Comment: This is by far the worst company Ive ever worked with. I lived in an apartment in San Francisco, CA until Feb 2022 when the building had to evacuate due to a fire.Brick and Mortar has been a nightmare. From ignoring my calls and being extremely unresponsive to failing to send any type of updates on a fire report or even construction timeline. Its been EIGHT MONTHS since the fire and its clear that the lives of the many tenants that once occupied 1000 Howard Street dont matter to this entity.My life has been in chaos trying to figure out a living situation - from place of employment/commutes to how I should approach my next living situation and I cant get even a call back with any type of update.Although I dont blame the company for the fire, I will make it clear that Brick and Mortar is single handedly accountable for the process of communicating with the tenants who once called 1000 Howard St. their home.

Comment: Incredible real estate management company. Rented with Brick and Mortar for four years and they took such good care of the building we were in (which was over a hundred years old!), always responding quickly to any maintenance requests or other needs. Big plus too that everything is handled online through a rental portal, including paying rent. Highly recommend!

Comment: I have had my property managed with Brick and Mortar since its Inception and have worked with Eyal prior to that for years. He has gone beyond professional and really cares about his clients. He has the highest ethical conduct and I trust his word 100%. The post left from AJB is a disgruntled family member looking to hurt me, he doesnt own a property bring managed by Brick and Mortar, its just a bogus complaint. This forum is for feed back, Eyal and his staff are exceptional at their job.

Comment: Stay as far away from these clowns as possible. They dont manage to do very much, other than line their pockets. Tenants are being lied to, repairs not being made, no accounting of where the money is all going.......and in the latest round of surprises, rumors of corruption and embezzlement of client funds are more common than anyone should be comfortable with. If you value your tenants, your property, and your integrity Id recommend not going along for this scam. Just google Eyal Katz, or even better look the guy in the eye and you will see for yourself...

Comment: We have used Brick and Mortar Real Estate Services for property management of a 3-unit property in San Francisco since 2017. Eyal and Hillarie have been a tremendous help with the day-to-day property management as well as helping to coordinate a number of property improvement projects. Most recently, they helped renovate a deteriorating kitchen and brought it up to modern standards at an affordable price. We are very happy with our decision to use Brick and Mortar! Thank you!
