Id give 0 stars if I could.Found out that our septic was damaged, and that the company just put a paver lock over the hole. Called better to understand why it was left that way and how it would be made right. Heidi, who said she is the owner was nasty from the get go. First denied ever working on it, than said they worked for the sellers ( I hired them, actually met her when we bought 10 yrs ago).I said this, than she changed her story and said it wasnt broken.I was calm, but she was nasty throughout the call. At one point she raised her voice and goes you know nothing! And hung up on me.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience just trying to understand what needed to be fixed. No wonder that they are doing so poorly.

The appointment was set for 8:30am. When 9:00am rolled around I began to think I had taken the wrong day off from work. I called several times, my spouse called several times, and our realtor even called. They (BEST) had no one answering the phone at this time. I waited until 9:40 and had to leave. I called again from my car and finally someone did answer the phone at this time. They told me they had moved some appointments around and would be there around 10:30 or so. I let them know I would not be back for at least two hours. To make a long story short. They came when I was not home anyway and I have no idea what they did in my yard But they left it a mess. I do understand having to dig up parts of the lawn, to do the inspection. But the last time we had it done, by a different co. the guy used a hand shovel.When we got home later we found our yard a mess. Tore up from the tracks of the mini-ex they used. There was a 2X7 hump in the lawn where they had dug up our drain field I assume, and signs where they inspected the tank also.When we called the office to let them know what had been done, Heidi got very aggressive and rude on the phone telling us it was just the grass laying down, and that we had not been home for our 10:30 appointment. Telling us that there were NO trenches left from the tracked vehicle used. The trenches were so bad, we were able to film then.

I tried to call several time to set up an appointment for them to come out and inspect my well and septic. I tried to call for 3 days, when I did get a hold of someone, they were very short and rude.
