Very pleasant experience with Brian he made car buying very easy and smooth. Drove over to an hour to do business at this dealership. All my paperwork was ready when I arrived was able to get a 2022 when other BMW dealerships told me no inventory. Highly satisfied and highly recommend Brian for your next BMW!
I just purchased a new M4 from this dealership with salesperson Brian Berg. He helped me through the entire process: from building the vehicle, getting it ordered, allocated, delivered, and financed, he helped me every bit of the way. I purchased a BMW X5, Gloria Medina assisted with my sale and she was amazing! She was very quick to respond and exceeded my expectations by making the sale of this vehicle very fast and smooth. She had all of my paperwork ready before I came in and the vehicle was clean and ready to go as soon as I finished signing my documents. She followed up daily until all of my needs were met and I would recommend working with Gloria! Her knowledge with the vehicles was helpful also!
Fantastic, professional experience here although I was unable to make a purchase.Worked with Brian Berg and placed an order for a 2022 BMW X4 M40i with a $2000 fully refundable deposit. For those who don’t know, allocations for that vehicle are tough to come by with the current market so the dealer did not have an allocation at the moment, but my deposit was to secure the vehicle once an allocation was to be available. The wait time explained to me was 6-8 weeks, and at worst 12 weeks.Roughly 1-2 weeks later, I decided to begin calling BWM dealerships around the area to figure out if they had an allocation immediately available as the sooner I had the car, the better. Luckily, I found a dealership who had one available. I ended up calling Brian back and he was professional and understanding about refunding my deposit.Outside of that, the experience leading up to deciding to place the deposit with Brian in the first place was great. The dealership is extremely clean, inviting and helpful. We were able to test drive and Brian walked us through the whole process. Overall pleasant experience and would highly recommend anyone considering a BMW to visit this dealership!
Overall the whole buying experience was very smooth. My sales rep Meghan was very professional and helpful! She helped make the entire purchase easy from start to finish! We ran into a hiccup with a title issue but the dealership was able to fix the problem as well as accommodate me for the mishap! I appreciate the whole team here and their new building is state of the art! I recommend that you come here if you’re looking for a great car from exceptional people!

Bill Manson (sales) was awesome. My husband and I just recently bought a BMW from Bill. My husband was corresponding with Bill through email. Without a appointment popped into the dealership which happened to be Bills day off but he was there (lucky for me). Even though it was his day off he spend A-LOT of time with me and found us the prefect car. Bill even offered to drive to our home (over a hour away) on a Sunday so my husband could see it. I wandered into the dealership just to look. I owned several BMW roadsters years ago and was curious about current offerings. I really didnt intend to buy a car. Chloe Wisner was my sales rep and was excellent about answering my questions and showing me what was available. Chloe also followed up appropriately (no pressure) as I was deciding. The purchase process was seamless and Chloe has continued to make herself and other dealer resources available. Really a good and painless experience.

I came here b/c I had an appt to get my vehicle serviced. When I first got there and was greeted I have to be completely honest I thought “wow, no smiles and no warm welcoming.” This was my first time at this location.But after about 5 mins things started getting better. Mike took the initiative and took care of me while my guy was on lunch. Was very nice and conversational with a friendly attitude. My home dealer for my BMW is BMW of Rochester Hills. However, when my own dealership would not answer their phone, told me it would be at least a day or two to fix my flat tire and then gave me a quote that was not in line with the industry on the tire. I reached out to BMW of Bloomfield Hill specifically, Michael Hood who not only answered the phone, but told me I could come right in, get the tire fixed and have my vehicle back within 1.5 hours. Not only that but, the quote Mike Hood gave was in line with the industry and he even gave me a 10% discount on the work when my own dealership would not. The customer service at Bloomfield Hills BMW was amazing and very professional. They serviced me even though they were busy with appointments and I did not purchase from them. The dealer went above and beyond in supplying us a part for our 2020 BMW X5. A part on our car was damaged in a car wash. No fault of anyone but the carwash; and the dealer replaced the part free of charge when they really didnt have to. Very appreciated!! My vehicle was at your facility for 3 months due an out of stock part on back order. My regular service agent was on leave when my vehicle came into the facility. I requested a loaner vehicle and was told their were no vehicles available for one month. As a long time BMW owner, I have never been denied a loaner vehicle, except at this facility. When my service agent returned, he advised me the part for my vehicle was out of stock, and could take up to 4 weeks to receive. It had already been several weeks since my vehicle was dropped off. My agent did some investigating and informed me they had no information concerning the part. He was concerned. Later we found out there was no information. He explained the part required a chip, which was difficult to get at this time, along with the shipping issues, the part was coming from Germany. While this issues where out of their control, I wasn’t offered a loaner and I was not compensated for being inconvenienced. I had to finally rent a vehicle for one month. So, with all that said, I am extremely disappointed.

Yes, I was uneasy about how the front end would look afterward!... We traded our muscle car for a BMW X6 2018 and everyone there made it possible to finish everything in a couple of hours (starting with the loan approval with a great low rate to the fair price for our trade in). Ive brought my 2019 BMW 540xi for maintenance services here at Erhard BMW Bloomfield numerous times now. Chuck and Ryan in service have taken care of my car very well, as the job gets done right in a timely fashion. After many visits, I have nothing but great things to say about this dealer as their employees are all knowledgeable, professional and take great pride in their work.
I cannot say enough nice things about this place! And I was definitely a skeptic, I’ve never really had an enjoyable experience at a dealership before. I even sat in the parking lot for about 10 minutes contemplating if I should even go in, and let me tell you I’m so glad I did! From the moment I met my salesperson, Gloria Medina, I was completely at ease and she made me feel so comfortable especially since I had very little knowledge of BMWs. I was there to purchase what I’m calling my “beginner beemer” and even though I was looking at the least expensive cars on the lot I was treated as if I was buying the most expensive, I was literally blown away by every interaction I had there. No one made me feel anything less than great. I wound up with my dream car at a great price and I just could not be happier! Not only will I be driving BMWs for the rest of my life but I will be buying them from Gloria for as long as she is there!
This place changed ownership recently and is now run by some of the sleaziest people in the auto industry. Went there one week to check out an M car I was interested in and when I came back a few weeks later they had totally cleaned house. The salesman I was working with was gone, the manager I had talked to was gone…Great employees that were friendly and good at their job just gone for no other reason than a buyout. Absolutely pathetic and evil new ownership.
What an awesome experience! At 4:40 I hit a pot hole on Michigans wonderful roads. A total blowout (see the picture). I called the Erhard and asked if I could drop the car off to get a new tire. Ryan told me to come in and see what he could do. I arrived at the dealership at 5:15, and left at 5:55 with my car washed and the front mats washed too.This is service!!

Awful experience! I walked in and asked about a BMW 3 series with specific packages I had in mind. Turned out they dont have that so I considered what they actually have. It was promised that I will get a call about some other used model next day (never happened). While the sales advisor explained me some general financing things, he wanted to pull my credit score the first day to lock the rate which sounded a bit pushy and I refused.Upon coming home I started to browse their inventory online and there was one model I was interested in, Ive sent an email to advisor, havent gotten any response for more than one day and only when I called in and left a message he returned my call just to let me know that the car I asked about is Beige and not Silver like its specified on their web-site. He said that he responded to my emails but they have some technical issues at the moment so I havent gotten anything from him.I wasted a week with them and finally gave out, all these communication problems and inability to follow up, it felt like they didnt want to sell me the car in the first place.Ended up buying a car from BMW of Rochester Hills and cant be more happier.

We were able to get the car I wanted which was quite a feat during covid. We were delayed a while because of a recall and Harold made it possible for us to have a loaner during this period. Erhard BMW is hands down the face of BMW in all of Michigan. I had a timing chain problem commonly known on the N20 engine, and I took it to Rochester BMW who quoted me $16k without reasonable explanation. After seeking a second opinion (which I should have taken to Erhard first) the experts were able to confidently complete the same task for $4k and reassured that they vehicle would be fine. Special thanks to the service advisor Chuck Kauffman, Sam(head of shop) , Luke (the mechanic), and Boban (CPO/just because). You are doing a great job keeping BMW customers coming back and being proud BMW owners. Keep up the great work, and I look forward coming back to do business with your dealer.
I love my bmw but to get my car serviced i made a appointment and it took 4 hours for a oil change, washer fluid and tires To be filled. Way too long. They need to understand people have things to do and can’t take up the whole day especially when you have a appointment.

I went in just to see what I may be interested in. Sabrina let me check out several models until I thought I knew. I went in knowing that I did not want a black car or a convertible. I have owned my Black convertible M240 for 6 months and I still love it. I will be back at end of this lease !

I received the reminder message on my vehicle dash that it was due for the annual maintenance. I was able to make an appointment within a few days. I told them at the time I made the appointment that I would be waiting for the vehicle, and that I would be heading to the cottage from there, so I was hoping to get in and out quickly. I arrived at my appointment time. They took the vehicle immediately and got me back on the road in less than two hours - exactly what I was hoping for. Very satisfied.
Ive had a number of different vehicle maintenance services performed here over the last few years (at my own expense since the warranty expired) and Ive always been happy with the outcome. My service advisor Ryan in particular does a great job and answers all my questions.
We are a retired couple and I convinced my wife she needs a BMW 5 series to drive. Really I wanted it for myself also. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, but we have never been treated as professionally and courteously as we were at Erhard. Gloria Medina was excellent to work with and thorough in her job. as an added bonus Chase Southwick was also patient and explained all the features properly to my wife and I. It was a welcoming experience in todays world. Excellent job Erhard, Also a shootout to Brook Armstrong in finance, very professional and sociable.
Overall great dealership - service and sale. Only negative comment is it took 2 1/2 hours for scheduled maintenance and I had an appt. At least 10 ppl in waiting area - maybe a staff issue but I was told it would take about an hour or so. Would prefer to be told up front it would take that long. But staff is very friendly and did a great job.
This has been hands-down the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience Ive ever had. From the moment I contacted Erhard BMW to the moment I left their dealership with my CPO BMW M4, they have been awesome to work with, especially Bill, the sales consultant who handled this deal. Before getting in touch with Erhard BMW, I had purchased another BMW, not CPO from a different dealership. That deal went sour, unfortunately and it took a while until that finance situation was resolved. The team at Erhard were patient and helped guide me through the process. They held onto the car. Bill was great to work with, forthcoming with all the information I asked for, quick to answer every question I had and even picking me up from the airport. Just to get an idea - I live in Florida. For me to come up to Detroit in the middle of winter to pick up this car should tell you how well this transaction went. I really cant say enough good things about them. If you find something you like in their inventory, dont hesitate to contact them.
Pretty good maintenance experience. My service rep, Ryan Cornell, was exceptionally attentive in notifying me of all costs before moving forward. I greatly appreciate that. Plus it was nice to see that the mechanics took the extra effort to maintain the cleanliness of the cabin interior when working with the engine parts.
We purchased a vehicle from this dealer just over a month ago. Within 48 hours the vehicle overheated and check engine light came on. We towed it back to the dealer. They told me two parts needed to be replaced and I could but the $4000 warranty or pay the $800 for the repair. We purchased the warranty. Two days later, the check engine light was back on. We returned the vehicle back to the dealer and found out that only one of the two repairs they initially stated were necessary, was actually completed. They stated that the vehicle was fine to drive and that they can order the part and it would be in stock in one week. We were furious. I called the manager and miraculously, the vehicle was repaired and returned to us that evening. One week later, the check engine light was back on. We called the service department and they suggested we take it to a different dealer.Upon inspection from the second dealer, we were notified that after market parts were installed in the vehicle during the first two repairs and 3 new repairs needed to be made. They advised me that the “bumper to bumper” warranty that I purchased was not factory as I was told and that one of the repairs was not covered. The repair is $1600.I called Erhard 5 times over the course of a week and finally received a return call after the 5th call. They told me they would investigate the complaint and reach out to the second dealer.Two days later, I received a call from Erhard advising me that they would pay the $1600 but this is the only repair they will cover. They asked me to sign something stating I would not attempt to get them to buy the car back. This was a one and done offer.1. The vehicle was inspected by Erhard before purchase and we were told the vehicle was on perfect shape passing all of their inspections.2. The lied to us about replacing parts during the first service visit.3. The sold is a warranty and exaggerated it’s value.4. The installed after market parts on the vehicle without our knowledge.5. They are not standing behind the vehicle they sold to us.I feel we have been treated unfairly and that this vehicle is a lemon. We have had possession of the vehicle for less than 10 days total and we purchased it less than 45 days ago.I highly recommend that anyone interested in working with this dealer be careful.They do not stand behind their service department and they most certainly do not treat their customers with respect. They do not follow up or respond to emails or calls and the service department cannot inspect a vehicle properly.I am reporting this case to the attorney general.
I have only had outstanding experiences at BMW of Bloomfield Hills. Collin and Meghan in sales are low-pressure, informative and helpful. The service organization is without equal.I recently had my car serviced at BMW of Bloomfield Hills. It could not have been better.

Great experience at Erhardt. Was previous customer at another local dealership but haven’t been happy. First visit with Erhardt, based on a recommendation from a friend, and I can say that I’m very happy with the decision to try them. Quick and easy to get in, attentive and responsive staff. Would recommend to others.
My car gave me a warning for engine coolant at 9am when I headed out and I called the service advisor Mike at 3pm to get my appointment set up, pleasantly surprised I was told to stop by anytime soon so I drove to the store right away, and a very nice young man immediately loaded my engine coolant and also checked my windshield cleaner solution, I was very comfortable with the service without having to step out of my car. As always I’m happy with the dealer.

My 650i grand coupe Xdrive stopped in the middle of traffic on Friday. The drive train malfunction light came on the idrive screen and wont start. I called the towing service and my SA at Erhard. He tells me I have bad gas in the vehicle, I explained to him that this has been happening a few times but it always starts. He tells me. (keep trying to start it.) After 2 hours it still wouldnt start. I get it towed home because they are closed on the weekends. I called the SA again the operator told me he was still in. He didnt answer so I left a voice message, he never responded or replied. Monday came and he still didnt have the courtesy to call me and see if things were okay. I ended up taking it to another BMW dealership Monday afternoon and they called and indicated that an injector needed to be replaced and the O2 Sensor and The Turbo coolant lines. And suggested I get the oil changed. It wasnt bad gasoline. Just a bad SA who could care less. Also, back in March I had the vehicle serviced at Erhard and in April the coolant light came on the idrive screen, come to find out I needed a half gallon of coolant afford. Ill never go back to Erhard, not even for a screw.
Great experience, I told Brian when I first made contact that I didnt want to be pressured to make any decisions until I was ready. He respected that and weeks went by before I reached back out saying I was ready. He guided me through the process and was upfront about the timeline and my car arrived right at the 6th week or a little earlier in the 6-8 week timeframe. Overall good experience and would recommend.
The new X5 hybrid is amazing. I am in love with this vehicle. It is much improved from my 2017 X5 hybrid. I anticipate only needing 1 tank of gas every 2 months. This dealership has always been great to me and the service is great. I have been a customer at this dealership for more than 15 years. This pick up of a new vehicle was quite disappointing though - 1) The electric battery was not charged as the charger at the dealership was broken, 2)The genius went back to college so the salesman tried to muddle through the many IT features of the car and now I must call the national genius to learn the I phone or apple watch features as my salesman was unfamiliar with those features, 3) I had to make a return trip to the dealer - a 40 mile drive to pick up the rear floor covers, 4) the back side panel that contains the emergency release for the gas tank cover would not open so the salesman gave me a screw driver to pry it open as needed. All in all a very disappointing delivery of a very amazing vehicle. Yes, I will continue with this dealership as I really like the service department. Chuck in service always has answers and gets the job done. In fact - it was Chuck who took the time to install the new rear floor mats - but the sales department needs to step up their game to their previous excellent standards. COVID or no COVID - I am a front liner with little time to return for floor mats or call the national genius.
I leased new BMW M 850i and must say I had a wonderful experience. Audrey was very wonderful to work with. She was very welcoming to me and my fiancé. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and had answers that were prompt to any questions we had. After test driving the eight series we fell in love with it and all of its features. Throughout the process she was easily accessible through email or phone call when we had any questions or issues and even went out of her way to help us on her day off. The staff that I worked with alongside Audrey were also very welcoming making the process of getting a vehicle very smooth. I am a first time owner of BMW and would like to remain a lifelong customer given the quality of the product and the customer service. We can say not only did we gain a new vehicle but also a new friend.
I purchased a certified BMW from Erhard BMW and they were great to deal with through the whole process and even after the deal was complete. I live about 5 hours away from them so the initial contact was over email. I was able to negotiate a great deal with them via email ad phone and they were easy to work with and fair. I worked with Bill Manson and he is truly a gentleman and answered all my questions and checked out everything I asked of him. It was my first time buying a car remotely and he made it very easy and simple.I drove up on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they had the car ready for me and all the paperwork was ready too. They even helped me get my rental dropped off to the nearby Avis and I was back on the road in a very short time! I would definitely consider buying from them again even though I live in a different state.

I always take my BMWs to Mike Hood in service and when it came time to lease my wife a new car, we went straight to Mike as a first step. My wife told him what she was after and he suggested the X3 and Brian Berg in sales. Brian was informative, helpful and really good at listening to what we were looking for. My wife had leased Acura’s the past 10 years, and Brian was great at helping illustrate the benefits and all the features that the BMW offers over the Acuras. After the test drive, my wife was certain the X3 was the way to go. Brian helped us cash in some Erhard points to lower the down payment and was very helpful building out my wife’s X3. The car was delivered in only a couple weeks and we were expecting a couple months. The paperwork part was easy and pleasant. My wife decided to add more miles to the lease agreement last minute and they were so great about switching over the paperwork for us and explaining the difference in pricing. After paperwork, Brian did a special unveiling of the car for her and then spent a TON of time sitting with us in our new 2022 x3, going over all the features and how to adjust all the settings and use all the gadgets. We have had the car for about a week or so and my wife is hooked on BMW. I don’t what else Mike, Brian or anyone else could have done to make that a more pleasant experience for us. Thank you!
My experience from start to finish was amazing! I called at the last minute and Ryan didn’t hesitate to assist me with answering my questions and helping me get my Son’s car to the dealership. Ryan assisted me the whole time until the repairs were complete. He was very thorough with explaining everything in detail to us. Everyone was very nice and the customer service was exceptional!
I had to take our company car in for an oil change, which means having to use a different type of payment system that includes more steps in the process for the dealership to get reimbursed. Mike Hood was very friendly and knew how to navigate the payment process, I did not have to do a thing. It went very smoothly and the oil change took less time than expected. Mike also answered my questions about future maintenance. I would definitely recommend taking your car here for service.

I purchased my first BMW on 7/21 from Jeni and she was absolutely great. Communication was clear and she always got back to me very quickly, she did what she could to get me the payment I needed to be around, she answered all of my questions, but most importantly she wasnt pressuring. She cared more about making sure I was picking the right vehicle for me rather than pressuring me to just buy any car. The finance manager was great too. Id recommend Erhard, Jeni, or anyone else from their staff any day.
I had an amazing experience. The service guys were great and I say team work being displayed for ex. If one person had an appt the other team member would assist until they service rep was available. I like the staff and the dealer, but the service center tries to charge absolute max dollar for any repair done. Be very cautious if you do not have a warranty or insurance going here. They try their best to charge as much as possible.I was quoted for $156 an hour labor. Nowhere in the US is it that high. Just be cautious of what theyre trying to charge you.

I remotely purchased a certified pre-owned 540xi from Erhard and the experience was fantastic. I knew exactly what I wanted and was shopping nationwide to find it. Once I found the vehicle on Erhards website, things moved pretty fast. After requesting information online, I was contacted early the next day. The sales representative, Gloria Medina was extremely responsive and attentive. She ensured i had all the information I needed on the car and managed the negotiation efficiently. Gloria was very straightforward about the condition of the car and even highlighted a few minor flaws. I had a friend that lives local visit the dealership to check out the car and they treated him with a lot of respect and hospitality. Throughout the process there where no surprises with numbers. Gloria helped arrange transport of the vehicle to Texas, and even that went flawlessly. The car arrived in great condition with all its keys, documents and accessories. This was my first time buying a car out of state, and Gloria made me very comfortable by staying in contact and sending me pictures and videos of the car. Very satisfied customer.
So I’m a very busy person and told Andy he would have to stay on top of me I had to put him off for a month but told him not to give up. He didn’t and I could not be happier with what he found for us. The X5 is almost as fun to drive as our 650. Andy was not pushy and he was very polite and addressed me and my wife as a team. Simple oil change was way too slow. It’s included in my purchase of the vehicle so I didn’t want to pay to go to a basic oil change place, but it shouldn’t take 3 times as long to get it done - especially when I have a pre-scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, the service contact wasn’t very friendly and after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting I went to check on status, when I then soon learned my key was on his desk and he left to go on his lunch break. He should have had a backup person or some other way to notify the customer that the vehicle was ready. Another service person noticed this going on and took care of me and was extremely helpful and friendly, so hopefully this won’t be a continued experience. If it wasn’t for him I would have given this 1-star.

Very nice dealership and very genuine staff. You definitely get the vibe that they actually care about you as a client and your vehicle. I took my vehicle in for a recall notice repair and they were very professional and genuine with getting it resolved right away! This is a free repair that takes approximately an hour and yet they went out of their way to offer a loaner car while they were working on the vehicle. I love Erhard BMW Bloomfield Hills and will continue to use them as my primary dealership and to refer friends and family to them!
Erhard BMW has a reputation for terrific service, and that reputation is well deserved. The service department is exceptionally respectful in speaking with female customers, especially some of whom know as much about cars as their male counterparts. I appreciate that very much! I love my car!
The staff was very welcoming. Yet, they told me that my recall will take an hour while it took them 3 hours.also, I had one of the recalls not fixed (Seat occupancy error) and its known that this error is very common in my car model (3 series). I just dont understand all the process but I know for sure that its safe to drive the car with this major safety hazard. I will try with a different dealer and I hope that they can fix it!other than that Erhard was very organized and nice
I have always had excellent service from Erhard BMW. My service advisor, Bob Ufolla, is amazing!! He takes care of all my service needs adroitly and pleasantly and even provides assistance in roadside emergencies by recommending tow companies!Erhard Bloomfield Hills is always able to take care of my issue on the same day or within one business day. Most of the time I get my car back the same day!!I have had many urgent issues that were able to be addressed the same day and repaired. This is especially nice since I work until 4-5pm in Detroit and even arriving by 5pm they are able to help address my service needs.I trust Erhard completely with my vehicle and Ive had only positive experiences here. Its worth the dealer prices to have the peace of mind of excellent, quick and friendly service. There is no other place I prefer to have my vehicle serviced.

2022-04-26Worked with Brian Berg purchasing my very first BMW. The experience I had was amazing! Having just had my car totaled I was very partial to my 4Runner and was worried about finding something in this market. Brian got me into a great deal, something that felt as safe and comfortable as my 4Runner and the process of purchasing was so quick and smooth, which was a wild compared to my prior purchases. Brian is so easy to talk to and just a pleasure to work with. My first bmw was such a fantastic experience because of Brian, can’t wait to purchase again in the future!

2022-04-09Gloria Medina helped me acquire a beautifully designed M440xi yesterday.She was hands on and totally knowledgeable about the car. All documentation requirements were timely and appropriate and above all the process of turning in my previously leased car and driving off in the new one was seamless. For years I bought my BMW’s from Toledo as the dealership in the past was poorly run and not customer friendly, it’s a different story now. I give Gloria an A+ and strongly recommend her to potential BMW customers.

2022-06-27I only have good words to say about BMW of Bloomfield Hills and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used BMW. Everyone was very professional and greeted us with warmth and a smile. Our sales person, David, was so nice and calm. He did not rush us with anything and took his time to explain the process and answered all of our questions. He made us feel like we were part of family. Also Ryan, the Finance Manager was super nice. He took his time to explain all the extra options and wasn’t trying to sell anything that we didn’t need or want. The buying process was very easy and seamless, and we were able to take our car home within a few hours. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services of BMW of Bloomfield Hills and we will definitely come back for future car purchases. We would recommend this dealership to all of our family and friends.

Over the years I have bought dozens of vehicles and have seen some almost criminal dealers and some great dealers and this place is in the top 3. I have to say from start to finish bmw of bloomfield has been fantastic. I communicated with them for days over the phone and text before I ever stepped foot in the dealership and when I finally got there all the info they gave me was 100 percent accurate. Meghan Bahr went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and to facilitate the deal I felt bad she even came in twice on her days off. I was truly impressed with everyone I dealt with even just in passing, this wasnt just a show to get a sale, this is how they conduct business. Chase, Tony, Rob, and several others that I didnt get names from were great. Bottom line, if you are looking for a BMW come here and you will be happy.

I was brought up to speed and consistently updated on the Penske BMW process, and what phase I was in. Even, the financial process was consistent and steady paced. 2021-12-10Service department is clueless on electric vehicles. Went in to get a safety issue and a warranty issue looked at, It has been over a month, still waiting to hear from them. I have called them several times, but no sense of urgency on their side, if you have the choice, GO ELSEWHERE.UPDATE: After two months the repairs were fixed, which they did manage to do. In the process, the shop ran my battery down (in car video footage) and offered to sell me a new one. ECU was re-flashed, but they could not update my clock and my check engine light was on. To surmise, I brought in a good vehicle and left with the check engine light ON and a $5k shopping list of what they wanted me to buy from them to repair it.Next day, took the car elsewhere for a second opinion and the euro conversion. All issues are now fixed, seems the repairs were done poorly, had to purge air bubbles from the battery coolant circuit, the auxiliary 12V battery may last another a year or so, and my clock tells the time again.
