Comment: We only had our storage for a few months between relocating. The storage facility and unit were clean and had good open and closing gate hours that worked around our work schedules. The monthly cost was also a lot more reasonable than most places. Upon move out I had an issue of my card being charged but it was quickly resolved within 48 hours. I would definitely go back in the future.

Also, the staff(Maralyn in particular-not sure about the spelling) is super friendly, helpful, & accommodating. She made my move in quick, easy, & stress free, which I really appreciate. The prices are more than fair & the special deals they offer are great. I also love the fact that it is quiet & peaceful as far as traffic goes. Way different than some of the other places in town. Comment: I would give this place no stars if that was possible first of all I had a ten-by-ten locker that was not 10 by 10 of storage space . 10 ft when measured is at the end of concrete and when you have to shut the roll up door your total storage space is under 10 feet . Every inch matters. Also one Sunday morning gate access is supposed to be 6 a.m. when I showed up it was denying my access as well as other customers showing up after me and I have no explanation given to me of why the gate with not allow access that morning.. also I was treated and very unprofessional by the manager

The office folks were consistently accommodating, helpful and friendly. We live out of town so they were very helpful coordinating initial delivery of goods for the storage unit. They helped us when we left the keys at home and helped figure a solution to access the unit. Finally, when we moved out, MARILYN could not have been more helpful and friendly. Comment: I called the number specifically looking to book a unit in Moorpark, and I went through the entire process and the person ended up booking my storage unit for Santa Maria. Fortunately for me, I discovered this two days before my move so I was able to find another unit for $120 more a month! In my research I saw units for much cheaper, but it was so close to my move I didn’t have any opportunity to shop around. Needless to say I am furious, what if my movers pulled up to the unit I thought I had, and it wasn’t available? Comment: Initial contact was strange - the office was locked, but clerk quickly opened the door. I was told it was cheaper to rent online, but not why that was so. Although I saw nothing posted, on by second visit the office was closed for lunch.After reserving unit online, from home, I was taken to my unit by a much friendlier (office manager, I think). Everything regarding use of the unit was clearly explained.Boxes and packing material sold on site - very convenient.

I had to run in the other night and grab something very unexpected, the employees over there so understanding and SO helpful!!! I believe the employees name is Cheyenne, and even though I was having a rough day, she made me laugh and just brightened up my WHOLE DAY. We need more people like her around in the world !!!(I got my unit back in November and it was something way way way in the back.)Afterwords I stopped in to say thank you and again this gal, with the best personality, sent me on my way smiling and happy as could be.SUPER AWESOME OF HER!! !!! Tiffany took me on a tour, let me pick my unit and extended my online reservation due to my requested move in date; that was extremely appreciated because my other facility wouldnt pro-rate my move-out. Cheyene checked me in with no issues and explained everything in detail. I am taking advantage of the 3 month $39 deal, which is helping out tremendously during these crazy times. Lastly, I moved from another new storage facility down the street and am so happy with that decision. I highly recommend!
