He was able to remove a grease stain in the living room carpet which I had tried, unsuccessfully, to clean. Also, he took my light colored, area rug(11 x 10) and cleaned it at their shop. I got it back and found that all the stains were gone and was looking/feeling like new.Next month, Ive engaged John to clean the shower tile in a40 yr. old Chico rental house. Ive seen his b4 & after photos of showers hes cleaned & was surprised to see the difference in how clean he got them. So, Im anxious to see what he can do for this older rental.

They brought bumpers in and our carpets look amazing. They went the extra mile and even got a nail polish stain out that I thought would be impossible. The reason I originally hired John is because my husband is chemically sensitive and John uses a non-toxic carpet cleaner. I had pre-vacuumed the house and assumed they would just clean the carpets around the couches, but they offered to move the couches, vacuum under them and then clean them! I wasnt expecting that and was surprised and delighted. He got out all my stains and did a thorough job on the whole house. He makes the appointment with you and then reminds you of the time he will be arriving the day of the appointment and shows up on time! I was in a situation were I needed my couch cleaned ASAP after my dog had an accident on it so I started calling places but no one was available until days out. When I contacted Bio Kleen and explained my situation he said he didn’t have anything available but would try his hardest to fit me in. A few minutes later he calls me and says he will be able to make it. When he showed up he got right to business and did an amazing job. He even helped me clean some additional spots in my carpet and made it look great. I was so happy with his work we set up a future appointment to do my whole apartment.
