I had a very weird hip injury that resulted in gait problems, adhesions, and misalignment. I’m in my late 20s and usually very active, so this really impacted my quality of life.After several well wave appointments, I’m feeling much better. I have also been to other chiropractors before, and Dr. Rob made a big difference even after one adjustment. Thanks so much to Dr. Rob, Asim, and team.

I have been to many chiropractic offices, but Birmingham Wellness has been the best. Their approach is more integrative, as they focus not only on spinal adjustments, but other areas, such as exercise, shoes, posture, nutrition, etc. The office staff is on top of insurance coverage and changes as well.
BWC offers the best of both worlds. All of the staff members are friendly and make you feel at home, but their services are very professionally executed. I like that the office takes a holistic approach to health and offers many all natural solutions to heal different ailments. They do a lot for their patients and try to keep it as affordable as possible. Love this place!
Love the level of care at BWC! I’ve only been there a handful of times and usually because of an ache or pain that has been lingering from running or not stretching enough. Each time I’ve left their facility I have felt better and resumed all normal activities shortly after. I suggest/recommend them every chance I get.

I have been going to BWC for over 10 years! I have loved it from day one. When I first began going there I was in much pain and was diagnosed with a bulging disc. Dr. Bonde was able to help me without any drugs! I am now going to Dr. Chelsea and she also does a great job. I would recommend BWC to anyone looking for a good and trustworthy chiropractor.
Amazing place, only place that has been able to get rid of my back/neck pain from vertebrae disk issues. They are all so caring and take time out of their day to care for you. You dont feel like a patient here, you feel like a friend and person. Highly recommend this place for all you pain relieving needs.
Dr. Rob is a Miracle Worker! I get chronic asthma during this time of the year and spent all of Sunday night coughing and taking my emergency inhaler every couple hours. My asthma was so bad that you could hear me wheeze every time I took a breath in and out. Immediately after my adjustment, I stopped wheezing and felt my body completely relax. I saw him twice this week to get me back to a functioning state and 3 days later with his suggested supplements, I’m no longer using my emergency inhaler and am running around after my toddler.Additionally, I’ve been seeing him for over a year and have seen significant results in my posture and allergies. Activities like standing up straight, driving a car or lifting weights no longer aggravates my back and pretty much most pain I started with has dissipated. As for my allergies, he prescribed a cocktail of natural supplements to assist with everything from food allergies to airborne allergens. I can even cuddle with my dog without breaking out in hives or a 30 minute sneezing attack!

Staff are kind and knowledgable. They remember your name! Doctors are fantastic! Massage therapists do great therapeutic massages! They recommend the right supplements, nutrition advise, and even call to check on you! I have had Reike therapy as well as WOW wave therapy, both very theraputic. Great place, I highly recommend it!
Ive only been going to the Birmingham Wellness Center for a few weeks. I must admit I thought they were extra friendly because they wanted me as a customer, however each time I go they are even more friendly. I love going to the Center the atmosphere is so healing one feels better as soon as you walk in. I would highly recommend the Birmingham Wellness Center to anyone.

2022-04-11I told Dr. Reid what I thought was causing the misalignment in my neck and cranial areas. He knew what I was referring to and adjusted them. He then gave me a few exercises to strengthen the weak muscles that are not are supportive.

2020-10-29I am adding to my review of last year. The same wonderful care continues. During this year of COVID, they have implemented extra safety measures over and above their normal safety practices. I feel very comfortable going to their practice for my chiropractic care and so should you if you need help. I have been going to Birmingham Wellness for more years than I can count. Excellent Wellness center with wonderful, and more importantly knowledgeable Doctors and great staff. I always recommend them to anyone in need (or not) of chiropractic care to start a good health regimen as part of it. I had a serious whiplash from a bicycle riding accident over 30 years ago and am convinced all my years of care has slowed the deterioration progression. BWC treats you like family and have reached out in care when losing family members, even the four legged ones. The center is conveniently located and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend you give them a try.
