The new owners, Becka and her mother Jan, have made this laundromat a great place to go. Generally coin laundry businesses seem to accept their cliche place of last resort for poor people place in the world, but this is different. It is always clean and the machines are well taken care of. There is actually a nice sitting area with tables, chairs, outlets, a lot of natural light so it doesnt feel like a dungeon and...a Keurig machine with a fully stocked bunch of choices for only a donation. I hike past two other laundromats to get here, and I will continue to do so!
Friendly staff, always cleaning, helpful, and available to answer questions. Fairly clean machines and in general. My only usual problem is when there is mold and backed up gunk in the detergent compartments. There is minimal in the machines here, and I am aware that I am overboard a tad about this one ^.^ Overall, I like coming here for my laundry needs, I just wish they were open a little later. I recommend this establishment.
I am not sure how they have a 4 plus rating unless its all of their friends leaving fake reviews??First off lets start with the fact during a (supposed) Coin Shortage, you would think if you want return customers that you would kindly and gladly (between two owned businesses next door to each other) take 15 dollars in Dimes and Nickels so your customers dont have to leave and drive to Meijer to cash in change, especially when really all it turned out to be is they needed a whole 2 dollars in quarters. Then to add more pleasure to the pain, all of the washing machines I used, you have to learn the trick to get the quarters to not get jammed or then fall out the return. (Check my tiktok Krash.Kiten for what I mean) so she came and helped with a paperclip to get my quarters the first time then helped me learn the sport of quarter to washing machine 3 point shots from the goal line. It took me a bit but by washing machine 4 I was a MVP. The machines are overpriced, and whoever the guy was, who looked as customer as I am, but would go get his own change from behind the counter. This was a one time issue where we needed bigger machines and oh, you arent allowed to use the 85 lb washer that clearly has a sign above that says good for blankets and such that in which we had, costing us 3.75 for 4 to 5 machines when 9 dollars in that machine would done just fine and would cost way less. Way to rip off your customers during a pandemic when everybody is supporting your small business but you cant do onto us back. Will never go back.
Sheila was the best!! Never going back since she quit! They really need to learn how to treat their employees if they want to keep customers!!Gave it one more try, washer was full of pet hair, all the dryers were taken up with the “attendant “, and I use that term loosely, drop offs!! Really! The supposed updates, aren’t that good, it looks cluttered and cheap. And that post from Rebecca is an employee, evidently thy have to have employees post good stuff about this place because no one else will!
Used their service for 4 years...always no trouble with leaving my drop off for 4-6 weeks. This time they disposed of my laundry without calling me to notify me. Now I have to spend $300+ to replace the missing items. No apology, no offer of compensation, no regard for a long time client.
Sheila is the best!!! I come here at least twice a week and will continue to do so! She’s always very friendly and helpful, always notices when I’m having issues with the machines way before I seek her out for help. Our apartment complex’s washers and dryers are very small, very expensive, and very time consuming! I come here because it’s half the price and about 1/6 the time. Plus, Sheila is fantastic conversation! So I get company too!

2022-04-06Went at 6:24 girl at tanning place said closed everything already cleaned and we couldn’t do laundry, if sooo short staffed close the tanning booth side then. I have been there on a Saturday and have seen one girl running the show so what’s up with a slow Wednesday?

2022-07-12Nice smaller laundry mat, tucked in a strip mall, didnt know it was there until I Googled. The woman running it is super nice and energetic.

2022-04-06Tanning side was open and woman said she already cleaned so it’s closed. Yet it was 20 minutes before the last wash time of 6:30pm. I understand short staffed issues but one person usually runs this place on a Saturday.

2018-03-22This is our spot to do laindry no doubt. This place is always a clean environment. Staff is always right there and very helpful and accommodating. This is the only place around where we wash our cloths.

2021-03-27Excellent laundry services btw. Kristina Saunders; read the rules. They always use gloves to remove clothes that are left unattended after you leave for an hour after last load and someone needs a machine. The store also states that if you are last load, you must stay in attendance to your items. They’ve been nothing but good to me and isn’t this a time for love and understanding? These are great woman who are following the rules, as they expect others, too. Lisa and Brooke are the best managers there and I understand when these hard workers do what they need to do. No need to leave one star when you needed to get Wendy’s while your clothes are drying with 20 minutes to close.

2021-02-14Only giving this 4 instead of 5 stars because the majority of people there were not wearing masks. Clean place, friendly staff. Just incredibly unsafe for anyone worried about exposure. The only reason I was there was because the laundry in my apartment complex isn’t very good. I may not be coming back, or at the very least a different time of day. Bring your own hand sanitizer and disinfectant.

2017-03-04I have nothing negative to say about this place. The place is kept super clean & Ive been to some real dirty laundromats. The women that work here are always nice, courteous, thin & pretty.I use the drop off service which is reasonably priced, they separate my dark & light clothes, use arm & hammer laundry detergent and neatly fold my clothes.I will continue to use their service & I highly recommend.

2018-06-13Excellent! Clean. Staff friendly & helpful. Personal touch. Laundry products available. Vending machine diverse. And fresh coffee via a Keurig. Plenty of seating with tables. I see management checking in with staff each time I use the facility. Its amazing how many people pay someone else to do their laundry - many bags of it waiting for its owner to pick up. Nice ambient lighting. Clean bathroom. The remote to the television is accessible to the public. Diverse selection of magazines as well. No issues with the washers & dryers...
