Comment: I used Blue Water a number of years ago. I have nothing bad to say at all. From the person answering the phone to Yana helping me see there was a light at the end of the tunnel. She answered all my questions. She was direct, professional and respectful. She was very informative with ever little detail. Comment: Ger Yang, Case Manager at Blue Water Credit is AWESOME! I spoke to Ger on Tuesday morning, August 29, 2023 about a 20 to 25 year old past due amount of $21.18 that a company says that I owe now and I wasnt even aware of this pas due amount until a month ago when the company started sending me letters telling me that I owe the $21.18. Ger is professional, positive, caring, understanding, honest, patient, very knowledgeable about credit and past due bill situations like my situation. Ger is a very good communicator and explains things clearly so that I understood what he was talking about. Ger Yang suggested a couple of strategies to use to try to get this matter resolved and I agreed with his strategies and asked him to pursue the two strategies that he suggested to try to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. Ger assured me that he would take the necessary steps to implement the two strategies he suggested right away after we ended our telephone conversation!I highly recommend Ger Yang and Blue Water Credit to anyone who wants to improve their credit score, get negative items removed from their credit history, repair their credit, etc because you wont be disappointed!! Imagine the score when we started it was Equifax - 644: Trans Union - 623 & Experian - 569. I started with Blue Water Credit about a year ago because both my husband and I needed to raise our credit about 70 points to qualify for an FHA loan. Within three months we were qualified and house hunting! With the help of Brianna at Blue Water credit, my credit score went up 140 points and my husbands went up 80. Our Life goals/dreams finally coming true, we entered into escrow on our forever home. it was soon to become a nightmare however, because my husband made a small charge on one of his credit cards three months prior and forgot about it! The 90 day late payments dropped his credit score 50 points! I’m not exaggerating when I say that I was devastated! Our finance officer said that the only way for us to stay in escrow and get our dream home would be if we got all the late payments taken off for that charge. I immediately called Bluewater credit and begged Dennis (one of the managers) to help us get these payments completely off of his payment history. He was very professional when he talked to me about the situation and assured me that he felt confident he could help me. I called him almost every day after that freaking out. Not my finest moment. Each time I called, he was patient and understanding. He applied pressure to the company that he needed to and continued to follow up with them. 2 WEEKS! Fast forward to 2020 and my wife and were looking to purchase a home and our Lender referred us we had been working with him for 2 years trying to get approved and to no avail so he recommended Blue water Credit his name is David King and he is the King of Loans very personable family man who wont sell you a loan dream, he looked out for us in so many ways its scary no loan specialist particulary care. But he referred us I came and talked with CARMEN.Thats right CARMENS Her name credit repair is her game!! She wrote letter after letter we worked together for 6 months let me tell you it was $150 per month imagine that as $5 compared amount of work theyre doing as compared to sharks wholl say anything and not do half the work. They write letter and in meantime you be responsible while they get credit bureaus straightened out. I went from equifax 540 to 660, experian low 600s to a 718 then transunion was high 700s I also utilized 2 credit cards capitol one platinum secured visa and didnt spend em they are still payed up.

On June 29, 2020, w/FICA scores of 560, I decided to deal with some old debt and matters that had been haunting me for several years. I felt if I ignored it, maybe it would go away but it did not. I made a loan to myself from my 401K and contacted Blue Water Credit to help me as a third party. Our sons had used them to help them build credit. They were completely fair priced, informative, non-judgmental, and, instead of charging us a massive percentage of the balanced owed, they charged a fair hourly rate under $100 and within 3 hours of their time, all of the debts were settled!A family emergency came up and we decided to move across country, sell our home in CA and buy on the east coast. Blue Water Credit had been working on making sure our credit reports were accurate. My husbands score was in the mid-660s when they started. By September 10th when we were closing on our new home, we qualified for a 2.9% conventional mortgage - both of our scores were well over 700.I share all of this to say, it doesnt matter how good or bad your scores are, having the folks at Blue Water help you manage them, can change your life. I started with scores in the low 500s and now I have scores almost in the 700s, the scores started to increase within the first 30 days. I joined with them about 6 months ago with about $8,000 in debt that was just killing me, getting collection calls 20 times a day, harassing letters, on and on. They literally solved all of it. I had to bogus collections accounts place on my credit, I tried to remove them myself but the company would not even speak to me. That’s when I did my research and found blue water credit, I went them because of there rating and reviews. It took them no more than 3 month to have both of the collection accounts removed from all 3 bureaus, once they were deleted Carmen made sure she sent in the cancellation for me so I don’t continue to get charged from blue water, majority of other companies would love to keep charging and say the cancellation was never submitted. I thought that was great about blue water, they only charge you for there services and nothing extra. Carmen also physically made sure the items were deleted from my report. To be honest it took me by surprise. Sometimes we have to use services we really dont want to use (like lawyers or auto mechanics), and usually its an unpleasant experience. Well not with these guys. Comment: I can’t thank Blue Water Credit enough! We used them when our credit was in serious need of help with collections and low scores in December of 2015 through Spring of 2016. My cousin, who is a real estate agent suggested them, as she has referred people to them in the past. Irina made our experience amazing. I went from 10+ collections accounts to 0, with 100% deleted and my husband got 90% of his deleted! They were honest about what could and couldn’t be done and gave us what they expected the outcome to be and I think they did even better than we anticipated. I highly recommend Blue Water Credit to anyone who is in need of credit repair services or wants to challenge the validity of items on their credit report.I am in the mortgage business and have been referring clients to Yana for several years. All of my clients have seen a significant increase in their credit score and were able to qualify for a mortgage and either purchase or refinance a home.I recently started to get a harassing phone calls from a collection company about a debt that was not mine and that was reported on my credit report. I requested information from the collection company several times about the nature of the debt and asked them to mail me anything in writing regarding it so I could look into its legitimacy. I never received any written correspondence but, I did receive multiple threatening phone calls from the collection agency demanding my credit card # or else the authorities would come to my home to arrest me for not paying my debt. I reached out to Yana because of all the success my clients had with her and she immediately took action. Since contacting Blue Water, the phone calls have stopped and the debt in question was proven to not be mine and falsely reported to my credit report.They were able to use the proper legal channels to establish a line of communication with the collection agency and forced the collections agency to provide written correspondence proving that the debt in question was legitimate and mine. The collection agency was unable to provide this info and the matter has been resolved.Yanas professionalism and immediate action are greatly appreciated and were key factors in helping to resolve my issue.

BWC was realistic with me regarding my expectations--I had used another company previously and I was told there may not be as much upside if another company has already worked on it, but BWC saw some areas for improvement and they were confident they could help, so I thought it was worth a shot.My mid score went from 660 to 719 in a matter of months. Comment: Heres my Yelp post:WORTH EVERY CENT!In 2007, my credit fell into disrepair after I lost my job and had my home foreclosed upon. I went back to school because I was not able to find comparable paying employment, like the millions of other Americans who lost their jobs during the great recession. I eventually graduated with a professional degree in 2012 and decided to purchase a new home. Unfortunately, I was not able to get approved for a new home loan due to my credit history, so the in-house lender at a national builder introduced me to Blue Water Credit in January of 2014.I did not call them initially because I figured that I could get the derogatory items off of my credit report on my own. After trying to deal with the credit bureaus and the creditors for over seven moths, I gave up and called Heather at Blue Water. She was a delight to deal with. She gave it to me straight and was not pushy at all. I decided to give them a try in August of 2014 and have been working with Yana. In four months, they have removed 14 derogatory items, including an old credit card balance which ballooned from $10k to over $40k. My credit is now spick and span, except for one pesky creditor who refuses to stop reporting, which I understand will stop reporting in November of 2015. My credit went from the a low of 590 to a high of 700.I highly recommend them. They have been very professional, did not over promise but did over delivered; and as I mention in the beginning of this post, they are worth every cent.

However, after the three month mark, their customer service lagged significantly. I would send in paper work with questions and would have to email my contact multiple times before she would get back to me. We just paid for our sixth, and final, month of service. Since that payment, I have not gotten another report on my credit from them, even though I have emailed my contact several times. Ive given up any hope that they will contact me back, since they have their money, and have gone back to a lender to see if my credit has improved enough. I think in the long run, you may be better served just trying to get old debt removed from your score on your own.

Comment: I used Blue Water Credit for about 6 months and at first thought they were great, until I told them I wouldnt be using them anymore, then they became very rude. My credit score did go up quite a bit in the beginning, but after a couple months it dropped back down to almost my original score. I went to a Mortgage Specialist to run my FICO scores to see if I could qualify for a home loan. I told him that I had been working with Blue Water about cleaning up my credit. He said I shouldnt have wasted my money (which was alot of money). He showed me that all my old debt (most of it over 10 years old) had fallen off,the report, but unfortunately they wiped out my good points also and now I have disputes all over my credit reports. For those who dont know, these are harder to get off your report than the actual bad debt. Dont waste your money, you can write these letters yourself (which is ALL that Blue Water does), and it is only the cost of a stamp. I have since been writing letters my self and am getting better results that I did with Blue Water. I have a co-worker who also used Blue Water and she is very unhappy. Im wondering where all the excellent reviews came from?

Comment: After hearing no over and over again from lenders because my credit score was below the minimum requirement, one lender (Cara Mengali) gave me the phone number to Blue Water Credit. That was the best information Ive ever received! When I looked at my credit report, it was like trying to read another language. It was so overwhelming. The wonderful staff of Blue Water Credit explained everything about how credit scores are determined, and what steps they take to correct wrongly reported information. As soon as I signed up with them, they started contacting all three credit bureaus immediately. Long story short; my credit scores of all 3 bureaus increased 45-77 points.
