I have been a buyer for years - to date they have been very great dealing on any issues have arised - which is more than appreciated. Customer service that definitely meets and or exceeds expectations.I just recently became a seller - so we will see how that goes. Be very wary purchasing from this place. It is imperative you go and validate what you are purchasing is in the state it is described. I purchased an arcade. The description was screen turns on. For me, that was sufficient to bid on. I picked up the arcade and once home and plugged, the screen did not turn on. Called and was directed to a manager that never answers their phone and never responds to voicemails. Do not trust their description!! You must verify in person because clearly they lie in the descriptions to get people to bid knowing they probably wont come into actually inspect the item.

Have purchased many great items online. Descriptions and pics are usually good. I live several hours away and have items shipped if not able to pick up. Shipping is always affordable and fast. 4 stars because Ive had some items that were not able to be located. Any issues Ive had Meagan has resolved professionally and quickly and has been a pleasure to deal with.
I have been a loyal customer for the past couple of years and they have always exceeded my expectations. But I will add that Chris from the Las Vegas location, is a customers dream. I have secured a big order and didnt have a clue about shipping, he recommended a few businesses that could help me with shipping, and not only that, he was proactive and provided updates when the shipment was picked up and the estimated time for the delivery. He created alot of comfort from a consumers perspective.
Drive out to look at equipment said they are open till 2 and no ones there....two hour drive for nothing!

The team reached out to me regarding my experience related to the purchase of a vehicle through their online auction. I applaud the management team for being proactive and focusing on customer satisfaction. It’s effort such as this, why I recommend using them for future purchases.
I purchased an antique framed print a few weeks ago, and the item was as described. However, the label Biddergy stuck to the frame with the date and lot number is nearly impossible to remove. The frame is also antique, so theres a real chance that I will end up damaging the frame trying to get off the sticker. I emailed and received no response. For most items a sticker that is difficult/impossible to remove isnt an issue; however, if bidding on wooden furniture, pictures, or antique items be aware that the Biddergy label might damage the item!
Update: The owner is working with us to get this problem fixed and will post a new update when all is resolved.Terrible customer service. Went here for my first car and no problem second car however I have not gotten plates for and its been 4 months expired. I am honestly sick of this place I have called countless times and everytime they say theyll call us back the next day then ignore all of my calls for another 2 weeks and the cycle restarts when they actually pick up. Terrible and I will bring up my score slightly after this is fixed but currently I cannot recommend this place.

Won auction for a vehicle, listed with ONLY82,838 miles. After paying, and had it loaded up ready to leave, about 30 minutes later, finally got paperwork in hand. Didnt notice, my bad, title stated 183,845 miles.FRAUDULANT TRANSACTION.will be contacting them on Monday. This is Saturday.The following week, last week,this was resolved, the vehicle was returned and my money was refunded promptly. Thank you.
It’s very easy for your paid for lots to be stolen. Also, if you do not pick up in 30 days, even paid for lots, even though policy is to charge $2/day per lot, they can still resell and consider it abandoned. No reimbursement even if they resell. Good idea to have them ship it.
**Buyer Beware**I purchased a vehicle over 3 months ago and still have not received the title for it. They put it up for auction and sold it without the proper lien release. Then lied to me about having it taken care of. Still waiting for the title to the vehicle i paid them for.This will be the LAST time i do business there.Once they get paid they don’t care.Thanks for nothing but headaches.
Made my first purchase last month. The bidding is easy and picking up our purchase was easy. You pay online and you have 7 days to pick up your stuff. Several auctions a week. Great place to do business with.
I bought an item online that would not turn on. When I got it home, I realized that it was missing all the major parts.I called and basically got blown off.I would not recommend buying anything from that shady auction company.

Be very careful you are not purchasing “fake” items, I paid over $20 each plus fees for some bubble gum machine quality bracelets that were clearly described as “Pandora”. I am waiting to speak with a manager but the first call did not go as I thought, since we spent over $1000! You would think returning $100 would be a no brainer! Not at all happy with the customer service and integrity at this point! I guess all my real Pandora that I bought isn’t real either, since I don’t have authenticity paperwork. 🤔
I have purchased and sold items with Biddergy. I have never had any issues and it is a source to use to sell items without the hassle and only dealing with Biddergy. Items sold - I received my check in accordance to their policy. Items purchased - I have been very happy with. Their process of dealing with the Covid-19 has been excellent and they were ahead of any issues that may have come up. Smooth transaction.
You definitely need to do your own inspection. I bought a car described as runs and drives. It had to be jumped and when it did start the noise from engine was terrible. I started to test other functions. When I turned on the lights it shut down everything and then couldnt be restarted.I dont know who they have doing the inspection but this car could never be driven on the highway. Now I have to make a second trip there with a trailer to get the car. The additional cost makes the car a big loss.
I bought a vehicle from this place and still haven’t received the registrations, title, and number plate. My temporary registrations have been expired for weeks now. I tried calling them, and every time it gets directed to voicemail, no one has tried to contact me back. I also left a few emails and no response. This place is a scam, be aware.
So if youre buying brand new items you may get a good deal everything that I have bought that has been used has not been as advertised pictures are not even close items are broken beyond repair and cannot be used if you cannot go up there and look at your item before you bid on it do not bid I guarantee you youre buying trash I called the company with no return call also talk to them when I was there they would not do anything and I will let you know its completely ridiculous that they double charge the buyer and the seller you literally get charged twice on top of what you bid and tax and then last time I was there their manager was drunk
Beware, Bought a vehicle in a auction, it is now a month and half later with no title. when I call back they either hang up on me, send me to voice mail, or once even transferred my call to another business. its obvious they sold a vehicle listed as having a clean title but turns out there is no title. I am now having to hire a lawyer to attempt to at least recover the money spent on this vehicle. this has been frustrating because I bought this vehicle for personal use to drive back and forth to work, but it is useless to me if I cant plate it.*Update, I did consult a lawyer, he helped me figure out this mess. I ended up have to purchase a surety bond, and affirm in front of a notary that this vehicle to my knowledge was not stolen. I was then able to register and license the vehicle. this was an additional $150 in fees I had to pay. not to mention the weeks I went with out a vehicle while trying to figure this out. I was told at the license branch that at anytime bidergy could of just requested a copy of the title that never showed up and it would have been fixed much sooner.*
Staffs are nice and helpful. The system need to be fixed. I won 9 items in the auction on August 13th, get the email confirm from biddergy then try to check it out on the same day and the day after, nothing showing up to pay. A buddy told me about Biddergy so I checked it out. My son and I occasionally flip a few vehicles so I took a look. I found a few cars that looks decent. The Biddergy website described them as ( runs & drives nice clean title ). The pictures provided by Biddergy looked nice. I started bidding near close and kept getting outbid, and I noticed that the time of the auction kept getting extended. They extend the auction 5 minutes every time a bid is made so it’s not really on a time constraint like advertised. Anyway I won 2 cars at what I thought was a decent price. The pictures looked nice so I thought I got a good deal. I went to the Kalamazoo office to pick them up. They have a single girl in glass window that handles all of the purchases , payments, consignment etc. I waited in line for 20 minutes. I also brought cash because the web site advertises a 3% savings from. 9% commission if you pay with cash. ( had to remind the window lady of this ) The 2 vehicles I bought came to $5276.00 but after commission, broker fees, admin fees, title fees, tax etc it came to $6,238.00. Or 20% over purchase price. Kind of hard to make money on a 20% commission. 1 car had a dead battery ($175.00) the trunk lid was severely faded but pics hid that and it needs a power steering pump. The front bumper was dislocated and it has little dings on doors and rear fenders. No pics or note of this on Biddergy. The other car started ok, but it has a bad CV joint on front drive axle that clicks super bad when you drive or turn. None of the speakers work except the 2 base in window area. It has check engine light on, it’s missing the back wiper, just stuff. Also not noted on Biddergy web site. Now I should say they advise you to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding but the pics seemed like it gave me a good idea of the quality. The blue book advertised on Biddergy web site for each car said roughly $5,900 on each vehicle I bought but after I won I started looking online at car guru , Craigslist etc to see what they are going for and I will be lucky to get what I paid for them after repairs and all of the BS fees they charge. I’m assuming the BB price they use is in excellent condition. They are not.... I hope the titles show up as advertised, I see some of the reviews on here say they have had problems. I’m a little afraid because after I paid, the lady told me they are still waiting for the title to one of my cars from SEC. before they can even apply to SEC again for my title. Why would they sell a car without a title in hand when it’s advertised as clean title on auction. They don’t even have the title so how do they know it’s clean. apparently they transfer title just like a car lot does, so you have to wait for the titles in the mail. Make sure you pay attention at the window if you pay with cash, the lady seemed like she was not sure of the fees to charge, the other lady in the back kept talking to her about fees, etc. she kept coming back at me saying the total was wrong and I owed her another $138.00 so I went outside and luckily my son had the extra cash on him, when I went in to pay her the balance she told me it was wrong again and I owed her another $68.00 so back out I went. I brought $6,000.00 in cash thinking that would be plenty based on the final invoice they provided after I won the auction. With a 3% deduction for paying in cash my math said I owed $5870.00 + or - , I was wrong. I would not bid on here again unless I got a great deal and I inspected the vehicles in person. Expect to pay 20% above the wining bid, and expect at least an hour at the window picking it up. It’s an auction so you never know what your getting when it comes to vehicles, I’m not sure if they will let you have the keys to see if the car runs or what but I would recommend it. Make sure you read all of the fine print regarding purchases and payment. It’s a little deceptive. I’ll repost if I have title problems. Good luck........

I’ve never actually bid on anything here myself but a family member did have a run-in with something he purchased wasn’t described in detail correctly and the manager it was more than happy to assist with a refund

I bought a vehicle from a third party municipality through Biggerdy.It has been over a month since I took delivery and the title transfer is still not started, so I cannot register this vehicle. No one will returns emails or phone calls.This has been a frustrating and stressful experience from the beginning. The address provided for pickup was incorrect and I was not given a direct contact. I had to talk to five different people and go to 4 different addresses before I located my lot ,without the assistance of Biggergy.In addition the vehicle was listed as running and driving. Upon arrival it was apparent the vehicle had not moved in several years and was not running or driving. I accept responsibility for not inspecting my lot in person. However I do think its scummy to list information that is not confirmed.I will never work with this company again.I am filing a complaint against their dealers license with the state.

They listed a vehicle as AWD and only having 82k miles but turns out it is not AWD its 2wd and the odometer reading on the car did not match the title! called several times and talked to someone maybe twice who always claimed I would get a callback I left messages and still no response from anyone from Biddergy! I paid for a awd vehicle and got 2wd and the paperwork is incorrect

Dishonest on vehicle disciptions claimed in listing car run and drives nice clean. $2800 later for whole suspension replacement needed didnt not drive nice was not clean 4 rust spokes not shown in photos 20 percent cancel fee which came to $800. Or they revoke your membership. I took the revoke smh.

Of the many items I purchased Ive only had one issue with an item not working properly, I brought it to their attention and they fixed the problem, they didnt have to but was very appreciative that they did! Love this place!
This is third time i have participated in their auction and the last.And the first time I drove out to Kalamzoo.(their main office) I used my phone GPS to find their location but it lead me to the wrong place. So I called their office and they told me that happens all the time.I did call them before I left and they could have mention this before I wasted 45 mins of my time.Also, these people are not very organized. And rude. There is no reason to be rude to their customer who just spent over $3000 in past 2 months.Second, they do not give you very good description of the items.I bought 40 chairs and ended up taking only 35 yesterday and I put another 7 of them in garbage today. They should not put garbage on the auction. Also did I mention they are rude?They should not hire teenage girls to do adults job.I had many more issues with them in the past and I really thought I was saving money by bidding on auction but I learn my lesson again.I will never buy from these guys.
Not responsible people at all. I bought few things for me place from Ohio through biddegy after i drove 4 hours to get my stuff the people who were there said we dont have your stuff. The owner took them.When i called biddergy they did nothing about it.Just make sure call or do something before you drive most likely u not gonna get what u paid for.
They describe things very well and take pictures of any issues so you can judge things pretty well before bidding without going in person.Though its always recommended you look before bidding.Took a star off because their fees are really high for buying and selling.
Their new facility is very well laid out and looks great! Biddergy has multiple weekly auctions online where you can snatch pretty much anything for a decent price too. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

They will sell your vehicle and keep all the money!!! My wife had a car in their weekly consignment auction. It sold on August 14th, 2019. She has received nothing from them for the sale. They have ignored her messages since it sold, including a complaint filed with the BBB. Shady business practice, AVOID.
Zero communication from this company, I buy something online from them, show up at the time and place to pay, I got no title or keys to the vehicle I bought. I give it a week no phone calls. I call a Kelsey, and she was going to have someone call me back. again that never happened. another week goes by I get ahold of a customer service rep named Meagan, who said she was going to call corporate and get a check mailed back to me. That hasnt happened either. I have made over a dozen phone calls to this company with leaving messages and NOT 1 returned phone call. My one star review I am leaving is only because u cant leave a half of a star. So it is overrated. Biggest joke i have ever seen, in my entire life.

Do NOT do business with them. They sold my items at a WMU auction and they NEVER paid me. They do not even return my calls. Very unprofessional and possible they are taking advantage of many people. I am ready to call the authorities and an attorney to take care of this for me
Biddergy needs to put more time and effort into making sure that their items have clear descriptions. I bidded on an electronic item that had multiple listings with multiple quantities. Many of the items specified that it did not come with a charger so I steered clear from those and won a bid on one of the others that did not specify that it didn’t have a charger. I’m here now picking the items up only to find that there were ONLY 100 chargers for the 500+ items that they had listed and that they were given out on a first come first serve basis. If this was specified I would’ve come sooner. When I called customer service, the young lady over this auction told me that their own staff was lying and that there were never any chargers. False advertising and misleading auctions are not a great way to do business especially when your terms and conditions specify suing those who are not happy.*past purchases went smoothly!

Beware buying Class - A items from retail locations selling through Biddergy.They are listed as CLASS A – Items that are brand new and fully functional, original packaging may be open or dirty but all pieces and parts are included. Items tested to the best of our ability.Upon retrieving the item after winning it is very obviously not new nor is it even functional. Reaching out to them by e-mail doesnt get a response.They still have great deals but a used and broken item should be listed as such.

Made my first purchase in last week‘s auction, got a good deal and am super excited! Was very easy and everyone was nice there.
I had the opportunity to work at biddergy as a loter, or data entry specialist. I worked for the company for over a year and a half and the job had its ups and downs as all jobs do. I started in at minimum wage and not much changed after a year and a half. By the end of my time working there I had been making 10 dollars an hour, (what they had began to start hiring people in at). The job was very simple and mind numbing to do without much required effort. However there was no place to move in the company. After a disagreement with how communication should work in a buisness I put in my 2 weeks notice. Multiple meetings were organized to talk about how the communication between everyone working was going to get better, but it never did. Overall the job is very easy for anyone to do but if your looking for more than 10 dollars an hour you will have a hard time finding it here. I enjoyed pretty much everyone I had the opportunity to work with.
I decided to give this place a second chance !! After spending thousands of dollars with them before . Won a few items , called about fifty times until I got someone to answer my call and after leaving voice mails !!! Asked for my items to be shipped , that was a month ago 🤔🤔 nothing yet .Either you have someone stealing peoples items or your shipping manager is bad for business . Never again
Ive been doing business with biddergy for several years now. Its a great place to buy or sell. I do recommend going there and inspect anything that you are interested in before buying. Jeff Steve and Allen have worked the warehouse for years and are pretty helpful probably biddergy biggest assets
Dirty, unorganized, rude staff. It is hard to find someone to help you, and when you do, they are less than accommodating. If you have questions online, you will not get a response from the company and they will not work with you with pickups. Many auctions are faulty, wrong photos with titles, misrepresented products and there are no policies in place to protect the buyers.

Quick and easy to pick up items won. Eric was a huge help in finding my items and getting them loaded.
Nothing more than a glorified garage sale. Sellers can have a blind reserve price. You can win the bid and not be able to purchase the item. Won the bid on a table and chair outfit, drove there to pick it up, and could not purchase it. Better off calling it a garage sale site rather than an auction site.

Great deal on my sons car! Battery was low when I picked it up but the guys gave me a quick jump start, its fine now, just sat too long in the cold.
Listing said the product worked, however, it did not and they refused to refund my money. Guess what Biddergy, for not refunding my $11.00 you lost a multi thousand dollar per year customer.
It has a wide variety of things each week for the online addition. Since items are listed by individuals, its recommended that you inspect the item prior to bidding if possible. Sometimes the individuals statement of condition may be much different that yours.

This place used to be a lot better but its still really cool, they have everything under the sun for auction prices.

They went above & beyond to help us get our item prepped & ready for freight shipment. 2022-06-30Easy bidding and pretty good prices for just about everything. All the auctions are held online and pretty easy to navigate. The place has very little parking and does feel a little overcrowded outside in the parking lot, but it was easy to find zero hassle with finding my items.

2022-02-22Horrible company buyers be ware! Advertised as fair condition and once I received item I plugged it in to check it and it caught fire!! Screwed me on a $5000 welder!! Rude customer support said I should have inspected it but they dont have a power service large enough to test it on site so they couldnt test it either!!

2021-08-12Biddergy has grown immensely over the last few years... and any employer knows (in today’s Covid Work Environment...) it’s nearly impossible to find GOOD employees... who work hard... who are smart... who understand REAL Customer Service... Biddergy has a Manager in the Warehouse named JEFF... he’s worked with Biddergy for approx 8 years... and they are LUCKY 🍀 to have him... he helped my grandson and my son pick up items... and in spite of having customers lined up... he took the time needed to MAKE sure a Large Order was “correct”. Jeff definitely KNOWS THAT Biddergy Warehouse in Kalamazoo... and “if” you ever have to stop by and Sell (Drop Off items)... or Buy (Pick Up Items)... 2021-10-12September 2021, I acquired a municipal vehicle and a bicycle from Biddergy. Derek and Meagan proved to be very customer satisfaction focused! I was able to coordinate a pick up day and time that worked well for me for both items. There were some paperwork delays due to the location of my vehicle, but they were resolved in the time frame that they stated. I even received a phone call explaining the situation and an apology for the delay. Overall, I am happy with the service and their ability to be positive and resolve bumps in the road with grace.

2021-11-22New road makes it easier to get in, but so many cars there for upcoming sales there is no where to park! Seems like staff is overwhelmed by sales volume, fewer pictures, poor descriptions, but prices are high for the stuff I watch, so sellers must be happy!

2021-09-13Horrible horrible place the vehicle was NOTHING like the description! It said d runs and drives nice it does not! I had to replace the battery to even start it! Once started it was so extremely loud I was afraid to drive it! They refuse to acknowledge that they falsely advertised the vehicle or refund my money! Horrible!! Do not believe the descriptions listed they are liars!
