2020-09-09I couldnt be happier with the experience I had with Boyne Boat Yard for my recent boat service. They were extremely accommodating with my special requests and very responsive with communications. They spent the time to discuss and layout a detailed service plan that was pertinent to my boats issues. In addition, the turn around time was surprisingly quick and I was back on the water within a few days. Thanks again!

2020-08-08Terrible experience. Double billed numerous times, boat damage while in storage twice, first acceptance by marina for the cause then denial. Then accused of being dishonest and not truthful. Finally told to never coming back to marina. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a merchant. I would not recommend them for storage or service.

2018-07-13Today, I had an opportunity to experience the kind of service that I love but is all too seldom experienced. These people know their business and the term customer service defines their attitude and not just the name of a department.
