Comment: Its disappointing that I am leaving 2 stars because they were so nice to me especially since I had left 5 stars earlier. But, my car ended up having engine trouble after driving out of state even though I was reassured multiple times that my engine was fine and could survive the trip. I ended up having to ship it back to California at a costly rate and have decided to pursue further repairs to my engine elsewhere. These people are very respectful, but I wish there could have been more accuracy and transparency with their assessment of my vehicle.

Comment: I am a first time customer to Big Brand Tire & Service. I had been going to another shop for years, but the other brand/shop screwed up my car and never fully fixed things. BBT&S was very welcoming and took on my old car (Acura TL 2003) and they were able to get parts and fix the master window switch, the AC/Heather motor (it was always stuck on heater), tighten the parking break, and replace a tire. That was WAY more service than I expected and they checked in on the weekend to give me an update. I was in and out really fast and they were up front and to the point on costs and work to be done. As a customer, I really appreciate that.Repeat customer: One tire had a screw in it. Took the van in and they took care of it. The outside showed signs of wear for both front tires, so I requested an alignment check as well. They replaced both front tires and checked the alignment, which was in spec. That saved me 100 off the estimate.

I love half mile from the shop and I appreciate that they were able to accommodate me on a three minute please-drive-me-home ans please-pick-me-up again when car’s done! And with the obvious difference of how my car drives now, I owe to them this appreciation! I got brand new frontal tires, a new battery, a much needed alignment, a new downstream catalyctic? sensor or something.. lol and do plan to get whatever repair needs I may need in the future! He took care of me with a very unique situation after I had 1 of 4 tires blowout/explode on my vintage trailer and I needed to replace it plus the old original spare from 1969. He researched extensively online to find the exact match to my other 2 tires that I just had installed in March earlier this year. I also bought a new/used refurbished rim for the spare and he will mount and balance it for me! Thank you for your story Cody, I enjoyed talking with you, bless you brother!

I visited Big Brand tires to check to see was my records from the other company was transferred and they were very helpful and everything was transferred. I browsed the shop and everything was the same as far as services needed. I look forward to making them my chose for service. Update got service done at Big Brand Tire service today and was very pleased with my service, the service manager was polite, professional and courteous as well as the other team members. The shop was clean and very organized..they offer a full service package. I would highly recommend them to family and friend cause I believe you would be in good hands with great quality service.

I went to the station, and they did not have a gas can to help me out. They would sell me one for $20. I said, No thanks. I push the car.
