified Best Buy that I had arrived (using the online link that was emailed to me). A few minutes after I went online and notified the store that I had arrived, a BestBuy employee brought the item I ordered out to my car and helped load it into my car. Overall a great experience.
Nick and Corey were so-o-o-o helpful and patient with this somewhat tech-challenged old lady. I appreciate how they helped setting up and explaining my new iPhone. They are very knowledgeable, and took their time with me. Thank you for making this purchase a little less intimidating!
Best buy these days is still great for what it is. I do feel their prices are getting a little too high, but thats why you only get certain things at Best buy and shop other places for other items. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the store is always clean. I really cant complain.
Inside store not enough people working! Took forever to get help. Then I thought I lost my wallet. Are you kidding me? They arent answering the phones?! I understand theres not enough help lately, but YOUR NOT ANSWERING YOUR PHONE?! NOT GOOD FOR CONSUMER RELATIONS... MAKES ME NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY...
Im going to be hard pressed to say anything negative about Bestbuy especially because its one of the few brick and mortar stores around that I dont think can be replaced at least I hope not. Back in March when the alleged pandemic started Best buy was quick to offer curbside pickup and did a great job at it. Today I made an order and within about 10 minutes I drove by and picked it up super easy super convenient.
I come to this Best Buy frequently and the service here is outstanding. The staff here has set me up with a fantastic home entertainment setup and helped me tremendously with YouTube streamingequipment. The team knows their products and you will always see a smiling friendly face. There is no need for Amazon especially during the holiday season. Ive received great deals on my Oleds, soundbars and consoles. Westland Best Buy is top notch. 👍🏼
The Geek Squad here quotes times that far exceed anything Ive ever been told before. Determining if a power supply is bad and then replacing it has been a 1-2 hour job at other Best Buys, but they told me this would take 5 days to a week.On top of that, they quoted me $80 for a diagnostic and a one-time fee of $150 as punishment for the crime of not having a service plan, for which they so generously offered their $200 plan.My RAM was also missing after I was handed back my computer.This place is either corrupt, incompetent, or both.
Best buy really isnt more anymore. I came in looking for an adapter to connect my 10 dollar 3.5 jack, headset to connect to an pc via USB. They had nothing I needed, I also looked at buying a new headset that connects directly to a USB port, and they were all over 200$. No staff greated me. This place isnt about helping you adapt old tech to new tech, they only want to sell it the latest and greatest. So I orded it on Amazon. Smh.
The staff especially over at the cell phones was busy and they were rude and clearly overwhelmed. BestBuy always has the best pricing and they stand behind their products which I love. I dont have anything too good to say but I dont have much bad either. Just a typical Best buy
I cant even hate on this Best Buy. The Staff is The Best Staff of ANY Best Buy Ive ever been to. They are very helpful and even did a Price Match off of a website for some thing we purchased. I thought That was some Outstanding Customer Service!! I dont usually enjoy Best Buy a Lot but this one is Great!! From the Computers weve bought to the Home Security Devices to the Phones, just absolutely amazing Staff!!
Been trying to call best buy to get ahold of an associate. The automated system isnt helping me and I need an actual person. I have called multiple times to try different ways to get an actual person on the phone. No matter which way I try I get put on hold..each time Ive patiently waited 20 minutes every each way I try and nothing works..so thanks for wasting the last 2 hours of my time
If I could give no stars I would. This store has gone down hill so bad! I have always shopped here. I buy my products and their insurance and have always had great customer service. NOW, I will never shop there again. I will spend my money ANYWHERE else. I dont think this company will be around much longer.
I went looking for a keyboard for my PC the other day. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me pick out the right mechanical keyboard for my gaming style. Pricing is a little higher here compared to other retailers that have the same items.
Bought laptop from them. Need new battery. Pulled up 4. Two was to big other two was what ever. Store large clean not like mirco center packed out have to squeeze thru asile to much stuff. Long lines always only two register opened. Old products just there. If there was some wheres else to go and had it set to service handicap all registered opened I would go there in blink
When I visited, everything was very clean. Theres a large selection of items, in addition to being well organized and labeled accordingly. The workers are helpful, got what I was looking for in ten minutes and got back out the door. It was a bit crowded during my visit, as most of the store is not divided into aisles, everyone seemed to be wondering around like lost puppies brushing past each other.
So our mission began to find a coral colored switch lite. looking online we saw that there was one available at this location. Upon arrival were shocked to see that it was not there!Then amongst the shadows, like a savior with golden locks of hair arrives Mike. He checks in the back and reports that there was nothing there. He doesnt give up there though, with Godspeed he moves forward to the customer service area trampling all those in his way and tearing there all things impeding objective. He reports back a second time with no avail.At this point he doesnt even believe that its there but he does not give up! Wherever he went at this point will be shrouded in mystery. 45 seconds or 45 years later ( I am not sure at this point) he emerges, box in hand, the coral colored switch lite.Thank you Mike you saved my girlfriends birthday gift.Wherever you may be you will be remembered in song and prayer.
My experience wasnt that good I went in with a problem with my phone. Although they think they fixed it they didnt. Once I left the store (ten minutes later) I had and still do have the same problem. Plus I got an Antenna for my TV. They seem more interested in the sale than trying to help me.
I bought a pair of headphones recently online. Not from the Best Buy store. When the headphones came to me, they were broken. I brought the headphones back to UPS to be shipped and decided to try Best Buy. It had been a while since I had been into the store because things are generally a little more expensive there than online. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the headphones I was looking for where in stock and on sale. I was able to find them quickly pay for them and be on my way within a couple minutes.
Good food at a decent price. The waitresses are all very good and easy on the eyes. Ive never left hungry. Burgers, hotdogs, steaks, along with stuff you wouldnt expect like stir fry. The shakes are pretty good as well. I love the corned beef sliders on pretzel buns.
Went to best buy in Westland to purchase a Fitbit watch for my biology of exercise class. We searched for an available assistant for 5 mins before one appeared. I was asking questions about the different features of the watches, and turned around to realize she walked away without a word. Then this blue haired worker came over and was apparently not pleased that I spoke to the supervisor so basically hurried us to make a choice. The poorest service ever received. They make fast food look like first class. The blue haired guys excuse was best buy is laying off people so they are stressed. With that attitude though, no wonder!
I found the GM Nate to be rude and unsympathetic to my needs. We had an online order for a new laptop and were waiting in our vehicle on a 90+ degree day. After 30 minutes with no signs of life, I told my kids to follow me in. I expressed my displeasure of no help for online pickup and Nate said it must be me because they get 250 orders a day. He said he couldnt fufill my order until it dropped from the online system and Id need to wait indefinitely for that to happen. As fate would have it, my order then became available after I suggested that I could just purchase one off the shelf and cancel the web order (I know right?). Another customer behind me strolled up and we remarked that this must be a joke because his experience was very similar. Nate could have cared less and was very intimidating to me and my young children. Im an elite plus member and have had good experience at other stores. I believe the General Manager of this store is not meeting expectations and Best Buy can do much better to build relationships with their customers. Amazon is looking to gain my business next time.
The geek squad here are absolutely disrespectful. All I needed was a sub put into my vehicle. That’s it. I had the cords needed and I had all the equipment, all they had to do was the installation. I called at 10:04 am, that’s four minutes after they open, and was told the tech guy was busy and he would call me back. An hour passed and I decided I would call again to check in, thinking maybe they just forgot. And the same guy answered and I told him I haven’t heard anything from the tech guy who was supposed to call. He placed me on hold then answered and told me the tech guy is really busy and will call me later in the day. I just was blunt and said, “I just need to know if you guys can work on my car or not”. Then he put me on hold again, then told me no that they are really busy. You couldn’t tell me that at 10 am this morning when I called the first time! They are arrogant and can’t spend 20 minutes installing something or even 2 minutes to call a person back. I have been to lots of Best Buy locations for services on my vehicle, I will never be going to this one ever again.
No communication. Promised availability dates for holidays not met.Ordered a small TV on Dec 13th for store pickup. Website said it would be available for pickup on Dec. 19th...cool plenty of time. Wrong!Dec 22nd, haven’t heard anything from them besides an automated email saying “your order is delayed”. No eta on the email. Called the store, talked to a robot who tried to help me for 5 minutes before finally routing me to customer service.Customer service line was busy. Waited over 30 minutes on hold before hanging up. Ended up cancelling the order as it hasn’t even shipped from whatever original facility it was at. No chance it would make it by Christmas but Best Buy didn’t care to tell me or offer even the slightest amount of customer service.Ended up buying a larger tv from their competitor for more. Don’t waste your time buying items they have to ship to the store for pickup, chances aren’t it won’t make it in time and you won’t be able to get ahold of anyone to help at the store.
The few times I have been here have been great. But today made me a life time customer. Alexis in electronics help me out today and she was able to find the item I needed to finish off my Christmas list. She went above and beyond what the other stores that I went to before did. Instead of just looking in one area and calling it quits, she checked multiple spots around the store and even in the back storage as well as the return section.
Hours are inconvenient, If I need something for work I don’t want to wait till 10 to pick it up I want to get it at 8 or 9. It’s not like they would need a big staff at that time a single cashier would suffice. In fact there are employees there at 9:00 so really why not just be open and take my money.
The customer service was excellent, and they offered the most on my trade in for a new phone. They were better than the carrier. This is my 2nd time going here for a trade in. I wont go anywhere else. They even answered all my questions and help me set up everything even the accessories.
The staff is friendly, but frankly, their knowledge is lacking. I was passing by an employee telling a customer to look into getting an i6 Processor of they wanted to do more performance heavy tasks. What?? It is not the first time Ive heard a tech give misinformation either.
I am giving 5 star because of 2 wonderful staff, Jeremiah and Raul! It is not because I got what I want but their effort, patience and welcoming attitude. They were knowledgeable and even if they dont know something, they took time to get it known from others. I also had bitter experience with one Store Manager (I dont want to name him/her) here who was trying to give all kinds of wrong information and neglect to do the work. For such people, it has to be made clear that customers seeking for help are not dumb. Anyway, kudos to Jeremiah and Raul and other such people because of which not everyone moving their preference to online.
Got a great deal on a TV. Opened a store card and got 10% off and points that we used for a sound bar. Took longer than we wanted to deliver (they were fully booked) but it arrived as expected. I like browsing and walking through the store. Prices are competitive with Amazon in many cases. For used games, I rather go to Gamestop
It was OK. This store is laid out weird, or maybe its just that best buy changes their floor plan like normal people change their underwear. It makes it difficult to find what youre looking for. Couldnt find the one item we were looking for and since nobody was around to ask questions or asked if we needed any help we left. The people greeter was friendly and seemed genuinely impressed that we asked how he was when we came in and wished him a good day when we left. Hang onto that guy! Hes the best thing going for this location.

2022-04-24I was at this Best Buy on 3/31 to buy a new TV and I just have to say that Larry, who was working in the TV/entertainment department, went above and beyond to help me out. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helped me to pick out the best TV for me, without trying to sell me the most expensive one. Overall I was very happy with the customer experience that day and the TV is great too!

2022-03-11I had to return an air fryer that I purchased online because it arrived damaged. I easily exchanged it at the store for another model, no waiting in line or need to ship it back! Was able to cook with it the same day! Air Fryer’s are the best, highly recommend the Best Buy brand!

2022-03-26I have also had a good experience here at this store for year even before they moved from the value world building a few doors down. Went there today and got a sony T.V. And did a price match on line with Best Buy on line. The guy was helpful and not pushy (like sales man are) and bought that’s the story. I will always buy my tv from best buy now. 👏👍.

2022-04-07They will lie to you over and over about what buying an appliance means. They wont remove an old fridge but theyll tell you they will. They wont install a water line. But theyll tell you they will. You know what else theyll do. Theyll deliver damaged appliances and make you wait weeks to get a replacement. The customer service is trash wont help with anything. Do your self a favor and buy some where else.

2022-05-11I had a long negative review planned but Im too sick and tired of dealing with Best Buy Westland. I have spent a lot of money at that store and all I ask for is reasonable honest customer service. However this store and one particular manager named Ashley are totally incapable of that. They protect their own even when they are dead wrong and flat out lying to the customer. One geek squad member installed a cheap imitation spreadsheet app on my brand new tablet and then refused to delete it off of there. I never gave him permission to install it in the first place. I had to ask someone else to Uninstall it. I had an appointment last Thursday at 1:00 to install Microsoft office on my tablet but neither one of them was there . When I first bought my tablet I was told by one of the salesman that Microsoft office already came on my tablet. I found that to be untrue and had to pay $69.99 to download it. Another lie. I rest my case. Do not do business with this store please go elsewhere.

2022-06-16We went in looking to purchase a new printer. We werent sure which one we wanted. We were looking for a unit that had a scanner with a multi-sheet feeder. We also wanted it to be able to scan to a USB memory device. We had an inkjet but the printed clogged. So we were favorably looking for a laser color printer.We got there 5 minutes after the store opened. It wasnt very busy. We walked to the back of the store where the printers were and looked several Best Buy employees in the eye and they all averted their gaze like they didnt want to help us.Thats the problem with Best Buy, you have to go online to find what you want and then find it in the store. Nobody that Ive ever dealt with is a professional salesperson or knowledgeable about the products they are selling. They are just there to clerk the sale. That just means they hand you the box that you wanted. I guess the count you as a satisfied customer because you spent money there.Needless to say, after 20 minutes of being ignored, we decided to just go home and buy a printer on Amazon. We had it the next day and it had exactly what we wanted.We gave you a chance Best Buy, but your business model lost you the sale.

2022-04-05Best buy is a good store has good products but the workers have a short patient time with you. Those people are not too qualified to give you information on products that you have questions about. But they dont mind gathering talking on their phone but if you got to take them away from that phone or that little setting boy youre going to have an attitude there.
