Comment: I’m so happy that I called Edgar at Bo Mekpongsatorns’ State Farm location to get full coverage insurance again. I was so scared to drive my car when all I could get originally, in a rush to get covered, was liability. Talking with Edgar was such a relief when he told me I could get full coverage for just a little more than I was paying for liability with the other company. I really liked that when I had a meeting with both Edgar and Bo they wanted to make sure I was getting the best price I could. Bo also made sure that I got quoted for life insurance and asked what I need exactly so I can get life insurance back since it was dissolved in my divorce. These guys are great! They’re nice, friendly and financially conscience, which is really appreciated by all of us Im sure! If you are looking for “your insurance guys” then I feel that I can say you really should call Bo’s office for State Farm! I was happy with State Farm a few years ago and I’m really happy to be back! Thanks again guys 😁

I was sad at first, but after dealing with Amy I immediately felt right at home. I was adding a policy for a motorcycle, which isnt a huge account. My second week into escrow it became apparent I needed to get my home insurance figured out. At that time I reached out to several reputable companies, one of them being State Farm. Before the day was over I was contacted by Lisa from State Farm in regards to my request for an insurance quote. She made it very easy for us to understand the insurance that she was quoting us. After a few days, only one other company had gotten back to us. It was pretty clear who was more willing to help and have us understand the insurance documents. My decision was easy, and I decided to go with State Farm and Lisa because of her expertise and her prompt responses to any, and all questions we had. When it came time to close escrow out of all the people involved Lisa had her documents in first. She even called to notify me she had finished and to congratulate us on our new home. Lisa has been outstanding to work with and I would HIGHLY suggest working with her and State Farm for all your insurance needs.

Comment: It was a pleasure finding Bo and his great staff to get new insurance through State Farm. My wife and I were with AAA for some time, and although the Auto service side of AAA is second to non, their insurance can be complicated at best. We would always get a rep when we called that either knew nothing of insurance, new nothing about us, or both. We spoke with Lisa Wilds who helped us along the way. Bo followed up and made sure we were happy and that everything was perfect. I said it was beyond perfect. So if youre looking for home owners and car insurance give Bo your business. I am so happy My wife and I did.
