Excellent service!!! I will definitely come back to this location! I had a terrible experience at Starbucks and have vowed to never go back. Ive been trying to find a friendly coffee location to frequent. This is it! I absolutely love there coffee! Thank you!

I used to be a regular a year ago, but now the staff messes up half of my orders, AND they have the audacity to ask for tips... Ive never been through a fast food/coffee drive thru where a cashier asks me, would you like to tip our staff?

The quality of service has significantly declined the last few months, and wait times in the drive through have increased to where it might take you 30 minutes to get a coffee if youre 4th in line. I get that were in a labor shortage, so I didnt hold that against them, but the newest batch of hires have not only been getting simple orders wrong, theyre being indignant and rude when asked to fix their mistakes.

I used to come to this Bigby literally every single day. 5 star coffee and a 5 star staff. I dont know WHAT changed but I do my best to avoid this Bigby at all costs now because spending $8 for a single Coffee that is ALWAYS either rang in wrong, made wrong, or BOTH.I probably only come her once a month now (if that) since my order is consistently made incorrectly.Have you considered paying your employees a liveable wage so they can care about taking the order correctly at least or making the coffee right?

Service was great! Very pleasant staff. Coffee was awful. I ended up throwing it away. I ordered a Butter Bear iced which is typically a very sweet coffee. It was bitter and watered down bc all the ice had already melted. I was really upset to have to throw it away because their coffee is not cheap and i rarely treat myself to specialty coffees.

I used to go here regularly. However sometimes my Career keeps me away from this location. All the people who work there are friendly. New faces since I went a few months ago. Shout out to the Triple Cross Girl.

Lackluster customer service in drive thru, did not get order correct the first time and was rude; really seems like training is severely lacking along with scraping the bottom of the barrel in employees. Also the slowest drive thru I’ve experienced for a couple of coffees.

Im not a coffee drinker, but was meeting a friend there. Besides coffee, they had a wide assortment of non-coffee drinks, both hot and cold.Staff was really friendly, and the seating allowed for a relaxed meeting.

My weakness in a cup! Every drink they have is amazing!!! Best coffee place around! And I always get tons of coupons from them, so I always get discounted bills! Plus they are super friendly and really put their all into their job!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your coffee/tea etc..... this is by far the worst BIGGBY I’ve ever Been too. Slowest service, horrible customer service, Rude employees. They can never get your order right. Just terrible, if you want good fast service drive over to a Starbucks or Tim Hortons down the street.
