I wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude towards team Beyond All Standards. The Jeremiah develop Waitress tenant improvement was an extremely complicated tenant improvement project due to the historical designation of the building and the challenges of working in a building that is 100+ years old. This team overcame many obstacles with a proactive approach and completed the project on schedule and within budget. Everyone that was involved was very professional, knowledgeable and managed the owners expectations very well. I am an out of state client and I needed several repairs done on my rental property to pass a city inspection. The owner of the company (Mr. Swoope) was extremely responsive, and he corrected the issues before the expected completion date. He gave me great advice regarding what repairs to focus on and how to optimize my investments in the property. I will definitely use the company again and recommend them to others.

From our first meeting, through the completion of our project, I have been impressed by the talent provided by this company, the quality of their workmanship, and the professionalism of all involved. Mr Swoope took the time to listen to our needs, to partner us with the best vendors, and still keep us within budget parameters! His team brought our project in on time and under budget, even with the changes we needed to make along the way. During our initial meeting I was impressed by his professionalism, eye for detail, subject matter expertise and resourcefulness. Although the complexity of these projects probably pales in comparison to others he has manage, we always felt we were the most important project he was working. I think the greatest compliment I can give to Mr Swoope is to say that I would unequivocally recommend Beyond All Standards Construction Company to anyone soliciting recommendations for contractors.Thank you again Mr. Swoope!!

Mr Swoope and his team at my house was a true partner with us! We met at our house for measurements then we discussed design, layout, budget, scope, etc. Mr Swoope demonstrated the layout via 3D images so we were able to visualize the finished space. Despite our many requests and changes, he was always patient and gave us quick turn arounds every time. We picked the kitchen cabinet countertop/quartz, and variety of tiles at his beautiful new showroom. I also compared the costs against several other kitchen stores and he had the best prices.They finished the project on time and stayed within the budget. We were so worried about our remodeling project at first due to our friends bitter experience. However, in the end we are very happy with the experience from the beginning until the end and we have a dream kitchen and home now!

Ill start by saying this is my family 5 times dealing with this company and not once has Mr. Swoope let us down. Theyre not only good at building they respect and treat your home like its their own. Ive never seen a construction company come in and leave someones home cleaner than it was before they came until we hired them. If you want good work good people from a good company call and give the job to these guys.
