Bought some items didnt realize till getting home,one of the items rang up a different price then what was. On the wall so I went back and addressed the cashier which I never I seen before she wasnt helpful so I asked for a manger young guy that works there said he was the manager very rude think he said his name was syi so I asked him arent you supposed to get the price thats on the wall he said no I asked for corporate number he toldr to find it on goggle so I will not be not spend another dime in there

Whom ever the attendant is that was working this night of Christmas 12-25-21 @ about 8 PM at night cussed out a customer for no reason and threatened him with trespassing after discriminating against him for no reason;After i was just looking around my surroundings while checking out my stuff. he says is someone after you. i explained that i have anxiety so i dont always act right in peoples eyes.i felt a little offended because who is it him too say whats normal. Im a Vet i have every right too be weary of my surroundings which is caused by anxiety.I dont have too justify anything about myself too you I thought; Then he goes into talk about pot and how it can cause it. Buddy dont you think i know what to do with my body; Not that i was smoking or had smoke recently its just the fact of the matter.I left out the store then came back in and voiced that i felt offened too the situation and im tired of individuals thinking whats normal and discriminating against someone whom has Anxiety or OCD or PTSD because we might not seem too be correct when in public. IE pacing, fidgeting, looking around quick; 06415045 complaint numberBecause of his reaction, we learned it doesnt take smoking pot too set people off or make people a certain way;Needless to say he needs to be fired; I tried too talk too him with respect and multiple patrons heard him talk too me horribly. watch the recording

Young man on afternoons with light hair curses people out. Hollars and screams at people. Chooses who he wants to wait on. Turns paying customers away. Did like this gas station and they use to have good business now people dont want to go there. In a minute police will be there because of this low life and they will be shut down. I came in the other day and was turned away for gas and change for air for my tire.

They cheat on price and dont give the cash discount on mid grade and premium... Typical Detroit style run gas station. After asking manager started speaking in Arabic and wouldnt answer. Also tried to call custo service, one number wasnt working and the other seemed like it was either the owners wife or mom. Did the same thing as the manager and spoke so much, said you could ask a question, then spoke so much you couldnt speak.... Learn how to run a reputable gas station.

Typical Thursday morning, gas was a good price at 1.99 for cash and 2.09 for credit. Go inside and pre-pay cash normal- normal for any gas station around here. Proceed to fill up my tank, there is no trigger stop so you have to hold the handle while you fill up in the cold. As I go to leave I notice the price decreased from 1.99 to 1.89 per gallon. The price decreased while I was filling my tank. Of course it is not reflected in the price at my pump. I go back inside to talk to the man at the register asking them for my dollar back because I got 10 gallons of gas and they refused to refund my dollar. He told me the manager told him to decrease the price and they can’t help it if the lot is full. I then asked to speak to manager and he said he was the manager. What!? It’s kind of ridiculous, I’m all for lowering the prices but maybe do it before the parking lot is full of cars at seven thirty in the morning and people are in the middle of filling up their tanks. I understand it’s only a dollar but the fact that would not give me this minimal refund nor tell me “just wait a second while we change the price” when I pre-paid is poor customer service.

Very rude and disrespectful, your night/ morning (6:45am) worker was very disrespectful to my 12 years old because she couldnt remember the pin her state bridge card ( i was in the car with my new born) and she was getting frustrated and started crying because he was yelling at her.... You really need better workers because let me tell you and I dont care, if my baby wasnt in the car... Lord would have to help him

While filling up my gas tank I began throwing away a couple McDonalds bags in the trash can near my pump. And the gas station attendant walked up and told me that I cant throw away more than 1 cup full of trash and that he just emptied the can. He then suggested that I not come back to the gas station. Never heard of such a thing. I would stay away from this gas station if you plan to throw anything in the trash can near the pump. They frown upon that type of behavior. I would use one of the other 3 BP gas stations in the area. The gas is cheaper at the other stations anyway and they welcome you to use their public trash cans.

Worst gas station I have ever been to- Horrible experience. I went in there about a week ago to grab cigarettes and a snack, The old creep with the mustache and glasses wouldnt stop staring at me the moment I walked in there. Upon arriving to get cashed out he started flirting with me and telling me dirty jokes. He carried on and nearly begged for my phone number when he is nearly 3× my age. TOTAL HARRISMENT.

Cashier working midnight shift killed me. I was pointing at a product i wanted, while I was explaining the product, he yelled at me and said don’t point, I have a hard time hearing. If one has a hard time hearing, isn’t it helpful if I point at it. This older man working night shift is extremely unprofessional and rude.
