I must say, this was the very best shopping experience I have had in several years. Our sales person, Jeffrey was amazing! Not only was he not at all pushy, but he was very kind, giving us space to make our selections, but was there to help when we needed him. Delivery was weird, but thats to be expected these days. However, Jeffrey followed up at least once a week and made sure everything was scheduled properly and was just as excited as we were to get out furniture in our home! We LOVE it! I cant thank Jeffrey and Bobs enough for the great furniture and outstanding service!! Ask for Jeffrey! Total professional!!The Millers
Rating not for store, but for Online order. I left review on the website multiple times but they dont publish it. Bought the Celia Brown Desk online. Product came damaged and missing assembly pieces. Their customer service promised to get back to me after a lengthy back and forth. Didnt hear back. I had to try multiple times to contact them again. Then they tell me that the fine print says that the return policy is 4 days. Worst piece of furniture and service Ive experienced.
I am morally obligated to start this review with the fact that I do not have any appreciation whatsoever for being met by a sales person when I visit a retail store. In fact, I find it it to be very off-putting. That said, I happened to be picking up food for my puppy at a local pet store and saw that Bobs Furniture had recently opened in the same shopping plaza. I have been in the market for a new mattress and adjustable mattress bed frame.I was greeted by Tyler upon entering the store. I acknowledged him and after a brief orientation to their store, he quickly respected my I wish to just look around. I found the showroom very easy to navigate and setup well. The only criticism I have is that the pricing displays could have been more visible and self-explanatory.After deciding what I was interested in, I found Tyler within eyesight and waved him over. Tyler was well-spoken and answered the plethora of questions that I threw his way. He then graciously dealt with reconfiguring my options a few times and then I settled on a final choice. Since I was absolutely clear on what I wanted, Tyler respected that and other than the mattress bundle and protection, which I am sure that he is obligated by Bobs to offer, he made no other attempts to up-sell me needlessly.Tyler did a great job explaining their delivery options and I chose the white glove delivery option (It should be said that I loathe that terminology). He then reviewed the purchase with his manager. I would offer that at this time, I believe that it would have been courteous if the manager introduced himself, however he nodded towards me and went about his business. The transaction was quick and painless.I commend Tyler on being attentive, courteous and professional and I would recommend using him if you visit this location.
Never using Bobs again. I just bought my first house and was promised by there staff a delivery date of September 1 at least 10 times. I even asked several times because I specifically choose a different living room set than the one I wanted because of the delivery date. The showroom worker and their manager promise September 1. Well, it’s currently pushed back until mid November and who knows when. Their excuse… the delta variant which was at its peak when I bought it so they should have known. Instead, they blatantly lied knowing full well it wouldn’t deliver September 1. Reached out to customer service and was ignored. Place is a joke and might bring legal action because of their breach of contract and my reasonable reliance. At this rate, maybe I’ll have it by end of 2021.
Wow, what a great experience so far. When met at the door we were told how the signs on the furniture worked so that we could browse at our leisure. However, if you want to be led through the store, they are willing to do that as well.Ordering and purchasing was a breeze for us. The store was extremely clean and well lit. Now we just wait for our order.We had a very pleasant experience so far and would go back in the future.
We were told the items was in stock and set up delivery date. On the date of no call, nothing and when we called they told us the item was back ordered. We paid in cash for sofa set and was told they will cancel my order and issue me a check back in 10 days. Dishonest business and should be reimbursed in the same form of payment I made in the same day.
Griffin was extremely helpful in trying to help us order what we wanted (he is the only reason this is not a one star review). They were unable to get us what we needed (not affecting the review). I did NOT appreciate the other sales person sitting on the couch openly staring at me the entire time I was there. It felt very judgey and it made me want to leave as quickly as possible
We ordered $3,000 worth of furniture from Bobs Furniture in April. We received one email after another email saying they were backed up. Finally last month we were finally supposed to receive our furniture but then immediately received a text saying it will be another month. They were quick to take our money and not quick to really apologize for this nonsense. I will NEVER order anything from them again!
I bought a $1200 recliner for my dad online so I could pick it up at the store and they scammed me out of $600 they gave me back $600 and I havent gotten the recliner and everytime I try to get the rest of my money they wont give it back. Id never buy anything from this store again and I hope you wont either because they scammed me out of a lot of money.
Bought a couch in June was told it wouldn’t be in to August. They called me today and told me I had to get it by Tuesday or they were sending it back. I explained I was out of town could I get it next Sunday they told me no. Need less to say I got a refund. I think that’s bad business to not give some heads up. I won’t be back.

2022-01-25We went to Bobs after spending months shopping online and in other stores. We determined we just had to sit on a couch before we purchased one. While googling places in the AA area, Bobs came up. We were very impressed as soon as we walked in. Tyler helped us throughout the visit and gave us helpful information and was able to answer all questions we had. Im not usually one for being followed around a store by a salesman, but he struck the perfect balance between giving us space to talk about the products and being available for questions. We picked a couch which was in stock, so we were able to come pick it up the next week. Its so comfortable! We are very pleased with the entire Bobs experience, highly recommend checking them out! Ask for Tyler, he was fantastic.

2021-12-20Stopped into the store while me and my wife were out Christmas shopping next door. As soon as we walked in we were impressed. Very clean and organized store. We were greeted by Austin. Very nice and professional. Wanted to look around and he had no problem with leaving us alone till we were ready. Answered all our questions and didn’t try to push us towards any product. Ended up buying a couch, bed and bed frame because of how impressed we were. All the product seems to be good quality and a great price and we don’t have to wait to long to have it delivered. I would recommend bobs and salesman Austin to anyone looking for furniture.

2022-04-09Went in to find a couch but ended up leaving with a much needed bed frame. Tyler S (sales associate) was an incredible help! He made sure we got the best deal and that our frame would arrive in time before our move. He went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

2022-01-30I worked with DeeDee and she made it so easy! She gave honest advice and was very transparent about the timeline and costs included. The manager made it an easy experience as I did my order over the phone. DeeDee checked inventory, gave me input on the color options and took payment over the phone. She was patient and not pushy while being understanding with me. We ordered a daybed with a trundle and opted for our own mattresses and I am so excited for it to come in! Yes it’s a few months til our daybed will be in but Bob’s is not in control of all the supply chain issues going on and they were very honest about it. I highly recommend this location for your furniture needs.

2021-12-20Very friendly service and helpful. Our salesman Tyler was not too pushy but still attentive and was full of recommendations and knew everything about the items we looked at. We did not purchase same day, but decided after more research that Bobs was the best value for the money anywhere in A2. We specifically went back to the store on a day Tyler was working because of how helpful he was. Definitely worth a stop when you are looking for furniture.

2022-06-27Very low quality. Cheap leather that was cracking withing 9 months of owning, structural damage in 2 months that they did not cover under warranty, or insurance policy that we paid extra for. Really feel like I got scammed by these people. And upon looking into it further, this wholl couch and love seat are put together with particle board and staples. No structural brackets or anything that even slightly resembles quality. Even the agent that came out to investigate my claim said they are a terribly low quality company and he sees a lot of their furniture needing repairs. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Thanks for making it a smooth experience!Edit: 6 week wait time turned into 4 months, customer service didnt seem to care. Offered $50 off the next piece of furniture, which is something a lot of places would do just to get any customer to come back again, not really something to acknowledge the significant delay.I understand there are a lot of supply chain issues right now across many industries, but I felt the store did a poor job managing the expectation. I would have went with another company if I knew the wait would be 1/3 of a year.

2022-03-28Looked online and stopped in the store to check out a couch we were interested in. They have nice looking affordable furniture. Made an order for a couch and got a rug on sale. So far so good, will update once we get the couch delivered!
