My friend had recommended I use Brent to sell my home. This was a great decision and I am very happy I did. He went out of his way to support me every step of the way and made it a easy process to complete. Everything from signing the papers to working with the staff was a great experience. Brent is very professional in his job. He always gave me good advice in selling my house at Ann Arbor and negotiated well with the buyer to reach an agreement on the counter offer. He was very fast in response to my inquiries and requests. I did not expect the house could be sold just a little bit more than one month esp. during the most difficult time of pandemic when a majority of the states were in lock down status. My house was listed on March 8 when Michigan was about to be locked down. Brent kept me posted of the status from March to the beginning of May. After the ban was lifted, he immediately put the house on show and obtained an offer by mid-May. After a few rounds of negotiation, he successfully settled the deal with the buyer and had the purchase agreement signed by May 19. The closing process was very smooth. The signing of the documents, the inspection and appraisal of the property, the testimony of the notary public, and the title settlement were all completed within one month. By Jun 22, I received the proceeds check by overnight delivery.Since I am residing in Washington State, I was unable to take care of the house at Michigan. Brents office rendered me great support in keeping the house clean and the lawn mowed regularly to be presentable to the buyer. His assistant and the closing manager were all very helpful in bringing the deal to a close. I really appreciate Brents knowledge, expertise, skill and experience in real estate sales.
Brent knows the market in our area, advised us how to price our home, and advertised all over the country so that we sold our home to the first showing at a great price. Great communication and follow up throughout the whole process including after the sale. Very personable and professional. His team was very responsive and thorough with the details and steps needed to get to closing.Anybody that tries to sell their home by owner in this environment is a fool that will not net out what Brent can make for you with his agency.

When we decided to make the move to Florida. We reached out to Brent Flewelling and his team. He was referred to us by a close family friend.When I first spoke with Brent we talked and we set up a time for him to come over. When he came to the house he looked around and gave us a couple of suggestions on things we could do prior to listing. Brent Flewelling and his whole team are very professional, courteous, and responsive. Preparing the unit for sale was a breeze as they handled everything, including the contractors for painting, carpeting and cleaning.
