Robert James Morrison was awesome to see. He was so thorough and nice! My ENT in Lansing was a bad experience. I have heard from three different doctors that they always send their patients to UofM and skip the Lansing office altogether.What a great Experience!!! Thanks Doc!!!
Had to get some lab work done here and everyone was super friendly! I look forward to coming back! This place is a lot better than some of the other hospital systems out here.
Horrible wait times at Brighton Center. People who are there for surgery evaluation are treated as if theyre objects which can be put on a shelf and left until its convenient to get back to them.
Check-in clerk did not explain I could go with my son to pre-OP.Tech did not say I could go with my son to pre-OP. I read all info and about pre-OP, waiting to join my son before surgery. After 55 minutes I asked when I would be called back to see my son and talk to the doctor and anesthetists as clearly stated in the info I was given before surgery, I was told that he was JUST now being wheeled into surgery! He has medical issues I needed the doctor to know before surgery. Very unorganized and uncaring place to have medical procedures.
What a wonderful experience. My 9 year old daughter needed surgery and we selected this place to avoid the chaos at MOTTS! Glad we did. The entire staff from checkin to nurses and doctors was exceptional.Definitely recommend ❤️
I just came up there for blood labs, and she cut my arm with the needle.
I love the doctors and receptionists here cause they are so friendly and they do have a public bathroom which is convenient for even a wheelchair accessible person to use plus if ya have a baby they have a changing table to use if needed
Exquisite care. I can’t even put into words how attentive, kind, and considerate all the staffing is. I really appreciate how considerate and validating the nursing staff is; overall, thank you so much for all that you’ve done for me and continue to do for others. By far the best. 💯
Very nice surroundings. Nice to be local for me and not have to make the drive into Ann Arbor unless necessary. Very nice staff.
The sleep center staff are AMAZING! Seriously, we want to just hang out with Duncan and Matt! Lol. Beautiful new building. Beds are comfy.
Made an appointment to get fitted for new glasses. Optical department employees totally ignored me for 45 minutes. No communication, no apologies...Walked out, taking my business elsewhere.
I am an employee at the BCSC building. On 09/20/19 between 8am and 12:50pm my mint condition 08 Blue Ford Focus was hit with no note left in the back of the back parking lot. I just rebuilt this car from the ground up and my insurance company will not cover it without witnesses or the person coming forward. Please if you know anything at all let someone know inside or reach out to me.-Brian Joslin
My wife comes here for various medical issues and is very happy with her care. Nice offices as an added bonus.

2022-06-29Was able to check in online ahead of time, so a few minutes before my appointment I arrived and simply had to let them know I was there. I was immediately brought in and only had to wait a couple of minutes for the tech to come get me. Both employees I had interaction with were very friendly and kind. The place was very clean as well.

2022-04-11Scheduled my partner 3 weeks out for a consultation when he called the day after he broke his nose, we had read online that he would have needed to be seen in 2 weeks, we were told “the doctor” said it would be fine and to keep the appointment 3 weeks out…. It’s been 3 weeks, had the appointment, my partner now needs to get his nose re-broken to be fixed. Why? Because it’s past 2 weeks… staff said it was a “miscommunication” and the doctor claims no one ever talked to him and he would have told them he needed to be scheduled in 14 days. Now to fix their nose it will cost a lot more money and won’t be fixed for another 3 months… crazy how they just blame it on communication when someone blatantly lied about speaking with a doctor about his circumstance.

2021-09-04I had to bring my young son here and it was a really nice experience. Parking was easy, and once we got inside, everyone was helpful. The nurses and Dr were SO nice to us and helped me calm my son during his blood draw. There was even a specialist who works with children that had toys and played with him in the waiting room, she was amazing. I’m pretty particular when it comes to how people interact with my son, and they all exceeded my expectations.

2022-03-11Took 4 calls to get a person so I could make an appt.They took a bunch of information, THEN told me they were booked way out in the future. Why not lead with that?

2021-08-27What a horrible run facility. I had a 11:50am appointment for a covid test. Got here on time but went to the wrong entrance. Had to drive around, repark, and then tried to come in. There was a sign that said go back to your car and call a number. Did that, no one answered. Called again, no answer. Then, decided to go in and they said I would have to go back out and call the number. I told them I did that but no one answered. They said, oh, they are at lunch and to come back at 1pm. Apparently your appointment isnt an appointment.

2021-08-17Took my 2 y.o. there, very beautiful and clean facility. Staff and Dr very nice, caring and thorough. Answered all our questions and were patient with our son. Highly recommend this facility!

2020-02-07My son was sent here to have his tonsils and adenoids removed as well as tubes in his ears. The staff here has been absolutely wonderful. Very attentive. Never made me or my wife feel like we were asking stupid questions. Made sure my son was recovering well. Would definitely recommend this place that anyone with kids

2022-03-03Be prepared to stand pointlessly for 5 to 10 min waiting for the receptionists to stop talking just to check people in. Whole wall of reception desks with 3 people and not a single one working
