The place smelled like cigarettes and made me choke. Service was slow considering they had 5 employees working and only 2 guests in the store.
This location has the nicest and most helpful staff! I didnt ask her name, but the women who helped me at the drive through had long curly blond hair. She was so helpful and helped me decide on a drink. This bear paw latte is HEAVEN!I dont go to biggby often and she didnt rush me at all and it was a great experience. 10/10! 🖤🖤
Im not a big coffee drinker but the coffee smells great the workers are great the restaurant is clean I pick up here quite a bit as well
I am so glad they opened a Biggby right down the road from me! The staff are all amazingly friendly and take the time to get to know you. I usually stop by every morning on my way to work, and Im never disappointed by the speedy and friendly service. Even when theyre really busy they are fast! Quality business, drinks, and employees, they have it all!

This morning I was up early on accident. Decided to get my dad and I coffee, he hasnt been able to get all the flavors from coffee in a long time since he got sick. Got him the Biggby Best blend this morning and he can taste some of the flavor and liked it. 😎 so grateful for great people and great coffee.Ive always been a fan of Biggby, but recently this company has blown my mind with how wonderful the staff are and how sweet the owners are.
Went here today and the staff was phenomenal, there customer service made me wanna spend, I’m sad I didn’t have money to tip them but they were great!

2022-06-06Came here earlier around 8:30 am, and Stanley took good care of me. Best BIGGBY I’ve EVER had. Drink was thick and frozen and perfectly blended, and the bagel was wrapped and already had cream cheese on it which was a surprise for me and I loved it!! You can tell they have a nice vibe there too. An okay morning turned into a good morning and I will be back :)

2022-03-24Great, great service!All the staff members ,all six of them, turned around and looked at me and my friend as we walked in and said hi, in unison. We were really worried at that moment like they were going to start looking at us and chanting, one of us, one of us,one of us. We where laughing it was funny. No staffing issues there.Anywho the service was outstanding the quality is great! I definitely recommend.

2022-06-04I know I cannot be the only one that was excited when they found out that there was going to be another local coffee place opening. I know I was getting super tired of waiting in line for 40 minutes at the place across from Meijer (if you know, you know). Then finding out that there was going to be a drive-thru too, pretty much sealed the deal for this becoming my go-to spot for my daily caffeine fix. Though I must say, the drive-thru here has a bit of a strange layout as it does wrap around the back of the building. It was confusing when it first opened, but now there is plenty of signage to guide you to where you need to be.To be completely honest I have held off on writing this review for quite a while because all new places go through grand opening growing pains and I didnt want that to taint my overall review. This place was no exception to growing pains, and for a minute there, coming here (which Ive done almost daily since it opened) was becoming a rather trying experience.It has since then improved immensely, and I am glad to see it. There is a pretty steady lineup of baristas now, and they seem to have settled in nicely and things are for the most part, running smoothly.While were on the subject of the employees, everyone here is friendly, welcoming, professional, and in my experience if there is ever an issue with anything, it gets handled immediately with no questions asked.When it comes to Biggby in general, I am truly torn. Its more affordable espresso wise, and has better food options than many other large coffee chains, but the espresso itself is just okay. I try to stick to their cold brew which you can get it like 30 different flavors and combinations, so you really cannot go wrong (if you like cold brew).Despite this relatively new location being in a very, very busy part of town, there is rarely ever more than a 5 minute or so wait here. For a minute I was starting to get concerned by the lack of a regular line in the drive-thru, but there are certainly times that are busier than others, and lines do form from time to time. This place isnt as slow as it once was so just keep that in mind.When all is said and done I really only have one complaint about this particular location and its that they put you on the spot about adding a tip when you pay with your credit/debit card. It drives me insane, and I often purposely bring cash to pay with here so I dont have to deal with it. Ive never come across this type of thing at any other coffee establishment, and even places like sit-down style restaurants where tipping is common and expected, the waiters are never going to ask you for a tip. I dont mind tipping, when its on my terms. Being asked for a tip creates this dynamic where you feel like you have to tip unless you want to come off as rude and cheap. I would honestly probably come here even more than I already do (which is A LOT) if I didnt get asked every time if I wanted to leave a tip on my card.Cheers!

2022-08-05It took me 25 minutes to get my coffee in the drive thru & their was only 1 person Infront of me ? By far the slowest bigby I’ve ever been too, I’m not sure how this business is surviving & then they ask me if I want to tip? Why would I tip for a $2 coffee that took me 25 minutes to get.

2022-07-20Stop staring customers in the eye and asking if they’re going to tip you and then asking the amount. I’m sure you’ve bullied a few tips you wouldn’t have gotten otherwise, but definitely lost this customer. Awful awful awful practice.Throw a jar on the counter and appreciate what you get, christ.
