Being in the automotive industry for 44 years. An old Ford mechanic and parts guy who has worked and managed shops and dealerships. I have to say that Brighams Auto Repair exceeded the industry standards ! I was stuck in Rogers Heights with a blown fuel pump and no way to repair the car. I gave Brighams a call and they responded quickly. Knowing that I was in a bind the owner did everything possible to get me back on the road as fast as possible. He even met me after hours as I dropped off the car to make sure everything was ok. The customer service was phenomenal, the repair was done way before the promise time, and the price for the repair was excellent. I would recommend that anyone in the Big Rapids - Rogers Heights area give them a call first. I know that when I am in town thats where Im going for car repairs and maintenance !!!

Herb has worked on my car a couple times and hes definitely my new go to whenever I need something done on my car. He is very reasonable on his price, gets it in an out, an most importantly he is so honest. Hell tell you exactly what the problem is no extra stuff trying to make the bill add up.
