Significantly changed my life! I had brain fog, sleep issues, and sometimes would run words together when speaking. After the treatments the brain fog went away, I sleep better, and am able to bring thoughts together more clearly and articulate better. I dont know its related, but I dont need reading glasses anymore. I wish everyone would experience the brain healing offered at the Brain Life Center.
I am was so blessed having gone through the treatment at The Brain Life Center. My life has changed significantly because of it. I originally went to find a solution for my inability to sleep but came through the sessions with an abundance of other major improvements. I no longer enter a room forgetting what I went in there for. No no more hot flashes. I finished up my sessions no longer afraid to speak with someone with fear of forgetting words. And yes I sleep through the night once again. My family sees the difference in me. I continually will thank God that He has given special people the wisdom to come up with this technology.
I had such high hopes for 2 of my children that went through the program, but we saw very little results and whatever results we did see did not last. I dont know how much of the results rely on the techniques they teach you, but we were thinking the actual technology used in the intensive programs would be where we saw results. Im glad that many people have been blessed through this technology, but it wasnt worth the time or money for us. However, the staff was extremely helpful and kind.

The brain life center has made such a huge difference in my life. I am sleeping so much better, I have a lot less anxiety and stress because of the techniques they taught me to calm myself down. I first experienced the Brain Life Center technology when their office was in Clarkston back in 2013. I was almost 40 years old and had experienced panic attacks from Claustrophobia my whole life. I was skeptical about the treatment with audio sounds and brainwave mirroring but had tried everything, including anti-anxiety medications that didnt help. In my mind, I knew the panic and behavior werent rational behaviors; however, that didnt change the physical experience of terror and hyperventilation every time I tried to ride an elevator or fly on a plane. Talking to myself to keep from panicking never worked, and at 40 years old, I decided I wasnt going to give up on finding a solution, so I invested the money in the program, and it worked. As I said, I was skeptical, so after committing to the program, I also planned a vacation later that year to California with my husband. It was going to be a 5-hour flight, which generally would have been impossible for me to plan. The treatments worked, and I was so happy to finally board a plane drug-free and no longer panicked. That was the longest flight I had ever taken, and I was so calm I was able to take a cat nap on the flight. What a blessing for my family and me as we now can travel to bucket-list destinations I used to only dream about! Its been over eight years since my first treatments, and it still works. I recently learned to swim and snorkel, which I never was able to do being Claustrophobic. Thank you, Brain Life Team!!!

Super friendly staff. The process is really interesting, and they explained it well.The treatment worked fabulously for me. I was sleeping too much. Most nights, Id sleep for 9+ hours, and Id still need a long nap mid day. Id have several cups of coffee, which didnt always make me alert, usually just made me jittery or hyper.Now, I am sleeping 7-8 hours and actually feel awake and alert during the day without caffeine. !! Couldnt be happier.
I have never had sleep issue and then a couple years ago I was having insomnia several nights a week, sometimes I would not fall asleep until 4 or 5 am. I went to Brain Life Center and the treatments really helped, but it was kind of like going to the Chripractor in a way because I would have to go back periodically for supplementary treatments. I heard that this is because the trigger for my insomnia was still in my life and affecting me. Nonetheless, it worked for me.I really liked how after the first 8 treatments (the intensive phase) I was shown before and after brainwave graphs which showed remarkable progress. My only complaint was that when you go back for the supplementary treatments they dont produce the graphs so you dont get that visual report and mainly have to go on how you are doing with sleeping.Finally after about 1.5 years a big change occured in my living arrangement and from that day on my sleep issues were essentially gone. That, presumably was the removal of the trigger stress factor from my life.Oh, one other thing. They sound you hear during treatment is either piano, Strings (I think), or voices. The voices were creepy in my opinion and probably would not have worked for me, but they will let you pick which you prefer. Also, for most of the 2-hour treatment you can actually sleep and it does not affect the treatment. Just at the end, maybe the last 15 minutes, they have you watch images on a video screen so they want you to be awake.
The Brain Life Center has been very helpful. It helped through a very difficult time last summer. I felt peaceful after a few sessions.

I found the staff at Brain Life Center to be very warm and caring! During a period of extreme stress, I was able to attain less anxiety and more calmness and focus as well as more energy. I also utilized Brenton, the growth counselor there. He far exceeded my expectations! He was very understanding, a good listener and gave amazing active feedback as well! Truly a gift from God!
Giving 3 stars because I’m sure their techniques are affective. But save your money and watch YouTube videos for free about relaxation/breathing techniques.I really want to give this place 1 star because of how much pseudoscience they promote. All of their “technology” is obviously absurd.If you want to watch relaxation videos with the added benefit of a remote location, a schedule/accountability, and the mental reassurance that the people showing you the videos are wearing lab coats (that they bought from the local uniform store), it’ll cost you $2,000. Honestly, I’m sure that has value for some people. Not for me.I will say one more thing to BLC—you guys need to show some kind of colorful graph that shows “results” of the “software” and then show examples of how the graphs change with past clients and how we’ll be able to see changes/progress too. That would really help your salesmen close. That, and obviously lowering the cost by about $1500 would help. Try different things!
My mom is slowing going into dementia and this treatment has improved her memory. She is less confused now and can remember things in her short term memory. I love this place!
My Brain Life Center experience was easy, relaxing, and effective. It worked just like they said it would on WMUZ 103.5FM. I went in, did my assessment in about an hour and a half. I found out a lot about why I was going through what I was going through, why I wasnt sleeping well, why I was always on edge, why I couldnt seem to always find the right word or remember a name or item I was trying to remember in the middle of a sentence. I did the Brain Life sessions in 10 meetings. It took about a week. I started sleeping better right away, which was great. It helped with my confidence in meetings at work, also great. At my desk was where I experienced the most amazing difference. My job became easier, I was operating on a higher creative level, more intuitive and more productive. Overall my Brain Life experience was a success and I highly recommend it to anyone experiencing sleep problems, or memory, recall and focus issues, especially if you have a demanding job.
Amazing results! My kids were struggling to manage Junior college. Sending them through the simple yet profound process at Brain Life Center has allowed them both to attend IWU, a 4-yr intensive university! The Brain Life process resulted in a shift away from video games, tv, and “static wandering!” If you are considering this PLEASE DO NOT WAIT LIKE I DID!! The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting; the staff are professional and accepting. They know what they are doing!!
I had a stroke 2 years ago and it left me with fatigue and I had a hard time focusing. So I went to the Brain Life Center where the staff helped me through the program. I am thrilled to say I am now not fatigued and am able to focus. I will be forever grateful to the Brain Life Center. Thank You!
When my wife walked out of her 5th session she stopped and looked around at the world My mind isnt racing. I always wondered what this was like. And. She cried tears of joy. That night she slept 10 hours through for the first time ever. And woke up without pain caused by an overactive nervous system.

I have been working for more than 3 years here and I can say that besides the great people that work here, this technology is awesome !!!!. Did 8 sessions there and decided not to finish it out, I didn’t feel any sort of difference after 8 sessions, wasn’t worth the drive after a full day of work or going there on my off days to sit in the chair and doing breathing exercises and listen to music while staring at a screen, maybe it works for some but it unfortunately didn’t help me in any sort of way, sleep didn’t improve and anxiety and depression didn’t either. And now I’m unluckily $2,000 in the hole with no benefits to my mental health and struggling even more from that hope that this would help me.
Amazing results! I sleep better, got off sleep medicine and it helped my brain heal from that, the relief I got from anxiety was amazing, I’ve suffered fromChronic Lyme disease for years and the brain life center really helped me feel like myself again. Less irritable, more focused, even helped my balance. I didn’t realize how much anxiety was effecting me and my life until it was (for the most part) gone. I also had a few head injuries and the concussion symptoms were part of my issues mixed with the Lyme. The BLC treatment improves my quality of life and I wish I’d done it sooner. I recommend it to people all the time. It’s a lot of money but it’s worth the investment in your health and well being. I did a gofund me and I was blessed to have friends and family donate money to help me be able to afford it. I didn’t fill out the survey and they listed 10 things that I was dealing with and it was spot on. It’s not a 100% fix, I’ve done a lot of other things to improve my health, craniosacral massage, detoxing, studying Gods word and growing spiritually, rife for infections and lyme, supplements, so much! But, the BLC is in a category of its own, and without it I would not be where I am today. Getting off sleep meds (trazadone) was impossible without this treatment. That was making my brain worse but allowing me some sleep. I wish I’d tried this first. I get optimization sessions every so often, since I still have Lyme, and it always helps. Id go more if it was more affordable, but the results help me for so long that it is worth what they charge. I have 2 friends with lyme that have also gotten great results. I wish more people that I tell about it would go!
People dont realize how important it is to get a sufficient amount of quality sleep. Without it the entire body struggles to get through each day. It effects the organs in your body as well as your mood and energy level. A better option than pills is the Brain Center. Once youre into the routine you will notice a major difference in your whole quality of life.
Since I started going to the Brain Life Center I have been sleeping better, and I have better focus. I went there because I seemed to hold on to a lot of stress, I am much better now. I still get stressed but I am able to calm myself down and move forward in my day. This is a real blessing for me. God Bless the Brain Life Center
I came to the brain life clinic a year ago, I went through all of the sessions, its very relaxing. I slept great at first but recently my old anxiety and sleep disturbance is coming back, im going to schedule a session to get back on track. Im hopeful vecquse it worked last time.
I went for about two years with extreme anxiety and panic attacks that were hard to explain in words. My mind would spin out of control with very sad, scary thoughts about so many things and once it began it took over sometimes for two and three days at a time and I could not sleep or barely eat and I would feel so fearful, that again, there are no words to really describe it. The nights were even worse and often I feared the day ending. I was soon told by a doctor that I had PTSD, which at first I didnt understand and kind of denied. They wanted to try medications, like Zoloft, Lexapro and a few more and said that what I was doing to myself/my mind, unintentionally, was hurting me worse than any drug/medication. I listen to WMUZ everyday and kept hearing the commercial about the Brain Life Center and told my husband about it in tears and told him I felt like I wasnt going to make it and living this way was not truly living and I was barley hanging on. He was scared for me also and we decided to go and speak with them and it was the best thing I could have ever done. Without medication, they brought me back and I will be forever thankful. Besides my treatments, the people there care so much and they hope and pray right along with you and check on you every step of the way...they are amazing. As crazy as it may sound to some, I believe God led me there how it all happened and I thank him each day for this and all the blessings in my life.
BLC, and the amazing team that has worked with me this whole time, and Jes, for bringing me here in the first place- has saved my life.Truly, entirely saved my life.I was in very sad shape when I first came to BLC. I had previously lived the majority of my life with severe anxiety and major, manic depression. I have been on and off 10 different psych meds in the past, none of which my body or brain were able to tolerate after some time. After surviving a few major traumas in my late teen years, my depression took a nosedive and I was hospitalized for suicidal ideation/attempts multiple times over the course of five or six years. I self-harmed for a span of time before developing full-on problems with substance abuse, and silently battled those along with an eating disorder that mirrored anorexia for well over a decade.Right up until first coming to BLC, in all honesty.Doctors, specialists, the psych ward itself at one point, had no idea how to help me anymore. I was told by multiple means that I was a hopeless case. BLC really was my one hope at recovery.When I was given the results of my initial consultation, and the state of my brainwaves at the time, I panicked inside. The recordings were all literally off the charts, and I was told thats what a C-PTSD brain looked like. But I was also told that this meant there was hope. If I went through the intensive program, my brain had a chance of being restored to health.I bit the bullet and went through with it.Although I didnt mentally start feeling the effects right away, it was miraculous to see- on paper- how FAR those waves of mine had dropped on the charts, upon consultation after the last session. All within an optimal range. A very alien concept to me; I was actually, legitimately becoming healthy again.After completing the intensive sessions, and with the help of a few maintenance sessions...I can confidently say that, not only has my ability to stay asleep (after falling asleep before 4 am) improved, but I no longer feel trapped in a perpetual state of fight or flight. My ability to play bass, guitar, and piano, and to write music is returning, after those compartments in my brain had physically been short-circuited by severe trauma for some time. I no longer view difficulties as life-or-death scenarios. I understand that there is going to be heartache and setbacks along the way, but from the sessions, I have gained stability, and more of a grounded perspective, and the ability to understand that the pain wont last and that everything will eventually be okay again.There are still times where I struggle, of course. Its only a part of Being Alive.But more often than not these days, I truly feel like Im coming back to life, with the help of all that BLC has done for my mind, body and spirit.And- as someone who used to wake up every morning, reminded that she was, in many ways, dead- that is a great deal to say and know.Miracles happen at the hands of BLC. People like me, and my beautiful friend Jes, and the countless others who have offered their testimonies likewise- are all living proof of this.
I was skeptical at first! I took the assessment and there was definately a few area that needed to be worked on...lack of quality sleep, lack of concentration during the day, lack of energy, moodiness, anger, etc.I made the committment and went thru the program. It has helped in all of the areas of my life previously mentioned above.Was it worth it for me? Absolutely! Would I do it again! You bet!
For the last 10 years, Ive slept about 2-3 hours per night, and had frequent debilitating anxiety attacks. Now, I sleep a solid 8, and I havent had a single attack since my treatment. Worth every penny.

Im so disappointed I dont know if this is a scam or the tech who read my assessment was just incompetent. I didnt do the survey since I wanted to see if they could tell what was wrong with me. I had obvious and severe issues so I thought it wouldnt be a problem. When I walked back in the office to get the results the tech kept trying to get information from me why I went there instead of giving me results, but I refused to give her any information. I have severe insomnia and anxiety and she could not see that in the assessment, I had to ask her and she said the anxiety was insignificant and that she could not tell me if I had sleeping issues unless I got the brainwave. Besides that, I was told that I have severe issues with focus which I dont and Ive never had. Also that Im left side dominant and I tend to freeze, which would be innacurate as well since Im a very impatient person. Just watch out and dont fill out the survey or give them any info before doing the assessment. Wait for them to tell you the results before spending $2,000. I emailed them explaining my experience but they didnt even bother to respond.
This was a wonderful experience for me! For some time I had been experiencing a lot of brain fog and I felt like I was constantly struggling to remember things. I can say that my brain is much improved!! I would recommend anyone with problems like I had to go and get an evaluation. The staff was so caring and wonderful and my results were awesome!

Brain balancing has changed my life. I have struggled with depression in the past. At one time, I had issues with not being able to sleep. I don’t struggle with these issues anymore. Awesome, this really is an unbiased review my brain was so out of wack they made my life managible again dealing with psychological disorders. Defintely worth the money of course its not a miracle I still take some of my medications but I dont feel as relient anymore the people here are very friendly at all times and courteous. I cant say anything bad about the place you just gotta have faith I dont want to disclose personal information but lets just say my brain was in freeze mode and pretty fd up before coming here and they fixed it tremendously. My psychiatrist my not agree with everything about it but it worked and its safe. Sometimes big pharma doesnt want to admit anything works that doesnt make them money only. Give it a try! I was admittedly skeptical and grilled Dave and Julie with endless questions before trying the treatment. Well, Im glad to say, it worked and worked great for me. I had severe sleep issues for over 25 years until I went to Brain Life Center over 6 years ago. Its drug free, non-invasive, all natural, and bottom line, I havent had one single sleepless night in the last 6 years. I also have better mental clarity and focus. I cant speak highly enough about this technology.

Being the host of a morning radio show, I simply cannot afford to go without high-quality sleep. I need to be sharp, focused and well-rested. Its not an option...its mandatory. Problem is, I was running on fumes and compensating with energy drinks to amp up my brain. It was just a matter of time before my mood and my health crashed. After going through the intensive program at the Brain Life Center, Im on a whole different level. Now when I sleep, its lights-out, deep, REM sleep so my mind and body can rest. When I wake up, its not just my phone thats 100% charged. Now Im truly ready and FIRED UP to host the Morning Light on WMUZ every day! And its not the false energy created from guzzling caffeine and sugar. Its real. Being in recovery, drugs (like sleeping pills) are NOT an option for me. Its gotta be natural or nothing at all. I have the unique perspective of being able to spend time with individuals on a daily basis, whom have benefited from utilizing the technology. The owners take a genuine interest in the clients, and the care each individual receives. There is very minimal, if any, waiting in the lobby prior to appointments. Staff are professional and courteous, and put in extra time and effort to accommodate any factors that assist each client in having the best experience possible.
I had my treatment done on just before memorial weekend 2018. It helped me tremendously! For over 5 years I had to take 2 advil PM pills plus melatonin just to get to sleep and stay asleep for 6 to 7 hours.My doctor was concerned and thought I should try a sleeping medication instead, due to damage advil can do to liver and kidneys.I had had been hearing commercials for the Brain life center and decided I needed to do something else to help me sleep.It has changed my life for the better. I fall asleep and stay asleep for about 7 hours regularly. I use my brain waive aid faithfully and take my fish oil viatims. I dont have brain fog anymore. I have more energy. My general outlook on life is more happy and peaceful. Now I am drug free to sleep like our body was created to do. It has been 6 months.I cant wait to see my doctor again to give him the good news. Please before paying any money up front make sure you understand the process in detail how many sessions and cost of those sessions. If you dont know the procedure you might just be out of $75. Really what can you do with the assessment? if you cant continue at that time. Peace and Blessings

2022-04-27Without The Brain Life Center than all my hopes of helping my depression , anxiety, sleep, addiction and Adhd would be exhausted and left in just prayer but the Brain Life Center actually works. I have suffered extreme depression and anxiety since 2000. Since than I have tried it all because I have medication resistance for my depression. Last year I did 6 sessions with in 2 weeks and within a month I was almost off my anxiety Medication and never felt so calm. I have 2 children and I will invest this treatment for them if by chance they develop adhd . before I would ever give them medication. This works! 100%. Spravato is horrible please do not try that . Invest in your own brain connections correcting themselves without drugs and be free.

2021-09-24I was tested & went through the process. My results we incredible to say the least!!Apnea & major unbalanced brain waves were my issues. Before treatment: a sleep study showed- I went from stopping breathing, on average, 44 times an hour and a few times near 2 whole minutes at a time before process. After treatment: no stoppage of breathing more than 11 seconds.The brain equalization was an extreme & major help as well.Without a doubt his process was the best thing I could have done at this very difficult time of my life.Also I thank you all for the prayers before & after this as well. 2021-10-01My wife had extreme anxiety and panic attacks almost nightly. She decided try this treatment a little while back. After the recommended number of sessions, she was not sure if this program was helping her. However, now that she looks back on her recovery from this state of panic and anxiety that she used to have, she points to this treatment as being the turning point that helped her deal with it all. It wasn’t something that just suddenly stopped for her; rather it was a gradual improvement of her symptoms that was not obvious from the start. But as we look back on her progress, we can definitely say the Brain-Life Center was the starting point to her healthy mind. God bless the work that you do! Thank you!

2022-05-15Very nice and caring staff however it was very expensive and didn’t really do anything for me. I’m not sure if other people were experiencing a placebo effect but it unfortunately didn’t really help me much at all.
