I did so, and they delivered, and used a high quality preferred synthetic oil and rotated the tires for $93 and I am totally pleased to get quality service at a value price.

Comment: Horrible customer service.I called about bringing my wifes car in to have her tire patched & the guy I spoke with said to bring it in (4:30pm). I told him that I was leaving work and heading home to get my wifes car, then heading to their shop. I arrived at 5:35pm & the lady at the register told me that I was too late, they dont take customers after 5pm. I asked if there was any way they could make an exception since the person I spoke with forgot to mention any time restrictions.I was told there was nothing they could do for me and to come back tomorrow.I am very disappointed that they wasted my time and gas money.Ive had good experiences at Big O Tires in the past. That being said, do yourself a favor and go to a different location. The employees at the Concord Big O do not care about the customers.

Comment: Worst experience I can recall with a retailer. Ordered tires because I had a flat. Made an appointment to get my tires replaced and paid a deposit on the tires I wanted. When I showed up for my appointment my tires werent at the shop and the shop associate couldnt tell me when the tires would arrive and made no effort to find out. I asked for a refund on my deposit and was told I would have to pay a restocking fee. I even offered to purchase in stock tires and was told I would still be charged the restocking fee. Needless to say Im not thrilled to pay a restocking fee on tires that didnt arrive for my appointment. Equally frustrated no one called to postpone my appointment because of the tires not arriving.

Comment: I got a new car that was running well for 5 months and when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation for the good price of $53, i felt I was in decent hands. I worked with Samantha and the first thing that unsettled me was her showing me that there was a red tint in my oil. The mechanics said they never saw it before and made me feel concerned. I had to call my dealership to confirm that it was an additive. After everything was done, I drove home, not realizing til the next day that my tire was leaking. When I came the next day for them to fix it, I suggested that they may have left loose when they put air in my tire and Samantha was quick to explain to me that thats not how a gasket worked and proceeded to show me what the air gasket does. They spent an hour and a half trying to make sure I didnt run over a nail and that I was at fault instead of fixing. They finally put sealant to seal it but Samantha came back to me still implying that there was a leak in the tire, I didnt run over anything, but the leak had to have been from something else NOT from them not securing the gasket yesterday. Again this is a new car that I drove without problems for 5 months. Lastly, a week after, my neighbor noticed that the bottom carriage under my car was ajar. They didnt even tighten or secure it after changing my oil! Now I need to go have it fixed and I have no trust for this location. Im going to need to check if everything else is securely fastened.

I tried to spend more money buy a higher end tire as well as brakes. They tried to talk me out of it. I had them do a repair and had someone else do all the upgrades. They do not like to do extra work which one could say they dont like to do a good job. Not sure how they are still in business.

Under their hazard warranty was hoping they could replace for me no problem. Took about an hour for them to tell me its not repairable and that they have the wheel but cant replace it because I had purchased it from bigo tire on clayton road. your within 30 miles of original purchase you have to go back to them to get it replaced nothing I can do ok whatever didnt think much about it. I get to bigo tire on clayton road and the gentlemen informs me that they could have easily replaced it for me and just called clayton road bigo tire and billed them. The helpful gentlemen on clayton rd later guess by name who helped me out at the concord ave store and describes the experience they gave me customer inconvenience. So thanks a lot SAMANTHA for wasting my time.

Comment: I had a horrible experience, I was given a quote online for the service i wanted and then when my wife dropped off my car they tried to add over $400 of additional services and fees that i didnt need or want. I called in and asked about the additional charges and went through the math and the numbers didnt add up so i had them remove a bunch of things that were applicable to the service. I specifically told them to remove the alignment fee because i has just had the alignment done. I told my wife to make sure this service wasnt on the bill. When my wife went to pick up the car they put the alignment fee back on and lied to her saying they spoke with me and i wanted this service added. Extremely unprofessional! Also all 4 of my rims were scratched and marked up from the process of putting on the new tires. I couldnt believe how bad this experience was and am appalled that the service person would try to take advantage or someone who had no idea what was going on during the service, not once but twice and outright lie to my wife. To top it all off i now have huge marks on my rims and have tried trice to have them detailed to removed without any success.

Comment: Had a horrible experience today at this Big O. I’ve been going here for over 5 years and up until today, they’ve provided good service. My experience from today, however, was so bad I will not EVER go back. I want to preface by saying that I have had over $5,000 worth of work done on my wife’s cars, as well as 3 of my own. I have had brakes done, suspension, purchased wheels and tires, alignments, rotations, etc. Basically everything they offer, we’ve had done on our vehicles. I usually like higher quality equipment then the OEM or lesser quality parts offered at most repair shops so I order my own parts (such as Bilstein shocks/struts or PowerStop/Brembo rotors and calipers) and bring them in to have them installed. Never in the last 5 years has this been an issue... until today. Had they just told me when I made my appointment that they would not install parts that I did not purchase through them, I’d say fine and find a new shop to do it. Instead, they took my appointment knowing that I was bringing my own parts, wait for me to take the entire day off so I could come down to the shop, then at the last minute decide arbitrarily that they now have a policy of not installing “customer parts”. It’s not like I hand crafted these shocks and struts on my own. They are the #1 manufacture of performance shocks and struts IN THE WORLD. Guess they we hoping I’d put their POS Monroe shocks and struts on my 2017 Explorer Sport. I don’t think so. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. I’ll never give them my business again.

So sure enough when I need an oil change I went to see Joe and he was great. I went in once and Joe was busy with another customer, so he told me to go inside and Pierre would take care of me. Pierre was also great. So anytime anything aside from my scheduled mileage services needed to be done Id go to Big O and see Joe or Pierre. Unfortunately Joe is no longer with us so now I just go to Pierre.*DO NOT go to Brian!Once I went in and Pierre was on vacation so I ended up dealing with Brian. Uggh, big mistake. I kept hearing a noise under the hood and the car would hesitate sometimes when I pressed on the accelerator so of course I wanted it checked out. The first time Brian sat in the car and pressed on the gas while the car was in park and said he didnt hear anything and that it felt fine to him. The second time he drove it down the street with me in the car and recommended that I add something (I forget what it wss called) to my oil. So I went to OReillys bought the stuff and added. Uhhh, NO! That didnt work. Yes I am Woman, NO I am not stupid! So I waited until Pierre returned from vacation and he typed up a slip to have the mechanic take a look at my car. Come to find out my engine needed to be replaced! Pierre recommended a place that did engine replacements, but suggested that I just replace the car which is what I ended up doing. Huge difference in the level of customer service!*DO NOT go to Jason!Another time I went and Pierre was busy with a customer, so I planned to wait inside until he was done. I get inside and Jason offers to help me and for some dumb reason I let him. It was just a blown tire and wheel that needed replacing. Ugh, it was like dealing with Sid the Sloth! He swore that the dealership would rip me off and that he could get me a better price on a wheel. WRONG!!!!! It was EXACTLY the same price for the wheel and the dealership had a better price on the tire! I dont know Why men feel like women dont know how to do research! Wake up, its the 21st century!Women if you go to this location ask for Pierre. Youll get great customer service and hell treat you the same as his male customers.

Comment: Great customer service and overall service. Rather busy on weekends (understandably), but even then they are very nice and ready to help. Fixed my problem very quickly today, price was good. They have a clean (!) waiting area with coffee and TV, and the employees treat you with respect even if you know nada about cars and tires. Ill definitely come back (but hopefully not soon! LOL)

Comment: They had my car for an hour and a half and didnt even check any of the things I asked them to check and proceeded to say nothing was wrong. It was obvious that the brakes were bad as I could barely stop it needs shocks and probably a wheel bearing or cv axle

Comment: I went to this place to change my van tires and do a wheel alignment. Change the tires was ok but wheel aligment looks like was done only in the paper. First, as i understand, wheel aligment means straigten up the wheel and than go to tires. It was not done. The drive experience is exactly the same, or in other words, they didnt test what the do. Then i was back there last sunday and it was closed. They didnt care about customers. If it is a customer care store it would have a note on the store window or a message on phone call. It was a terrible experience due this. I would not recommend this place if it is not a un missing tire change deal. I will be back there next sunday. Lets see how it will ends.

Comment: The men were very helpful. I came with a damaged tire, they allowed me to leave it and gave me a call when it was ready. When I returned I thought it would be put on, but they had several people ahead of me so i was going to go home and put the tire on myself as I had a lot to do and couldnt wait, but just before I was about to drive away, they took a few minutes and put it on for me. They were so kind, and friendly and I will definitely go back when its time for new tires. They were rock stars in my book.
