Although I regularly frequent Dr Milans for routine dentistry, and am always impressed with the friendliness, kindness and sincerity of everyone who works there, after getting into a car accident which knocked out my front teeth, I contacted Dr. Milans office and they immediately got me in. Dr. Milan performed magic and I left looking better than before the accident. He truly is an artist. Christina at the front desk was absolutely amazing working with my insurance and went so far above and beyond to help me get as much coverage as possible. Thank you, Dr Milan, for bringing something positive out of the horrible experience of the accident 😊 I couldnt be happier with it.
Dr. Milan is an excellent dentist. I have been going to him for over 20 years. I recently needed another implant and Dr. Milan performed the procedure. I felt at ease the entire time, from the preparation to the surgery. It was a painless experience. Dr. Milan and his entire staff are friendly, professional, and caring. Words cannot express the amount of happiness and confidence I have gained from getting Invisalign at Dr. Milan’s office. I was very nervous at the beginning, however Dr. Milan made sure every step of the way to answer all my questions. He was so kind and professional to me throughout the whole procedure, I have never felt so comfortable at a dental office in my whole life. I would recommend Dr. Milan to anyone looking for good cosmetic work, or even if you just need a cleaning. For the first time in my life, I enjoy going to the dentist.
From simple to complex issues, Dr. Milan is simply the best dentist. His office team is also top-notch....very professional and caring.
I have been going to Dr Milan for over 15 years. He is one of the first dentists to use computer generated technology for making crowns. Not only does the crown come out perfect but there is no need for a temporary and a return visit. It is all done in one visit. He can fix any gap, crack, chip or break beautifully. I get constant complements on my teeth and smile. I can’t say enough about his wonderful work and his great staff.
26 years ago Dr. Milan changed my life. 17 years prior to that, as a 17 year old high school senior, three of my front teeth were knocked out in a late night pick up hockey game at my local ice rink. My confidence was crushed. My dental implants were functional but obvious. Dr. Milan’s cosmetic dentistry skill made all the difference for me. The functional quality of his implants is superior to what I had previously experienced. I now confidently bite into any food - no need to eat an apple with a knife. As great and huge a life improvement as that was, it pales in comparison to confidence the cosmetic improvement Dr. Milan’s work provided. Not sure how better to say it than, because of Dr. Milan for many years now I have taken my smile for granted. I don’t cover my mouth with my hand when I smile. I don’t force my mouth closed when I smile. The majority of a lifetime of family photos show my uninhibited smile. I trust my families dental care to Dr. Milan. The staff at Dr. Milan’s office is fantastic. Christina is great at all the mechanics of her role, scheduling, Insurance, follow up but most importantly she is kind, caring, and interested. I had Zoom whitening done and it was amazing! Laurie was beyond kind and sweet. The procedure took one hour. My teeth look so so good!!! I am very pleased, and the office is definitely state of the art!!!!!

I went to Dr. Milan to replace a veneer that fell off. I had my veneers done by a different dentist and always wanted to replace them. The temporary veneers the first time I had them done were incredibly bulky and looked like I was wearing a mouth guard. I explained my fears of wearing temporary veneers again to Dr. Milan, who took the time to listen to me. Dr. Milan molded my temporary veneers by hand and they looked amazing. I was so relieved! The final product looked even better. I am so glad that I had him as my dentist and highly recommended him to anyone considering veneers.
Ive been to many dentists over the years, with both good and not-so-good dentists. Dr. Milan is the best Ive seen in the Metro Detroit area. His team is superb, all very friendly and helpful. The hygenists are very skilled and friendly, and Dr. Milan will talk you through any issues he finds to make sure you are aware of the situation and the reason for any recommendations he has. He is genuine and friendly, stays on top of technology, and is careful to make sure his work - and his referrals - are good. I dont normally gush, but this whole team is top-rate. Oh, and the massage chairs are nice too!
Very sweet staff! Very helpful and Courteous! Dr. Milan is very kind and very thorough when explaining the procedures in what needs be done for dental implants for my father! Highly recommend.Only downside is Parking sucks trying to get into the building is disorienting if you are not familiar with the buildings but that has nothing to do with the dental office

This practice clearly demonstrates that a visit to the dentist can be a joyful thing. Dr. Milan and my dental hygienist, Janelle, are remarkably good at what they do - - taking excellent care of their patients teeth, gums, etc. and doing their work extremely carefully and thoroughly. It is hard to imagine a better place for dental care.

I would like to thank Dr. Milan, and his entire staff for improving my life immensely. Before receiving my crowns, my teeth were so chipped-up, and worn down so short, that I couldnt eat a meal without pain. Food would become trapped between my teeth, and under my gums making it a torture to eat most meals. My gums were constantly inflamed, and I sometimes had to get up from a meal to water-pic the food from my gums due to the pain of chewing. (Floss sometimes couldnt do the job.)Since Dr. Milan restored my teeth, I can eat pain free, I can care for my teeth normally, and have the added bonus of a beautiful smile.Thank you Dr. Milan, Lori, Christina, and the rest of your staff for being so accommodating, and for working to change my life for the better.Gary, Firefighter

I recently finished the invisilign procedure with Dr. Milan and I could not be happier. Dr. Milan explained everything to me prior to even starting and during the 1 year I had to wear the invisiligns he made it very easy. My teeth look great and I highly recommend using Dr. Milan and his staff if you are considering this procedure or any other dental work. They are awesome!
I have been a patient of Mitch Millan since 1988. I have watched this dedicated professional grow from a young dentist to a leader in cosmetic dentistry. MItch continually upgrades his tools, knowledge and work by keeping up with the latest technologies and applying them in his practice. Mitchs chairside manor provides a soothing experience and his confidence encourages trust in his workmanship. I no longer live or work very close to Mitchs practice but continue to use his services for dentistry as I truly believe he is the best in the Southeast Michigan.
In my experience, several things come to my mind when complimenting Birmingham Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. The pleasant and welcoming attitude of the staff. The clean, sanitary, and well kept appearance this establishment. Dr. Milans affable personality in relating with his clients, in addition to his well established professional expertise in cosmetic dentistry. I cant forget to mention that not only do I find his depth of knowledge of dentistry impressive, Ive come to appreciate that he likes keep abreast of the latest advances/improvements cosmetic dentistry.

2022-04-28Dr Milan and his staff are fantastic! I have been a patient for six years and wouldn’t ever leave! I have had a lot of work done to my teeth and everything is always perfect. If you are thinking of getting veneers, he is the only one to go to. I recently had them and was so nervous they would look unnatural. He did the most perfect work and I am smiling all the time! Best practice in town! They make going to the Dentist a very easy and pleasurable experience!

2022-03-01Dr. Milan is great! My smile is a complete 180. I didn’t really like to smile before but now I can’t stop smiling. I get so many compliments. My only regret is that I didn’t see Dr. Milan sooner. Rachael was in my procedures and she is amazing! I definitely recommend Dr. Milan.

2021-12-20The entire staff and Dr. Milan were welcoming, kind, and professional. They did a phenomenal job on my smile. I was unhappy with my smile after receiving crowns by my general dentist. A thorough search for highly recommended cosmetic dentists in Michigan brought me an hour and 30 minutes away from home to Dr. Milan. They gave me a smile that I love and were more than worth the drive.

2021-11-05First of the staff is amazing and so kind. I was cold so one of the nurses put a blanket in the dryer and covered me.I got a full set of veneers which is a very long procedure and can be very uncomfortable. I felt nothing at all. Everyone took such care to make sure it was a good experience.The doctor is amazing! Always upbeat. He spent a ton of time explaining my procedure. Most dentists charge to remove old veneers by 20%. He did not charge me for that.My veneers turned out beautifully. He also made it clear that if I have any issues with my new veneers, he would take care of it immediately. I’m a very happy patient!

2021-06-22After reading about Dr. Milan and hearing from other people, I knew he was the one I wanted to meet with to discuss my many dental issues. I wanted to have an amazing smile! I met with Dr. Milan and he did a thorough evaluation and discussed the best way to achieve my goals. He spent so much time with me going over in great detail the optimal plan. It was a comprehensive plan that would take 8 months. Beginning with teeth cleaning ( I had the best teeth cleaning I have ever had), Invisalign, implants, some fillings, and the last step was the 14 porcelain veneers. After 8 months, I am now finished and I have the MOST fabulously white smile with perfectly straight teeth. I look 15 years younger and I feel like a new person! Dr. Milan is truly an artist! I have heard about people traveling from all over to see him and now I know why. This was the best investment I ever made! Thank you Dr. Milan!

Dental assistants provide top notch professionalism and excel in giving detailed explanations on procedures as well as at home care. They truly care about each individual patient and treat them as family.Dr. Milan provides a comfortable setting within his office and is able to get patients in and out in a timely fashion. 2021-05-06All my life I’ve been insecure about my smile, from congenitally missing my 2 front teeth. I’ve gone through crowns of different shapes and sizes and wrong coloration. I finally decided to search for the best cosmetic dentist in Michigan, and fell upon Dr. Milan based on his reviews. From the minute I first walked in to his office to my last visit, everyone was so genuine and kind and made me feel so comfortable. I knew I had come to the right place. Dr. Milan explained the process so thoroughly and addressed any issues or questions I had about my smile. After 4 visits I now have the most natural looking crowns and veneers, I never thought could be possible. I’ve dreamed about the smile I have now! Dr. Milan and his team gave me the best experience and I would truly recommend him to anyone!

2019-03-03Several months ago, I decided to explore my options for changing some things that I didn’t like about my teeth. I did online research and sought out feedback in an attempt to find the BEST cosmetic dentist in Michigan. I did not want to take a chance with something as visible and significant as teeth and smile. I was led to Birmingham Center for Cosmetic Dentistry.After having a few different procedures done, I can confidently say that Dr. Milan and his team are indeed the BEST!Dr. Milan is amazingly talented, and he clearly recognizes the “art” aspect of a pleasing smile. Based on my experience, his keen eye and acute attention to detail is not something that can be taught from a textbook.In addition to that, his team is super friendly and always ensures patient comfort. Parking is also convenient (which can be tough in downtown Birmingham).I had such a great experience that I will continue to go to Dr. Milan for all of my dental care. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
