Absolutely Amazing Eye Doctor! Dr. Kordyzon does not rush through the visit and give you the same old prescription. She is thorough and ensures you have the best care. Ive had a history of wearing contacts and have never been able to wear the extended wear for more than 3-4 days. She matched me with a brand that I am now able wear for 2 or weeks (yes I know they are supposed to be good for a month, but I have extremely sensitive eyes apparently). I can always count on compliments each year when I get my new frames thanks to Morgan helping me pick them out. They are also great about reminding you about any rebates and let you know about any specials that are going on. If you live in the Brooklyn area and dont go to this place for your optical needs, you are missing out on excellent care as well as customer service.

2022-07-23As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a friendly smile and genuine customer service! Through the whole process of exam to fitting, the quality of customer care is outstanding! I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone needing eye care.

2022-06-15Had a lens issue. Lined bifocals with anti reflective. Never seen lens made like this. Lens are two pieces and separated. Mine separated twice. First time Eye Center fixed. Found out the replaced both lens. Second time the Brooklyn Eye Center said they no longer fix. Customers now sign a waiver that if this failure in the lens happens Brooklyn Eye Center will not fix. That doesn’t seem like the right thing to do. Customer stuck with eye glasses that you have a blurred lens in one side.Brooklyn Eye Center just wanted to sell me another pair of glasses. Would not recommend the Brooklyn Eye Center.

2022-07-09I just went there as a new patient and so far it was great. I will not have my glasses for a few days but their customer service was outstanding. Once my glasses are in we will be scheduling an appointment for my husband as well.

2021-08-25Very pleased with my first visit. I was able to quickly get an appointment at a convenient time. Their website is actually useful (unlike many) - I like that you can request an appointment online, communicate with the office via email, and get text updates when your glasses come in, etc.The office is conveniently located, in an easily accessible spot with ample parking close by. The reception area is spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and responsive. Dr. Johnson was pleasant and thorough. The staff made every effort to ensure that I found the right frames for me. My order came in sooner than expected (about 4 business days).No complaints. Will refer family.
