I ordered a jersey for my nephew - the service was very good in spite of restrictions.Quality of product was very good. Since we were ordering virtually, I went with the owner suggestions.The end result was exactly what I was looking for. We all loved it and specially my nephew.They mailed it for me directly- going beyond the normal customer service.
They were very organized, and had our shirt design ready within 15 minutes. It was very last minute request, but they managed to get all 16 shirts done within a couple of days. They probably would’ve had it done sooner if I didn’t request them around New Year’s Eve. Overall, I am very impressed with their services. I’ve already recommended them to many friends, and family. I know where we’ll be purchasing our custom shirts from now on

I called them an hour and a half before closing and they were able to finish my order! I was so happy they could fit me in. I only had one shirt to do but they were very helpful fast and friendly! Ive went here looking specifically for a few t-shirts to become made the way I want them. Was a little hesitant to try them due to the distance but glad I did. The service here was nothing less but superb. They took time with me to make sure the detailing i want was nothing but the best. I gave little details to what it was that i wanted and to my surprise it was exactly like i envisioned it. They sent a rough draft before proceeding with my order and none the less they were done ahead of time. They were speedy, professional, well maintained and had a little of that southern charm to it. I will continue to use this place for my customize shirts. The quality of their work and ethics were amazing. The prices arent bad either. I wish them much success in the present and future.

I had an unfortunate event with another T-shirt print place & I came to Big Frog of Canton. I walked in 5 hours before I needed them, had just ran out and bought 4 new T-shirts to use and had my 4 & 5 year old with me. It was hectic. They immediately asked for my design and started helping me. They had the shirts ready in 20 minutes. Absolutely fantastic, friendly and fast service. I will be back for all my printing needs.

This is really a great place to have a shirt designed and printed. The young lady that assisted me was great. She took her time searching and designing a shirt for my husbands retirement. They also were able to have the shirt ready for me the next day. We are going back to have 2 more shirts designed.

Big Frog really helped us on a short lead time project involving about 50 shirts of various sizes. They provided design services to give us the design we desired, and recommended a good quality shirt onto which they printed, with high quality, our custom design. We have since placed another quick-turn order with them, for twice as many shirts, with an even more complex design process, and they are handling it without issue! And on a full color printing process, they are saving us money which is important for a school-based project.
First, they were thorough during the design process. Thankfully, they utilized great communication and patience with my requests. Then, they delivered with fantastic quality of all print and embroidery. Last, definitely not least, they have a fabulous staff!!!!!!
I went into Big Frog for the first time today. I am so happy that I did. They were so creative and were able to design a shirt for me in no time at all. The 24 hour turn around for the printing will have my birthday gift ready just in time. They have a big selection of items you can choose from, or you can bring in your own. I will definately be going back to have some things created for myself.
I like the fact that there is a lot of communication prior to confirming and creating the product. They are willing to take as much time necessary to make sure the order is correct. I have had several projects completed and Big Frog, and I have not yet been disappointed.

Needed t-shirts for a committee members organizing a fund raising chilli cook-off event. Big Frog stepped up to provide great free shirts for the event
Recently went into BIg Frogs looking for a special onesie to taker to my daughters baby shower. I wanted to get a picture of one of the baby ogres from the movie Shrek. Anne told us that because of copy wright issues they could not put a photo of the Shrek character on the shirt but they could draw an outline of an ogre baby and make it look somewhat like him. Anyway the shirt turned out great and they had it made and ready for me within a week just in time for the baby shower. A week later my daughter went into the hospital and delivered my healthy happy grandson. I highlly recommend Big Frogs and will go back in the future.

First time customers visiting from Kentucky, my husband and I were walking by the shop and he persuaded me to go in and have a look around. We were greeted warmly by the staff, offeted a tour of the shop, and ended up buying me a long sleeved t-shirt with my new granddaughters picture on the front. I could not believe how easy it was for them to create the shirt for me! While in the store I simply emailed them a copy of the picture I wanted from my phone, chose the shirt from their well stocked inventory, decided on the style, caption, font, and color for the print, then left to eat lunch. Just over an hour later I went back and my shirt was finished and ready to be picked up. Beautiful work and under $22!!

2022-06-12I bought 4 shirts from this place & instantly my logo faded in the first wash.. Wasn’t able to get refund or any type of accommodation.. I give this place 1 star but wish I could give it zero stars!

2022-02-04I purchased company hoodies and t-shirts with Big Frog. The prices were a little high but I was looking for quality. I had a hoodie I picked up just before the pandemic that had bleeding ink. I couldn’t contact them during the lock down and it slipped my mind until it was time to reorder. When I brought it to their attention they were real blaise about it, refused to replace it, refund it, or offer a discount on my new order. As a matter of fact I didn’t even get an apology. No acknowledgment at all. They’ve lost a customer here.

That is the most accountability I’ve heard from you, so even though you disregarded my complaint and gave excuses instead of solutions, it is appreciated. For the record I have hoodies older than my teenage children that have not experience the issue I have with the hoodie I PAID to have custom made. Regardless of whether I purchased it 8 hours ago, 8 days ago, 8 weeks ago or 8 months ago that is a problem and not to even offer a discount on my new order because you have a problem admitting your work was subpar is petty.

2021-10-11I dropped garments off 5.5 weeks ago to have work done. Was told they had to send out to get some work from a 3rd party and it would be 10-14 days before complete. Followed up 21 days after once I didnt hear back(1 week longer then they said it would take to complete) only to be told that the material color I requested was on some type of back order so it would be another week. Called back 2.5 weeks after(which is a little over a month) and was told that they spoke to the vinyl person who was doing the work and recommended I not get that type of material. Something that should have been told to me 4 weeks prior and I could have moved on to other options. Im glad I didnt complete the survey that was sent right after I placed my order for reason just like this. Rest assure, Ill be completing the survey now and will not return to this business again.

2020-09-03Very professional service! Vicki, the graphic designer did an amazing job on the t Shirts ordered. Everything was done quickly and the turn around time was literally the next day. They have very reasonable prices and very professional! The shop is very well organized and they are open during covid with a max of 2 ppl in the store at a time and mask are required. I will definitely bring my business here. Its rare you have a business that actually cares about the consumer and takes pride in their work all the way to the end. I would highly recommend this location for all your custom design needs! May God continue to bless your business!

2021-07-15I was putting on a work event for my clients. My company used a T shirt company out of Chicago that sent my shirts one day before the event, but they arrived in child sizes! I ran to big frog devastated and praying they would be able to complete such an order in less than 24 hours. They did happily, with no issues!!!! So helpful and I am so appreciative for them. They literally saved me.
