Went there when they first opened , they were decent. Could tell they had off brand mix ins. (For example the Oreo are off brand) but overall wasnt bad but since then prices up at least twice if not more on top of a 4% card fee. Its just not worth it.
Great place to get ice cream. They have good soft-serve AND hand-scooped. Plus, the employees are very friendly. I hate to say it but my husband and I are becoming regulars there. (They also have a coffee house style menu which I havent tried yet.)
I’ve been there twice now well three times. The first time they weren’t open to sell coffee in the morning. The second time they were open and the bagel I got was stale and had that chewy microwaved texture and the coffee was really acidic and bad. The third time was today, there was a single car in front of me and they were too busy to take my order and asked for me to wait, that wait took too long so I left. So I got food 1 out of 3 times, Probably won’t be back, I was so excited to see a good coffee place when they were constructing the building.Edit* No, Im good. You sell two hour old coffee?Edit 2 they changed their we do coffee every two hours to we serve fresh coffee
You guys!! I wish that I could give them more stars. The service is always so fast, the workers are so friendly and nice and the food…OMG! Love their slushee floats, they are my favorite thing on the menu. Also their cinnamon roll donut is out of this world!! We just went at around 9:40 and I was expecting the donuts to not be fresh or good but they taste amazing!! Like seriously fresh! Love this place.
Ive been here a few times for donuts and milkshakes. It was always clean and staff was friendly. Today I stopped in to use the restroom and when I was leaving the owner (Im assuming) starts berating me about how long I was in the restroom. I was going to bring my children here on Sunday now I wont. And the fact that Im a civil service employee in uniform that he obviously doesnt want using his restroom is even worse. I will take my business else where.

I got an iced caramel macchiato and it was so delicious! I also got a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and Im impressed. Im a big Tim Hortons fan, I usually dont stray from them but this place is so close to my home. Im very happy. 😊
I was going here to support a local business, but have been unsatisfied with the service and quality of the food. The 2 ice creams we got took so long for the woman to make, and there was noone inside or in the drivethrough line except us. I was in my car with no ac with the kids, eo the wait was awful. I got 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, but what I got was 2 bagles that had been over microwaved and were chewy, with no butter or anything! It doesnt hurt to toast your bagels, I mean come on. The woman at the window is so stale, and not personnal at all. With so many other ice cream places available in the area, I will be taking my business there instead because Bliss just got added to my do not return list... It was today, around 10-11 this morning.
What a great new local business! It was clean, the helpful staff was friendly, and our banana split & oreo blast was delicious! Wide menu, reasonably priced. We will be back. Try it out!! 🙂
I have yet to get a iced coffee made correctly, not the biggest issue though. My family loves donuts, I stop & grab 6... They are all old & stale. This isnt the first time I tried for a donut, they are all old. So sad considering they are In walking distance from my house, but Ill stick with Tim Hortons.
Daughter and I found this place on the way home from errands. Got Slushies. Menu is pretty great. Coffee both hot and cold. Blended options. Pastries and bagels. Soft serve and Hersheys brand hard ice cream. Among other items. Drive thru too. Really great people, fast service. Rolling over there soon as I can make an excuse. Keep it up. First and last time I will ever go here. They hand me a regular soda cup overflowing with melted ice cream. So we ask for a lid and they just scooped some off the top and forced a regular soda lid on it with ice cream everywhere. When I grabbed the cup of ice cream it immediately came out the cup getting everywhere due to being over filled and not having the right cups. Ordered 3 items. My chocolate shake tasted like it came from McDonalds.
This only my 2nd time where but very pleased. Im a blizzard person and theirs is called Bliss Blast, I ordered the same as I would at DQ. With every bite/spoonful the fixings are there nice chunks. My new place!
Bliss is very clean and the staff have been so sweet everytime we take our family in. They have great ice cream and they are also reasonably priced. Our kids love this place. We will pick bliss over DQ anytime!!!

Been there for almost a month, working here has been a blast, quiet literally! Everyone here has been super friendly, the service is fast and I enjoy every second of it. Prices are affordable and nothing is too expensive. 100% would come here on days off.
I feel bad but I havent gotten a single thing from this place that was good. My cafe mocha was awful, the cookies tasted like they came out of a package. Got an Oreo blast and the cookies inside were so stale that I just threw it away.
Items are overpriced, owner and manager (his son) is highly unprofessional. I’ve worked there for a good month and a half owners rude to workers, if his son doesn’t complete his task and leaves we get in trouble for not doing his job. Do you know when you leave a tip after swiping your fancy in the card machine that tip doesn’t go to the workers it goes straight into the owners pockets, very unprofessional place ashamed I worked in that establishment. (Photo below proves I’ve worked there I’m wearing the company shirt and hat)

Illy is my favorite coffee brand and they have exceeded my expectations with their drinks.Delicious menu items (includes slushies, smoothies, shakes, etc) and their sundaes taste better than DQs!A must try local ice cream and coffee shop!

Nice exterior and interior. Prices are pretty high and got charged a dollar more than what was on the menu. Staff was nice and icecream was good. Hope they can work on the pricing.

Really wish the Andes mint Bliss was consistent one time its made with chocolate ice cream, another time its made with vanilla n chocolate syrup (gross) other times its just vanilla then theres the time it tasted like straight iron super Gross.....The best is with chocolate soft serve and Andes mints...just wish when I order I know what I am going to get..... Other than that every thing is pretty good....
I love this place.Quick service every time I go, just wish their bliss blasts were more consistent, some days are better than others . I hope they last here. Nothing else seems to last on that corner.

Ordered strawberry ice cream in a cone, it was all melted and ruined my car would not recommend unless you like your ice cream in your hands or car seat
First time there and asked if they had an ice cream/ coffee drink...they did not which (which was odd) but the staff there are super friendly and gave it a try .. chocolate shake with a shot of espresso.. it was delicious.. and very friendly staff.

Today was the third time Ive stopped by here I have bought items for my grandchildren I stopped in today the prices on the menu did not reflect what was charged to me I said something was basically ignored about it and told well its more for credit card on top of that a $4 iced coffee was mostly ice and a banana split had very little toppings had to come home and put more from home would not recommend would not return

2022-02-22My family and I stopped in to check it out, was very pleased with the results. We got a hot dog, 2 ice cream bliss treats, and an iced caramel macchiato. The owner was very pleasant and friendly. My family and I will definitely be returning.

2022-05-23I visited this place a couple times before making my decision about the employees and their menu options. First of all, everything on the menu is made fresh daily whether it is the bagels or the donuts. They are always on point with their service and items. My favorite thing about this place is that they can make anything for you whether it is a smoothie or any blasts. They accommodate to their customer’s need. Their employees are one of the best employees I have ever interacted with. Dania and Moe are phenomenal people and you should ask for them when you come in. All the bad reviews are not truthful which upsets me because of how amazing this place is.

2022-07-09New to the area Didnt realize Bliss did not have a walk up counter. The Gentleman working took care of my canine companion and me at the drive through as a courtesy. Even surprised my buddy with a pup cup so he wouldnt be jealous of my Java. We promise to come in a car next time. BLISS has tasty coffee and wonderful people behind the counter.

2022-05-08If i could give zero or negative stars i would. i worked here from december of last year. and i quit today. the owner is an insufferable, mean old man who treats his employees like garbage and pays them little to nothing. he has insulted me to my face multiple times and said some very out of pocket things when i stood up for myself, things like calling me crazy and that he’s wasting his time talking to me after he hears the word “no”. hands down the worst job i have ever had and i am so happy i left. oh and also?? don’t eat the soft service ice cream. the machines are only cleaned every three days so no, it’s NOT fresh. 🤢

2022-03-14Sorry Not a good first impression. Had the carmel bliss iceccino and turkey sandwich. One bite and threw it away..tomato was bad and mush the lunch meat was thinner than the cheese ..it was just gross. The girl at the window just took my money never saying how much it was , had to ask for a receipt and took about 15 minutes. No other customers around.

2022-03-22Really good ice cream! Rare to find a drive-thru ice cream etc. Shop. We had waffle cones with hard packed ice cream and any topping you wanted. And the little one had soft serve ice cream in a bowl. It was like a drive-thru old fashioned ice cream parlor🥳
