Thank you for giving me the opportunity to further my education and knowledge on setting up cnc lathes. As for all the negative reviews, please ignore them because those are coming from people who are not mechanically inclinded nor have the desire to imurse themselves into the machining world. As we all know machining is a dying breed and its extremely hard to find individuals with strong mathematic skills to teach and have them understand what is actually involved in a job turning steel castings. Come here if you are smart and have the willpower to want to learn something great and be a part of something great!

As a first year machinist, this was an okay job to accept for experience and minor growth. DI NOT expect BNC to train you properly; average training on a new machine/job 2 hours at best... if you crash, automatic write-up. Trying to growth with BNC is pointless because they will make all sorts of empty promises such a a lucrative hourly wages (if 11.50 is lucrative for you), profit-sharing/holiday bonus ($20 gift card to Meijers), and the promise that there are plenty of jobs for everyone. When I found out that the flywheel department would be closing due loss of that contract with Detroit Diesel, I became concerned and started shopping my resume.. Anither respective employer contacted me with better wages; when approached upper management to offer them the opportunity to compete for my labor to which they rejected. Once they turned down my proposal, I humbly accepted their terms and put in a 2 week notice. I was fired the next day without any further explanation. Extremely unethical and unprofessional.DONT WORK FOR BNC, THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Only if you need a job. Recently terminated do to the company making changes? The strange thing is, I was informed, I would have a long employment with them about two weeks before that.
