Comment: Rented some China, gold silverware, and glassware for our wedding and everything looked fantastic!! This was the only place I could find trendy plates and silverware and didn’t cost a fortune. They also allowed self pickup and drop off which saved a ton of money. You only have to rinse the plates before returning which was convenient. We were going for minimal waste wedding so we also rented linen napkins from them which were quality and also just had to be thrown into a bag for returning. Everything comes in crates for easy counting and pickup. 10/10 recommend!!

Comment: Bright provided all of the rentals for my wedding at the San Diego Botanic Garden and did an amazing job! Everything was exactly how I had wanted and they made it very easy to change and adjust throughout the planning process. The Bright team even worked with my caterer to make sure that we only had to do one order for the event. I highly recommend Bright!

Comment: Watched these guys take down a bunch of chairs in Del Mar tonight. They ripped off all the reserved seating signs and just left them in the park. There were plenty of trash cans near by but apparently they couldn’t be bothered to put the trash where it belongs. Right next to the ocean, too, you know- the one that needs more trash in it. 👏🏽Great job, guys. Great job. Glad I could finish your jobs for you 👎🏼👎🏼

Comment: We loved working with Bright Event Rentals for our wedding. Our venue was a blank slate so we had a lot of rentals to bring in. We choose Bright because they had a lot of variety but also because they have everything!! We didn’t want to have to use multiple rental vendors to get the look we wanted. They were so patient with us when we changed our mind several times and made time for us to go into the showroom several times to create mock ups of our tables to make sure everything went well together. We had no issues with delivery and pricing is very upfront from the beginning!

The back and forth was quick and easy, and their selection of items was great. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be working with them for any rental needs in the future!

Comment: Bright helped us make a great tablescape at our wedding. Their rental products totally suited our needs. We enjoyed the wide variety of listings they had available, we could get the exact look we wanted. They offered a great mock-up: when we got there, a full tablescape was prepared, as well as a range of linens, cutlery, and other goods for us to compare. They made it easy on our wedding planner and florist, who were able to put together a full table scape mockup that we could evaluate right away. Their online store was easy to use, prices were reasonable, and it was never hard communicating with them online.

From larger events with multiple tents to smaller events with linens, tables and chairs, the customer service and assistance has been impeccable. Comment: My husband and I planned a micro wedding in 45 days. We had to act fast to find vendors. Bright Event Rentals came through in the clutch. Star was extremely responsive and was a tremendous help in scheduling drop off/ pick up. Their product was modern and elegant. We highly recommend them for any occasion.

Comment: NEVER EVER will I recommend this company. This review is for bright event rentals. Their prices were insane for 2 tents, heaters (some of which didnt work) and dealing. They spent over 5 hours setting up. Their office staff gave us information on the heaters which was different than what they provided us (she said it was propane.... It is NOT propane), and the staff that put up the tents told us the opposite of how to handle the snow we had coming in. Their tenting staff was hired to put up drapes which the client paid for, said they would come back to put the drapes up but never did. They just left all of it there for our staff too figure out. We contacted the office agent over a dozen times in 2days to resolve and there was no effort to respond. They got their money and couldnt care less. Horrible effort to ensure all aspects of their rentals are taken care of. I have them 1 star for being available on sorry notice (3 days advance on a holiday week) and for actually putting them up and showing up at all.

Comment: Classic did a great job but they were our most difficult vendor to work with and were extremely expensive. We only hired them because of their experience doing tent & draping. Unless you have unlimited funds or are doing something unique that only Classic has experience with, I would recommend going with another rental company.

Comment: I love this place. I walked in simply to rent one of those outdoor heaters and ended up renting tables and chairs along with the heater. I had the pleasure of working with Bill Drew which also included some of his other professional event planner to help me plan for my Dads 60th birthday bash. Sorry, I forgot her name but she made me feel like I just walked into one of those TV wedding shows. I love the showroom. They also included free delivery which sealed the deal and clean up was a breeze. Classic crew simply stopped by after the party was over and picked up all the rental items. Thank you again. I will definitely use your company again for my future wedding.

Comment: This past weekend my previously booked party rental company canceled my order due to overbooking. So, I had to scramble to find 7 replacement belly bar tables for a very popular company holiday party weekend. Luckily Classic Party Rentals was able to take my same-day order, but unfortunately the quality of the product we received was not acceptable. The table bases were missing the levelers so the tables were extremely unstable. Not to mention that because the levelers were missing the bottom of the bases were metal and not suitable for the hardwood floor that they needed to go on. I had to run to the hardware store last minute to fix these tables and it added a lot of stress to the evening. When I notified Classic Party Rentals and even sent them pictures of the condition the tables were in, they basically blew me off and left me high and dry. I will definitely not be renting with this company again. Next time I would suggest renting with a company that you can trust for your special event, and I definitely wouldnt trust them again.
