Living at Blvd for just about 2 years has been amazing. Ken is absolutely the best landlord and the entire staff is phenomenal as well. Blvd is very peaceful (perfect for students) and located in a great area near OU with easy accessibility to nearby stores/shopping.
Boulevard apartments is a great place to call home. I had little to no issues with appliances and utilities with the exception of the dishwasher, but a service technician was always prompt to come check it out and make necessary repairs. The pool, hot tub, and small gym are all pretty nice compared to other apartment communities. The units are very well insulated for sound and most tenants are good neighbors. Ken, the community manager and the office team run a great ship. Everybody is friendly and wants to make living here a positive experience.One might have to pay a little more to live here, but you certainly get what you pay for.Some of the buildings could use some aesthetic work (fresh paint, re-tread stairs, blacktop the parking spaces, etc.), but management appears to be slowly making this happen.5/5, would recommend
Great property management and maintenance assistance! This complex is very well run and well-kept (clean!). Upgraded apartments are brand new and very modern looking. Walls are really sound proof - we never heard our neighbors. The Boulevard team ensures all your needs are met. Office administration is organized and SUPER responsive. The gym is a perfect size and has everything you could need. The community is in a great location - near the freeway for communing, but also close to Downtown Rochester, etc. Had a great experience here!
Read below for full review but in short: updated units aren’t as great as they seem, wait for a 3rd floor unit if you can, rent is too high but utilities are decently priced.Pros: quiet community, carport, management, maintenance, spacious unitsCons: squeaky floors (ours and our neighbor’s above us), poor quality and installation of updated features (cabinets, floors, caulk, and paint), uneven subfloor.We’ve lived here for a little while now and so far, it’s been good! Quiet community, always parking available, and each unit gets a carport. The manager, Ken, has been nothing short of amazing and welcoming. Love seeing him around the complex and sharing a wave.We got an updated unit which looks great at first glance but is subpar at best when you take a closer look - handles not screwed in to the cabinets correctly, low quality paint job, and poor caulking around the bathtubs and sinks. Within a week of moving in, we had maintenance over for a few projects - valves for the washing machine were leaking, pipes under kitchen sink not properly fitted which caused leaking (twice), and the door handle on the slider broke off. Also, the tracks for the slider door are super old so it takes quite a bit of strength to open it up. The steps leading up to the units are super old too which seems like a huge hazard to me (I’ve been told they’re getting updated soon but have yet to see construction start). Another odd feature is the fact that there is no lighting in the bedrooms - there are dummy switches though so if you plug in some lamps, they’ll turn on when you flip the switch.I was sold on the fact that there are “2 and a half feet of insulation between each unit” but can hear every footstep our neighbor above us takes. The floors in our unit creak loudly as well which makes us super self-conscious while walking around our own apartment. However, we cannot hear the neighbors on either side of us which is appreciated. Also, the age of the building/unit has led to wear and tear of the subfloor to cause it to dip in certain places and remain high along the walls. We’ve had to wedge levels under our furniture along the wall to ensure nothing falls over as we walk by (which may also be attributed to the poor carpet installation leaving a thick lining of carpet along the wall).Other than that, the location is great - right across the street from OU, short drive to downtown Auburn Hills and Rochester Hills, everything you need is right around the corner. And I definitely feel safe here any time of day or night.
Great place to live, Ken and the office staff respond quickly and are very helpful and nice. The Maitnance is also quick to calls and are very nice and helpful. The tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub and gym were always great to spend the day at.
Ken is awesome! We have been here for almost a full year. Had a few issues that needed fixing. Ken was on top of it. He communicated throughout the entire process. Love this community!
I came in looking for a nice home and when i say ken and his team made finding a nice place a breeze i couldnt have picked a better place!!!! Ken is really a G.O.A.T (GREATEST OF ALL TIME) :UPDATE i been staying here for almost a year now and I can honestly say this is thus far the best place to live the property manager KEN is hands on and down to earth straight genuine it’s not about the money it’s about making sure the people is living good it is truly a blessing and I recommend anyone moving to the auburn hills area to take consideration with the boulevard apartments and condominiums! Such a peaceful place to call home
I loved living in the Blvd Apartments because I felt like home,I am from Mexico and move in from another country it is not an easy task but our Friend Ken from the Staff of the Blvd apartments made our lives easier to move in,Him with all the beautiful staff create an amazing environment to understand what to do, when, how or even they did it for us, always with a smile on the face and a great gesture.Also Ken always treat us with respect and kindness, our beloved pets also enjoyed Ken treats, he always was nice with our pets, also when something needed to be fixed, they were always available.We need more people like the staff from the Blvd. Apartments, we only left it due to work issues and we did not like the carpet, but when one apartment without carpet is available we will come back.
Ive lived in many apartments/townhouses before, and Boulevard Apartments have easily been the best the past six months we have been living here! When first deciding to tour and then move-in, the entire process of touring, applying, and moving-in was easy and the Boulevard staff was incredibly professional. Ken and Chelsea are the best and have been super friendly and helpful since we joined the Boulevard community. The apartments are spacious and well-kept. The environment is quiet, especially during quiet hours. Maintenance requests are answered quickly, and there is always plenty of parking. To top it off, the Boulevard community has taken great precautions against COVID-19. So glad we moved here!
I have lived at The Boulevard for the past two years and am sad to have to be moving for school. Less than a 5 minute drive from Oakland University campus (or about 10-15 minutes on a bike!), it was such a convenient location for class when I started. During the pandemic, I felt so fortunate that my apartment was in this small, safe, and quiet complex so that I was able to study well from home. Internet connectivity was always great. Community facilities such as the gym, pool, hot tub, and gas grills were always well maintained––so nice to use in the summer months!I have always been impressed at the speed (less than 24 hours usually) and quality with which any service requests I had were addressed. The online portal also made paying rent each month quick and easy. Ken (manager) and his team run a great property here and are very friendly and helpful for any questions my roommate and I ever had. Thank you, Boulevard! I will miss living here!!
We just LOVE living here, and thats not an exaggeration. Ken, the property manager, is absolutely phenomenal; he goes above and beyond to make sure the residents here are taken care of. We personally appreciate how wonderful he is with our fur baby- he always has a treat ready for her (as he does with other dogs in the complex as well) when he sees us on our walks. Weve now created a morning routine where we go visit him at the office on our morning stroll. You will not find another manager like Ken, he is truly one-of-a-kind. In addition, this community has so many friendly residents; you actually get to know your neighbors, which I love so much. Maintenance is also great, very timely and make sure any issues you have are fixed promptly and correctly. Ive truly never been more happy in an apartment complex and cannot say enough great things about the staff and community overall. Highly recommend, five stars, two thumbs up! :)

Living here was a dream! The apartments are far away from the street to where you don’t hear any traffic. The neighbors are friendly. Diverse community and very quiet. Maintenance responds fast, and the manager Ken is super sweet and handles all of your needs. I never had a problem here and will definitely miss it!
Im extremely happy I chose to live here while in school. Ken, the manager of the complex, responds to all requests/problems immediately and is very kind and personable. Every maintenance request is taken care of within a few hours/the next day. Questions are addressed promptly. The apartments are spacious, gym is always accessible, and grounds are safe and well-kept. I highly recommend living here.
I go to Oakland and lived here for 2 years. There are a lot of storage space in the unit! Also, the place is super quiet that I do not need to go to the library for a quiet place to study! The management team is very professional. They responded to questions and maintenance requests quickly. Ken, the manager, is very accommodating. Overall I think this is a great place to live!
Was living here for more than a year, recently moved out of Michigan, it was a pleasure and wonderful experience living in boulevard, Ken and his team are really professional and does a great job in managing the apartments. The Boulevard is the best apartment complex in the Auburn Hills/Rochester Hills area. The community is quiet and friendly. A quick drive to Downtown Rochester, M-59, and I-75. All of the staff are super responsive and welcoming.

My boyfriend and I have lived here beginning in August and have had a great experience. The staff is all very nice and responsive, nice apartments, friendly neighbors, right across from OU. I’ve had to request maintenance a couple of times, and they were very quick!
Best place to live around OU. Ken the apartment manager is a saint. He will do anything to make you feel accommodated and truly at home at the Boulevard. I loved there for two years and loved it.

Boulevard Apartments is an amazing place to live! The apartment complex manager, Ken, is fantastic, caring, and proactive. My apartment was spacious and up-to-date. The rent was fair, considering the upscale location. The complex was quiet, safe, and clean. My neighbors were very friendly. Were it not for being relocated to another state due to my employment, I would have gladly remained for a long time.
I stayed at the Boulevard Apartments for 2 years while studying and it was a fantastic experience! Ken and the rest of the management team are incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. As a student with not a lot of extra free time, they made the entire process simple from beginning to end. If I did not have to move away for school, I would absolutely sign again.
The leasing manager was so friendly and helpful when I called to check out availability, she was honest in listing what she had available and asked thoughtful questions to determine my needs and how she could accommodate them.I’ve had several friends who’ve lived here which is why I know it’s a quality place. The apartments are spacious and provide updated amenities, they also do an excellent job of maintaining the pool, tennis courts and fitness center.The location, quality of the apartments and high level of customer service earn Boulevard Apartments 5 Stars as far as I’m concerned. Apartment is great! The premises are clean and quiet. Very safe neighborhood as well. Super close to Oakland University. Would recommend this apartment to other people. Ken, the manager, is super friendly and always prompt with his responses. Hes also always willing to help. edit: just wanted to add that I was from out of state. The Boulevard was very professional and reassured me throughout the whole process since I wasnt able to be there in person to sign the lease or see the apt in person.

It was such a nice place to live in right in the heart of Auburn Hills, and across the street from Oakland University.We lived there for almost three years and our baby son was born there. The manager, Ken, is the best person in the world. He is so kind and goes always the extra mile to fix any problem you may have even after you move out. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness. So kudos to the management to keep him a part of the deal!
Our 3rd year living here and still great! To Ken the manager to Chelsea in the office are fantastic! Any maintenance needs met immediately. Grounds are clean, quiet and peaceful. Management is always friendly, informative, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Ken in particular is a wonderful resource, especially for those of you coming from out of state. He made me feel very welcome, and maintained communication throughout my time here. I highly recommend this location for students of Oakland University and OUWB, as its close to both campus and other basic needs -- groceries, shopping, dining, etc.
I came by looking for an available unit. Unfortunately for the time frame I was looking for they currently didn’t have anything for now. But in coming here and searching I met Ken. He was the most friendliest, informative, nicest person I have met during my apartment search. I didn’t set an appointment but he made it a point to get my information and personally come to my car to give their properties information. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the community and by the way he was talking I really wanted to move there. So I will be hoping he gets back with me with an availability because I would love to live there. Thank you so much ken for proving excellent customer service.
I lived here for 2 years and had absolutely no problems at all. The property manager and maintenance were always prompt and effective. My apartment felt more like a home. They are very spacious and well sound proofed. I never heard traffic, my neighbors, or anyone for that matter while I was in my unit. My unit was also against a treeline where we regularly saw bats and cranes flying, and deer walking around. We also never had an issue with mosquitos but did recently see quite a few wolf spiders. To be honest, if I didnt have to relocate for work, I would still be living here.
I thought these were luxury apartments so I expected more attention to details and the feel of a higher quality place. That being said, as a normal apartment community it was pretty decent. Tennis court, pool, fitness room. We were fortunate to have a very quiet single kind woman as our nearest neighbor. We also had a beautiful view of the tall trees and creek separating the property from the neighboring housing community. Ken and Chelsea were great to work with.
I really liked to live here for 4 years. The apartment I got was beautiful, granite and new cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and big bedrooms. Wife and the kid were very, very happy, but it was time to buy a house, otherwise i wouldve stayed there. All the staff is very good and Ken, the manager, he is a great guy. If something breaks they fix it super fast, I liked that a lot. The pool, the fitness center were remodeled recently and they keep all the place very clean, we used mostly the pool.

We lived here for 2 years. We had no issues during our stay. The apartments are very spacious. The property manager Ken is extremely nice, always smiling and always working. He is super quick in responding to emails. The maintenance guys are also good and extremely efficient. The neighbours are very friendly too. Although it is across Oakland university and there are decent amount of OU students living in the complex, the place is extremely quiet and peaceful. Also, the boulevard is close to most supermarkets in the Auburn Hills & Rochester Hills area and close to the Great Lakes Mall. Overall, It’s a great place to stay for a family and we will surely miss it. Keep up the good work guys !!!
I love it here. Its quiet and the rooms are decent sized. The pool area, parking lot, and gym are all well maintained. And Ken the manager is great! Any repairs Ive needed have been taken care of incredibly fast, even on the weekends. The convenience of living across the street from school makes it worth it too. Its such a step up from my previous apartment complex. Thanks for the great experience!
I currently live at Boulevard Apartments. The manager Ken is a total pro. Maintenance is on top of thing really fast. They just remodeled the pool area too. There are a lot of Oakland University grad students that live here so its quiet & diverse. Its a safe & clean place to live.
Living at the Boulevard was a great experience. Ken Przydzial, the manager is fantastic at his job. He would always respond to our emails the same day they were sent and made sure all of our maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner.

I have been living here for the past 8 years and it has been a truly great experience. The Boulevard team is someone who you can always trust. Super friendly, understanding and always helpful.I would term the community team at Boulevard as Resident champions. There have been numerous instances of them reacting proactively before a problem surfaces. Repainting parking lots, revamping the fitness center, constructing new roads and a lot more. These improvements exemplifies the community commitment.On the maintenance side, I have never faced any trouble in getting the required friendly help within 24 hours. I have had my old equipment replaced by new ones because they were beyond repair. They maintenance crew truly cares for you.Overall, the Boulevard community is really a great place to reside in and the location is truly in the heart of Auburn Hills.
The boulevard is a quiet, safe, and friendly community. The apartment manager, Ken and the staff are incredibly helpful and will respond to your emails at just about any time. My wife and I are also impressed with he facilities (pool, gym, and hot tub) as they are always clean and hardly ever crowded. As someone who has rented from several different places I can honestly say the the Boulevard is excellent.
One of the best Apartment complexes in the area! The place is really cozy and they have great amenities that are pretty well kept. The staff is also super friendly, helpful and responsive. This is my third year in this community. Totally satisfied, very helpful service staff, property manager Ken and Chelsy. Very convenient location, whatever you need is within 1 mile radius. Its a dog friendly community with very friendly and accommodating people. I am working from home for past one and half year. My TV (4K)is always ON, my wife and daughter always uploading downing something and I am using FTP for downloading uploading 3D cad files over 1Gb , superfast reliable internet. We had all storms and tornedo warning but the power never went down for more than few min. Everything is well maintained.
The owner ( Ken ) is a wonderful manager, he truly cares about the complex.Walls are silent ( Ken mentioned they were fire walls! That matters a lot to me! Nice. ) and the place feels sturdy/well built. Friendly neighborhood. The one time I reached out to maintenance, my issue was resolved the next hour!Consider asking to upgrade your unit if you can ( Im happy I did ).
Moved from out of state to the Boulevard Apartments last month. Ken and Chelsea were terrific helping us coordinate the move, patiently answering our many questions and making the actual move in day easy. Ken, Nick and James were great doing the relatively minor fixes and adjustments our apartment needed.Would give five plus stars to all of them. They are friendly and helpful but also very professional, knowledgeable and skillful in what they do.If you are looking for a wonderful place to call home, the Boulevard Apartments is the place.
I love my apartment at Boulevard! I have lived here for a year and a half and would recommend it to anyone looking. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is spacious, and I love having a laundry room with lots of storage. Their maintenance team has been prompt with repairs, which has been much appreciated. The community is quiet and kept clean, and the gym and tennis courts are also a plus!
My experience at Boulevard has been nothing but exceptional since I moved in last August. The amenities of a 1BR include everything I need. Theres plenty of storage and I really appreciate the in-unit laundry. What is so great about this place is the responsiveness of Ken and the maintenance team. Ive had some issues with hot water/my fridge and they have been so quick to come and fix what is needed. I truly appreciate the community, and will definitely be staying until needed to move for school again.Two years later, I am sad to be leaving boulevard for school purposes but I would recommend this complex to friends in a heartbeat :)
We lived there for 2 years and it was amazing! We loved our apartment! Perfect size, two rooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and storage. I had almost 8 Wonderfull years at Boulevard Apartments. The Boulevard is quiet, clean, very well-maintained, safe, and peaceful. The manager Ken is great and so helpful. The management team take great care of the apartments and it feels like home. The maintenance staff are excellent and very quick to get things done.
I have lived here for ~3 years. These apartments are excellently managed and totally worth the money than any other apartment that you can find in the neighborhood. Great internet connectivity and strategic trash locations (big plus compared to the neighboring apartment complex). The management is honest and service is quick.I wouldnt have moved out if I were not moving out of the area.
I lived here for almost 4 years on the 1st floor. Management was always quick and helpful in responding to my request and my neighbors were quiet. However, during my time there I had several problems with the dishwasher and clothes washer not working properly, my rent went up by a total of about $100 since I started living there, I had an issue with mold, and a small issue with pests. Although management was great, the numerous problems and cost increases left more to be desired.
The apartment is extremely clean and affordable. The neighborhood is very safe and cute. It is secluded enough for you to have privacy, but open enough to encourage great interactions with very welcoming community. Ken is an amazing landlord and is always available to help, and is extremely caring and personable. He made the move in process straightforward and painless. Love it here
I have been staying in this apartment for sometime. They have spacious floor plans and importantly, the bedrooms are separated by the living room. Management and maintenance crew has been fantastic. Any maintenance request is taken care in a prompt way with a followup. Ken (the manager) is really friendly and helpful. Kudos to him and his great team.
My husband and I moved in about a month before quarantine and I couldn’t be happier having this place to call home. The office staff is fantastic. They appreciate their residents and it shows! I’ve never lived in a place with as positive as an atmosphere as this! My neighbors are friendly and we all keep an eye out for one another. The pool is amazingly clean and the rules put in place due to COVID were reassuring. I cannot wait to spend more time here!
One of the best apartments Ive ever lived in! The manager and maintenance staff are always super quick and considerate to questions or issues I have with our unit. The community is quiet and nice and its super close to Oakland university. 5/5!
I lived her for almost 2 years. Its a great place. I loved my apartment especially my balcony view of the pond. Amenities are good too. The apartment complex is always kept clean and the staff including the manager Ken are very nice. They always help out if something is needed. If I were to move back to Michigan, I would happily live here again.
If I would have completed this review 3-4 years ago, I would have probably given a score of 2 or 3... but Ken taking over as manager really improved the atmosphere and communication between the tenants and the leasing office. The only reason why I cannot in good conscious give a 5 star rating is because in my 6+ years of living in boulevard apartments, I had at least 5 minor to moderate floods or water leaks. Earlier on in my stay, it was not addressed appropriately but in the last few years the company was much more responsive and even replaced our carpet and got to the root of the problem instead of just doing bandaid-type fixes. For the most part, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend a renovated apartment rather than the older style, if possible, as some of the appliances and decor are very dated.
My husband, our friend and I enjoyed 6 wonderful years with this management company and their apartments, until we bought our first home in December. If I ever had to rent again, the Boulevard would be my very first choice. Jan in the office is always super sweet and the maintenance team is unparalleled in customer service. The apartment are very nice and the area is quiet. If theres ever an issue, it was always handled prompt and courteously. I will miss this place that I called my home for so many years, but will always recommend it to anyone looking to move into the area. Thank you Boulevard!
Ken is always responsive to repair requests no matter what time of day it is. I appreciate having access to the gym, tennis courts, and pool within the same complex. This apartment has the nicest layout of any apartment Ive had before. The kitchens are a decent size. Being across the street from OU is a major perk as well! Love it here!
I have had a wonderful experience here at boulevard. My roommate and I are medical students across the street at Oakland and have lived at boulevard for about 2 years. The facilities are great (including the hot tub-which is now open 24 hours) and the staff (especially Ken) is extremely competent, outgoing and caring. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area!

Ive had a really great experience with Boulevard Apartments since moving in a year and a half ago. The apartments are up to date and have everything you need - lots of storage space, a balcony AND laundry!! Maintenance is quick to deal with problems, even emergency ones that you might encounter on the weekend. Additionally, the on-site gym, pool and tennis court definitely come in handy!
One of the only places that has a hot tub in addition to a workout area. Has a tennis court and I found a partner just by asking someone who was playing. Friendly community, lots of dogs, and no night noise issues. Our staff is extremely responsive and helpful for maintenance and general concerns. Good communication whenever action from us is needed, such as temporary alternate parking.

If at all there is any maintenance related issue, management is very responsive to act on it immediately. Ken, the manager is extremely friendly and helpful, and goes above and beyond to help the residents. Very comfortable community to live with pets.
The boulevard apartments are a great place to live, located in a quiet complex that is also not far from where everything else is. As a college student, it is great being right across from campus. The new property manager, Ken, is fantastic. Any time I have had any issue, big or small, it was always dealt with the day I notify the front office. Ken has even stayed late to help me with a couple minor things like replacing light bulbs, and has even come in on a day off to help me out. Ken has gone above and beyond to help me out and its clear that he truly cares that each of the tenants here have an enjoyable experience.
It was such a blessing to find such a safe and quiet community to live in, right in the heart of Auburn Hills, and across the street from Oakland University. It was truly difficult to part with The Boulevard after two years of living in a place that truly felt like home- whenever there were issues inside my apartment, they were promptly addressed and fixed (from raccoons in my attic, to a leak in the ceiling after a massive snow storm), I will miss friendly interaction with front office staff (believe me when I say that the manager, Ken, has the most stylish assortment of sweaters), convenient access to a gym that is open 24/7 (with usage restraints as per COVID guidelines), and the convenient access to other local amenities (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Busch’s, Chipotle, Bravo, Jax Car wash, and so many other spots). I must emphasize that Ken went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in addressing any of my concerns. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism.The cleanliness of the property is also remarkable- the work crew keeps the grounds extraordinarily immaculate on a daily basis, and on snow days clearing the roadways on the property is made a clear priority. No matter the day, it’s always a pleasant one to take a stroll around The Boulevard.
Boulevard Apartments is a fantastic property! The apartments, landscaping and entire property is well taken care of and maintained. Ken the Manager is absolutely wonderful! He is always quick to answer any questions and handle any issues that arise. A+!
Just echoing what everyone else has said. Loved living here. Very responsive to work orders. The refurbished apartments are very well done. The Darlington layout is a very good use of space and we ended up not needing to have a separate storage garage. Ken always had a dog treat when he saw us walking the dog. Close to many restaurants and Oakland University.
The Boulevard has a combination of condos and apartments within the development. I own a condo I have as a rental in there. Property Manager Ken and also Chelsea are amazing! The service is wonderful and emails are always promptly returned. Great location near Oakland U and walking distance to The Village of Rochester Hills.
I lived here happily for 2 years, and now as I move to Royal Oak it is clear how Boulevard is a really good value. Peaceful community with responsive management, well kept. The one bad thing that happened to me was that my apartment sprung a leak and had wet carpet, so the management gave me money to move to a vacant apartment and discount on rent. Overall I’m very satisfied.
This place was great. Maintenance was always on top of issues and would make sure everything functions properly. Ken the manager was also a great help making sure we were all set with everything. Very friendly guy. The only reason Im leaving this apartment is because Im transferring to a different college, otherwise I would love to continue to stay here.
We lived there for a year before we moved out of the country. Ken was very helpful & accommodating esp before we moved in. They also promptly took care of any Maintenance issues during Covid. The complex is safe & conveniently located.
After staying for 2 years at the Boulevard Apartment I moved out yesterday from my apartment. My stay here was nothing short off AWESOME. Any time I needed something done I just had to call maintenance and by the time I got home after work, the issue would have been fixed.I once remember there was an issue with the sink and even though it was after hours the guys came in and fixed it. Top notch service for their tenants is what they say, and they go Above & Beyond to fulfill it.The office staff is so jovial that every month instead of dropping of my rent in the box as everyone does, I purposely used to go to the leasing office and hand over the check in person so as to interact with these great group of people.Christina and Jan were super cool. And now the office manager Ken Przydzial is a fantastic person. Anytime I went to him with a query or called him to get something clarified, he greeted me with a smile and clarified the query to the point.I am going to miss staying at these apartments. Lots of memories. If in the future I have to rent again or know anyone looking for an apartment they want to call HOME, I would be pointing them in the Direction of boulevard Apartments. I have been living here for 2 years, the management and maintenance are wonderful! I lost my key and within 10 minutes of speaking with Ken he helped me and my boyfriend with that issue. The apartments are really nice, and whenever there is a problem, they handle it in a great timely manner.
After years of subpar apartment renting elsewhere, Boulevard has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance requests are attended to within hours. Ken, the Community Manager, responds to emails quickly and goes above and beyond in his customer service! I have only praise for Boulevard Apartments facilities and staff!

I only lived here for a short period as I took over someone’s lease and just decided I could not afford it anymore as I’m a single mother. But you get what you pay for. This place is beautiful and Ken, the manager, is awesome! I wish we could’ve stayed longer, and I would definitely recommend these apartments a million times over. I have been living at the Boulevard Apartments for several years. Since Ken Przydzial has been manager, there have been many improvements in the complex. Besides being willing to listen to any concerns, he is friendly and conscientious, and works hard to make sure the complex is a nice place to live.

I currently live in a 2bed/2bath apartment and I love it. 1) Ken (manager) is fantastic. He made moving extremely easy/hassle-free. Super friendly and kind, and seems to only want residents to be happy. Always responds quickly to emails, which often correlates with fast maintenance. 2) As mentioned before, maintenance is really fast with minor repairs/replacing appliances if necessary. 3) The living space is great. Its very spacious (in ALL living spaces/bedrooms) and cozy. As a student, having bedrooms at opposing ends of the apartment means my roommate and I dont disturb each other when were in our rooms, which is a huge plus. We have a nice view a of the trees and deer that walk by in our backyard. There is extra storage space by our patio we never use, but its nice to have. 4) Community is very quiet, neighbors are very friendly. There is opportunity for recreation at the tennis court, swimming pool or fitness center. You never have to walk more than 15s to a dumpster, which seems minor, but when its cold outside its nice to have this as a perk. Mailboxes are also close! Theres enough parking spaces close to our apartments that even if I get home late I dont have to worry about not finding a space. As an OU student, its conveniently right across the street from where I need to be almost everyday. My only negative about the outdoor environment is that there is one set of speed bumps that are quite inconspicuous and so can be easy to miss when entering/leaving the complex. The other 2 speed bumps are also pretty unforgiving so you have to REALLY drive slowly over them.Overall this is the best apartment Ive lived in after having moved 6 times in the last 8 years for school. Im happy to call it my home away from home and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fairly-priced and nice place to live (especially incoming OU students!).
The management is outstanding. Upon moving in we had several request/issues that were promptly resolved. A new AC unit was installed, a ceiling fan was hung, a jammed window was replaced, and tomorrow our carpets are being cleaned. Shout out to Ken who made sure we were welcomed and we’ll taken care of. I couldn’t ask for a better people to live around.
This is a very maintained, peaceful and quiet place to leave. The property office is very friendly, honest and supportive. The manger of this facility Mr. Ken Przydzial is an extremely friendly, skilled, and nice person who has been very supportive making our stay very pleasant.I recommend this place and am confident that future tenants will have very similar pleasant experience with this place
I have had a wonderful experience with DHS management, their employees and their community. Whenever I need something done, I get an immediate response. The area is very safe and very well kept (There is salt on the ground BEFORE it even snows!) The fitness center is the best one in any complex Ive been to in this area. In short, I love living here! And I cant complain about the gorgeous little pond outside my window either...

This is our second time renting here. The apartment we are in is very spacious with beautiful upgrades. The neighbors are wonderful people. Very quiet place close to everything. Never had any issues here. The staff are very nice and helpful.
We really enjoyed our time here at The Boulevard. Management here is incredibly responsive and helpful. At one point a member of the maintenance team even helped me with a car issue. The community is great as well and we are sad to say bye!
Ive lived here for 4 years and couldnt ask for a better complex! Very well maintained summer and winter. Jan, Nicole and the Ken couldnt be nicer. I loved the fact that whenever I had an issue it was addressed immediately! Im going to miss the convenient living I had living here as I just bought a Condo and am moving. It was a wonderful place to live!!

Comfortable, spacious, and very accessible apartments. The staff are very responsive and accommodating! There is a very well maintained hot tub, pool, and gym. Living here is exactly what I needed from an apartment community!
Lived here for a year. Maintenance was alway prompt and diligent, calling or knocking before entering. The office was always wonderful when taking requests. If your looking for a caring and compassionate location to call home this place fits the bill.

I’ve had positive experience with Boulevard Apartments. I love the upgraded unit I’m living in. The management team is very responsive, from taking care of my lease paperwork before I move to Michigan to cleaning the snow in subzero weather.

Management is good, but spotty. This year they raised prices no matter if you rented there previously. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay until you can afford a mortgage.

2022-06-13I lived at the Boulevard for the last three years and it was a fantastic experience. Ken and his team are amazing property managers, always very quick to answer any email and say hi as you walk by. They make an effort to get to know the tenants and are always asking how to improve the property. Buildings and common spaces were very well maintained in all seasons and the community felt very safe. There are also a lot of amenities nearby that make living there very pleasant.

The neighborhood is really safe, and I feel comfortable walking outside all the time. The apartments are really spacious too. Maintenance requests always get responded to asap!

2022-04-01I have lived at Boulevard Apartments for just about a year and have renewed my lease to stay longer. I love the apartment and the entire community is friendly! Ken, the manager, is extremely nice and helpful; he also makes it a point to always waive whenever he sees us! Maintenance is always quick to help with any requests and has made living here very enjoyable! I would strongly recommend Boulevard to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place to call home!

2022-05-27Absolutely loved my stay here. Very safe place to stay!! Ken has been nothing but helpful during my short stay here. Truly wish I could have stayed longer.Pros: Updated appliances and flooring. I loved having an in unit washer and dryer. Very quiet. Carport and plenty of parking, balcony, and tennis courts. Nice staff and responsive maintenance team. The area is nicely lit with carport lights, balcony lights and lights leading to the stairs. Neighbors are very nice! Also did not have to worry about packages being stolen. There would be times where I’d be out of town for a few days and my packages were always there.Cons: Insulation in my bedroom was terrible. The rest of the place was fine but I did have to install window covers for the winter time. In the winter, more often than not snow would not be shoveled. Found myself slipping a lot in the winter.I’ve found it being quiet more of a con than a pro. I could hear my neighbors upstairs when they do anything (turn on shower, walk, talk, etc). So, I’m sure my neighbors below were annoyed with me because I worked from home and tended to move around a lot. Closet doors are also very loud to open and close.The gym was something I wish I could have utilized more. The machines are pretty dated and there was only one treadmill that worked majority of the time. This led me to get a gym membership on my own.I come from a family that owns an apartment complex, so I am a little more aware of small details like paint, caulking, cracks, etc. If it wasn’t for that, i’d give it a 5/5. Overall, the area is a great place to stay. The community center is up the street and has great fitness classes and shopping wasn’t too far either.

2021-12-02We have lived here for almost 3 years now, and really feel like for apartment living, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The neighborhood is quiet and secure- I have two dogs and I loved being able to walk my dogs just within our complex. Also an extremely dog friendly community! Any maintenance issues were addressed by the next day, but we also utilized their after hours services a couple of times and that went smoothly and quickly. In the winter the roads are kept plowed, and sidewalks safe, and in the summer if you’re a pool person they have a nice clean pool with plenty of seating. Our building was always super quiet…we can hear the people upstairs moving around, but nothing that you wouldn’t expect in an apartment…never really heard the people on either side of us.We really have loved living here the last three years. While they are on the higher end of rent, you really do get what you pay for. We also couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more welcoming property manager, Ken. He always was there when you needed something and you can tell how much he loves the Boulevard. I would highly recommend to anyone to check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

2022-04-01This apartment complex is by far the best one I’ve lived in (and I’ve lived in quite a few). The management here is very nice and very accommodating. You will not find a more kind or attentive staff at any other place. Maintenance was responsive. I didn’t have any issues living here whatsoever.This place has a lot of really good reviews, and it is genuinely because this place really is a great place to live! I highly recommend it.Pros:No noise! The walls are so thick. I could run my washer and dryer and not hear it all from the other rooms. I rarely heard my neighbors at all, it was a huge surprise and amazing.Nice location, close to stores, a lot of businesses, and Oakland UniversityAmazing managementNice interiorGym and poolResponsive and good maintenance teamNice appliances, comes with a washer and dryer (and the washer and dryer actually worked well! Lol)Cons:Some of the outdoor stairs need to be redone, but I believe they’re currently working on that. 2021-12-04I have been living at Boulevard Apartments now for 3 years and have loved every moment thus far. Maintenance has ALWAYS been on top of routine maintenance, when something isnt working, etc. Ken (property manager) has been available pretty much 24/7 if you have any questions/concerns and has always responded within minutes. They definitely care about their community and making sure that you feel right at home

2022-05-01Great experience for the 2 years I lived here. Mgmt., & maintenance were extremely responsive. Sometimes maintenance would even come out same day that I put a request in. They were all extremely friendly and took care of everything. Amenities are nice and area is quiet and perfect for college students to live off campus! 5/5 stars!

2021-12-02The Boulevard Apartments was my home for 4 years and I loved it. The Staff was always so friendly specially Ken the property manager I can honestly say I made great friends. This made my experience 100 times better and the transition from Texas to Michigan so much easier, I strongly recommend it. This is a great and safe area perfect for anyone moving for work or school, you wont be disappointed.

2021-12-02Boulevard Apartments is certainly a place to call home. I feel safe walking around any time of day, all appliances work like a charm, and the maintenance team had a moderate to quick response time. Two practical notes here: 1. Some apartments do not have overhead lighting in the bedrooms so be sure to ask the main man Ken about that or bring your own lighting. 2. Ken is a wealth of information and is incredibly reliable. Overall quite thrilled to call Boulevard my home!
