My sister and I had stopped into Biggie Repairs with a couple recycles ♻️ and had the best customer service. Very friendly, helpful staff, and clean store. I would definitely recommend Biggie Repairs.

I went to Biggies to get a new phone for my brother I’m sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he went above and beyond to try and help me obtain a flip phone for him. I was mistaken and told him the wrong carrier to begin with after getting the right carrier the flip phones he had were not compatible with the carrier but he still tried to call other stores to see if they had one that would. I was really disappointed that I could not buy something from him but if I need anything fixed I will be sure to go to Biggies.

I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Took my sons tablet to get fixed from the charging port it’s not been a full week since we got it back and it won’t charge again. Can’t tell me that if it was fixed correctly in less than a week it would stop working again. Mind you we paid 35$ to get it fixed all for nothing. Definitely don’t go there especially with a cell phone. Unless you want to risk It

They do great for repairing phones, but not professional at all when it comes to any other electronics. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting on my TV

Excellent service and open comunication. i would recomend it not only for phones and tv, if you have an electronic game or toy (like a remote car or video games console) go there!!
